Abstract

Organizational leadership plays a vital role in determining the direction and success of a company. In the banking context, especially at Rural Credit Banks (BPR) in Banyumas Regency, the aim of this research is to analyze and understand the role of organizational leadership as a mediator in the relationship between organizational culture and employee commitment to their performance at Rural Credit Banks (BPR) in Banyumas Regency. This research was conducted at BPR Banks in Banyumas Regency by giving questionnaires to bank leaders using Google Form. In this study the entire population was used as the research sample. The reason is, there are only 67 BPR banks in Banyumas Regency and the analysis tool is SEM PLS. The results of this research are that organizational culture has a proven influence on organizational leadership, this is because the P-Value value of 0.002 is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, commitment has a proven effect on organizational leadership, this is because the P-Value value of 0.001 is smaller than The alpha value is 0.05 and organizational leadership has a proven effect on employee performance, this is because the P-Value value of 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of digital transformation in improving financial management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) through financial applications. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected via interviews, observations, and document analysis from BUMDes utilizing such applications. Results show these applications enhance efficiency in financial data processing, provide real-time reporting, minimize errors, and improve access to financial information, especially for service and trade units. Despite these benefits, challenges persist, including inadequate infrastructure and limited technological skills. Continued development and support for these applications are crucial to optimize financial management and promote transparency, accountability, and better governance in BUMDes operations.

Abstract

Partners in this program are bamboo craftsmen Jihan Craft, Somakaton Village, Somagede District, Banyumas Regency. The problems faced by partners are lack of equipment in running their business; very limited capabilities in business management consisting of production management, HR, marketing and finance; limited ability in bookkeeping and financial reporting; limited ability to carry out online marketing activities; do not form groups; do not understand group management; and do not have the skills to carry out group administration. To achieve the goals, activities are carried out in the form of counseling, practice and mentoring. The evaluation method is carried out by comparing the level of knowledge and abilities as well as the production and marketing performance of partners before and after the activity. The benefits of this service activity are that partners get additional mechanical production equipment so they can increase the quantity and quality of their products and can produce more efficiently, partners' business management abilities increase, they have the ability to do bookkeeping and financial reporting, they can carry out online marketing activities well, the formation of groups Jihan Craft business officially, understand and can practice group management well; and can carry out group administration activities well.

Abstract

The purposes of this activity are to contribute in developing Pekunden tourism village, to train adaptability of students to local culture and interaction with all parties, and to apply the knowledge and expertise acquired during in college. The partners of this activity are several parties related to the tourism village of Pekunden Village, Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency with an activity period of one month starting on November 17 2022. The outputs of the program implemented include Instagram reels, video promotions of tourism village, and website development. The conclusion from this activity is that Pekunden tourism village has a higher potential could be developed. Various potentials could be introduced more broadly through a variety of innovation updates by utilizing information technology, one of which is through the development of social media. The development of this tourism village involves various parties such as the village government, pokdarwis, working group, and local community. The role of various parties still needs to be increased in introducing this tourism village so that many people could be interested to visit the tourism village.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of employee empowerment, career opportunities, and job satisfaction on organizational performance in medium-sized companies in West Java. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 350 respondents using a Likert scale (1-5) and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that employee empowerment and career opportunities significantly and positively influence organizational performance. Job satisfaction also mediates these relationships, amplifying their effects. The study underscores the importance of fostering empowerment, providing structured career development opportunities, and enhancing job satisfaction to achieve superior organizational outcomes. Practical implications suggest that medium-sized companies should adopt employee-centric strategies to enhance performance and maintain competitiveness.

