Abstract

Background: E-learning readiness became a new workload for teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic because of the obligatory online teaching. E-learning readiness comprises four factors: the readiness of technology, innovation, people, and self-development; and it might cause job stressors and affect teachers' performance. The research objective was to explore job stressors that influence teachers the most and how they might be associated with E-learning readiness. Method: The cross-sectional method assessed 186 teachers from public and private elementary schools in the urban city area in Jakarta. The data obtained from questionnaires: Teacher Stress Inventory (TSI) Boyle and E-learning Readiness (ELR) Aydin and Tasci. TSI assessed teachers' job stressors in five main components: workload, student behavior, professional recognition, time and resources, and interpersonal relationships. Results: Most teachers perceived readiness at e-learning (84.9%). E-learning readiness was a profound problem for female and non-classroom teachers. The dominant job stressors for teachers were workload (27%), professional recognition (22%), time and resources (21%), and student behavior (21%). The number of students influenced workload and professional recognition. Self-development was the prominent e-learning readiness factor associated with teacher job stressors, especially professional recognition. Conclusions: In urban areas like Jakarta, fifteen percent of teachers remain unprepared for e-learning teaching. The unpreparedness was related to the female gender and non-classroom teachers, who need e-learning skills training to improve their readiness and control job stressors for better teaching performance in a prolonged pandemic situation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk kenakalan siswa yang terjadi di SMP Negeri 1 Babalan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang ditemukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa serta startegi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Babalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian terletak di SMP Negeri 1 Babalan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi (triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik), perpanjangan penelitian, dan ketekunan pengamatan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Bentuk kenakalan siswa ialah membolos, terlamabt, mengkatifkan Hp Ketika jam Pelajaran berlangsung dan Perilaku tidak baik di lingkangan sekolah (merokok, berkelahi, baju di keluarkan, berkata tidak sopan). (2)Faktor penghambat dating dari teman sebayanya, dan melawan ketika di tegur dan Pendukung guru menjalin kerjasama dengan orang tua siswa, Pembiasaan terhadap siswa, memberikan nasehat yang bersifat mendidik, menjadi suritauladan yang baik bagi siswa, menambahkan kegiatan religius di lembaga Pendidikan. (3)Strategi guru PAI dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa Preventif sekolah dengan cara memberikan teguran secara baik ketika siswa melakukan kenakalan, Represif sekolah dengan memberikan teguran, memberikan hukuman, panggilan kepada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran, dan memberikan bimbingan konseling. Kuratif sekolah dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan orangtua siswa, kunjungan kerumah siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode 3T+1M (Talqin, Takrir, Tasmiq, dan Muraja’ah) dalam pembelajaran tahfizhul Qur'an, mengidentifikasi faktor kendala dan pendukung dalam penerapannya, serta menggali pengembangan kualitas daya ingat hafalan Al-Qur'an siswa kelas VIII MTsS Darul Ulum Hinai Kanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode 3T1M dilakukan secara sistematis melalui tahapan talqin untuk membimbing pembacaan ayat, takrir untuk pengulangan hafalan, tasmiq untuk penyetoran hafalan kepada guru, dan murajaah untuk memperkuat hafalan. Pendukung keberhasilan metode ini meliputi motivasi siswa, dukungan orang tua, dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, sedangkan kendalanya berupa keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran, rasa malas siswa, daya ingat siswa yang kurang dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Metode ini terbukti meningkatkan kualitas hafalan siswa, baik dari segi kekuatan menghafal maupun kestabilan daya ingat mereka melalui pengulangan yang sistematis.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the Discovery Learning learning model in moral beliefs in class X MA Al Yusriyah Pangkalan Susu. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) with 25 students. Data collection was carried out through test and non-test techniques. Preliminary findings show that the learning methods used previously, namely lectures and assignments, cause students to feel bored and less interested, so that the learning outcomes do not reach the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Through the application of the discovery learning method, the results of the study show an increase in student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, the average student score reached 73 with a success rate of 72%, which did not meet the criteria for research success. In the second cycle, there was a significant increase with an average score of 81 and a success rate of 92%, which was categorized as successful. These results show that the discovery learning learning model is effective in increasing students' interest and learning outcomes.

