Di tahun 2017, Indonesia mengalami pembangunan infrastruktur secara menyeluruh yang mengakibatkan permintaan beton untuk kebutuhan proyek semakin meningkat. Hal ini berdampak pada kegiatan bisnis PT Waskita Beton Precast yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur beton precast (cetak) maupun readymix (cair) di Indonesia. Namun dalam pelaksanaan proyek, perusahaan sering mengalami kendala proses produksi yang diakibatkan oleh keterlambatan pengadaan material beton readymix. Keterlambatan ini dikarenakan belum adanya penjadwalan material yang menjadi acuan untuk melakukan pemesanan. Alur pengadaan material yang dilakukan perusahaan dimulai dari divisi logistic Batching Plant tempat beton readymix diproduksi memberikan perintah pemesanan kepada divisi pengadaan pusat, kemudian divisi tersebut yang akan melakukan pemesanan. Hal ini menjadi kendala karena material beton readymix berasal dari alam, tidak dapat diprediksi dan tidak dapat dikendalikan ketersediannya di bumi. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini diusulkan pembuatan suatu perencanaan material menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) sehingga dapat dihasilkan kebutuhan kuantitas yang tepat dan jadwal pemesanan material di setiap periode. Dengan mengambil data pembelian yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan pada Oktober – Desember 2017, dihasilkan selisih jumlah antara material pasir, split 1-2, dan semen secara berurut yaitu 363,95 m3, 363,95 m3 dan 394 ton. Penelitian ini juga membuat usulan lain yaitu perhitungan safety stock sebagai antisipasi persediaan. Pada akhirnya perencanaan material ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pemesanan oleh divisi pengadaan pusat, sehingga jumlah dan waktu pemesanan dapat dikendalikan oleh divisi logistic Batching Plant. Abstract [Proposed planning of readymix concrete raw material needs using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method in Batching Plant Lampung PT Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk for Tol Trans Sumatera project] In 2017, the demand of concrete needs is increased as the result of developing a comprehensive infrastructure in Indonesia. It gives an impact on the business activities of PT Waskita Beton Precast which is a manufacturing company of precast concrete and readymix (liquid) in Indonesia. However, in the implementation of the project,the firm often faces the obstacle of production process caused by delay in the procurement of readymix concrete materials. This delay happens because the firm doesn’t have material scheduling yet to make an order to the supplier. The currently flow of material procurement in the firm is started from the logistic division of Batching Plant where readymix concrete is produced ask the central procurement division to make an order, then the division will contact the supplier. This condition being an obstacle because the readymix concrete material comes from nature, unpredictable and its availability on earth can not be controlled. Therefore, this research is proposed to make a material planning using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method so that the firm knows the quantity requirement and material ordering schedule in each period. The data is used for this research is a company’s purchases data in October - December 2017. Its result shows us that there is a difference between MRP method and the firm’s in the amount of sand material, split 1-2, and cement which are 363.95 m3, 363.95 m3 and 394 tons. This research also generates a calculation of safety stock as anticipation of inventory. Finally, this material planning can be used as a guidance by the central procurement division, so that the amount and time of ordering can be controlled by the Batching Plant's logistics division.

Abstract. Development of IT Governance to Support Business Activities on University (Case Study: Merdeka Madiun University). Currently, the use of information technology (it) has become one of the supporting organization's success, but if your organization does not have good control of it, it will only burden or new problems in the organization. Therefore, we need good governance to overcome the gap between the description of the recommended system with the necessary description for the actual system implementation. And to measure the extent to which IT alignment with business activities and measure the extent to which maturity level an organization can be done by using the COBIT framework. Therefore we need a IT unit for Merdeka Madiun University, and always to check the degree of IT alignment with business activities to add value for more competitive organization. Saat ini pemanfaatan teknologi informasi (TI) telah menjadi salah satu penunjang dalam keberhasilan sebuah organisasi, akan tetapi apabila organisasi tersebut tidak memiliki tata kelola TI yang baik maka TI hanya akan menjadi beban atau masalah baru pada organisasi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah tata kelola yang baik untuk mengatasi kesenjangan antara deskripsi dari sistem yang direkomendasikan dengan deskripsi yang diperlukan untuk implementasi sistem yang sebenarnya. Dan untuk mengukur sejauh mana keselarasan TI dengan kegiatan bisnis dan mengukur sejauh mana maturity level organisasi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework COBIT. Berkaitan dengan hal itu maka diperlukan sebuah unit TI di Universitas Merdeka Madiun, dan perlu untuk selalu ditinjau sejauh mana tingkat keselarasan antara TI dengan kegiatan bisnis organisasi untuk menambah nilai kompetitif.Ã‚Â Kata Kunci: COBIT, Maturity Level,Tata Kelola

