Abstract

The Indonesia–Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IK-CEPA) signed in 2020 and implemented in 2021, was expected to boost Indonesia’s non-oil and gas export performance to South Korea through tariff elimination and improved market access. However, data from 2021 to 2023 show that Indonesia’s non-oil and gas exports experienced significant fluctuations despite the agreement. This study aims to examine the causes of these fluctuations in the post-IK-CEPA period. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this research relies on secondary data obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), the Ministry of Trade, and relevant international institutions. The analysis focuses on the value and volume of Indonesia’s non-oil and gas exports to South Korea during the 2021–2023 period. The study is framed within the theory of international cooperation and the liberalism perspective to better understand trade dynamics. The results reveal that the IK-CEPA agreement alone has not been sufficient to ensure export stability in the absence of supportive global economic conditions. External factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic and geopolitical tensions played a significant role in disrupting export flows. Although IK-CEPA offers important opportunities, realizing its full potential requires strategic policy improvements, product competitiveness, and market diversification to strengthen Indonesia’s position in the global trade environment. Abstract

The Gaza Strip is a conflict zone that has long experienced blockades, political instability, and armed violence, leading to an ongoing humanitarian crisis. Not only humans but also animals have become victims of this situation, particularly those in zoos that are left neglected and lacking proper care. Amidst this turmoil, Four Paws International, a non-governmental organization focused on animal welfare, carried out a mission to rescue animals in Gaza during 2018–2019. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a non-participatory observation method, using social movement theory and pluralism perspective in international relations as theoretical frameworks. Social movement theory provides an understanding of the processes of mobilization, solidarity, and the formation of global advocacy networks, while the pluralism perspective helps illustrate how non-state actors, such as Four Paws International, can influence international regimes that are typically dominated by states. The study also uses the Five Freedoms framework by the Farm Animal Welfare Council (FAWC) as a benchmark to assess animal welfare standards. The findings show that Four Paws International executed animal rescue efforts through evacuation and medical care methods. The organization successfully evacuated dozens of animals from three zoos in Gaza, all in critical conditions, to wildlife sanctuaries in Jordan and South Africa. With the documented process of evacuation and post-evacuation care conducted by the organization, Four Paws International's mission in Gaza can be categorized as successful. This success is reflected in the physical and mental recovery of the animals, who had previously been exposed to hazardous conditions, ensuring they received better protection after evacuation and demonstrating a significant contribution to animal welfare protection in conflict zones. Abstract

Pariwisata sebagai salah satu sektor penting dalam pembangunan nasional. Untuk mewujudkan keberhasilan pembangunan tersebut melalui suatu kegiatan yang harus melibatkan antara lain pelaku, proses penyelenggaraan, kebijakan, politik, dan sosial budaya yang saling berinteraksi, dan akan lebih realistis bila dilihat sebagai sistem dengan berbagai subsistem yang saling berhubungan dan saling mempengaruhi. Khususnya Kabupaten Bengkalis yang memiliki potensi alam masih sangat bagus. Dengan demikian maka pemerintah harus memperhatikan kapasitas kelembagaan dalam pengembangan Pariwisata dalam rangka akselarasi mensejahterakan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Kapasitas Kelembagaan Dalam Pengembangan Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) di Desa Teluk Rhu Kecamatan Rupat Utara Kabupaten Bengkalis, dan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis faktor Penghambat Kapasitas Kelembagaan Dalam Pengembangan Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) di Desa Teluk Rhu Kecamatan Rupat Utara Kabupaten Bengkalis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Teluk Rhu Kecamatan Rupat Utara Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik interaktif yang dikemukakan oleh Creswell. Hasil penelitian Wisata Desa Teluk Rhu telah memiliki kapasitas baik kapasitas organisasi maupun kapasitas individu. Kapasitas organisasi tidak akan berjalan secara efektif apabila kapasitas individu tidak memenuhi kapasitas yang dibutuhkan, sebaliknya kapasitas individu tidak akan berjalan dengan efektif jika tidak didukung dengan kapasitas organisasi.