Abstract

In the examination of the case in the Religious Court, the persons who file the lawsuit must bring in evidence, one of which is the evidence of witnesses. So important is the role of proof with testimony, almost in every process of examining cases there is always testimony. However, there is a case filed by the plaintiff before the trial in which the witness presented by the plaintiff is a witness who is not Muslim (Non Muslim), while in Islamic law the majority of scholars absolutely do not allow non-Muslim testimony to be heard. The issue raised in this study is "Non-Muslim Testimony as Evidence of Divorce", so that researchers know whether the reasons and legal basis of the judges in accepting non-Muslim testimony as evidence in divorce cases at the Curup Religious Court and whether the acceptance of non-Muslim witnesses as evidence for divorce cases is in accordance with Islamic Law. This research uses field research methodology (field reasearch) and library research (library reasearch) which is descriptive which uses a qualitative approach. To obtain data, the author uses observation methods, interviews, and documentation and literature studies, namely by studying books on the concept of testimony and then analyzed based on facts that occur in the field. The results of the study: The reasons and legal basis of the judges in accepting non-Muslim testimony as evidence in divorce cases are witnesses not as legal requirements, witnesses as evidence related to formal requirements related to qadlaan, witnesses meet formal and material requirements as witnesses regulated by articles 171, 172, 175, 308 paragraphs (1) and Article 309 R.Bg, that in testimony the most important thing is that the witness must give testimony as seen. This is evidenced by the oath according to the religion of witnesses, both Muslims and non-Muslims, not violating the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. The legal basis used is Article 54 of Law Number 7 of 1989, Article 49 paragraph (1) of Law Number 3 of 2006, concerning Religious Justice, and Article 19 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power. Meanwhile, the acceptance of non-Muslim witnesses as evidence for divorce cases is not in accordance with the rules of Islamic law.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze the European Union's anti-dumping policy on Cold Rolled Stainless Steel products from Indonesia in 2021-2022. During the investigation period, the European Committee discovered dumping practices on Cold Rolled Stainless Steel imported from Indonesia and that there were losses to the European Union steel industry. The form of loss experienced by European Union steel producers is the loss of market share, due to the increasing price competitiveness of imported products which the European Union sees as an intervention by the Indonesian government. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with a nation-state level of analysis, the theory used is protectionism theory from a neo-mercantilism perspective. To analyze this case, the author collected data from journals, books, websites, and other sources related to the European Union-Indonesia requirements and inspections of the export of Indonesian Cold Rolled Stainless Steel steel products. The results of this research show that the European Union's anti-dumping policy towards Indonesian Cold Rolled Stainless Steel is to impose countervailing measures in the form of anti-dumping import duties (BMAD) on imported products from Indonesia. The Indonesian government provides interventions that favor domestic producers in the form of HGBT policies, investment incentives, protection of import permits through regulations, prohibition and restriction policies (lartas), as well as the implementation of Indonesian National Standards (SNI). Therefore, the selling price of steel in Indonesia is cheaper than the selling price of steel in European Union countries. Therefore, the existence of anti-dumping import duties affects Indonesian steel producers when they sell their steel, this problem resulted in a WTO panel being sued by Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to describe the marketing strategy applied by Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Darul Ulum Khulafaur Rosyidin in improving the image of the institution and attracting public interest in pesantren education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitative, with data validity testing through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The results showed that the marketing strategy is carried out through determining the target market tailored to the needs of the community, determining the competitive position with other institutions, as well as the marketing mix through social media promotions, brochures, superior religious activities, and active involvement of all school components including alumni. The implementation of this marketing strategy has proven effective in increasing the number of new students and forming a positive image of the institution. Excellent programs such as Tahfizhul Qur'an become the main attraction of the pesantren. Thus, a planned marketing strategy that involves all elements of the school is very important in increasing public trust in pesantren educational institutions.

