Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significant effect of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Work Productivity with Work Motivation as a Moderating Variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch Office of the Student Army Soldiers in Semarang City, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Semarang City Area Office, while the sample in this study were 34 respondents who became employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Semarang City Area Office who were selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The analysis model used in this study was the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model, while the data analysis technique used a simultaneous significance test (F test), coefficient of determination test (R2), and partial significance test (t-test) which were processed with the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of proving the hypothesis and discussion show that the variables of organizational culture, work discipline, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Semarang City Area Office. Partially, the organizational culture and work discipline variables each have a positive and significant effect, while the job satisfaction variable partially has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Semarang City Area Office. Abstract

Menstruasi merupakan proses pengeluaran darah dan mukosa jaringan dari lapisan dalam uterus melalui vagina secara teratur. Pada masa menstruasi banyak terjadi suatu gangguan yang terkadang menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan fisik salah satunya ialah dismenore. Dismenorea merupakan kondisi nyeri di bagian perut dimulai dari perut bagian bawah yang terkadang sakitnya bisa meluas sampai ke bagian punggung, punggung bawah dan paha. Wanita merasakan nyeri perut saat haid (dismenore) yang berbeda-beda, ada yang sedikit terganggu namun ada juga yang sangat terganggu sehingga tidak dapat menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Salah satu terapi non farmakologi yang banyak digunakan untuk mengurangi dismenore ialah dengan aromaterapi lavender. Aromaterapi lavender merupakan salah satu metode pengobatan non farmakologis yang dapat memberikan efek relaksasi dan menurunkan nyeri yang dirasakan. Selain itu, aromaterapi lavender tergolong murah, aman, dan mudah didapat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode penelusuran artikel jurnal/literature review dengan menggunakan kata kunci sesuai topik. Pencarian studi yang digunakan menggunakan system search engine Google Scholar dan PubMed dari tahun 2020-2023. Terdapat pengaruh aromaterapi lavender dalam menurunkan skala nyeri dismenore.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the pattern of women's empowerment through the Kube Kembang Jayanti Program by the Ganjar Sabar Village Government, Nagreg District, Bandung Regency. Ganjar Sabar Village as the focus of the research has quite complex women's problems where there are many cases of women, especially widows, who experience social, economic and religious problems. The Ganjar Sabar Village Government as a community service at the local level presents the Kube Kembang Jayanti Program to overcome this problem. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis model in describing the research results. The main data source in this study comes from the results of researchers' interviews with a number of parties involved both directly and indirectly in the Kube Kembang Jayanti Program. The results of this study show that the Ganjar Sabar Village Government has been quite successful in overcoming women's problems, especially widows, through the Kube Kembang Jayanti Program. This is based on the fulfillment of the three empowerment stage indicators which are the theoretical basis for this research. The three stage indicators are awareness, capacity building and empowerment. The Ganjar Sabar Village Government has been able to take a persuasive approach in the awareness stage, being able to provide facilities in the form of training programs, providing initial capital and also business tools for members of Kube Kembang Jayanti. Furthermore, Kube Kembang Jayanti members also receive sustainable benefits from the women's empowerment program by the Ganjar Sabar Village Government. However, at the empowerment stage, the Ganjar Sabar Village Government was not yet optimal in providing collaboration so that product marketing could be sustainable, this should be corrected so that the empowerment program can run optimally. The novelty in this study is that it attempts to research the women's empowerment program with a case study of the Kube Kembang Jayanti Program at the local level

Abstract

This article explores the dynamics of the zoning system in new student admissions (PPDB), analyzing the challenges faced and its impacts on educational opportunities for students in various regions. The PPDB zoning system aims to ensure a more equitable distribution of students based on their geographical location, as well as to reduce disparities in access to education. This study examines the challenges in implementing the zoning system, including public resistance, disparities in school quality, and logistical issues. Findings indicate that although the zoning system has the potential to improve educational accessibility, its implementation often encounters obstacles that may hinder its objectives. Additionally, this article evaluates the impact of the zoning system on students' educational opportunities. The analysis shows that the zoning system can enhance educational access for students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. However, disparities in educational quality across regions remain a significant issue, affecting the effectiveness of the system in creating equal educational opportunities. In conclusion, this article suggests the need for policy adjustments and implementation strategies to address existing challenges and maximize the positive impacts of the PPDB zoning system. This is expected to create more equitable and high-quality educational access across all regions. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers and education practitioners in developing a more effective and fair zoning system, contributing to the improvement of educational quality in Indonesia.

