Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology is increasingly widespread. This includes the use of chatbots. Chatbots are used in various sectors including education, health, and technology. This study aims to analyze research related to chatbots in the 2022-2024 period. The research method used is a bibliometric analysis approach. Collection of articles from Google Scholar using Harzing's Publish or Perish software and analysis using VOSviewer software. The word "chatbot" is used as a keyword in the search for the article. The results obtained were 999 relevant publications with 30705 citations and 15352 cites/years discussing chatbots. The results of the analysis show that there are nine main clusters related to chatbots. This includes research on the use of chatbots during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article also provides information on research topics that have not been widely discussed such as GPT, educational chatbots, and medical chatbots. This is expected to be used as a reference by other researchers to discuss this topic in further research.

Abstract

Objective– This study aims to analyze the balance between rice availability and rice demand across 28 districts in Bojonegoro Regency in 2024 by using the availability-to-demand (A/D) ratio as an indicator of local food security. Design/methodology/approach – Using a quantitative descriptive method, this study utilizes secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the National Food Agency. The analysis includes rice production, population data, and consumption levels to calculate rice availability, rice demand, and A/D ratios in each district. Findings – The results show that 26 districts (92.86%) are in a rice surplus condition, while 2 districts (7.14%), Bojonegoro and Sekar are in deficit. Kalitidu district recorded the highest A/D ratio of 14.20, while Bojonegoro and Sekar had the lowest at 0.79 and 0.67 respectively. These disparities highlight the uneven spatial distribution of food availability. Research limitations/implications – This study focuses solely on rice as a staple food and uses regional-level data from Bojonegoro Regency in 2024. Future research can expand the scope to include other staple commodities and multiple time periods for longitudinal analysis. Practical implications – The A/D ratio serves as an effective tool for identifying surplus and deficit regions, which can inform local food distribution policies, emergency stock planning, and targeted agricultural development. Originality/value – This study contributes to the literature by applying the A/D ratio as a spatial indicator for food security assessment at the district level, offering practical insights for policymakers in managing surplus and deficit conditions more effectively.

Abstract

The hospitality industry in Indonesia, as a crucial component of the tourism sector, faces significant challenges in efficiently managing food supplies. This study aims to design an application that connects hotels with food suppliers, addressing the key issues of supply and resource management. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, which includes literature review and interviews with various stakeholders in the hospitality industry. Findings indicate that the COOK LINK application has great potential to enhance hotel operational efficiency with standout features such as online payments, real-time stock tracking, and more effective customer complaint management. The analysis further demonstrates that by integrating technology into the management of food supplies, hotels can reduce the risk of shortages and ensure optimal quality of raw materials. The implications of this research are vital for developing differentiation strategies within the hospitality industry and creating opportunities to leverage technology to meet market competition. With the implementation of this application, it is anticipated that customer satisfaction will improve and lead to sustainable growth within the hospitality sector, ultimately supporting the advancement of the tourism industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Quality health services are an important element in supporting public health status. This study aimed to analyze the level of community satisfaction with health services at Puskesmas Temayang and Bojonegoro Regency. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with 218 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected through a standardized questionnaire based on Permenpan-RB Number 14 of 2017, with nine elements of the Community Satisfaction Survey indicator. The results showed that the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) was in the good category. The dimensions of cost/tariff and complaint handling are at the highest value, while the facilities and infrastructure aspects have the lowest scores of other aspects. This shows that there is a need for improvement in physical facilities, both buildings, completeness of service support tools, and strengthening of the competence of health workers. This study is expected to be a strategic input for policymakers to improve the quality of health services, especially at the Puskesmas level.

Abstract

This research explores the conflict resolution methods employed by the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in Sumenep Regency in the context of enforcing regional regulations, with a particular focus on the displacement of street vendors (PKL). The implementation of these regulations frequently leads to social tensions, especially when they impact marginalized groups like street vendors. Using a qualitative case study method, the study was carried out in urban parts of Sumenep, including Taman Tajamara and Giling Sumenep. Data were gathered through comprehensive interviews, on-site observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that coercive enforcement measures often provoke stronger public opposition, whereas approaches that encourage cooperation and community involvement are more successful in fostering mutual trust and resolving disputes peacefully. The research highlights the necessity of embedding social justice values and restorative approaches in regulatory enforcement to promote constructive and harmonious relationships between authorities and the public.

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the raw material inventory management system at Belikopi Semolowaru using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. Raw material inventory is a vital aspect in maintaining smooth operational processes, but if managed inefficiently, it can lead to cost wastage and hinder production. The EOQ method was chosen because it can determine the most optimal order quantity, thereby reducing storage and ordering costs. Research data were collected through field observations, interviews with business owners, and review of raw material purchasing documents. The analysis included calculations of EOQ, safety stock, reorder point (ROP), and total inventory costs. The results showed that the implementation of EOQ at Belikopi Semolowaru was more effective than conventional methods, because it was able to reduce storage costs and reduce ordering frequency. The cost savings obtained were also more significant, thus not only increasing operational efficiency but also positively impacting the company's profitability. With more optimal inventory management, Belikopi Semolowaru was able to consistently meet customer demand without experiencing stock shortages or excess raw materials.
