This study aims to analyze the effects of work discipline and incentives on the performance of employees of PT Putra Karisma Palembang. The sample was selected using the saturated sample technique. Data from 57 respondents were collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze data. The results prove that partially each of work discipline and incentives has no significant effect on employee performance. However, simultaneously work discipline and incentives have a significant effect on employee performance. This insight is beneficial for PT Putra Karisma Palembang. To improve employees' performance, the company should consider both work discipline and incentives factors together. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Putra Karisma Palembang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data 57 responden dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Studi ini mengimplementasikan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data. Hasil investigasi membuktikan bahwa secara parsial baik disiplin kerja maupun pemberian insentif masing-masing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tetapi, secara simultan disiplin kerja dan pemberian insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Fakta ini bermanfaat bagi PT Putra Karisma Palembang. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, maka perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan faktor disiplin kerja dan pemberian insentif secara bersama-sama.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of work culture (corporate culture) on employee performance at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang. The processed data is the result of a questionnaire from 32 respondents. The analytical method applied in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that work culture (X) has a simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). This research is expected to provide benefits to PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang to improve employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh penerapan budaya kerja (corporate culture) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang. Data yang diolah merupakan hasil kuesioner dari 32 responden. Metode analisis yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa budaya kerja (X) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya.

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and working hours on employee performance at PT Global Sumatra Group. Primary data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires filled out by 90 respondents. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results prove that workload (X1) and working hours (X2) have a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). This research is expected to provide benefits for companies to pay more attention to workload and working hours to improve employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh beban kerja dan jam kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Grup Global Sumatera. Data primer yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 90 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa beban kerja (X1) dan jam kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan agar lebih memperhatikan beban kerja dan jam kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

The type of data used in this study is by using primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and obtained from companies. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicates that training (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance (Y), but separately each variable had a negative effect on employee performance (Y). The intention of this study is to analyze the effect of the level of education and training on the work performance of hotel employees Mauve Palembang. The sample was collected by the saturated sample technique. Data of 43 respondents was collected through documentation and questionnaires. This study implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The results of the investigation prove that in part, both the level of education and training have a significant positive effect on employee performance. This fact is useful for Hotel Mauve Palembang. To improve employee performance, the company must consider the level of education and training factors together.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of job placement on employee performance at the Megang Sakti District Office, Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach research method with a sample of 37 employees at the Megang Sakti District Office, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work placement does not have a significant effect on employee performance, job placement perceived by the employees of the Megang Sakti District Office, Musi Rawas Regency is considered high. The magnitude of the effect of work placement on the performance of the Megang Sakti District Office employees, Musi Rawas Regency is 4.8%. This shows that work placement has a low influence on employee performance. This research is expected to be an additional consideration to improve employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT Cahaya Petro Energi Palembang. This study utilized quantitative research methods, in this study involved as many as 35 employees at PT Cahaya Petro Energi Palembang, the source of data obtained through primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques utilized questionnaire. The data analysis technique utilized a Likert scale, and data was analyzed by simple linear regression. Based on the data obtained after reprocessing, the results of research on the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT Cahaya Petro Energi Palembang, conclusions can be depicted. The results of the t-test show that the work environment variable has a value of t count (6.852) > t table (2.034). That means that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.587 indicates the magnitude of the contribution of the work environment to employee performance is 58.7%, and the remaining 41.3% was affected by other variables not included in this study. This study is expected to provide benefit for PT Cahaya Petro Energi Palembang.

This study aims to analyze the effect of training program effectiveness and work discipline level on improving employee performance in an organization. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on 30 respondents who are permanent employees. Data were collected through closed questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that both effective training programs and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Training that is in accordance with job needs and consistent work discipline has been shown to increase employee productivity, work quality, and responsibility. These findings provide practical implications that organizations need to continue to develop competency-based training programs and build a disciplined work culture as a strategy for sustainable performance improvement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas program pelatihan dan tingkat disiplin kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 30 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik program pelatihan yang efektif maupun kedisiplinan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan serta disiplin kerja yang konsisten terbukti meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas kerja, dan tanggung jawab karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bahwa organisasi perlu terus mengembangkan program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dan membangun budaya kerja disiplin sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja yang berkelanjutan

This study examines how accounting information systems and e-commerce adoption affect the operational performance of MSMEs. As digital transformation and efficient financial reporting become increasingly important for business sustainability, this study investigates their role in enhancing MSME growth. Using a quantitative approach, this study collected data through a survey distributed to MSME owners in Surabaya, Indonesia. Multiple linear regression analysis, conducted using SPSS, showed that a robust accounting system significantly improved market expansion and sales performance. The findings highlight that the integration of digital tools in financial management and the utilization of e-commerce platforms can improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and overall competitiveness for MSMEs in today’s digital economy.