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kecamatan Rupat Utara Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik interaktif yang dikemukakan oleh Creswell. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT yang menunjukkan tentang peluang dan strategi pengembangan objek wisata di Rupat Utara yaitu dengan pemanfaatan segala potensi yang dimiliki oleh wisata

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding with a problem-based learning model at MTs Al Washliyah Pangkalan Brandan. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The object of this research is class IX students of MTs Al Washliyah Pangkalan Brandan. The object of this research is the 28 students of class IX-2. Before taking action, the researcher made observations first by interviewing the field teacher and homeroom teacher. The instruments that the researcher uses are Observation, Interview, Test and Documentation. This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle was carried out in two meetings. In Cycle I the percentage level of students was 78.57% With 22 students who completed and 6 students did not complete. In the second cycle there was an increase in students' understanding with a percentage rate of 89.28% with 25 students completing and 3 students not completing. There was an increase of 10.07%. This shows that the implementation of the problem-based learning model is running smoothly and is considered well applied at MTs Al Washliyah Pangkalan Brandan.

Abstract

Divorce is a failure in building a household, Allah really hates this divorce event, but in Islamic teachings it is still permissible, there are many factors that cause divorce, one of which is the existence of nusyuz (durhaka) both nusyuz carried out by wives and husbands. a wife is said to be nusyuz if she does not obey the husband's orders as long as these orders do not contradict the syari'at. Meanwhile, a husband is classified as nusyuz if he does not give his wife's rights properly, because husband and wife are ordinary human beings who at any time can make mistakes and mistakes. However, in the Islamic Law Compilation, there is no confirmation of the rules regarding the husband who performs nusyuz as the wife. In other words, if the husband does Nusyuz there is no legal consequence, based on the above assumptions, it can be concluded that there are various problems related to Nusyuz. This research aims to find out the true nature of nusyuz in KHI. This research is an analytic descriptive study using a normative juridical approach. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively with deductive and inductive thinking methods. In the end it can be concluded that there should be improvements and improvements to the compilation of Islamic law by considering the interests and rights of women in the provisions of the article on nusyuz, because in the compilation of Islamic law there are no articles regulating the problem of husband nusyuz, this tends to be more detrimental to the wife.

Abstract

Law No. 1 of 1974 stipulates that the primary principle of marriage in Indonesia is monogamy, while polygamy is permitted only in specific situations and under very strict conditions. In the Compilation of Islamic Law, provisions regarding polygamy are regulated in Articles 55 and 56, which state that polygamy is only allowed under particular circumstances and must fulfill several predetermined requirements. Although legal regulations governing polygamy exist, its practice continues to raise various issues for certain groups. This study employs a normative juridical approach, utilizing secondary data obtained through literature studies. The research specification is descriptive-analytical, describing the applicable legislation, linking it to legal theories, and comparing it with its practical implementation. The findings show that polygamy in Islam is only permitted as a solution in emergency situations, not as a choice without a clear reason. This allowance aims to protect marginalized women or children in need of care. Polygamy must be carried out responsibly, based on humanitarian objectives, and requires the husband's ability to act fairly and wisely, not merely driven by personal desires.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on tax avoidance. This research is a type of quantitative research with the type of data used, namely secondary data obtained from the Company's annual financial statements through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study is a food and beverage sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2023. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 13 companies was obtained that fit the criteria. The data analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the data processing software used, namely the Statiscal Package for Social Sciences 26 (SPSS 26) program. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability have a significant negative effect on Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana toleransi dikembangkan di sekolah menengah atas di Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. Seperti kita ketahui bahwa kekerasan fisik maupun mental merupakan kasus penting yang perlu diawasi dan dicegah khususnya di lingkungan sekolah. Bengkalis merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Riau yang banyak terjadi kekerasan fisik dan mental. Pada tahun 2020, terjadi 26 kasus. Kegiatan pemberdayaan sosial diperlukan untuk meminimalisir kasus dari waktu ke waktu. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam makalah ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion dan Teaching. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan untuk dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulan berdasarkan fakta. Kesimpulan dari tulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa masih banyak siswa di SMAN 1 Bantan yang belum mengetahui bagaimana menyikapi jika terjadi intoleransi. Mereka juga tidak pernah melihat kekerasan fisik atau mental terjadi di sekolah mereka. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut terjadi, telah dilakukan kegiatan pemberdayaan sosial seperti pengajaran, menonton film pendek, dan diskusi tentang perilaku intoleransi di lingkungan sekolah.
