Abstract

The development of science and knowledge is marked by technological developments. One form of technological progress that is very rapid in this era is social media. Social media has penetrated aspects of people's lives, especially among Generation Z people. However, the use of social media is mostly only for existence purposes. So, in this case, the role of a professional educator is really needed, one who is able to adapt and utilize increasingly sophisticated technological developments in learning to achieve the learning goals that have been determined. So, this study aims to find out how social media is described as a forum for learning Arabic in Generation Z. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is in the form of library research, namely examining various problems from various library sources that are harmonious and appropriate and exploring information and data, which the author will present in the form of a discussion until a conclusion is reached. The results of this research show that social media can be used as a forum for Generation Z to learn Arabic. Generation Z can integrate social media into Arabic language learning by using social media as a learning medium. Various social media platforms that can be used to learn about Ara include Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok

Abstract

The rise of religious-based organizations, especially Islam after the 1998 reformation, led to a contestation between radical and moderate (wasathiyyah) streams. Organizations within the wasathiyyah group also experienced conflict. This study is an exploration of the wasathiyyah political movement carried out by Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah in North Sumatra to explore the ontology of the wasathiyyah political movement of the organization, the construction of the movement, and the practice of the wasathiyyah political movement of NU and Muhammadiyah. This comparative qualitative study found that 1) Muhammadiyah's Wasathiyyah is based on the thoughts of KH. Ahmad Dahlan in 7 philosophies of life which are summarized into the nature of religion, renewal-purification (tajdid), education, and social charity, the theological basis of Al-Ma'un and openness is central to the Muhammadiyah's approach, while Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) adopts the term Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah, characterized by tawasut}, I'tidal, tawa>zzun, and tasa>muh. The construction of NU's wasathiyyah political movement is rooted in moral and value-based principles, focusing on cultural politics and actively influencing electoral processes through non-formal organizational channels. On the other hand, Muhammadiyah places emphasis on cultural politics, modernizing education, health, and social work, alongside charitable efforts and tajdid to purify Islamic teachings in line with the Qur'an and Sunnah. In the context of North Sumatra, NU's wasathiyyah political movement actively engages in electoral politics and strives to enhance religious understanding internally and externally through educational and religious activities, while maintaining religious traditions based on the teachings of Islam Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah. Conversely, Muhammadiyah prioritizes the renewal and purification of Islamic teachings, with a focus on education, health, and charitable efforts for its members and externally.

