Abstract

The present study delves into the multifarious factors that underpin students' learning assessment in higher education. Through the utilisation of an exploratory sequential mixed methods design, the researchers scrutinise the evaluation of 5,564 students by 23 lecturers, taking into consideration 9 characteristics. To that end, ANOVA and T-test are employed to analyse the mandatory course, and three lecturers who embody distinct criteria are interviewed, and their responses are subjected to a thematic analysis. The results indicate that assessment results are significantly different based on lecturers' working experience (teaching experience [F= 20.1, p= 0.000] and age [F= 48.6, p= 0.000]), academic background (department [F= 33.8, p= 0.000] and skills [F= 30.17, p= 0.000]), and teaching load (credit unit (credit unit) [F= 48.7, p= 0.000], number of classes taught [F= 61.4, p= 0.000] and teaching partners [F= 79.3, p=0.000]). Meanwhile, there is no difference in assessment results based on lecturers' qualifications (certificates [t= -0.587, p= 0.557] and latest degree [F= 2.56, p= 0.074]). The qualitative data reveals that four crucial factors - idealism, mindset, grading standard, and perspective - account for the variance observed in compulsory courses. The study's results underscore the need for universities to devise pedagogical strategies based on lecturers' attributes, as these factors bear a direct impact on the attainment of the desired graduate profiles as reflected in students' academic performance in specific courses.

Abstract

Fencing is a complex martial art because some special techniques and tactics involve the use of weapons for hand ability and agility in cutting, attacking, blocking, stabbing and also defending movements. Biomotor is a human movement that is influenced by the internal organ system, namely the respiratory system, neuromuscular, digestive, circulatory, energy, joints and bones. The type of research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of the study were 32 male fencing athletes from Situbondo Regency. Measurements of the biomotor test of physical conditions include speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, explosive power, balance coordination, agility, and accuracy. The results of the analysis of the average speed of 5.16 sec. Average arm strength 26.75 times/minute. Average leg strength 111.41 kg. Average sit & reach flexibility is 33.14 cm, ankle flexibility of the right leg 14.71 cm, left leg 16.31 cm, upper body flexibility right 0.09 cm, left 1.19 cm, and full 0 cm. Average endurance 42.25 ml/kg/min. The average arm explosive power is 172.74 watts. The average leg explosive power is 19.08 watts. Average balance 16.55 sec. Average coordination 4.98 sec. Average agility 11.24 sec. The conclusions of this study include sufficient speed, sufficient arm strength, sufficient leg strength, sit & reach flexibility is lacking, right ankle flexibility is sufficient, left is lacking, upper body flexibility is very good, sufficient endurance, sufficient arm explosive power, sufficient leg explosive power, sufficient balance, sufficient coordination, and sufficient agility.

Abstract

Developing self-potential through participation in physical activity is one of the school's goals for students to hone concentration, endurance, flexibility, and balance as well as coordination by increasing physical fitness in PJOK learning activities. This study aims to assess the degree of fitness of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangsal. Quantitative techniques based on survey research were used for analysis of the resulting data. Participants were Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangsal in Bangsal Regency. The research sample population was class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangsal. The steps in this study included 50 meter running, vertical jumping (100 meters for men, 30 meters for women), long distance running (1000 and 800 meters respectively), and standing vertical run. jump. Based on the data collected and analyzed, only 3% of the respondents were considered to be in very good physical condition, while 40% were considered to be in bad condition, and 57% were considered to be in very bad condition. As a result, this study concluded that the physical fitness level of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangsal was quite low. Given this analysis, it is still very far from the expectations of Physical Education goals. Besides that, the lifestyle of students at this time is relatively lacking in movement, because now all activities are assisted by the existence of mobile phones that have access to the internet.

Abstract

Bola tangan merupakan olahraga prestasi kategori beregu dengan ketetuan masing-masing 7 pemain (6 pemain dan 1 penjaga gawang) yang dimainkan dengan cara melempar dan memantulkan bola. Melakukan permainan olahraga bola tangan membutuhkan kondisi fisik yang baik, adapun komponen kondisi fisik dasar terdiri dari fleksibilitas (kelentukan), kecepatan gerak/SAQ, kekuatan (strenght), daya tahan (endurance). Kondisi fisik atlet khususnya pada atlet bola tangan dapat mempengaruhi kelincahan dan power otot lengan, dalam meningkatkan kondisi fisik dapat dilakukan dengan latihan menggunakan ladder drill dan resistance bands. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik terkait kelincahan dan power otot lengan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, one group pre test – post test design tanpa adanya kelompok kontrol dan pembanding. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu tim putra bola tangan lamongan sebanyak 14 atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa pre test dan post test menggunakan illinois agility test, dan overhead throw medicine ball, sedangkan analisis datanya dibantu dengan SPSS Versi 23 menggunakan paired sampel T-Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat nilai p<0.05 sehingga menunjukkan rerata hasil meningkat dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 2,54% untuk kelincahan dan sebesar 10,44% untuk power otot lengan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi dan tolak ukur dalam pembuatan program latihan baik bagi atlet maupun pelatih dan penelitian yang akan datang.

