Abstract

In order to increase consumers, the pharmacy strategy is to provide services that match their needs and protect good ties with customers so that customer loyalty will be formed. To analyze the influence of aspects of customer identification, customer differentiation, budget interaction, and customization on customer loyalty at Apotek Mega Mulia is the aim of this research. Quantitative description with survey approach is the type of research in this research. The non-random method with accidental sampling was chosen by the researcher as a method of collecting information. Multiple liner is the analysis used. Based on the results of the information analysis, the data obtained by the value of Fcount 17.084 > Ftable 2.45. This shows that customer loyalty is significantly influenced by all factors. Of these four aspects, the calculated value for the customer differentiation aspect is 3,213 which is very large compared to the calculated value for the customer identification aspect of 2,283, customer interaction is 2,765, and customization is 2,226. The conclusion is that the aspects of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are customer identification, customer differentiation, customer interaction, customization which together have a significant impact on customer loyalty at Mega Mulia pharmacies

Abstract

Semambu island village, Ogan Ilir regency, south Sumatra has been used as an agricultural and livestock education tour destination since November 2017 and there has been no customer data management since then. The use of social media as a promotional tool has not been done to its maximum potential. This can be seen from 189 people who liked its Facebook page or 11.05% out of the reached users, 192 followers or 11.23% and those who interacted as many as 114 people or 6.67% from the total users. Meanwhile, there were 709 followers on its Instagram which consisted of 48% men and 52% women at the time of the study. This research applied social customer relationship management (social CRM) in a website-based system. The waterfall model development method supported the customer relations management by utilizing Facebook and Instagram to improve customer relationships in providing travel information, knowing interest and listening to complains as well as their suggestions based on interactions with the social media users as existing and prospective customers.

Abstract

The development of digitalization continues to grow very rapidly, making companies continue to innovate such as telecommunications technology companies. by.U is an innovation from a telecommunications technology company that has the advantage of being the first all-digital provider in Indonesia. In the by.U service, users can be flexible in determining quota filling according to the desired request. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the Social CRM activities carried out by.U had on increasing customer engagement and user loyalty. This research was conducted on the service by.U. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS with a sample of 30 people. The research method is a quantitative approach with path analysis using SmartPLS Version 3. The results of the research are that there are 2 hypotheses that have a significant effect, namely: (1) Social Customer Relationship Management has a significant influence on Loyalty; (2) Social Customer Relationship Management has a significant influence on customers. While the two hypotheses are not significant, namely: (1) Social Customer Relationship Management has a significant influence on Loyalty in Intervening Customer Engagement; (2) Customer Engagement has a significant effect on Loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intention of seeing how big the impact of CRM and customer satisfaction on Unipin's customer loyalty. UniPin is a game voucher payment startup from Indonesia. Unipin implements CRM in its business. The method applied in this research is quantitative method, in which data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that CRM has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and T Count 5.192 > 2.012, and customer satisfaction does not significantly affect customer loyalty with a significance value of 0.126 > 0.05 and T Count -1560 < 2.012

Abstract

Seiring pada perkembangan jaman perluasan teknologi, aplikasi mobile dan GPS sangat memungkinkan kami mengembangkan  GPS mobile yang interaktif. Pada  penelitian ini, aplikasi mobile pemetaan kampus yang berintegrasi dengan Google Maps berbasis Mobile pada smartphone spesialisasi Android akan diharapkan dapat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa akan pencarian dengan mudah dan menunjukkan tempat-tempat spesifik dari Universitas Sriwijaya dalam pencarian. Dengan bantuan (GPS) yang mengindikasikan lokasi user, (LBS) yang akan memberikan informasi berdasarkan lokasi pada geografis mobile, dan adanya fasilitas Google Maps yang sudah terpasang di handphone android, maka aplikasi tersebut akan Mudah digunakan oleh pengguna.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membawa perubahan terhadap sistem yang telah diterapkan oleh berbagai industri, salah satunya perbankan. Contohnya adalah Bank BNI yang memanfaatkan teknologi internet untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap nasabahnya lewat sistem mobile banking. Kehadiran teknologi tersebut memungkinkan nasabah Bank BNI untuk melakukan transaksi dimana saja selama 24 jam nonstop. Kehadiran m-banking BNI diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan pelayanan terhadap nasabah khususnya di Palembang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari e-CRM yang diterapakan oleh BNI sekaligus mobile banking BNI terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank BNI di kota Palembang. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga variabel untuk pengukurnya, yaitu e-CRM atau yang ditulis dengan (X1), M-Banking yang ditulis dengan (X2), dan Kepuasan Pelanggan yang disimbolkan dengan (Y). Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis melakukan pengujian regresi linier berganda. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 25 responden nasabah Bank BNI yang merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Sriwijaya di Palembang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis menggunakan pengujian regresi linear berganda mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa variabel X1 ATAU e-CRM tidak berpengaruh positif, sedangkan variabel X2 atau M-Banking berpengaruh secara positif terhadap variabel Y atau kepuasaan pelanggan. Meskipun begitu, belum terlalu berpengaruh

