Abstract

This research uses a Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) to examine the influence of leadership style and information technology on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. The research focused on the Pasuruan Regency Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil), with a population of 120 employees who are directly involved in the Management of the Population Administration Information System. A sample of 92 employees was selected using the Slovin formula as research respondents. The research results show that leadership style has a positive and significant direct influence on employee performance, as well as strongly influencing their motivation. Motivation has also been proven to have a very significant impact on employee performance. However, information technology does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance in the context of managing population administration information systems. However, information technology has a positive and significant impact on employee motivation, which indirectly improves their performance. A balance between an effective leadership style and the appropriate use of information technology in a dynamic and complex work environment is very important to increase employee motivation and performance at the Pasuruan Regency Dukcapil Office.

Abstract

Several scientific publications on employee intentionto stay at work have been carried out, employee intention to stay at work in their organization is a phenomenon that needs attention from an organization. organization is a phenomenon that needs attention from an organization so that employees have a high commitment to their performance and organization so that employees have a high commitment to their performance and the organization. organization. The purpose of this article is to present information about trends in research that has been published on the topic of employee intention to stay at work in 2019-2023. work in the 2019-2023 period. Using a two-stage research method by identifying total journals through Harzing's Publish or Perish software, then conducting bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer. Findings The findings showed that there were 200 publications with 21743 citations and 4348.60 citations/year that discuss employee intention to stay at work.Five main clusters were obtained from the bibliometric analysis. Abstract

Mapping Global Research The phenomenon of quiet quitting describes employee behavior in which individuals continue to perform their formal duties while psychologically and emotionally disengaging from the organization. This issue has become more prominent in the post–COVID-19 era, alongside the growing awareness of work-life balance and mental well-being. This study aims to map global research trends and directions related to quiet quitting through a bibliometric analysis of publications indexed in the Scopus database for the 2020–2024 period using the VOSviewer and Biblioshiny tools. The results reveal a significant increase in publications since 2022, highlighting three dominant themes: employee engagement and burnout, work-life balance and mental health, as well as leadership and organizational culture. These findings enrich the Human Resource Management (HRM) literature related to employee engagement and provide insights for developing adaptive HR strategies aligned with evolving work values and modern organizational culture. Abstract

The rapid digitalization of financial systems has amplified exposure to cyber risks, posing substantial threats to institutional performance and systemic stability. This study investigates how Cyber Risk Management (CRM) strengthens Financial System Resilience (FSR), both directly and indirectly, through Regulatory Compliance (RC) and Technological Safeguards (TS). Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with simulated survey data (n = 200), the findings reveal that CRM has a strong direct effect on FSR (β = 0.41, p 0.001) and significant indirect effects via RC (β = 0.07, 95% CI [0.02–0.12]) and TS (β = 0.14, 95% CI [0.08–0.20]). The overall model demonstrates robust explanatory power (R² = 0.65), confirming that 65% of financial system resilience is explained by CRM, RC, and TS. These results validate a multi-layered framework in which governance, compliance, and technology jointly enhance systemic resilience. The study contributes theoretically by integrating cyber risk management with resilience theory, and practically by offering a model for policymakers and financial institutions to design more adaptive, secure, and technology-driven financial ecosystems in the digital era.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to measure digital marketing and brand image that can affect the purchase intention of pure flavored implant products (Sura's). Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a survey research model Research Finding : The results of the study show that digital marketing and brand image have a significant effect on purchase intention. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research also proves that digital-based marketing activities through Marketpalce and social media are very effective during the pandemic. Practitionel/Policy implication : digital marketing and brand image play a role in increasing sales. to increase the sales intention of these products, the management must improve digital marketing. Research limitation : This research only focuses on two variables, namely digital marketing and brand image.

Abstract

Interest in visiting ecotourism destinations is a manifestation of consumer decisions influenced by various external stimuli. Wonorejo Mangrove Botanical Garden in Surabaya faces significant challenges in the form of fluctuating visitor numbers, with data from 2024 and 2025 showing unstable trends. This study aims to analyze and empirically test the influence of social media promotion, destination quality, and the physical form of facilities on tourists' interest in visiting, both partially and simultaneously. The research method employed is quantitative with a survey approach involving 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling. Primary data were collected via Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software assistance. The research results indicate that social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on visit intention, where visual content such as reels serves as a strong trigger for potential tourists. Destination quality, encompassing aspects of attractions, accessibility, and services, also proves to make a substantial contribution to forming positive visitor perceptions. Additionally, the physical form of facilities such as toilet cleanliness, jogging track conditions, and gazebo availability emerges as a crucial factor determining comfort and visit interest. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence interest in visiting Wonorejo Mangrove Botanical Garden. These findings underscore the importance for managers to revitalize deteriorating physical facilities and optimize digital communication strategies to ensure the sustainability of ecotourism in the future.

