Abstract

One of the things that can increase Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is employee job satisfaction. This study investigates the effect of employee empowerment and teamwork on employee satisfaction. It also investigates whether employee satisfaction is a good mediator. This study surveyed employees at PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. Using saturated sampling method, 96 employees were surveyed. Data was then analysed using Structural Equation Modelling. The findings show that employee empowerment and teamwork contribute positively to employee satisfaction. The study also proved that employee satisfaction mediates the relationship of employee empowerment and teamwork to OCB. This study contributes to understanding employee behaviour using the framework of employee satisfaction and OCB in PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda, which can also be applied to other public companies

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of tourist attraction on tourist revisit interest on Ngurbloat beach, (2) the influence of tourism amenity on tourist revisit interest on Ngurbloat beach, (3) the influence of service quality on tourist revisit interest on Ngurbloat beach, and (4) the influence of the influence of tourist attraction, tourism amenity, and service quality on tourist revisit interest on Ngurbloat beach. This study uses quantitative research methods, the population of this study are tourists who have visited Ngurbloat Beach. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling, the sample size was 100 tourists, the data analysis used in this study was the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression. The findings in this study indicate that Tourism Attraction (X1) and Service Quality (X3) have a positive and significant effect on tourists' Revisit Interest (Y). Tourism amenity (X2) has no positive and significant effect on the Interest in Revisiting (Y) tourists on ngurbloat beach. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh daya tarik wisata terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan di pantai ngurbloat, (2) pengaruh amenitas pariwisata terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan di pantai ngurbloat ,(3) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan di pantai ngurbloat, dan (4) pengaruh pengaruh daya tarik wisata, amenitas pariwisata, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan di pantai ngurbloat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif populasi penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang pernah mengunjungi Pantai Ngurbloat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 wisatawan, analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi linear berganda. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Daya Tarik Wisata (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali (Y) wisatawan. Amenitas pariwisata (X2) tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali (Y) wisatawan di pantai ngurbloat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of working capital management, market risk, and investment strategy on profitability, with financial distress as an intervening variable. The research is conducted on companies with special notations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2019-2023. Quantitative Research Methods The research uses quantitative analysis with an associative quantitative approach, which is research that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. The analysis is carried out using a quantitative approach with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) through Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results show that working capital management and investment strategy have a positive and significant impact on profitability, while market risk and financial distress negatively affect profitability. Furthermore, financial distress plays a significant mediating role between the independent variables and profitability. The model demonstrates a strong predictive ability with an R² value of 0.65 for profitability and 0.57 for financial distress. These findings suggest that efficient working capital management and appropriate investment strategies contribute to higher profitability, while market risks and financial distress pose a threat to the financial stability of companies.

Abstract

It also investigates whether employee satisfaction is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey on employees at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya. Using saturated sampling method, 66 employees were surveyed. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that employee empowerment and work engagement contribute positively to employee satisfaction. The study also proved that employee satisfaction mediates the relationship between employee empowerment and work engagement on employee performance. This study contributes to understanding employee behavior using the framework of employee satisfaction and employee performance at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya, which can also be applied to other general companies.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the key drivers of customer loyalty, both for products and services. This study investigates the influence of service quality, brand image, and cost on customer satisfaction, as well as whether customer satisfaction serves as an effective mediator. The research surveyed general patients of Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method with specific considerations, resulting in 154 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings indicate that service quality, brand image, and cost contribute positively to customer satisfaction. The study also confirms that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality, brand image, and cost with customer loyalty. This research contributes to understanding operational management by applying the framework of service quality, brand image, and cost in the context of healthcare service providers.

Abstract

                The manufacturing sector in Indonesia, particularly in the automotive cable and component industry, is facing significant challenges, as reflected in the declining Purchasing Manager’s Index (PMI), indicating a contraction in production activities. To remain competitive, managing production process quality becomes essential, especially in improving supply chain performance. This study examines the application of Six Sigma in the copper busbar production process at PT. X, focusing on reducing supply chain costs through enhanced process quality management and waste reduction. Using the DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), this research analyzes copper busbar production data, including defect rates and associated costs before and after improvements. The results show that Six Sigma implementation successfully reduced defect rates, particularly scratch defects, from 7.32% to 0.01%. Additionally, this improvement contributed to a reduction in supply chain costs, with total savings amounting to IDR 3,421,168,671, covering reductions in manufacturing, administration, warehouse, and capital costs. These findings demonstrate that Six Sigma can significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness in copper busbar production, while positively impacting overall supply chain costs. The study also recommends further research to more thoroughly explore distribution and installation costs in the supply chain context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of work flexibility, digital leadership, and work-life balance on employee commitment, with mental well-being as a mediating variable. This study was conducted on BTN Bank employees in KC Bangkalan Regency using a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires from 50 respondents and analysed using regression tests and Sobel Test to test the mediation effect. The results showed that work flexibility, digital leadership, and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on mental well-being. In addition, mental well-being has a significant influence on employee commitment and mediates the relationship between the three independent variables and employee commitment. Digital leadership provides the largest mediating effect compared to work flexibility and work-life balance, confirming the importance of the leader's role in supporting employees' mental well-being in the era of digital transformation. The findings imply that Bank BTN can improve employee commitment by implementing work flexibility policies, supporting work-life balance, and strengthening digital leadership competencies. This research also contributes to the human resource management literature by offering a new perspective in supporting employees' mental well-being as a strategic factor in increasing organisational loyalty.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the things that triggers customer loyalty to a product or service. This study investigates the effect of trust and convenience on customer satisfaction. It also investigates whether customer satisfaction is a good mediator. This study surveyed patients at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya. Using purposive sampling method with sample criteria being patients who have been treated at the Clinic, 152 respondents were obtained. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that trust and convenience contribute positively to customer satisfaction. The study also proved that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship of trust and convenience to customer loyalty. This study contributes to understanding marketing management using the trust and convenience framework in healthcare companies, which can also be applied to other general companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of gender inclusiveness, employee engagement, and social support on employee performance at PT Intan Timur Energi, with psychological safety as a mediating variable. In the context of globalisation and increasingly complex digitalisation, effective human resource management is very important. Gender inclusiveness in the workplace is proven to increase innovation and team effectiveness, while employee engagement acts as an indicator of successful HR management. Social support from superiors and co-workers also contributes to employees' emotional well-being. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design to test the relationship between variables. The analysis results show that all independent variables have a positive influence on employee performance, and psychological safety serves as a significant mediator. The findings contribute to the HR management literature as well as practical recommendations for companies in creating an inclusive and productive work environment. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for the development of better management strategies in the future.