Abstract

Seseorang sering melakukan olahraga untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh dan tetap sehat. Oleh karena itu, olahraga sangat penting untuk manusia di segala umur. bahwa banyak hal dapat mempengaruhi kebugaran jasmani. Faktor-faktor tersebut dapat berupa siswa, lokasi atau sekolah, serta kegiatan akademik dan non-akademik yang dilakukan siswa. Oleh karena itu, menarik untuk melakukan penelitian yang serupa dengan faktor-faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa Kelas X AKL SMK Negeri Mojoagung. Siswa kelas X AKL SMKN Mojoagung memiliki hasil rata rata yang berbeda, tetapi masing-masing gender memperoleh proporsi nilai yang sama, yaitu 2,2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing gender memperoleh proporsi nilai yang sama, yaitu 2,2, dan mereka termasuk dalam kategori CUKUP. Selanjutnya, untuk tes iMT, keduanya memperoleh kategori gizi, dengan rata-rata laki-laki 20,60 dan perempuan 23,50. Siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan mereka untuk belajar, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Peserta didik yang kurang kebugaran mudah lelah, yang mengganggu fokus mereka selama pembelajaran. Sehingganya penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas X AKL SMKN Mojoagung memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang rendah, menurut tes TKPN. Menurut data kebugaran jasmani, beberapa orang berada di bawah kategori baik. Kontribusi dengan penelitian selanjutnya yaitu adalah akan meningkatkan kebugaran siswa yang berada di bawah kategori "baik" dan membuat program yang berbeda untuk siswa yang berada di atas kategori "baik". Penelitian juga akan meningkatkan kesadaran guru, wali murid, dan siswa akan pentingnya kebugaran jasmani siswa untuk mendukung pertumbuhan, perkembangan, dan kemampuan mereka untuk mengikuti pelajaran jasmani di sekolah.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan rebound dalam permainan bola basket mempengaruhi tingkat performa dan prestasi yang ada dalam cabang olahraga basket. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh data yang signifikan dan perbedaan hasil tentang pengaruh latihan Pliometrik Standing Jump Over Barrier dan Squat Depth Jump terhadap kemampuan rebound dan vertical jump dalam bola basket. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan secara langsung dan pelatihan di lapangan untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor-faktor penting guna menunjang ketahap selanjutnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 atlet putra. Kelompok 1 berjumlah 10 atlet dan kelompok 2 berjumlah 10 atlet. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa test. Dalam penelitian ini nilai suatu tes dari dua kelompok eksperimen yang sudah dipasangkankan pada masing-masing individunya, maka dalam ujinya menggunakan t-test dengan rumus pendek (short methode). Hasil dari penelitian ini pelatihan Standing Jump Over Barrier dan pelatihan Squat Depth Jump memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Pada Uji Anava F hitung tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan di antara Standing Jump Over Barrier dengan Squat Depth Jump. Tetapi Standing Jump Over Barrier lebih baik dari Squat Depth Jump.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the application of Assemblr EDU media has on students' excitement about physical fitness material in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) subjects for 5th grade students of SDN Sidotopo I/48 Surabaya. The method used is quantitative with a One Group Pretest-Postest design. The study population was 5th grade students of SDN Sidotopo I/48 Surabaya. The research sample consisted of 30 students from class 5C. Data was collected through pretest and posttest questionnaires. Data analysis included Normality test and Paired Sample T-Test conducted using SPSS Version 25. The results showed a significant effect of using Assemblr edu media on students' excitement in physical fitness material. Obtained an average pretest of 56.23 and posttest of 65.57, an increase of 17%. The data in this study have been tested for normality and the data are normally distributed. The Paired Sample T-Test test obtained is the Sig value. (2-tailed) excitement is 0.000. This means that the sig value <0.05 So it is concluded that there is an effect of using Assemblr edu media on the excitement of students in learning PJOK on physical fitness material in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi permainan bola basket dalam pembelajaran PJOK siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Plaosan. Fokus penelitian adalah keterampilan passing, khususnya chest pass, sebagai bagian penting dalam permainan bola basket. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain praeksperimen, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes, angket, observasi, dan instrumen lain yang valid. Hasil analisis menggunakan paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari modifikasi pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing. Persentase peningkatan keterampilan siswa sebesar 5,27%, menunjukkan bahwa modifikasi pembelajaran melalui permainan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar psikomotor siswa dalam materi bola basket.

Abstract

Elementary school-age children are very active so they prefer to play. Before starting the learning activities, the teacher designs a learning model that is interspersed with games so that the child can receive the material well and is not easily bored during the learning process. In other words, the activities carried out by children are more directed to the activities of playing and moving. One game that is loved and often played by children is hunting animals and baseball. The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) studying and analyzing the effect of the application of animal hunting game learning models on locomotor and manipulative motion abilities. (2) to study and analyze the effect of the application of baseball game learning models to increase locomotor and manipulative motion skills. (3) to find out, study and analyze the effect of learning based on game hunting animals and baseball to increase locomotor and manipulative mobility. This type of research used in this study is quantitative with a research design using a two-group pre-test post-test design, with data analysis using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The results showed: (1) there was an effect of the application of animal hunting games to locomotor and manipulative mobility. (2) there is an effect of the application of baseball games on locomotor and manipulative motion abilities. (3) in an animal hunting game, the locomotor base motion has an increase of 2.17 and manipulative motion has an increase of 5.1. In a baseball game, the locomotor base motion has an increase of 1.5 and manipulative base motion has an increase of 3.77. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that there is an increase in locomotor and manipulative movement abilities for each group after being given a game. Also, there are differences in influence between the animal hunting group and the baseball group as seen from the increase in locomotor motion through independent sample t-test where the game of animal hunting gives a better effect than the game of baseball.

Abstract

This program focused on providing motor activity learning support for children with developmental coordination disorder (dyspraxia). The goal was to enhance teachers’ understanding and skills in creating learning experiences that are enjoyable, innovative, and accessible for students with special needs. The approach involved introducing the circuit game model, which integrates fine and gross motor movements into a structured sequence of activities. Socialization and mentoring sessions were conducted for Physical Education teachers at FKKGO, Mojoagung District. The program yielded positive outcomes: (1) improved teachers’ knowledge and ability to apply the circuit game model in Physical Education for children with dyspraxia; and (2) strengthened teachers’ competence in designing physical literacy activities tailored to students with special needs.
