Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa mahasiswa yang aktif di bidang UKM softball dengan latihan metode ascending dan latihan beban 40%. Tiga puluh tiga mahasiswa yang terpilih sesuai kriteria akan dilakukan pretest untuk menetukan pembagian kelompok ascending, latihan beban 40% ataupun kelompok kontrol. Instrument test yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah push up selama 30 detik guna mengukur tingkat kekuatan otot lengan. Diberikan bentuk latihan selama 6 minggu untuk setiap kelompok dan 3 kali perlakuan dalam satu minggu. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa latihan metode ascending menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kekuatan otot lengan, kelompok latihan beban 40% menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kekuatan otot lengan. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua kelompok mengalami peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, hal ini bisa terjadi karena durasi latihan yang cenderung kurang panjang dan aktivitas mahasiswa yang cukup tinggi, melihat keseluruhan subjek adalah mahasiswa pendidikan olahraga yang mengikuti UKM Softball Unesa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve physical fitness which is one of the goals of physical education in Indonesia while also improving the nutritional status of Surabaya vocational high school students. This research uses the treatment of physical activity 3 times a week in 2 months as a task in physical education to improve physical fitness and nutrional status on the sample of this research. Research design uses quasi experimental design with metode non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Research data was obtained as follows: data processing result on experiment group show that physical activity to VO2max got significant score based calculating using SPSS of 0,00 and physical activity to nutrional status got sig. of 0,60. Whereas in the control group, physical actifity got sig. of 0.20 to VO2max and sig. to 0.11 on nutrional status. Based on the above analysis it can be concluded that physical activity has a significant effect on physical fitness but physical activity has no significant effect on nutrional status to Surabaya vocational high school students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis persiapan latihan yang dilakukan para atlet bola voli putri Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey dan menggunakan populasi atlet tim bola voli putri Jawa Timur yang berjumlah sepuluh orang. Sehingga atlet bola voli putri Jawa Timur yang menjadi subjek penelitian tidak terbatas pada usia tertentu. Instrumen Penelitian dikembangkan oleh peneliti dan uji validitasnya oleh tim ahli yang berlatar belakang pelatih, akademisi dan pengurus di PBVSI Jawa Timur. Instrumen ini berbentuk skala likert dan terdiri dari lima dimensi yaitu dimensi dukungan, sarana prasarana, pelayanan, prosedur persiapan Latihan, kesiapan mental atlet dalam persiapan latihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan google form dan di share melalui grup whatsapp yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan uji deskriptif dengan memunculkan persentase secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan dari dimensi dukungan, pelayanan, prosedur persiapan Latihan dan kesiapan mental atlet dalam berlatih memiliki penilaian yang baik serta melebihi 90%. Namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu dioptimalkan beberapa dari dimensi dukungan, dimensi pelayanan dan dimensi kesiapan mental atlet. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu lima dimensi penilaian persiapan atlet tim bola voli putri secara keseluruhan sudah baik dan perlu ditingkatkan beberapa indikator untuk memaksimalkan kinerja atlet yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Kebutuhan aktivitas fisik menjadi isu terkini ketika aktivitas di luar rumah dibatasi selama pandemi. Tidak terkecuali untuk para anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) yang pada umumnya memiliki keterbatasan pada kecakapan fokus. Untuk itu, perlu dibuatkan media agar memicu ABK memiliki tingkat aktivitas fisik sekaligus melatih kecakapan fokus. Produk yang sedang diujicobakan adalah video tutorial yang dimuat dalam https://fokusabk.com/ sebagai media aktivitas fisik untuk ABK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan validitas dan kualitas https://fokusabk.com/ ditinjau dari para ahli dan orang tua sehingga menjadi tanda kelayakannya digunakan sebagai mediator aktivitas fisik untuk ABK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 ahli dan 10 orang tua subjek. Validasi produk menggunakan indikator dari The Design of Instruction and Evaluation dan untuk kualitas produk menggunakan indikator Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation. Analisis data menggunakan content validity ratio (CVR) dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para ahli dan orang tua memberikan penilaian terhadap produk yang dihasilkan dinyatakan valid (CVR= 0,92-1,00 > 0,3). Berdasarkan para orang tua sebagai subjek, produk hasil pengembangan memiliki kualitas baik sekali (81,2%). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa https://fokusabk.com/ layak digunakan sebagai mediator aktivitas fisik oleh ABK.

Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah anak yang memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dengan anak normal sebayanya dalam berbagai hal, seperti kondisi fisik, psikologis, kognitif ataupun sosial. Anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki hambatan dalam mencapai tujuan dan kebutuhan mereka jika dibandingkan dengan anak normal lainnya. Anak berkebutuhan khusus seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan hal yang diharapkan baik dari segi sosial, personal ataupun aktivitas pendidikan. Anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki kemampuan belajar yang lambat atau mengalami gangguan sehingga sulit untuk berhasil di sekolah seperti anak pada umumnya. Oleh karena itu, siswa ABK berhak memperoleh pelayanan pendidikan yang spesifik dan berbeda dengan anak normal lainnya. Dalam rangka membantu siswa ABK dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya dan mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimilikinya dapat dilakukan melalui pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya (peer teaching). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya pada siswa anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi dribbling sepak bola. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian literatur yang diperoleh dari beberapa kajian artikel pada jurnal nasional dan internasional. Berdasarkan hasil kajian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya (peer teaching) pada siswa anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) pada materi dribbling sepak bola dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi siswa, interaksi sosial, kolaboratif, keterampilan berpikir kritis, keterampilan motorik, dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penerapan metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya pada materi dribbling sepakbola pada anak berkebutuhan khusus perlu diterapkan dengan persiapan yang matang untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam aspek kognitif (pengetahuan), afektif (sikap) dan psikomotorik (keterampilan).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh latihan Crocodile Push Up dan Burpee terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan hasil Shooting Handball Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan quasi experiment dengan rancangan penelitian matching only design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes kekuatan otot lengan melakukan Push Up selama 30 detik, tes hasil Flying Shooting Handball menggunakan skor pada saat pretest dan posttest. Data dianalisis secara statistik dimana uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji-t, dan Anova dikonduksikan menggunakan bantuan SPSS seri 0.22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata posttest 9.200>5.600 dan 1.054>0.625 dari rata-rata pretest. Hal ini menunjukan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest terhadap Flying Shoot Shooting Handball yang dipengaruhi oleh perlakuan Crocodile push-up dan burpee terhadap Kekuatan Otot Lengan dah hasil Flying Shoot Shooting handball Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep. Berdasarkan analisis di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan Crocodile Push-Up dan Burpee terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan hasil Flying Shoot Shooting Handball Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep

Abstract

Everyone is entitled to education because education serves to improve the quality of a person's life. Education for deaf disability children, also needs to get focused of attention according to the limitations basic motor motion. The application of adaptive aplication learning media is used to improve motor skills of the disabled child's motor disability.The purpose of this research is to find out about: (1) the impact of application of media SIBI can help locomotor motion of deaf disability children, (2) the impact of media SIBI application to help manipulative motion of deaf disability children, (3) the impact of application of rainbow flag to help locomotor motion of deaf disability children, (4) the impact of the application of rainbow flags to help manipulative motion deaf disability children, (5) the magnitude of the increase in locomotor activity of deaf disability children using the application of media SIBI and rainbow flag, (6) the increase in manipulative activity of deaf disability children using the application of media SIBI and rainbow flags.This research is quantitative with quasi-experimental. The research design uses matching-only design, data analysis using Paired-Sampels T Test. The process of data collection is done with a pretest and posttest weight using the instrument of adapted motor skills, and validated by the expert to retrieve data locomotor motion and manipulative motion.The result of data analysis using SPSS version 20 on average data between pretest and posttest each group, namely: (a) Locomotor: media SIBI group increased 10,10%, sig. = 0.003 and the rainbow flag group increased 13.40%, sig. = 0.001. (b) Manipulative: media SIBI group increased by 10.10%, sig. = 0.063 and the rainbow flag group increased 13%, sig. = 0.007. Is increasing the influence of media SIBI and rainbow on locomotor motion 11,75% while in motion manipulative 11,55%.The result of the the study, that the application of media SIBI to improve locomotor motion not for manipulatif motion behind rainbow flag to improve of locomotor motion and manipulative deaf disability children.One of the fundamental strategies in attempts to develop athletic sports in Surabaya was to conduct special training through athletic extracurricular activities in schools, hence it was the starting point for the discovery of potential athletes. The purpose of this study was to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and Threat from athletic extracurricular management which included Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Supervising which was conducted by Dr. Soetomo and Jalan Jawa Junior High School in Surabaya. The approach used in this study was a qualitative approach and the type of evaluative research (Evaluation Research) used descriptive methods. The evaluation design used in this study was the SWOT Analysis. The results and conclusions of this study indicated that the athletic extracurricular management at Dr Soetomo Junior High School; The Planning was already a good program, The Organizing used the organizational structure and cooperation which already existed so the working mechanism was clear of its functions and parts, The Actuating contained the schedule of activities, the attendance of students and the coaches are well-monitored by the extracurricular coordinator, The Controlling implemented a routine evaluation that carried out at the end of the school year, but for the achievements have not been as the expectation. On the other hand, Jalan Jawa Junior High School implemented the management as; The Planning of this school did not have a good program, The Organizing included the involved cooperation of leaders, teachers and parents of students was very good, The Actuating related to the exercise did not run well, The Oversight represented almost every championship in Surabaya, Jalan Jawa Junior High School got good marks. The researchers have conducted more in-depth analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and Threat of athletic extracurricular management which included Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Supervising which was conducted by Dr Soetomo and Jalan Jawa Junior High School in Surabaya, furthermore resulting some recommendations for Dr. Soetomo and

