Abstract

Makassar as a center of growth and development in Eastern Indonesia with the majority religion of Islam, need a container that can be used as a distribution of artistic talent, especially Islamic art, which aims to raise Girah (spirit) Muslims to develop art that Islam breath, preserve, introduced and educate the public with art. Islamic Art in Kampung Makassar that can accommodate the needs of artists to distribute and develop their creativity. Ability like that are expected to produce qualified human resources and have the integrity in the work produced. So it can be recognized by both local and international. The approach used in the building of Islamic Art Village is Islamic architecture geometry. Geometry is a branch of mathematics that studies of point, line, plane and space objects along with their properties, the measurements, and the relationship between each other. Islamic architectural design more use patterns in the form of lines, circles and other geometric patterns arranged to form a unity which implies spiritual and aesthetic value or beauty of a high level. Islamic art looks association complex geometry, between forms, ornaments, and façade.

Abstract

Veteran 45 is a former fighter of the Republic of Indonesia in his youth struggling with body and soul in order to maintain the independence of Indonesia . They are witness to the passage of a long history of Indonesia today , but the lack of attention the government makes almost no trace of them . This paper attempts to realize the region that brings together all the activities of veterans into a residential area with an emphasis Dutch colonial architecture as well as a symbol of appreciation to the members of veterans in Makassar based with elements of urban design.

Abstract

Football is a sport that uses a ball which is played by two teams, each team consists of 11 (eleven) persons. School football serves as a container or a place of education and training young players in which summarizes various educational activities, among others, the basic tools and techniques that supports football training program in this container. The soccer school students get grinding their talents. South Sulawesi as one of the national football business recognizable enough. Makassar city has a lot of young players with the potential to be developed in order to be able to become a professional player. Moreover Makassar city since Ramang era until modern era none who do not know the figure of the young talents of Makassar, both Indonesian National team in various competitions Internasional. Therefore, we need a way to increase the achievements in Makassar city, one of them is withsetting up a football school. With the football schools, each individuals can be nurtured from an early age so that talented young players can hone his talents by providing good guidance between theory and its application in the field.

Abstract

South Sulawesi is one area which is famous for agricultural products. One result is that the famous spice Coffee. A coffee plantation crops in South Sulawesi, especially in the districts of Tana Toraja promising. That is known by the name "Toraja Coffee" which is very popular coffee lovers in Indonesia and until foreign. Toraja coffee marketing center is a central place that serves as a principal activity to promote or market one type of beverage derived from the coffee processing plant of one of the areas in South Sulawesi, namely Tana Toraja. Building a public building in the field of industry will certainly have an adverse impact on the environment. To minimize environmental damage to the application of the concept of environmentally friendly is needed. Application of Architecture Ecology concept is a blend of environmental science and science-oriented architecture development model by taking into account the balance of the natural environment and the built environment. Eco Architecture serves as a means of education and analysis to achieve environmentally sound physical facilities, the planning done by Eko Architecture, it will manifest harmony between the physical facilities with Environment.

