Abstract

Kebijakan sertifikasi merupakan “angin segar” bagi kesejahteraan para guru, baik pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) maupun tenaga honorer mulai jenjang RA/TK hingga SLTA sederajat. Begitupun, penetapan kebijakan ini tidak serta-merta menjamin dan mengubah secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Tulisan ini menganalisa persepsi guru tentang kebijakan sertifikasi guru dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Fokus pembahasan penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana persepsi guru RA Ali Mahfudz tentang kebijakan sertifikasi guru dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus (case study), adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara terstruktur, observasi partisipan dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kebijakan sertifikasi guru memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, hal ini didasarkan pada tujuan utama kebijakan ini sebagai upaya (a) men-sejahterakan guru, (b) melatih keterampilan guru, (c) meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalitas guru. Begitupun, (2) terdapat beberapa permasalahan di lapangan, yaitu (a) orientasi guru terhadap kesejahteraan hidup semata; dan (b) mengajar sebatas kewajiban.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of teacher professional development at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri throughout Langkat Regency. This study used a multi-site qualitative method where data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Management of Teacher Professionalism Development in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout Langkat Regency is directed at efforts to develop teacher professionalism in the form of increasing expertise, and skills, broadening horizons, coaching carried out on the initiative and in collaboration with the regional government and the District Ministry of Religion. Langkat through planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating activities contained in various forms of activities, including K-13 socialization training and the covid curriculum, computer training, MGMP, supervision, making efforts for teachers to attend seminars, workshops, also seeking to add to the collection of books -books in the library.

Abstract

Shaykh Az-Zarnuji is a Muslim scholar or scholar who has thoughts in studying knowledge. The book in particular which is quite well known and is a reference among Muslims is the book of Ta'lim Muta'allim. Shaykh Az-Zarnuji's thoughts in the book of muta'allim ta'lim contain adab-adab in education. The objectives of this research were: To find out the purpose and application of studying knowledge from the perspective of Sheikh Az Zarnuji in the book of Ta'lim Muta'allim. This type of research is library research. The research object is explored through a variety of library information (books, encyclopedias, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, and documents). This study uses a philosophical approach, data collection techniques, namely documentation with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that there are 3 goals for studying, namely individual goals; Social goals and professional goals. The goals are individual, namely eliminating ignorance from oneself, educating the mind, being grateful for the blessings of the mind and body health. The goals are social, namely eliminating stupidity from members of the community (educating the community), reviving Islamic religious values. Meanwhile, the professional goal is to master knowledge which has implications for the achievement of the position that has been achieved is for the benefit of the people as a whole. These three goals must be based on the main goal of getting the blessing of Allah SWT. Then in applying the demand for knowledge there are several things that must be considered, namely the intention when studying; choose knowledge, teachers, and friends; respect science and scientists; have seriousness, perseverance and lofty ideals; choose the correct method of seeking knowledge; trust; and has the nature of wara'.

Abstract

In this study the author presents the concept of tazkiyat al-nafs according to Al-Ghazali in his book Ihya Ulumuddin to be used as a benchmark as a method in moral education. This research is a library research. Data analysis was carried out by means of inductive-deductive, comparative, descriptive and interpretive. The results of the study explain that to purify oneself or the soul, according to Imam Al-Ghazali, it is necessary to carry out the process of takhalli (self-emptying of reprehensible qualities), tahalli (filling oneself with praiseworthy qualities) and tajalli (a feeling of full devotion to God/self-serving). to Allah). Al-Ghazali put forward ten concepts of tazkiyatun nafs in the context of education, namely: prioritizing the purity of the soul over despicable morals, reducing relations with the busy world, willing to stay away from family and homeland to study knowledge, not arrogant because of knowledge and not opposing teachers, keeping oneself from listening to different human opinions, not abandoning commendable sciences, acquiring knowledge gradually, knowing the reasons for knowing the glory of knowledge, and knowing the relationship between science and its goals. The relevance of Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts about the tazkiyat al-nafs method with moral education in schools is still relevant theoretically, this is because there are still many educational materials that still use his concept, namely tazkiyat al-nafs is an effort to cleanse the soul by do commendable deeds so that he is close to Allah.

Abstract

penurunan akhlak peserta didik masa kini ya ng menyebabkan kasus kekerasan kepada guru maupun kepada sesama murid yang muncul di pemberitaan media.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep pendidikan di buku Ash-Shuffah pada masa Nabi Muhammad dan relevansinya terhadap pembentukan akhlak peserta didik masa kini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Teknik analisis isi (content analysis) dan menggunakan pendekatan historis-filosofi. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh dari buku Ash-Shuffah karya Yakhsyallah Mansur, jurnal, dan sumber lain yang berhubungan dengan jawaban rumusan masalah. Data dianalisa dengan memilih data dan mengambil data yang diperlukan, menyajikan data dalam bentuk tulisan, mengklasifikasi data dan mengaitkan antara data konsep pendidikan buku Ash-Shuffa dengan teori-teori pembentukan akhlak. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa didalam konsep pendidikan dalam buku Ash-Shuffah terdapat relevansi terhadap pembentukan akhlak diantaranya ialah relevansi tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum pendidikan, lingkungan pendidikan, dan metode pendidikan Ash-Shuffah terhadap teori pembentukan akhlak peserta didik masa kini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Solving untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Siswa pada Pelajaran Fiqih Kelas VII MTs Al Mu’min Dogang Kecamatan Gebang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah Siswa pada Pelajaran Fiqih Kelas VII MTs Al Mu’min Dogang Kecamatan Gebang yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yang terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir siswa kelas VII VII MTs Al Mu’min Dogang meningkat setelah digunakannya model pembelajaran Problem Solving dalam pelajaran Fiqih dengan materi pokok Salat Jamak Qasar dan Salat dalam Keadaan Darurat. Peningkatan ini terbukti pada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir siswa dari perolehan Ketuntasan Klasikal siklus I sebesar 78.12 % dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 90.25%. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I skor sebesar 79 dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 98. Sedangkan aktivitas guru pada siklus I dan siklus II mencapai skor tertinggi sebesar 24.

