The purpose of this study was to produce a website-based online counseling service application for guidance and counseling students and teachers at SMK Telkom Makassar. The approach of this research is R&D/Research and Development. This research was conducted through seven main stages, namely, (1) Initial research and information gathering, (2) Planning, (3)Â Â PreparationÂ ofÂ theÂ initialÂ modelÂ format,Â (4)Â conductingÂ anÂ earlyÂ stagetrial,Â (5)Â reviseÂ theÂ mainÂ model,Â (6) conduct a field trial of the main model, (7) revise the operational model. Testing of application products that are validated by 1 material expert and 1 expert on the distribution of learning media that has been developed. The method used to analyze the data is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with a predetermined score distribution and scale category. The results of the validation of the learning media are: (1) The material expert assesses that it is very feasible with a percentage of (88.88%). (2) Media experts considered it very feasible with a percentage of (79.1%). Based on these results, the online counseling service application that has been developed is suitable for use in providing counseling services at SMK Telkom Makassar.

The study aims to find out (1) an overview of the needs analysis for the use of Student Development Inventories (IPS). (2) How is the prototype for developing student development inventory (IPS), (3) the level of validity, reliability and feasibility of developing a Student Development Inventory (IPS) as one of the data collection tools in State High School 9 Bulukumba. Research is a research or development research involving 15 high school students in a small group trial. The results showed (1) Student development inventory (IPS) as a measuring instrument / instrument is very needed, in the form of updates or updates in terms of form, content and problem areas of BK and too many statement items that make students tired of reading and filling inventory. (2) Prototype Student development inventory (IPS) developed in full with manuals, so that guidance and counseling teachers can use inventory. (3) the results of the trial obtained the value of student development inventory validity (IPS) are on a scale of 4.17 at the stage of validity expert test with valid criteria, the value of reliability test obtained high criteria or reliable, so it can be concluded that student development inventory (IPS) with a number of 76 items that are valid, reliable statements can be used as student development inventories (IPS)

Development of Islamic-based sociodrama for the improvement of prosocial behavior Sahrun Sahrun; Abdul Saman; Muhamad Anas

The study aims to find out: (1) the needs analysis of Islamic-based sosiodrama models to improve prosocial behavior of students at Wahdah Makassar Middle School; (2) the prototype development of Islamic-based sosiodrama model to improve prosocial behavior of students at Wahdah Makassar Middle School; and (3) the validity and practicality of Islamic-based sociodrama models to improve prosocial behavior of students at Wahdah Makassar Middle School. The research approach was research and development (R&D). The research subjects consisted of 9 eighth graders at Wahdah Middle School in the 2019/2020 academic year. Data collection used interviews, documentation, and scale. Qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed. The results of the study showed that: (1) Islamic-based sociodrama models are needed at Wahdah Makassar Middle School; (2) Islamic-based sociodrama models are produced as guidance for counselors in improving students’ prosocial behavior; and (3) Islamic-based sociodrama models to improve prosocial behavior of students at Wahdah Makassar Middle School are declared valid and practical as a guide to Islamic-based sociodrama models based on accreditability testing, which includes: utility, feasibility, accuracy and content.

Implementation of Behavior Contract to Reduce Aggressive Behavior of Students at SMP Negeri 3 Tanete Rilau Hadi As; Abdul Saman; Asniar Khumas

This study aims to investigate the degree of students’ aggressive behavior before and after being given the contract behavior treatment. This study used simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a Likert scale outlined in the form of a questionnaire given to the experimental group to describe students’ aggressive behavior. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to describe the aggressive behavior of students of SMP Negeri 3 in Tanete Rilau before and after the implementation of the behavior contract using frequency and percentage distribution tables. Results showed that behavior contract counseling can reduce students’ aggressive behavior. Effects of excessive aggressive behavior includes impulsive, control-lacking, agitated and easily distorted, often unable to sit still, unable to pay attention to the teacher and the task at hand, and often unable to complete homework, etc.

Perilaku Hedonis Siswa dan Penanganannya Amaliah amaliah; Abdul Saman

The research objective is to determine: 1) Description of students 'hedonic behaviour 2) Factors that cause hedonic behaviour 3) Efforts to handle students' hedonic behaviour. The research approach is qualitative with the type of case study research. The research subjects were two students. Data collection using interviews and observation guidelines. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that 1) the US's hedonic behaviour was wearing branded clothes, shopping, hanging out in cafes, and hanging out with people of equal socio-economic level. In the subject of MT, hedonic behaviour is shown by living in a splurge, tending to choose branded goods, participating in shopping at famous clothing stores or distributions and hanging out only with friends who suit their interests. 2) Factors that influence AS and MT hedonic behaviour are divided into internal factors and external factors. Internal factors want to be recognized by the surrounding environment, self-actualization, self-existence, and hedonic behaviour perceptions. Meanwhile, external factors are the lack of family care, binding rules from the reference group and the social environment. 3) Handling hedonic behaviour using logotherapy shows a change in hedonic behaviour in both subjects. Handling on the subject is carried out by established procedures. Changes in AS and MT are changes in perspective, understanding of meaning, and behaviour aspects.

