Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of environmental performance and corporate reputation on financial performance, with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) serving as an intervening variable. CSR, which reflects a company's social responsibility, is suspected of acting as a bridge that strengthens the relationship between environmental performance, corporate reputation, and financial performance. In the highly competitive business era, environmental performance and corporate reputation, particularly in achieving optimal financial performance, are important factors that influence a company's success. The study uses secondary data from the annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and employs path analysis to test the causal relationships between variables. The results show that environmental performance and corporate reputation have a positive influence on financial performance, both directly and through CSR as an intervening variable. These findings provide important implications for company management to pay more attention to environmental and social aspects in their business strategies to sustainably improve financial performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Word of Mouth (WOM), Brand Image, and Physical Evidence on Consumer Satisfaction and Purchase Decisions for typical Madurese tuna fish paste products in Pamekasan. The research method used is a quantitative approach through surveys with multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that WOM, Brand Image, and Physical Evidence significantly influence consumer satisfaction. Positive WOM has a strong influence in increasing consumer trust and expectations, while a Brand Image that highlights local culture increases the emotional value of the product. Meanwhile, physical evidence such as attractive and hygienic packaging plays an important role in forming perceptions of quality. Consumer satisfaction functions as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between independent variables and purchasing decisions. Satisfied consumers tend to make repeat purchases and provide positive recommendations to others. The implications of this research underscore the importance of marketing strategies that focus on managing WOM, strengthening brand image, and improving the quality of physical product elements to support loyalty and market growth.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of job characteristics and work-life balance on employee performance among vocational high school teachers, examining the mediating role of digital dexterity. The research employed a quantitative approach, surveying 51 teachers at SMK Ketintang Surabaya. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis was used for hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that both job characteristics and work-life balance have a significant positive effect on digital dexterity. Furthermore, job characteristics, work-life balance, and digital dexterity all demonstrate a significant positive influence on employee performance. Digital dexterity acts as a significant mediator in these relationships. The model explained 62.9% of the variance in digital dexterity (moderate effect) and 75.9% of the variance in employee performance (substantial effect). Work-life balance exhibited a larger effect size on digital dexterity compared to job characteristics, while digital dexterity had the most substantial effect size on employee performance among the predictors. In conclusion, well-designed job roles and effective work-life balance are vital for enhancing teacher performance, both directly and by fostering digital dexterity. Educational institutions are advised to focus on improving job characteristics, supporting work-life balance, and investing in digital skills development for their teaching staff.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the triple-layer effect stagflation (inflation, GDP), fintech lending, and bank stability (CAR, LDR) on Indonesian banks' ROA, assessing short- and long-term effects. The object of this research is the audited financial report of Indonesian Commercial Bank KBMI IV which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were collected using purposive sampling (time series of 2019-2024 period). The Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model was applied to analyze both short-term dynamics and long-term equilibrium between the variables. The results show that: Inflation has a significant negative impact on ROA in both the short and long term. GDP does not significantly affect ROA. Fintech lending does not have a significant impact on ROA, though it may indirectly pressure banks to innovate. CAR has a significant positive influence on ROA, indicating financial resilience supports profitability. LDR does not significantly affect ROA, suggesting lending activities may not be optimal or are affected by external risks. A long-term cointegration exists between all variables and ROA, indicating the importance of strategic, forward-looking policies. The findings imply that stagflation poses a serious risk to banking profitability. Banks must strengthen risk management, improve capital efficiency, and embrace innovation to remain competitive. Policymakers should support financial stability through appropriate macroeconomic policies, especially in stagflationary conditions.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to map the literature on stagflation, fintech lending, and financial resilience in relation to Return on Assets (ROA) in the Indonesian banking sector, and to propose an ARDL-based research agenda for further development. Using a descriptive-quantitative approach, the bibliometric analysis employs tools such as Publish or Perish and VOSviewer to systematically map both global and domestic scientific publications. This analysis identifies key research trends, thematic linkages, and scholarly collaborations concerning macroeconomic stress, digital disruption, and banking performance. The study integrates bibliometric insights with ARDL-based econometric findings to examine both short- and long-term effects. Unlike previous studies that focus solely on partial variable relationships, this research provides a more holistic perspective by combining literature mapping with empirical modeling. The bibliometric analysis reveals three primary clusters: (1) Fintech Lending, which emphasizes the growth of digital financial services, with a focus on regulation and financial inclusion in the post-COVID-19 era; (2) Macroeconomic Dynamics, which explores stagflation, inflation, and GDP, with ARDL modeling applied for long-term analysis; and (3) Bank Profitability, which examines ROA, credit risk, and liquidity, highlighting the importance of banking resilience. While stagflation and ARDL are less frequently explored in current research, they remain critical in macroeconomic discussions. By combining fintech, financial stability, and macroeconomic factors, this study presents a valuable research direction, particularly for emerging economies like Indonesia.