Abstract

Permasalahan secara khusus yang ditemukan di lokasi penelitian yaitu di MTs. Negeri 1 Langkat bahwa siswa kelas VII-A bahwasanya guru bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadits menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung seperti model ceramah dan pemberian tugas berbentuk soal latihan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 32 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan 3 (tiga) siklus. Hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri dalam meningkatkan Pemahaman siswa pada bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadits bagi siswa Kelas VII MTs. Negeri 1 Langkat sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan terdapat peningkatan sejak awal pra Siklus yaitu jumlah siswa yang mendapatkan ketuntasan nilai rata-rata yaitu 56,55 siswa yang mendapatkan nilai tuntas pada bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadits, pada Siklus I meningkat menjadi 63 siswa yang tuntas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits pada materi pemahaman. Pada Siklus II tingkat ketuntasan siswa dalam belajar Al-Qur’an Hadits yaitu 78,4 di Kelas VII MTs. Negeri 1 Langkat. Kemudian dianalisis dari Siklus III ketuntasan siswa mencapai 89,8. Dengan demikian, hipotesis penulis telah diuji kebenarannya dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan berdasarkan fakta-fakta dilapangan yang diperoleh melalui hasil observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan melalui hasil tes kemampuan pemahaman siswa pada siklus I, II dan siklus III.

Abstract

Thailand is known as a country that is strong in sex tourism. To change the image of Thai tourism, the Thai government is carrying out Gastrodiplomacy using soft power, because typical Thai food is able to change the image of the country from sex tourism to culinary tourism. Gastrodiplomacy is part of public diplomacy and cultural diplomacy that uses food as a medium for cross-cultural communication. Thai gastrodiplomacy was officially issued in 2002 by the Thai government and was the first country to carry out gastrodiplomacy through the "Kitchen of the World" program on the grounds that the Thai government was implementing the program to become one of the exporters of the agricultural sector in the world, as well as changing the bad image of Thailand as a tourist country. sex. Indonesia is among Thailand's goals in implementing gastrodiplomacy that achieves targets. The perspective that researchers use is the Constructivism perspective. Meanwhile, the theories and concepts used in this research are Gatrosiplomasi and Nation Branding. This research uses qualitative research methods by collecting primary and secondary information. Primary data was obtained through interviews with various parties and secondary data through web-based literature research that supports research. The results of this research show that Thai gastrodiplomacy in Indonesia is going well. The event organizing strategy is the most dominant strategy which is able to attract 20,000 visitors. And Indonesia has benefited greatly from Thai gastrodiplomacy, both from the government and business players. Keywords: Gastrodiplomacy, Indonesia, Thailand: Kitchen of the World.

Abstract

This research will analyse and describe the nation branding strategy through initiatives undertaken by the Thai government in branding the country through Amazing Thailand as a tourism campaign, especially in promoting the national tourism industry in Singapore. Seeing that in a certain period of time there was a decline in Singaporean tourist visits to Thailand. The Amazing Thailand campaign is an effort to re-enhance Thailand's image to Singaporeans who want to visit Thailand. This research uses a pluralism perspective and is analysed based on the theory and concept of nation branding by Keith Dinnie through his book entitled "Nation Branding, Concepts, Issues, Practice". The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with literature study data collection techniques to collect and analyze data from secondary sources obtained from books, articles, journals and other forms related to the problems studied. The results showed that Thailand has conducted a nation branding strategy through Amazing Thailand in promoting national tourism through programs such as Amazing Thailand Travel Confidently with Grab and several roadshows in Singapore such as Amazing Thailand Craft your Journey 2023 and Amazing Thailand Krabi Roadshow to Singapore 2023 in promoting Thai tourism. The campaign was successful in re-establishing Thailand's image in Singapore with an increase in Singaporean tourist arrivals to Thailand. Abstract

This research analyzes Indonesia's diplomacy in promoting the Pacu Jalur festival in Kuantan Singingi as an international tourism destination. The tourism potential of Pacu Jalur in Kuantan Singingi is significant as it has been named one of the top 10 Karisma Event Nusantara (KEN) by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia. Pacu Jalur has also been designated by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage since 2014 in the category of "Social Practices and Rituals." This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature review sourced from books, journals, articles, and websites. The research utilizes the perspective of pluralism and the theory of cultural diplomacy with a state-level analysis. The results of this study conclude that Indonesia has carried out various activities to enhance its soft power in the cultural sector through the development of Pacu Jalur. The diplomacy conducted is based on two soft power instruments: enhancing attraction and strengthening rules (agenda setting) for the development of Pacu Jalur as an internationally recognized tourism destination.
