Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return On Asset dan Current Ratio Terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio dengan Firm Size Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Perusahaan Konstruksi dan Bangunann Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau menjelaskan pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap terikat. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji regresi berganda dan uji regresi moderasi. Uji regresi berganda bertujuan secara dasar sama dengan korelasi sederhana atau berganda, yakni ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara dua variabel dan apakah varibel moderate mampu memoderasi hubungan antara dua variabel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian dipilih berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan, dari kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh 6 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria.Dari hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh Return On Asset dan Current Ratio terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Dari dua varibel bebas yang digunakan terdapat pengaruh positif dan negative dimana Return On Asset berpengaruh negative terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio pada perusahaan kostruksi dan bangungan Indonesia, dan Current Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio pada perusahaan kostruksi dan bangunan Indonesia, kemudian dari hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa Firm Size mampu memoderasi hubungan Return On Asset terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio dan Current Ratio terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio pada perusahaan kostruksi dan bangunan Indonesia

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan proram KKN-PPM ini adalah: 1). memberdayakan ibu-ibu PKK dan Remaja Karang Taruna Putra Putri  dalam dalam mengolah tahu sebagai cemilan.. 2). mengelolah tahu menjadi produksi jual beli. 3). pengetahuan manajemen pemasaran dan administrasi dalam usaha keuangan dalam mengelola hasil produksi tahu lebih  produktif, ekonomis dan sekaligus meningkatkan serta meningkatkan incame rumah tangga. 4). Meningkatkan kreativitas remaja putri dalam membuat kemasan yang produksi tahu yang akan dipasarkan untuk mendambah incame ekonomi didesa tersebut.5) mengolah limbah tahu dapat digunakan menjadi pupuk tamanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kerangka pemberdayaan kelompok sasaran pada program KKN-PPM ini antara lain melalui: kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, ceramah, sosialisasi, dan praktek. Kegiatan KKN-PPM ini juga Jumlah mahasiswa yang dilibatkan adalah 30 orang dengan disiplin ilmu yang bervariasi, monitoring dan evaluasi. Adapun hasil kegiatan program KKN-PPM ini adalah: usaha untuk memajukan desanya melalaui usaha pabrik tahu tersebut,  karena  semua bahan tahu  diolah menjadi apa saja bisa asalkan masyarakatnya kreatif serta dapat menghasilkan income usaha ibu rumah tangga masyarakat desa kotangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electrical Fields, Medan. Analyzing the effect of communication on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electricity, Medan. Analyzing the moderating role of the work environment on the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electricity, Medan. Analyzing the moderating role of the work environment on the influence of communication on employee performance at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Field of Building and Electricity, Medan. This type of research is associative. The approach used is descriptive quantitative. So based on a population of 150 people, the sample taken is 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires. This data will be analyzed with a quantitative approach using statistical analysis, namely the partial least square - structural inquiry model (PLS-SEM). The results showed that work leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results showed that Communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results showed that work environment moderates the influence of leadership on employee performance. The results showed that work environment moderates the effect of communication on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether company size affects profit growth in Sharia banking companies, to find out whether NPF (Non Performing Financing) affects profit growth in Sharia banking companies to determine whether company size, NPF (Non Performing Financing) affects growth profit in Sharia banking companies. In this study, the author uses the nature of research with quantitative data, quantitative data is data in the form of numbers or data that is numbered. The results obtained are for the size of the company obtained tcount 6.637. Because tcount (6.637) ttable (1.672) then Ha is rejected so that it can be concluded that company size has a partial effect on profit growth. For NPF obtained tcount 2.203. Because tcount (2.203) ttable (1.672) then Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that NPF has a partial effect on profit growth. From the results of the regression test using SPSS 18.0. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.462, indicating that profit growth is influenced by firm size and NPF of 46.2%, while the rest is influenced by other variables/factors not included in this study..Keywords: Company Size, Non Performing Financial, Profit Growth

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees. The population is the sum total of the object of research. The population in this study is all employees who exist in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Due to the small number of employees in the company, this study did not use sampling. So the sample in this study is the total number of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study is a list of questions (questioner), study documentation and interviews (interview). While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test and determinant coefficient. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence of organizational culture on performance, and there are positive influence and significant organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of organizational support and work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Office of Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all state civil servants at the Office of Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The sample in this study used a sample of the slovin formula totaling 68 state civil servants at the Office of Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis by using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that direct organizational support, work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance and indirectly organizational support and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Office of Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, organizational culture and workload on employee performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to analyze whether job satisfaction is a mediation variable between work ethic, organizational culture and workload on performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Dolok Sinumbah. The research method used in this study is Descriptive Of Cwantitative. The population of the study was 81 samples or 81 employees. The method of data collection is done using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using PLS-SEM. The results showed that directly, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Indirectly job satisfaction mediate the relationship between work ethic variables and performance variables. Indirectly job satisfaction also mediate the relationship between organizational culture variables and performance variables and the last is that indirectly job satisfaction mediate the relationship between workload variables and performance variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify Perceived Supervisor Support, Quality of Work Life on the performance of Account Officers with Perceived Organizational Support mediation. Data were collected from account officers of Islamic banking in North Sumatra as many as 385 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS. The results showed that Perceived Supervisor Support, Perceived Organizational Support affect performance, Quality of Work Life has no effect on performance and Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support has an effect on Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Organizational Support is an intervening variable between the influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on performance, and Perceived Organizational Support is not an intervening variable between the effect of Quality of Work Life on Account Officer performance. This study contributes to a greater understanding of the mediating role of perceived Perceived Organizational Support on the relationship between Perceived Supervisor Support, Quality of Work Life. Originality This research explores the mediation of Perceived Organizational Support between Perceived Supervisor Support and, Quality of Work Life on Performance, and Perceived Supervisor Support and Perceived Organizational Support are important antecedents in improving Account Officer performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment and the role of motivation in moderating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. This type of research is an associative research using saturated sampling where all members of the population are sampled as many as 85 employees. Data collection techniques are used by questionnaires and data analysis techniques are used by Partial Least Square (SmartPls). Research results show that: (1) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is positive and significant; (2) the influence of organizational culture on positive and significant organizational commitment; (3) the effect of organizational commitment on positive and significant performance; (4) organizational commitment acts as a mediator on the influence of organizational culture on employee performance; (5) motivation does not act as a moderation on the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment, the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment, the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment through job satisfaction, and the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. In this study, using associative research with a sample of 81 respondents who are employees of the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office. Data collection techniques using interviews and a list of statements such as questionnaires and data analysis techniques using partial least squares (smartpls) to test the seven hypotheses proposed in this study. The results of the research show that emotional intelligence has no effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership has no effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no significant effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on commitment. organization through job satisfaction (in other words job satisfaction acts as a mediator).