AbstractKelurahan pahlawan the activities are still using manual systems in the process ofrecording data so that the population data recording process, searching and reporting ofdata becomes less effective. Residents recording is a routine activity for governmentrelatedengineering science, collecting, recording, population data that consists of datamoved, the data entrants, date of birth, mortality data, and the card families. PopulationData Listing of Applications In kelurahan pahlawan is designed to facilitate the recordingof data and preparing reports efficiently and effectively. This application is built with thenotation Flowchart, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram and programmingis PHP and MySql as DBMS, method development and modeling systems engineering,requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. Aplikasi Pencatatan Data Kependudukan Pada KelurahanPahlawan ini dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk mempermudah dalam pencatatan data danpembuatan laporan secara efisien dan efektif. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan notasiFlowchart, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram dan pemrograman adalahPHP dan MySql sebagai DBMS, dengan metode pengembangan rekayasa dan pemodelansystem, analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Abstract

The measurement of customer relationship management (CRM) performance is very necessary to find out how much the level of performance of CRM in the company. CV. Lestari Motorindo Jaya Indralaya is a CV that is engaged in the sale of motorcycles, spare parts, and Honda motorcycle services located in Ogan Ilir Regency. The purpose of this study is to Evaluate and Also know the performance of CRM on CV. Lestari Motorindo Jaya Indralaya by using the CRM Scorecard. There are four perspectives on the CRM Scorecard method items, namely customer value, customer satisfaction, customer interaction, and customer knowledge. CRM performance measurement results in CV. Lestari Motorindo Jaya Indralaya is 3,937 in the Likert scale means having good performance. The measurement results that have low values are found in the customer interaction perspective, the which is 2.75.Keywords: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM Scorecard, Performance Measurement

Abstract

Pembelajaran perkuliahan Praktikum Pemrogramn web dengan model Cooperative Learning merupakan perkuliahan berdasarkan kerja kelompok untuk menyelesaikan projek yang diberikan oleh dosen pengampu. Tujuan dengan pembelajaran model Cooperative Learning adalah: (a) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar akademik; (b) penerimaan terhadap keragaman, yaitu agar mahasiswa menerima teman-temannya yang mempunyai berbagai latar belakang; (c) pengembangan keterampilan sosial, yaitu untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sosial mahasiswa diantaranya: berbagi tugas, aktif bertanya, menghargai pendapat orang lain, memotivasi teman untuk bertanya, mau mengungkapkan ide, dan bekerja dalam kelompok. Sedangkan manfaat dari pembelajaran dengan model Cooperative Learning adalah: (a) mahasiswa yang diajari dengan dan dalam struktur-truktur kooperatif akan memperoleh hasil pembelajaran yang lebih tinggi; (b) mahasiswa yang berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran kooperatif akan memiliki sikap harga diri yang lebih tinggi dan motivasi yang lebih besar untuk belajar; (c) dengan pembelajaran kooperatif, mahasiswa menjadi lebih peduli pada teman-temannya, dan diantara mereka akan terbangun rasa ketergantungan yang positif untuk proses belajar; (d) pembelajaran kooperatif meningkatkan rasa penerimaan mahasiswa terhadap teman-temannya yang berasal dari latar belakang ras dan etnik yang berbeda. Dari hasil kegiatan pembelajaran Pembelajaran perkuliahan Praktikum Pemrogramn web dengan model Cooperative Learning pada semester gasal 2013 jurusan sistem informasi fakultas ilmu komputer dapat disimpulan bahwa dapat meningkatkan nilai akademik masasiswa dan kemampuan serta pemahaman tentang pemrograman web. Selain proses pembelajaran dengan model Cooperative Learning, kegiatan ini juga menggunakan ICT sebagai salah satu media pendukung yaitu adanya tuturial proses pembelajaran interaktif berbasis multimedia. Sehingga mahasiswa lebih leluasa untuk mencoba kembali dirumah bersama tim kelompok untuk belajar bersama. Dari hasil analisis 80 % mahasiswa dinyatakan berhasil mempelajari materi yang disampaikan dengan model Cooperative Learning. Bahkan berdasarkan hasil diskusi secara langsung dengan mahasiswa, model seperti yang membantu mereka dalam belajar karena mereka dapat secara leluasa bertanya sesama tim, dosen dan dapat berkreasi bersama.Kata kunci : Cooperative Learning, E-Learning, Alumni
