Abstract

Desa Banyu Urip merupakan daerah yang memiliki berbagai macam potensi usaha. Saat ini Desa Banyu Urip dikenal dengan kampung 1001 bunga. Hal ini dikarenakan desa Banyu Urip menjadi sentra penjualan tanaman hias. Mayoritas penduduk menjadi petani bunga hias. Selain itu terdapat beberapa usaha atau umkm kecil lainnya, seperti makanan, minuman, dan usaha-usaha kecil lainnya. Mitra kami merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha kecil di Desa Banyu Urip yang bergerak dibidang konveksi atau penjahit, yang usaha tersebut merupakan usaha yang beda dari usaha kebanyakan yang berada di Desa Banyu Urip. Usaha tersebut sudah ditekuni selama kurang lebih 5 tahun. Usaha tersebut terletak di rumah. Saat ini usaha tersebut berjalan secara konvensional. Mitra menunggu pelanggan datang ke rumah untuk memakai jasanya, terkadang mitra juga mengambil bahan atau barang yang akan dijahit oleh mitra ke rumah atau ke tempat pelanggannya kemudian dibawa pulang kembali ke rumah mitra untuk dijahit. Saat ini mitra ingin memiliki alat jahit yang dapat digunakan secara mobile, sehingga mitra tidak menunggu orderan datang, tapi mitra ingin menjemput orderan tersebut. Selain itu, dalam mengembangkan usahanya, mitra ingin mengembangkan wawasannya di dunia digital marketing, sehingga usaha yang dijalankan oleh mitra saat ini dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat lebih luas, karena saat ini, usaha mitra hanya dikenal oleh tetangga tempat tinggal mitra. Program Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan mendukung kegiatan dalam jangka pendek yaitu pembinaan dan pendampingan usaha, pelatihan digital marketing. Jangka menengah: sebagai keberlanjutan pasca program pengabdian masyarakat tahun 2023, tim pelaksana juga akan melakukan pemetaan ulang usaha setempat yang berpotensi mendukung pengembangan usaha mitra saat ini. Pemetaan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan upaya keberlanjutan program mandiri masyarakat.

Abstract

This research uses a Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) to examine the influence of leadership style and information technology on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. The research focused on the Pasuruan Regency Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil), with a population of 120 employees who are directly involved in the Management of the Population Administration Information System. A sample of 92 employees was selected using the Slovin formula as research respondents. The research results show that leadership style has a positive and significant direct influence on employee performance, as well as strongly influencing their motivation. Motivation has also been proven to have a very significant impact on employee performance. However, information technology does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance in the context of managing population administration information systems. However, information technology has a positive and significant impact on employee motivation, which indirectly improves their performance. A balance between an effective leadership style and the appropriate use of information technology in a dynamic and complex work environment is very important to increase employee motivation and performance at the Pasuruan Regency Dukcapil Office.

Abstract

Several scientific publications on employee intentionto stay at work have been carried out, employee intention to stay at work in their organization is a phenomenon that needs attention from an organization. organization is a phenomenon that needs attention from an organization so that employees have a high commitment to their performance and organization so that employees have a high commitment to their performance and the organization. organization. The purpose of this article is to present information about trends in research that has been published on the topic of employee intention to stay at work in 2019-2023. work in the 2019-2023 period. Using a two-stage research method by identifying total journals through Harzing's Publish or Perish software, then conducting bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer. Findings The findings showed that there were 200 publications with 21743 citations and 4348.60 citations/year that discuss employee intention to stay at work.Five main clusters were obtained from the bibliometric analysis. Abstract

Mapping Global Research The phenomenon of quiet quitting describes employee behavior in which individuals continue to perform their formal duties while psychologically and emotionally disengaging from the organization. This issue has become more prominent in the post–COVID-19 era, alongside the growing awareness of work-life balance and mental well-being. This study aims to map global research trends and directions related to quiet quitting through a bibliometric analysis of publications indexed in the Scopus database for the 2020–2024 period using the VOSviewer and Biblioshiny tools. The results reveal a significant increase in publications since 2022, highlighting three dominant themes: employee engagement and burnout, work-life balance and mental health, as well as leadership and organizational culture. These findings enrich the Human Resource Management (HRM) literature related to employee engagement and provide insights for developing adaptive HR strategies aligned with evolving work values and modern organizational culture. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kerjasama tim, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Rumah Jelantah Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Rumah Jelantah Surabaya yang berjumlah 80. Dengan jumlah sampel 80 responden yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kineja karyawan. Secara parsial variabel kerjasama tim memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karawan. Secara parsial variabel komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan variabel lingkungan kerja, kerjasama tim, dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan model penelitian dengan menambahkan variabel lain seperti motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, atau kepuasan kerja untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Peneliti berikutnya juga dapat menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif atau mixed methods untuk menggali lebih dalam persepsi dan pengalaman karyawan terhadap lingkungan kerja, kerjasama tim, serta komunikasi di perusahaan.