Abstract

Perubahan nomenklatur penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, seperti yang terjadi pada penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah, dipengaruhi oleh pergeseran dinamika politik. Undang-Undang 32 Tahun 2004 yang dianggap ketinggalan zaman karena adanya perubahan keadaan, ketatanegaraan, dan kebutuhan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah, diganti dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan absolut berdasarkan Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normative. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa urusan pemerintahan absolut adalah urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan pemerintah pusat (Presiden sebagai kepala pemerintahan) dalam bidang politik luar negeri, pertahanan, keamanan, yustisi, moneter dan fiskal nasional; dan agama. Penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan tersebut dilakukan sendiri oleh pemerintah pusat dan dapat melimpahkan wewenang kepada instansi vertikal di wilayah tertentu, dan/atau kepada gubernur dan bupati/wali kota sebagai penanggung jawab urusan pemerintahan umum berdasarkan asas Dekonsentrasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning methods in improving students' understanding of religious concepts, especially how to practice the five daily prayers in everyday life at SD Negeri 056649 B Hitam. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the application of appropriate learning methods, such as lectures, discussions, and direct practice, can improve students' understanding of the procedures for implementing the five daily prayers. In addition, learning that involves active student participation has also proven effective in internalizing religious teachings and applying them in everyday life. Methods that are contextual and relevant to students' conditions are expected to strengthen a deep understanding of religion, especially in carrying out prayer. This study suggests the importance of developing more interactive PAI learning methods that are in accordance with students' needs so that they can understand and implement the five daily prayers well and consistently in their lives. Thus, PAI learning can contribute significantly to the formation of students' character and spiritual depth.

Abstract

Discipline in the context of early childhood education can be interpreted as a child's ability to follow applicable rules and norms. PAUD Nurul Islam is an educational institution where children's disciplinary abilities are not yet optimal. Some children still experience difficulties in following established rules and routines, such as arriving late to school, throwing rubbish out of place and not heeding teacher instructions. The aim of this research is to determine the disciplinary conditions of group A children at PAUD Nurul Islam Kragilan and to determine the disciplinary strategies used at PAUD Nurul Islam Kragilan. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The subjects in this research were Group A children and PAUD teacher Nurul Islam Kragilan. The data collection technique used in this research is interviews. Based on the findings obtained, the cultivation of discipline in early childhood at PAUD Nurul Islam is carried out through various approaches involving teachers as role models. The condition of children's discipline is not based on their conscience but is influenced by other people. Teachers at PAUD Nurul Islam use various strategies to instill discipline in children, one of which is through habituation, advice and giving rewards. Parents must create a good environment, the school continues to collaborate well and researchers can increase insight into teacher strategies.

Abstract

Teknik ecoprint merupakan cara pewarnaan alami pada kain berbahan dasar tumbuhan yang aman dan ramah lingkungan. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah melakukan kegiatan di Desa Kayu Ara Permai, Kecamatan Sungai Apit, Kabupaten Siak. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok masyarakat serta kelompok Konservasi Laskar Mandiri sebagai pengelola kawasan Mangrove Sungai Bersejarah. Layanan yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan ecoprint menggunakan metode pemukulan dari daun mangrove dan daun-daun lain di sekitar kawasan Mangrove Sungai Bersejarah pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2023. Proses kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam 3 tahap, yaitu (1) persiapan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Untuk menilai pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan, dilakukan evaluasi dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan sebelum dan setelah kegiatan serta membandingkannya. Peserta terlibat langsung dalam praktik membuat kain ecoprint dari daun mangrove. Sebanyak 20 peserta mendapatkan data evaluasi sebesar 5% yang menguasai tentang ecoprint. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta mampu melaksanakan teknik pemukulan ecoprint dari daun mangrove dan tumbuhan lain di kawasan mangrove sungai bersejarah. Ecoprint yang dihasilkan memiliki potensi untuk menjadi produk unggulan. Diperlukan bantuan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kualitas produk ecoprint, serta memberikan pelatihan pemasaran produk.

Abstract

This classroom action research examines the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model in nature-based learning to enhance students' morals and environmental awareness at SMP S Alam Leuser. The study aims to determine how CTL strategies, which emphasize meaningful and experiential learning, can foster students’ ethical values and ecological responsibility. Conducted in two cycles, this research follows the Kemmis and McTaggart action research model, consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observations, student reflections, teacher journals, and interviews. The findings indicate that integrating CTL with nature-based learning significantly improves students’ moral values, such as honesty, responsibility, and cooperation. Furthermore, students demonstrate increased environmental awareness through active participation in sustainable practices, including waste management, tree planting, and water conservation efforts. Each cycle of the research reveals progressive improvement in student engagement and behavioral changes, emphasizing the role of contextual learning in character building. The study highlights the importance of teacher facilitation in connecting learning materials to real-life environmental issues, making the learning process more relevant and impactful. The results suggest that CTL-based nature learning is an effective pedagogical approach for developing both cognitive and affective competencies in students. This study recommends further exploration of CTL implementation in various educational settings to assess its broader impact on student character development and environmental consciousness.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang simbol-simbol Pancasila, dimana pancasila merupakan ideologi, landasan, alat pemersatu bangsa dan mengandung cita-cita, harapan dan tujuan bersama yang harus dicapai oleh bangsa dan negara Indonesia. Pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di negara Indonesia menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab pudarnya nilai-nilai Pancasila. Hal ini berdampak buruk bagi generasi muda penerus bangsa. Pengenalan simbol-simbol Pancasila dan penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengenalkan symbol-simbol Pancasila dan menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Membangkitkan semangat pengamalan Pancasila. Mengatasi pudarnya pengamalan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada remaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi literatur atau kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengenalan symbol-simbol Pancasila melalui media gambar sangat efektif. Pendidik juga dapat menjelaskan makna yang terkandung dalam simbol-simbol Pancasila. Simbol-simbol pancasila memiliki makna yang sangat kompleks dari mulai sila pertama, kedua, ketiga, ke empat dan kelima.