Abstract

Kebun Binatang Surabaya merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata edukasi dan konservasi terbesar serta tertua di Indonesia yang berlokasi di Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Kebun binatang ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana rekreasi, tetapi juga sebagai pusat pendidikan, penelitian, dan konservasi satwa liar. Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan utama mengenai bagaimana pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), daya tarik wisata, dan fasilitas terhadap minat berkunjung ke Kebun Binatang Surabaya, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kebun Binatang Surabaya sebagai destinasi wisata edukasi menghadapi berbagai tantangan, antara lain dalam menjaga citra digital yang positif, memperkuat daya tarik wisata, serta menyediakan fasilitas yang mampu menjamin kenyamanan pengunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner cetak kepada 100 responden yang mengetahui informasi mengenai Kebun Binatang Surabaya dan berdomisili di wilayah terkait. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Secara keseluruhan, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dinyatakan reliabel, karena nilai koefisien Cronbach’s alpha berada di atas batas penerimaan sebesar 0,60, yang menunjukkan tingkat konsistensi internal indikator yang baik. Hasil uji asumsi klasik juga menunjukkan bahwa model regresi telah memenuhi seluruh asumsi yang dipersyaratkan, yaitu tidak terdapat multikolinearitas antar variabel independen, tidak ditemukan gejala heteroskedastisitas, dan residual regresi berdistribusi normal. Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, fasilitas (X3) merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terbesar terhadap minat berkunjung (Y), dibandingkan dengan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) (X1) dan daya tarik wisata (X2).

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of financial technology (FinTech) adoption on financial inclusion in emerging economies using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through a survey of 450 respondents from three emerging city (Surabaya, Makassar, and Medan) to measure the relationships among FinTech accessibility, financial literacy, trust in digital platforms, and financial inclusion. The measurement model showed good reliability and validity, with Cronbach’s Alpha ranging from 0.84 to 0.90 and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) above 0.60. Structural model results indicated that FinTech accessibility (β = 0.35, p 0.01) and financial literacy (β = 0.29, p 0.01) have significant positive effects on financial inclusion. Trust in FinTech platforms also contributed positively (β = 0.21, p 0.05) and acted as a mediator between FinTech accessibility and financial inclusion (indirect β = 0.11, p 0.05). The model explained 62% of the variance in financial inclusion (R² = 0.62), suggesting strong explanatory power. These findings confirm that FinTech innovations not only improve access to financial services but also enhance their effective use when combined with higher trust and literacy levels. The study contributes to the digital finance literature and provides practical recommendations for policymakers to promote inclusive growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan efikasi keuangan terhadap minat investasi masyarakat di Desa Banjaragung, Kecamatan Rengel, Kabupaten Tuban. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 95 rumah tangga di Desa Banjaragung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y), dan efikasi keuangan (X2) juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y).

Abstract

Work-to-family conflict (WFC) merupakan tantangan umum bagi wanita karir, yang berpotensi menghambat career advancement mereka akibat tuntutan ganda dari lingkungan profesional dan domestik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-to-family conflict (WFC), Psychological Well-being (PWB), dan burnout terhadap career advancement karir di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 217 wanita karir di Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work-to-family conflict (WFC) memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap Psychological Well-being (PWB) dan career advancement, serta pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap burnout. Selain itu, Psychological Well-being (PWB) ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap career advancement, sementara burnout memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap career advancement. Secara keseluruhan, ketiga variabel, yaitu Work-to-family conflict (WFC), Psychological Well-being (PWB), dan burnout, mampu menjelaskan 64,2% variabilitas dalam career advancement. Temuan ini menyoroti bahwa Work-to-family conflict (WFC) memicu rangkaian dampak, mulai dari penurunan Psychological Well-being (PWB), dan peningkatan burnout, yang pada akhirnya menjadi hambatan signifikan bagi career advancement.
