Abstract

Permasalahan kepatuhan diet dan kontrol gula darah masih menjadi tantangan utama pada masyarakat dengan risiko penyakit metabolik, khususnya diabetes melitus. Kurangnya kesadaran dalam pola makan menjadi salah satu penyebab utamanya. Pendekatan mindful eating sebagai bagian dari intervensi edukatif keperawatan dan gizi dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan diet dan keseimbangan gula darah melalui penerapan mindful eating pada masyarakat berisiko di wilayah Tandes Surabaya. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk edukasi interaktif dan pelatihan mindful eating selama 4 minggu kepada 30 peserta. Edukasi diberikan secara kolaboratif oleh tenaga keperawatan dan gizi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepatuhan diet serta pemeriksaan gula darah sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Setelah pelaksanaan program, terjadi peningkatan tingkat kepatuhan diet dan penurunan kadar gula darah pada sebagian besar peserta. Responden juga melaporkan peningkatan kesadaran saat makan dan pengendalian asupan makanan. Edukasi mindful eating yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif oleh tim keperawatan dan gizi memberikan dampak positif terhadap perilaku makan dan kondisi kesehatan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan potensi untuk diterapkan secara luas sebagai bagian dari promosi kesehatan di komunitas.

Abstract

Diabetes adalah kondisi kronis yang memerlukan manajemen mandiri yang komprehensif, seperti pengaturan pola makan dan olahraga, sebagai pelengkap penggunaan obat-obatan. Salah satu strategi yang terbukti efektif dalam mendukung manajemen diabetes adalah Pendidikan manajemen mandiri diabetes (Diabetes Self-Management Education/DSME). Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas DSME dalam menurunkan kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes mellitus di Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya A. Yani. Pengabdian masayarakat ini dilaksanakan pada Januari sampai Mei 2025 dengan cara memberikan edukasi secara rutin tentang DSME. Program ini dilaksanakan di RSI Surabaya A. Yani. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwasannya ditemukan perbedaan signifikan pada kadar gula darah pasien sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan DSM .Dalam pengabdian masyrakat ini ditemukan bahwa pemberian DSME mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kadar gula darah pasien. Pemantauan glukosa darah membantu mendeteksi pola fluktuasi kadar glukosa (gula) darah yang disebabkan oleh makanan, olahraga, obat-obatan, dan proses patologis yang terkait dengan perubahan glukosa darah, seperti diabetes melitus). Selain edukasi, beberapa hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kadar glukosa seseorang adalah stres, gaya hidup, berat badan hingga kepatuhan minum obat . Program pengabdian masyarakat DSME dengan metode “ Pasti Sembuh “ bisa dilanjutkan di RSI Surabaya Ahmad Yani sebagai kegiatan rutinitas di Poli Rawat Jalan Penyakit Dalam. Rumah sakit dapat mempertimbangkan pengembangan Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) terkait implementasi DSME dengan metode “Pasti Sembuh” untuk mendukung pengelolaan pasien diabetes secara holistik.

Abstract

Halal Tourism is one indicator of success in bringing in foreign exchange, especially in the tourism sector. In addition, halal tourism can provide security and comfort for Muslim tourists visiting the country. This study aims to find out the potential of the halal tourism industry in Uzbekistan, a country located in Central Asia, while developing halal tourism. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach using secondary data sources. This study shows that Uzbekistan has managed to rank 16 according to the Global Muslim Travel Index in 2021, up 4 places from the previous year. This is something good for the development of halal tourism in Uzbekistan. So that Uzbekistan can maintain the advantages of halal tourism with unique historical tourist attractions, visa exemptions, and delicious culinary tours. So, Uzbekistan can also improve its shortcomings in the communication sector and access connectivity and transportation infrastructure.

Abstract

The Bau Nyale tradition is an annual tradition of the Lombok people which has a high sacred value, because it respects the sacrifice of Princess Mandalika. Traditions that are full of sacredness need to be preserved so that there is no bias between the sacred and tourism. Bau Nyale has ecological and theological values ​​for the people of Lombok; this value is interesting to study from a sociological, anthropological and religious perspective. The research is an integrative qualitative research with an ethnomethodological approach, as a way to know the culture of the community directly, the culture of the people here is not only a small community (the community around the Seger beach) but also does not rule out the possibility for a wider reach. The result of this research is that there is a correlation between Man, Nature and God in the Bau Nyale Tradition, this can be seen in the first form, namely the economy (humans), on the basis of awareness of the importance of economic needs that can be fulfilled by the number of visitors to Seger Beach and Mandalika Beach. which makes the Bau Nyale tradition still supported and exists to this day. The second is the environment. The Bau Nyale tradition is not only seen as a tradition of looking for sea worms, but has strong values ​​that are not stated directly, namely preserving the environment on the coast. The divine basis is his view of the Bau Nyale tradition which is based on an understanding of divinity as the basis of habituation that humans cannot rain, arrange constellations, and produce nyale according to their wishes, except for the power of God.