Learning will be effective when it is conducted with fun. In line with this, by using Indonesian children poetry as the medium of learning, English learning can be done in a fun way. Moreover, Indonesian children poetry is a poetry written intentionally for children, that is those whose ages range from 2 up to 12 years old. With this underlying idea, this paper was written with the aim of describing English learning with the medium of Indonesian children poetry. The result shows that English learning is possible to be done by using Indonesian children poetry as the medium.

Communication patterns occur in every organization, including the Alliance of Independent Journalists/Aliansi Jurnalis Independen (AJI) Malang in advocating journalists. Journalists who are members of AJI Malang will find it easier to overcome problems while carrying out their journalistic tasks because AJI Malang has three main issues that are always the center of attention, which are the struggle to maintain press freedom, improve journalist's professionalism, and improve the welfare of journalists. The purpose of this study was to determine the organizational communication pattern of the Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) Malang in advocating journalists and factors that hinder the Malang Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) in advocating journalists. This study used qualitative research methods. The method of data analysis used by researchers is the descriptive method, which describes the results of the data obtained.The results of the study prove that the communication pattern of the Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) Malang uses the primary, secondary, linear and circular communication patterns. While the factors that hinder the Malang Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) in advocating for journalists are two factors, which are the internal factor comes from the number of journalists who have not understood the journalistic code of ethics and stopped the case in the middle of an advocacy process. While external factors came from press companies that were less proactive in guarding advocacy by journalists.

The magnitude of the impact cancer has on an individual extends beyond the physical dimension. Evidence shows that aside from the physical impacts, the course of cancer diagnosis and treatments potentially causes psychosocial effects in both the short and long term. Identifying the patient’s need for supportive care, the health care provider can also get a sense of the patient’s expectation for care which he or she has not yet received. This cross-sectional research objective to identify the supportive care needs of the gynecology cancer patients who undergoing therapy. Consecutive sampling technique was performed to select 113 gynecology cancer patients. The results of the research indicated that most of the gynecology cancer patients required that 96 percent of participants stated that their needs for supportive care had caused them a lot of concern, thus needing additional help. Of all supportive care need domains, the highest number of patients reported their needs in the physical domain (82.3 percent). Identifying and facilitating supportive care needs can reduce patient’s distress and improve patient satisfaction and quality of life.

Diabetes mellitus is one of the chronic diseases with a prevalence of cases that continues to increase both globally and nationally. It is necessary to prevent diabetes mellitus behavior in individuals at risk based on the health belief model theory. This study aims to determine the description of individual perceptions in families who have a profile of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with cross sectional design with 120 respondents. Data was taken using demographic data and DHBM (The Diabetes Health Belief Measure) questionnaire. The results showed that the majority of respondents had negative perceptions about diabetes mellitus, which was 66.67%. This shows that more efforts need to be made by health workers to improve the perception of these individuals, by often providing information to the public about the behavior of preventing a disease in order to maximize health prevention efforts.AbstrakDiabetes melitus termasuk salah satu penyakit kronik dengan prevalensi kasus yang terus meningkat baik secara global maupun nasional. Diperlukan perilaku pencegahan penyakit diabetes melitus pada individu yang beresiko berdasarkan model keyakinan kesehatan (teori Health Belief Model). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi individu/health belief pada keluarga yang memiliki riwayat Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 120 orang. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner data demografi dan kuesioner DHBM (The Diabetes Health Belief Measure). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki persepsi yang negatif tentang penyakit diabetes mellitus, yaitu sebanyak 66,67%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perlu dilakukan upaya lebih oleh tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan persepsi individu tersebut, dengan sering melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat mengenai perilaku pencegahan suatu penyakit guna memaksimalkan upaya preventif kesehatan.