Abstract

Hak asasi manusia adalah hak-hak yang dimiliki manusia semata-mata karena ia manusia. Umat manusia memilikinya bukan karena diberikan kepadanya oleh masyarakat atau berdasarkan hukum positif, melainkan semata-mata berdasarkan martabatnya sebagai manusia. Dalam arti ini, maka meskipun setiap orang terlahir dengan warna kulit, jenis kelamin, bahasa, budaya dan kewarganegaraan yang berbeda-beda, ia tetap mempunyai hak-hak tersebut. Inilah sifat universal dari hak-hak tersebut. Selain bersifat universal, hak-hak itu juga tidak dapat dicabut (inalienable). Artinya seburuk apapun perlakuan yang telah dialami oleh seseorang atau betapapun bengisnya perlakuan seseorang, ia tidak akan berhenti menjadi manusia dan karena itu tetap memiliki hak-hak tersebut. Dengan kata lain, hak-hak itu melekat pada dirinya sebagai makhluk insani sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam teori hak kodrati. Desa Bagek Polak merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Labuapi Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Minimnya tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang Undang-undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia, dan rendahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat Desa Bagek Polak terhadap maksud/pengertian HAM, Generasi-generasi HAM, Asas-asas HAM, dan macam-macam hak yang terkandung dalam ketentuan hukum positif menjadi suatu alasan sehingga tim menjadikan desa ini menjadi lokasi suluh dengan penyuluhan hukum Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang HAM. Rencana pendekatan metode yang akan kami lakukan dalam penyuluhan hukum ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk: Ceramah, yaitu penyampaian materi penyuluhan dalam bentuk ceramah kepada peserta dengan aplikasi waktu yang telah disepakati. Kemudian Diskusi atau umpan balik, yaitu dengan membuka kesempatan Tanya jawab antara peserta dengan tim penyuluh tentang materi yang telah disampaikan yaitu mengenai maksud dan cakupan HAM yang terkandung dalam ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang HAM, dan Konsultasi hukum, yaitu memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta suluh untuk menyampaikan keluhan-keluhan atau permasalahan-permasalahan yang masih membingungkan mereka terkait dengan penegakan dan perlindungan HAM yang terjadi pada masyarakat itu sendiri atau yang sedang dihadapinya kemudian kami dari tim suluh akan menjawab dengan memaparkan dengan rinci dan jelas yang dalam hal ini terkait dengan pengertain, perlindungan dan penegakan HAM dan bagaimana HAM ini diatur dalam hukum positif indonesia yakni dalam ketentuan Undang-undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease virus that attacked the world in early 2020 until now. This virus has a very broad impact, including education. After Covid 19, the education system changed, all students carried out the learning process online through the Zoom application which was connected to the Internet, causing an moral crisis for students due to a lack of education, especially Islamic religious education in schools. Therefore, researchers conducted this research to examine Pai's Strategy in Reshaping the Morals of Class XII Students after Covid 19 at SMK 1 ROKITA Sari Bangun Purba. This study aims to reshape good character, ethics and morals in accordance with Islamic teachings. The strategy used is to provide exemplary or good examples, habituation, reprimands, advice, attention, and educational sanctions. The supporting factors as well as the inhibiting factors are family environment, school environment, community environment, student awareness, and electronic media. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used in this study include: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic Religious Education Strategy applied to students can work well, especially for class XII who have started to think and change their nature gradually. This strategy is also in line with theories related to morality, understanding, to the function and purpose of education, namely to form students who are ethical, moral and have good morals.

Abstract

This research situates feminism as a social, political, and ideological movement that aims to fight for women's rights and eliminate gender discrimination. The representation of feminism in the context of film and mass media refers to the ways in which women are shown and portrayed through stories, characters, and other elements. This study aims to analyze and compare the representation of feminism in the 19th century as depicted in Enola Holmes 2 and in the 20th century as depicted in On The Basis Of Sex. A descriptive qualitative research approach is used in this study, with documentation studies as the primary data collection technique. Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic theory is employed for data analysis to interpret the signifier and signified meanings. The results of this study indicate that in Enola Holmes 2, set in the 19th century, women's space for movement is very limited. Women are faced with a patriarchal system that restricts their opportunities for careers and education, preventing their participation in the public sphere. In contrast, On The Basis of Sex, set in the 20th century, shows that women can participate in the public sphere and obtain rights such as opportunities for work and education. This film also demonstrates feminist values through aspects like appearance, cosmetics, and personality. Feminist values are represented through camera codes, situations, and discourse. At the ideological level, feminist ideas are used to highlight the liberal school of thought, addressing discrimination against women who are treated unfairly, as seen in Enola Holmes 2.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the self-defense mechanisms of class XI students at Bawari Islamic High School, Pontianak. The problem in this research is what is the self-defense mechanism for Class XI students at BAWARI Islamic High School, Pontianak. The aim of this research is to describe the self-defense mechanisms of class XI students at BAWARI Islamic High School Pontianak. The method used in this research is a descriptive method and the form of this research is a survey study. The sample for this research was 30 students in class XI. The technique in this research uses indirect communication techniques using data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research is to use a percentage calculation formula. Abstract