Abstract

The implementation of physical education, sports and health learning on the long jump subject has problems because the motion education model used is still the same as for regular students. The difficulties have an impact on their activities which tend to be passive, so a module is needed that is in accordance with the abilities and characteristics of students with mental disabilities. The purpose of this research is to produce a long jump module product through a game approach to improve basic motion in students with mental disabilities. The method used in this research is research and development using the Research & Development (R & D) development model from Borg and Gall. To develop a long jump educational model for mental disabilities with the aim of improving the basic locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative motion patterns. Prior to the implementation stage, 2 (two) people who are competent in the field of learning physical education for children with special needs are validated. Field trials consist of trial I and trial II. Limited trials were conducted at SMPN 28 Surabaya. Then, the evaluation stage is carried out by discussing with related parties in each school after the trial / implementation.The results of the analysis of the development of the long jump motion education model in the form of a long jump learning module through the game approach were carried out very well, and were feasible in the learning process with the results of two material validation experts 77% while the design validation obtained a score of 85%. The improvement of the basic long jump movement pattern is well done.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how many variables of physical test items are dominant and effectively used in the sport of muaythai regional training center of east java 100. This type of research is quantitative with a development research approach. This research was conducted in 3 stages, namely stage I tabulating the test items that have been determined by the team of East Java experts, stage II processing data and reducing test items that do not meet statistical prerequisites, stage III factor analysis of all test items that meet statistical prerequisites. . The data is processed using the application (SPSS, in stage I all the results of the physical tests totaling 16 test items are entered into SPSS and processed by factor analysis, there are two variables reduced and not included in the next factor rotation, stage II thetest is carried out. Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling (KMO) the result is 0.640> 0.5 with the results of the barletts test 201.084 with a significance of 0.000, there is 1 variable with MSA <0.5, namely Sit and reach (S&R) of 0.493, on the communality table. Based on the results of the communality test there are two variables <0.5 variable (X5) Chin Up 0.476 and (X16) Sit and Reach 0.368 these variables do not meet the requirements of communality and must be removed from the test Stage III Bartlett Test of Sphericiry is 183.067 at a significance of 0.000 with a KMO of 0.669. The conclusionfrom the results of the factor analysis of the item physical test items for muaythai in this study, there are 5 factors that are formed from 12 variables (+ 2 sub-variables formed from variable X14) which are correlated, from the initial 16 items on physical tests (with 5 sub-variables formed from 2 variables). The dominant factor for the formation of physical test items for muaythai is items related to leg and leg muscles (square jump, wattbike, kneel-up, triple jump and hamstring), the second dominant factor is the abdominal muscles which are represented by two items (sit ups). and a russian twist).

Abstract

Basketball games are played for 40 minutes divided into 4 quarters, where one quarter is 10 minutes. To play the game of basketball requires having excellent stamina which can be seen from the value of VO₂ Max. There are various types of exercises to improve VO₂ Max, such as interval training and continuous training. The purpose of this study: is to determine the difference in effect between interval training and continuous training on VO₂ Max on basketball players in extracurricular students at Senior high school 2nd Pasuruan City. Research methods: This study used the Pre and Post Test two Groups Design design, with a sample of 12 basketball players as an interval training group, and 12 players as a continuous training group taken using a purposive sample technique. The exercise is done 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Measurement of VO2 Max uses a Multistage fitness test. Data analysis using the comparative test Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test and Mann Whitney test. Results: The difference between pre-test and post-test in the interval training group was 9.94 while in the continuous training group it was 6.02. Based on the test of the effect of interval training on VO₂ Max, the value of p = 0.008 was obtained and the test of the effect of continuous training on VO₂ Max was obtained p value = 0.005. Based on the different test of the effect of interval training and continuous training on VO₂ Max, the value of p = 0.040 is concluded. Conclusion: interval training and continuous training can increase VO₂ Max. interval training increases VO₂ Max more than continuous training in basketball players in extracurricular curricular students at Senior high school.