Abstract

Laba sering dimanfaatkan sebagai ukuran untuk menilai prestasi perusahaan. Unsur-unsur yang menjadi bagian pembentuk laba adalah pendapatan dan biaya. Dengan mengelompokkan unsur-unsur pendapatan dan biaya, akan dapat diperoleh hasil pengukuran laba yang berbeda antara lain; laba kotor, laba operasional, laba sebelum pajak, dan laba bersih. Laba bersih merupakan nilai akhir yang diperoleh setelah laba operasional ditambah dengan pendapatan lain- lain dan dikurangi dengan biaya lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah deposito mudharabah, penyaluran pembiayaan dan BOPO terhadap laba PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Cabang Stabat secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Cabang Stabat. Pengolahan dan pada penelitian ini menggunakan program komputer SPSS dan Microsoft Office Excel. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan pengujian tersebut menjelaskan bahwa Deposito mudharabah, penyaluran pembiayaan, BOPO dan laba PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Cabang Stabat pada periode penelitian yakni tahun 2019-2021 mengalami fluktuasi turun dan naik setiap bulannya, namun secara umum deposito mudharabah, penyaluran pembiayaan dan laba PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Cabang Stabat lebih dominan mengalami kenaikan setiap bulannya dari tahun ke tahun, sedangkan BOPO terus terjadi fluktuasi turun dan naik yang tidak menentu. Secara parsial deposito mudharabah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba pada PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Cabang Stabat, secara parsial penyaluran pembiayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba pada PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Cabang Stabat, secara parsial BOPO tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba pada PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Cabang Stabat, secara simultan secara simultan deposito mudharabah, penyaluran pembiayaan, dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Cabang Stabat. Deposito mudharabah, penyaluran pembiayaan dan BOPO mempengaruhi laba PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Cabang Stabat sebesar 78,6%.

Abstract

Fiqh learning at the elementary madrasah level has a strategic role in shaping students' basic understanding of Islamic law and in instilling religious values ​​from an early age. However, in practice, many teachers experience obstacles in determining the right learning strategy so that fiqh material can be effectively accepted by students who are still at the concrete development stage. This study aims to describe and analyze learning strategies in fiqh subjects in introducing Islamic law at Bidayatul Hidayah Elementary Madrasah. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, with primary data sources being teachers and students, and secondary data in the form of learning documents. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model, and the validity of the data is tested through triangulation and member checks. The results of the study indicate that the learning strategies used by teachers include direct practice, discussion, demonstration, and contextual approaches that link fiqh material to students' daily lives. Learning planning has been well prepared, but its implementation still faces obstacles such as limited media, time, and differences in student abilities. This study also found the integration of local cultural values ​​in fiqh learning that strengthens students' understanding of Islamic law. The implications of this study are the importance of strengthening teacher competence in implementing active and contextual learning strategies, as well as the need for support for facilities and curriculum that are responsive to the needs of students at the elementary madrasah level.

Abstract

The problem of the erosion of local community traditions, one of which is “mamacah” tradition in Madura, which was identified from field data and facts, requires the participation of educational institutions, namely village customary institutions which should exist at the village level whose function is to provide education to the community about education to maintain arts and culture. . The Mamacah tradition has problems with various temporary factors, namely the development of the times and social change factors that affect the low interest of the younger generation as the successors of this tradition. This requires further study of how traditional institutions in the village accommodate village traditions through the steps of fostering the younger generation. The accommodation of the traditional institutions of Lobuk village is carried out by implementing “Mamacah” training education which is intensively taught to the young generation of the village with a convergence approach. By maintaining communication with village youth, Mamacah education can run harmoniously and continuously. The success of Lobuk village as the only independent village in Madura cannot be separated from the intensity of the education of the traditional institutions in it as a form of cultural capital for the knowledge of the young generation of the village and the symbolic capital of the establishment of educational institutions of traditional village institutions that continuously carry out arts and cultural education in the area including mamacah