The Arabic Language Achievement Development Program has a strategic role in improving students' Arabic language skills, especially in the context of educational institutions that focus on developing language skills. This study aims to examine the implementation of the actuating function in the Arabic language achievement development program at MA Shirothul Fuqoha'. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the actuating function in the Arabic language achievement development program at MA Shirothul Fuqoha' has been carried out well, in accordance with George R. Terry's theory. This program is one of the efforts to improve the quality of foreign languages ​​in the institution. The implementation of this program provides a real contribution as an innovative solution in overcoming the challenges of Arabic language mastery among students.‎

Abstract

Evaluasi merupakan alat untuk mengukur keberhasilan belajar siswa. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep dan implikasinya dalam pembelajaran nahwu shorof di Pondok Pesantren Al-Irsyad Tengaran 7 Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menjelaskan temuan berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya guna memahami fenomena yang dialami partisipan. Hasil dari Evaluasi meliputi pengukuran dan penilaian, bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif, serta mempunyai fungsi mengukur kemajuan, menyusun rencana, dan menggunakan hasil evaluasi. Fungsi evaluasi meliputi aspek psikologis, didaktik dan administratif. Ruang lingkupnya meliputi evaluasi program pendidikan, pelaksanaan dan hasil pendidikan. Model evaluasi dibagi menjadi tujuh kelompok: Tyler, pengukuran, kesesuaian, CIPP, gap, formatif, dan sumatif. Objek evaluasi meliputi masukan, transformasi, dan keluaran. Teknik evaluasi terdiri dari tes dan non tes. Di Pondok Pesantren Al-Irsyad evaluasi nahwu dan shorof dilakukan melalui tes lisan, tertulis dan observasi harian. Hasil evaluasi membantu guru merancang dan meningkatkan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to collect information about the Tablighi Jamaah's da'wah movement among the non-Muslim majority in Siantar Marihat District, Pematang Siantar city. In this research, the author will observe religious activities carried out by members of the Tablighi Jamaah who come to Siantar Marihat District. It is hoped that this religious activity can provide a special experience in preaching among the non-Muslim majority. This research is included in the field research category with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is triangulation, including observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation and verification techniques. The data sources in this research involved the administrators of the Al-hidayah mosque, the emir of the tabligh congregation, and the community as research informants. Based on the results of the research conducted, it appears that the Muslim community has two perceptions regarding the Tablighi Jama'ah in viewing their arrival in Siantar Marihat District, Pematang Siantar City. First, the majority of the Muslim community considers that the religious activities often carried out by the Tablighi Jama'ah provide positive religious values ​​for the residents of Siantar Marihat sub-district. Through these activities, the Tablighi Jamaah can strengthen ties between residents and other communities. Activities that are often carried out include recitation of the Koran, halaqo/liqo, ikhtikaf at the mosque, and socializing with the community while preaching. Meanwhile, the second perception is that there is still limited knowledge about the Tablighi Jama'ah which causes some people to have a negative view of them.

Abstract

Pendidikan tidak hanya sekadar transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga berperan dalam membentuk pola pikir, sikap, dan tindakan individu serta kelompok dalam masyarakat, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami perilaku komunitas dan gaya hidup sosial Salafi di Pesantren al-Ghuroba' Aek Songsongan dalam berinteraksi dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif untuk memahami Perilaku dan gaya hidup sosial komunitas Salafi di sekitar Desa Aek Songsongan, dengan fokus pada Pesantren Al-Ghuroba Aek Songsongan, Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, penelitian ini mengungkapkan pola perilaku dan gaya hidup unik yang melekat pada komunitas Salafi, termasuk praktik keagamaan dan interaksi sosial yang khas. Alhasil menunjukkan bahwa komunitas Salafi membentuk identitas dan gaya hidup yang tercermin dalam pendekatan agama yang kuat dan penekanan pada pemahaman tauhid yang murni. Gaya hidup dan perilaku sosial mereka berakar pada pemahaman dan pandangan ajaran Islam yang dianggap autentik dan menjadi ciri khas dari pesantren Al-Guroba.