Abstract

Capital  market  is  an  activity  related  to  public offering and trading of securities, public companies relating to the  issuance  of  securities,  institutions  and  professionals associated with the effects. One of the most popular financial instruments  and  commonly  used  in  conventional  capital market,  including  in  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  (Bursa  Efek Indonesia) is short-selling. In regulation of Bapepam-LK No. V.D.6,  short-selling  is  the  sale  of  securities  in  which  the securities are not owned by the seller when the transaction is executed.  In general,  this  transaction  clearly  violated  syariah guidance,  as  embodied  in  the  Fatwa  of  DSN-MUI  No.  20 Year  2001  and  No.  40  year  2003,  because  of  short-selling synchronized with the bay' ma'dum based on the hadith "You may  not  sell  anything  which  are  not  your  belongings". Therefore, this paper aims at studying the issues surrounding the interpretation and the reality of short-selling instruments. Three  main  results  obtained  were  permissibility  of  shares as the object of the loan contract, the issue of bay 'ma'dum can be  interpreted  as  a collateral  of  delivery  which  can  be controlled  by  the  rules  of  Bapepam-LK, and  thirdly,  the economic benefit from the imposition of a fee in the formof the loan contract is concluded as a forbidden usury.

Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of attitudes on the decision to buy sharia insurance products during the covid-19 period, effect of subjective norms on the decision to buy sharia insurance products during the covid-19 period, effect of perceived control behavior on sharia insurance decisions during the covid-19 period, and effect of the theory of planned behavior which includes attitudes, perceived control behavior on the decision to buy sharia insurance products during the covid-19 period. The object of this research is Sharia Prudential Insurance in Serang-Banten Regency. Respondents who became the population of this study were Prudential Sharia Insurance customers in Serang-Banten Province. The sample taken in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study show that  Attitudes have a significant positive effect on the decision to buy sharia insurance products during the covid-19 period, subjective norms have a significant positive effect on the decision to buy sharia insurance products during the covid-19 period, Perceived control behavior has a significant positive effect on the decision to buy sharia insurance products during the covid-19 period, and attitudes, subjective norms and perceived control behavior simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the decision to buy sharia insurance products during the covid-19 period

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of proactive personality on employee performance and assess the role of job crafting as a mediating factor in the connection between proactive personality and employee performance. The research will utilize a quantitative methodology and encompass the entire population of 53 employees from BUMDes in Sokaraja District as the research sample. The sampling approach use saturated samples when the whole population is utilized as a research sample. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS. The data analysis revealed the following findings: 1) Proactive personality has a positive effect on employee performance, 2) Job crafting influences employee performance, 3) Proactive personality has a positive effect on job crafting, and 4) Job crafting as a mediator between proactive personality and employee performance. Implications that can be inferred from the conclusions above are that BUMDes parties are anticipated to adopt a more inclusive approach, rather than only employing a hierarchical structure in BUMDes management, to provide employees with greater autonomy to engage in job crafting.

Abstract

The airline industry is a highly competitive market, and understanding the factors that influence passenger loyalty is critical for airlines to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. The aim of this research is to explore and understand the influence of brand image on passenger loyalty through value acceptance, with a focus on Low Cost Carrier airline passengers in Yogyakarta. This research aims to identify the extent to which the brand image of low-cost airlines influences passenger loyalty, as well as how the acceptance of value by passengers acts as a mediator in this relationship. This research will use a quantitative approach, by collecting data from a sample of low-cost airline passengers in Indonesia. Brand image is stated to have a significant influence on passanger loyalty, while the influence of brand image on perceived value and perceived value on passanger loyalty is stated to have no positive influence and is not significant, this is because LCC passengers are more focused on low prices than other factors.

Abstract

This article discuss the importance of marketing agility to increase the marketing performance in the high level of competitiveness. Marketing agility known for usefullness to face the uncertian condition of the market. But lot of studies only implemented in the big company, only few research was done in the context of small business. This research collecting data from small business in the central java. Using the structured equation modeling the data was analyzed to get the result. The result shows that high competitiveness level will increase the impact of marketing agility on the marketing performance. This study has a limitation because the data only collected in vew resident in central java and only using cross sectional data, future research may try using time series data and expand the research area.