Abstract: This research aim is to find out; (1) The implementation of Permendiknas No. 28 of 2010 in the Regency of Bima, West Nusa Tenggara; (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Permendiknas No. 28 of 2010 in the Regency of Bima, West Nusa Tenggara; (3)Efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Location; Dikpora, BKD, and SMP. Data type; primary and secondary. Informant; Head of KPMP Dikmen, Head of BKD Mutation, and Head of Junior High School. Instruments, researchers themselves. Data Clumping; observation, interview, and documentation. Analysis; Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data; source triangulation and data collection techniques. Results and conclusions; 1) Recruitment of candidates for junior high school based on Ministry of Education Regulation No.28 / 2010principals through; First, the announcement by Diaspora. Second, the proposal by the school principal. Third, administrative selection. Fourth, proposing by Dikpora; General and special lines; 2) The inhibiting factor, Dikpora is difficult to understand the Permendiknas, the politicization of position by the Regent. Supporting factors for the increase in prospective principals with S2 qualifications. 3) Efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors, Dikpora adjusts the application of Permendiknas No.28 / 2010 with Permendiknas No.13 / 2007 by providing dispensations to prospective principals related to administrative completeness. Keempat, pengusulan oleh Dikpora; Jalur umum dan khusus; 2) Faktor penghambat, Dikpora sukar memahami Permendiknas tersebut, politisasi jabatan oleh Bupati. Faktor pendukung bertambahnya calon kepala sekolah berkualifikasi S2;3) Upaya mengatasi faktor penghambat, Dikpora menyesuaikan penerapan Permendiknas No.28/2010 dengan Permendiknas No.13/2007 dengan memberikan dispensasi kepada calon kepala sekolah terkait kelengkapan administrasi. The objectives of this study were: (1) to determine learning styles, self-efficacy and learning intensity of the students in the course of Instrumentation Practicum, and (2) to analyse their correlation through the Site Visit Survey Learning. This study employed the ex-post facto method. The descriptive analysis of the data revealed: (1) the students’ learning styles showed an inclination to dominant accommodative, the students’ self-efficacy were mostly categorised as high with the percentages of 56%. The students’ learning intensity categorised as high and low were 36% and 32% respectively; and (2) there is a positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and learning intensity with the coefficient of 0.446 (p = 0.025). The learning style of Active Experimentation (AE) has a positive but not significant correlation with the learning intensity with the coefficient of 0.305 (p = 0.139). While the learning styles of Reflective Observation (RO),Concrete Experience (CE) and Abstract Conceptualisation (AC) have the coefficients of correlation with learning intensity that were r = ̶ 0.305 with p = 0.139, r = ̶ 0.061 with p = 0.771 and r = + 0.061 with p = 0.771 respectively.

The number of movies made in Indonesia there are several films that give a good moral message in it. Through the movie "Yowis Ben" the director tried to make something new and different from the comedy genre films on previous comedy films. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the moral messages contained in the movie Yowis Ben. In this study used qualitative research method by using the research object of the Film Yowes Ben. While the data analysis technique uses the semiotic analysis of Charles Sander Pierce which is based on logic, with reasoning through the signs. The Model that shows the three main elements of the marking forming is representament, object and Interpretant. The results of this research show that the YOWIS BEN film has a moral message in various sides of life through signs that are munncul both visual and verbal in their respective stories. There is a moral message related to Bayu's life. It can therefore be concluded that the figures and the talks that exist in each scene are a representation of the moral message.

ABSTRAK Pemupukan berimbang adalah metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan produksi padi dan menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan dosis optimum pupuk N, P, K untuk padi gogo kultivar Mayas. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Juli 2019 di lahan Kebun Percobaan Leuwikopo, IPB University, Bogor. Percobaan terdiri atas tiga percobaan paralel untuk N, P dan K dengan tingkat dosis pupuk berbeda menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak sebanyak tiga ulangan. Dosis pupuk yang digunakan yaitu 0, 50, 100, 150, dan 200% dari acuan (100% N = 150 kg Urea ha-1, 100% P = 100 kg SP36 ha-1, 100% K = 100 kg KCl ha-1). Hasil dari peubah yang diamati dikonversi menjadi hasil relatif dan persamaan kuadrat dibuat untuk menentukan dosis pupuk N, P dan K optimum padi gogo Mayas, yaitu 174.79% N, 90.76% P2O5, dan 77.14% K2O dari acuan yang setara dengan 120.60 kg N, 32.67 kg P2O5, dan 46.28 kg K2O ha-1 atau 261.18 kg urea, 90.76 kg SP36, dan 77.14 kg KCl ha-1. Kata kunci: hasil relatif, multi nutrient response, dosis rekomendasi