The aim of this activity is to provide training aboutpeer counsellors and to form a school peer counsellorcommunity. The activity was carried out in the form oftraining with lecture methods, counselling practices, andsimulations. This training involved 36 representative studentsfrom each class. The material provided starts from the basicconcept of peer counsellors, problems and how to handle themand basic counselling techniques followed by counsellingpractice. The results of this activity showed that the peercounsellor training activities in SMK Telkom Makassar havebeen carried out well with the results of the evaluation scorewas in a very good category, meaning that students understandwell the presented materials such as Basic concepts of PeerCounsellors that discuss the meaning, role, objectives,principles of peer counsellors as well as the requirements to bepeer counsellors and issues and prevention and finally basiccounselling techniques, which aims to equip participants toknow the basic types of counselling techniques and can beapplied later which ends the counselling practice. Then a peercounsellor has been established in SMK Telkom Makassarwhere the members are the representatives of grade X gradeXI. The established peer counsellors will become thecounsellor agents who help their counselling teachers run theguidance and counselling services at school.

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah MGBK Kabupaten Gowa. Masalahnya adalah: (1) (1) Masih kurangnya pemahaman penggunaan keterampilan dasar konseling guru BK di Kabupaten Gowa (ICT); (2) Belum memahami dan menggunakan keterampilan empati dan bertanya dalam layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling; (3) Guru belum mengetahui kunci dalam pelaksanaan keterampilan bertanya dan empati guru BK. Sasaran eksternal adalah guru BK terampil melaksanakan keterampilan empati dan bertanya dan modul pelaksanaan keterampilan empati dan bertanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, praktek, tanya jawab, dan pendampingan praktik keterampilan empati dan bertanya dilakukan secara daring. Materi yang diberikan adalah materi pengertian empati dan bertanya, tujuan dan jenis empati, ciri atau karakteristik empati, factor yang mempengaruhi empati, cara empati dan praktik keterampilan empati dan selanjutnya materi tentang keterampilan bertanya dimulai dari jenis-jenis pertanyaan dalam komunikasi konseling, tujuan penting meningkatkan Teknik bertanya, Latihan keterampilan bertanya. Hasil PKM yaitu (1) hasil pelatihan 96% peserta menyatakan pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling dan telah tersedia modul keterampilan empati dan bertanya guru BK. (2) Setelah dilakukan pelatihan terdapat peningkatan keterampilan dasar konseling keterampilan empati dan bertanya. Terdapat 41 orang atau 91% peserta sudah sangat mampu mempraktikkan dengan benar dan terampil keterampilan empati dan bertanya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru BK dalam layanan BK. Kata kunci: Keterampilan, empati, bertanya, MGBK Gowa

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Dukungan Suami Terhadap Stres Konflik Peran Ganda dan Kepuasan Perkawinan pada Wanita Karir Abdul Saman; Eva Meizara Puspita Dewi

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of: 1) work motivation on dual-role stress; 2) spouse supports on dual-role stress; 3) spouse supports on marriage contentment; and 4) dual-role stress on marriage contentment among career women. A quantitative approach was used as a method of this study. Thirty employees of Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) Makassar branch were recruited as participants and were chose based on purposive sampling technique. Four scale instruments were used to collect data while regression analysis of SPSS windows 14.00 program was employed to analyse the data. The study found that work motivation (r=0,436) and spouse supports (r=0,745) have negative effects on dual-role stress among career women, while spouse supports have positive effect on marriage contentment among career women (r=0,645). However, dual-role stress has negative effects on career womens marriage contement (r=0,429). Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efek dari: 1) motivasi kerja pada stres konflik peran ganda; 2) dukunga pasangan pada stres konflik peran ganda; 3) dukungan pasangan pada kepuasan pernikahan; dan 4) stres konflik peran ganda pada kepuasan pernikahan pada wanita karir. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian ini. Tiga puluh karyawan Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) cabang Makassar direkrut sebagai peserta dan dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling.Empat instrumen skala digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dan analisis regresi dari program SPSS 14,00 for windows digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Studi ini menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja (r= 0.436) dan dukungan pasangan (r= 0,745) memiliki efek negatif pada stres konflik peran ganda di kalangan wanita karier, sedangkan dukungan pasangan memiliki efek positif pada kepuasan pernikahan pada wanita karir (r = 0.645). Namun, stres konflik peran ganda memiliki efek negatif pada kepuasan pernikahan pada wanita karir (r = 0,429).

The study aims to (1) get the description of Guidance and Counseling Services in the covid 19 pandemic era during the Studying From Home implemented by schools in South Sulawesi; (2) to identify the types of activities related to guidance and counseling services in the Covid-19 Pandemic era; and (3) to identify types of counseling service in the covid-19 pandemic era during Study From Home implemented by schools in South Sulawesi. The research method is a survey heart distributed and filled in online by 224 Guidance and Counseling Teachers in South Sulawesi teaching at the levels of Junior High School, Senior High School, and Vocational High School. Based on the discussion, it is concluded that: (1) the Guidance and counseling service during the Covid-19 pandemic in South Sulawesi was carried out online and offline, and an online Guidance and counseling service plan was provided for the Covid- 19 pandemic; (2). The Guidance and counseling service in Covid-19 pandemic era used applications including WhatsApp and Google meet, and it was generally carried out from school rather than from home. The most frequently used applications were Zoom meetings and Google Classroom. Innovation service like school LMS was also available for guidance and counseling service. Another media was the android-based Cybercounseling because it was more practical and saved the internet data, allowed teachers and students to make short videos in TikTok as Guidance and Counseling media, and offered Guidance and Counseling room application; (3) The counseling services were generally carried out by the Guidance and Counseling teachers by making a media that an operator can control, visiting students’ homes, and giving classical and individual guidance and counseling online and offline. The home visit was the most appropriate method because it allowed teachers to identify problems faced by students and consult their parents about the learning progress of their children during learning from home during the Covid 19 pandemic.