Abstract

Some members of the public still do not understand healthy homes, this causes one family member to have pulmonary tuberculosis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of healthy home knowledge level with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis disease in Surabaya. Design analytical research across sectional. A research image of 70 people, A large sample of 60 respondents was taken with the Simple Random Sampling technique. Independent variable levels of healthy home knowledge and variable dependent incidence of pulmonary TB disease. The data were analyzed using the statistic test Chi-Square with a p-value ≤ of 0.05. The results of the study were obtained from 60 respondents, with almost some (38.3%) low level of knowledge about healthy homes and most (68.3%) people with pulmonary TB. Data analyzed with Chi-Square statistic tests showed p=0.03 p-value ≤0.05, which means there is a relationship between healthy home knowledge levels and pulmonary TB disease. The conclusion of a healthy home does not cause the outbreak of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan konsentrasi anak melalui kegiatan memasukkan air kedalam botol. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas ( PT K )dan menggunakan metode proejec based learning. Dan sebagai subeknya yaitu peserta didik kelompok B kelas Marwa di TK Al-hidayah Bence 2 Garum Blitar dengan jumlah peserta didik 8. Berdasarkan hasil observasi terdapat beberapa peserta didik yang memiliki daya konsentrasi rendah. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah dan tindakan yang dilakukan di kelompok B kelas Marwa TK Al-hidayah bence 2 peneliti memperoleh data sebagai berikut : sebelum tindakan di lakukan skor mencapai 40%, pada siklus I mencapai 60%, siklus II mencapai 75%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya meningkatkan daya konsentrasi anak melalui kegiatan memasukkan air kedalam botol dinyatakan berhasil, sehingga kegiatan memasukkan air kedalam botol bisa di terima sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan daya konsentrasi anak

Abstract

ABSTRACT Environmental challenges arise from the mutual influence between humans and their environment. This study explores the integration of Fiqh Ibadah values into ecological activities at Pondok Pesantren Annuqayah Lubangsa to develop a morally conscious generation. The research focuses on three key aspects: 1) the transformation, 2) transaction, and 3) internalization of Fiqh Ibadah values through these activities. The objectives are to analyze how Fiqh Ibadah values are integrated into pesantren ecological activities to foster moral awareness. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed the interactive model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, involving data condensation, display, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation was used to ensure validity. The findings show that the internalization of Fiqh Ibadah values has been ongoing for about a year through pesantren regulations and daily student practices. This process includes evaluations of both implementation and outcomes to measure students’ progress. The study highlights how ecological activities serve as a medium for instilling Fiqh Ibadah values, contributing to the development of a morally and environmentally conscious generation Keyword: Fiqh Ibadah Values, Pesantren Ecology, Morally Conscious Generation

Abstract

This article was written with the aim to describe the interaction of religion and culture that occurred in the people of Tanon Village, Papar District, Kediri Regency, East Java. The issue of tolerance between religious communities will always be interesting to discuss, this is because religion is often a source of conflict. A pluralist and inclusive attitude becomes the social capital of the people to live in harmony. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. In-depth interviews became the main technique in collecting data and then analyzed using the Haberman and Milles flow techniques. The results showed that the social interactions developed by the Tanon villagers were able to create harmony in the life between religious communities

Abstract

Ashabiyah is the most crucial thing in building integrity in the community's social life, especially in religious life. In Indonesia, various kinds of religions have developed, and differences in ethnicity, race, and language are unique features and challenges for the people of Indonesia. What's more, when talking about religion which is very risky in the history of the world and even in Indonesia, discrimination, violence, intolerance, and violence in the name of religion often become prolonged conflicts. Therefore, this research is presented as a sample form of the polarization of ashabiah from the Tanon community, which has differences in one social unit, even at a more micro level, that's the family. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach as the chosen approach. The design strategy that the researcher uses is to identify the nature of a community phenomenon based on the experiences of individuals who are members of the Tanon Village community, Papar District, Kediri Regency. The theory used is Talcott parson's theory of structural functionalism. The results of this study indicate that the function of the religious elite, abangan, and the Tanon community in the salvation system is one of the forums for building religious harmonization. In addition, the religious elite, in conveying their spiritual teachings from each religion, recognizes religion as a universal truth in Tanon society. The last is a customary ritual, and cultural traditions are a means of latency for the people of Tanon Village in forming a harmonious social life.