Abstract

The rapid digitalization of financial systems has amplified exposure to cyber risks, posing substantial threats to institutional performance and systemic stability. This study investigates how Cyber Risk Management (CRM) strengthens Financial System Resilience (FSR), both directly and indirectly, through Regulatory Compliance (RC) and Technological Safeguards (TS). Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with simulated survey data (n = 200), the findings reveal that CRM has a strong direct effect on FSR (β = 0.41, p 0.001) and significant indirect effects via RC (β = 0.07, 95% CI [0.02–0.12]) and TS (β = 0.14, 95% CI [0.08–0.20]). The overall model demonstrates robust explanatory power (R² = 0.65), confirming that 65% of financial system resilience is explained by CRM, RC, and TS. These results validate a multi-layered framework in which governance, compliance, and technology jointly enhance systemic resilience. The study contributes theoretically by integrating cyber risk management with resilience theory, and practically by offering a model for policymakers and financial institutions to design more adaptive, secure, and technology-driven financial ecosystems in the digital era.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to measure digital marketing and brand image that can affect the purchase intention of pure flavored implant products (Sura's). Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a survey research model Research Finding : The results of the study show that digital marketing and brand image have a significant effect on purchase intention. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research also proves that digital-based marketing activities through Marketpalce and social media are very effective during the pandemic. Practitionel/Policy implication : digital marketing and brand image play a role in increasing sales. to increase the sales intention of these products, the management must improve digital marketing. Research limitation : This research only focuses on two variables, namely digital marketing and brand image.

Abstract

In facing the increasingly complex challenges of the port industry, it is important to understand the contribution of technology and green practices in improving efficiency and sustainable operational performance. This study aims to examine the effect of IoT-based Service Management System (X1), Cloud ERP (X2), and Green Operation Management (X3) on Sustainable Operational Performance (Y), with Operational Efficiency (Z) as a mediating variable at Lamong Bay Terminal. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to workers who have implemented IoT, Cloud ERP, and green operations management practices. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results showed that IoT, Cloud ERP, and Green Operation Management have a positive influence on operational efficiency with coefficient values of 0.299; 0.166; and 0.099, respectively. Operational efficiency also contributes positively to the sustainability of operational performance with a coefficient value of 0.263. These findings suggest that the implementation of modern technology and environmentally friendly practices can support improved operational efficiency and sustainability. These results provide strategic insights for Teluk Lamong Terminal to optimize operational efficiency and sustainable performance

Abstract

                The manufacturing sector in Indonesia, particularly in the automotive cable and component industry, is facing significant challenges, as reflected in the declining Purchasing Manager’s Index (PMI), indicating a contraction in production activities. To remain competitive, managing production process quality becomes essential, especially in improving supply chain performance. This study examines the application of Six Sigma in the copper busbar production process at PT. X, focusing on reducing supply chain costs through enhanced process quality management and waste reduction. Using the DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), this research analyzes copper busbar production data, including defect rates and associated costs before and after improvements. The results show that Six Sigma implementation successfully reduced defect rates, particularly scratch defects, from 7.32% to 0.01%. Additionally, this improvement contributed to a reduction in supply chain costs, with total savings amounting to IDR 3,421,168,671, covering reductions in manufacturing, administration, warehouse, and capital costs. These findings demonstrate that Six Sigma can significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness in copper busbar production, while positively impacting overall supply chain costs. The study also recommends further research to more thoroughly explore distribution and installation costs in the supply chain context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of work flexibility, digital leadership, and work-life balance on employee commitment, with mental well-being as a mediating variable. This study was conducted on BTN Bank employees in KC Bangkalan Regency using a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires from 50 respondents and analysed using regression tests and Sobel Test to test the mediation effect. The results showed that work flexibility, digital leadership, and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on mental well-being. In addition, mental well-being has a significant influence on employee commitment and mediates the relationship between the three independent variables and employee commitment. Digital leadership provides the largest mediating effect compared to work flexibility and work-life balance, confirming the importance of the leader's role in supporting employees' mental well-being in the era of digital transformation. The findings imply that Bank BTN can improve employee commitment by implementing work flexibility policies, supporting work-life balance, and strengthening digital leadership competencies. This research also contributes to the human resource management literature by offering a new perspective in supporting employees' mental well-being as a strategic factor in increasing organisational loyalty.