Abstract

Abstrak—Monumen Mandala merupakan salah satu bukti perlawanan rakyat    daerah    Sulawesi    Selatan    dalam    Menentang    keinginan nederlandsche Indesche Civil Administrate (NICA) yang membonceng tentara sekutu untuk mengukuhkan kembali kekuasaannya di Indonesia pada umumnya, dan Sulawessi Selatan khususnya. Namun, kondisi Monumen Mandala secara naturalis atau perlahan-lahan mulai hilang keberadaannya  sehingga  tidak  lagi  menjadi  sebuah  icon/land  mark Kota Makassar. Redesain Monumen Mandala di Makassar dengan penekanan bangunan pintar merupakan upaya memvitalkan kembali Monumen Mandala di Makassar yang memiliki nilai historis atau peringatan peristiwa bersejarah dengan melakukan perubahan pada bangunan maupun sistem melalui pendekatan bangunan pintar untuk menghasilkan bangunan dan fungsi yang lebih baik dari desain semula. Penerepan sistem bangunan pintar dengan pertimbangan   kemudahan, kenyamanan, efisiensi waktu serta efisien dalam penggunaan energi. Dimana segala sumber energi dalam pengoperasiannya diperoleh dari berbagai sumber (listrik, genset, serta panel surya). Sistem kerja bangunan pintar ini juga beroperasi dengan mekanisme kerja sensor gerak, panas, dan timing.  Kata kunci: Redesain,  Monumen Madala, Bangunan Pintar.  Abstract- Mandala Monument is one of the people's resistance proof in South Sulawesi against the wishes of the Nederlandsche Indesche Civil Administrate (NICA) which is collaborated with its allies for reinforcement their powers in Indonesia generally, and  and South Sulawessi particular. However, the conditions of Mandala Monument naturally or slowly begin to disappear so that its existence is no longer to become whether Makassar icon nor Makassar Landmark. Redesign Mandala Monument in Makassar with emphasis smart building is an effort in empowering Mandala Monument in Makassar that have historical value or historical event alerts by making changes to buildings and systems through smart building approach to produce buildings and function better than the original design. The application of smart smart building system with considerating of the ease, convenience, time efficiency and the efficient use of energy. Where the operation of all sources energy is obtained from various sources (electricity, generators, and solar panels). Abstract

Abstrak— Tanjung Redeb sebagai Ibu kota Kabupaten Berau Kalimantan Timur memiliki banyak nilai sejarah dan budaya serta kekayaan alam dan. Tujuan Laporan perancangan ini adalah mendesain wadah Museum Sejarah Kabupaten Berau di Tanjung Redeb dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Modern yang dapat memenuhi berbagai aspek di dalam desainnya, sehingga dapat menunjang kegiatan pelestarian, edukasi, penelitian dan rekreasi serta historial secara optimal sehingga menjadi monumen,  sehingga  masyarakat  dapat  menjiwai  dan  pada akhirnya  akan  menjadi  kebanggaan  masyarakat  yang  memiliki  identitas daerah. Pendekatan Arsirtektur modern diterapkan pada fasad serta fasilitas-fasilas yang dapat menjadi menunjang serta menjadi icon  atau  landmark Kabupaten Berau.  Kata kunci: Museum, Kabupaten Barau, Tanjung Redab , Arsitektur Moderen. Abstract

Abstrak— Berdasarkan data informasi yang dihimpun dari media cetak maupun elektronik banyak atlet berkualitas dengan prestasi nasional yang dimiliki oleh kota Makassar dan Sulawesi Selatan pada umumnya. Salah satunya dari cabang olahraga tenis lapangan, seperti yang dilansir oleh pelti kota Makassar beberapa waktu yang lalu, dua atlet Sulawesi Selatan  meraih emas di kejuaraan nasional Yunior Piala Telkom Peltha. (Pelti Makassar tahun 2013, diakses 13 November 2014,10:00 Wita). Namun, dari beberapa klub tenis lapangan yang ada di kota Makassar tak ada satupun klub yang memiliki lapangan tenis dengan status kepunyaan sendiri melainkan menyewa dengan membayar iuran perbulan dikantor, instansi mapun kampus   terkait.   Hal   ini   menjadi   masalah   yang  serius   mengingat   untuk membentuk kualitas atlet yang professional diperlukan fasilitas-fasilitas yang maksimal, bukan hanya kondisi lapangan yang berstandar internasional melainkan penunjang penunjang. Tujuan Laporan ini adalah Untuk merancang desain bangunan Pusat Pelatihan dan Gelanggang Olahraga Tenis Lapangan di Makassar dengan menerapkan konsep arsitektur kontemporer. Hasil dari laporan ini meninjau hal spesifik bangunan, berupa syarat-syarat perencanaan yang meliputi perancangan tapak, bentuk, struktur layout ruang, serta kebutuhan ruang berdasarkan standar.    Kata kunci: Makassar, Tennis Lapangan, Arsitektur Konteporer  Abstract- Based on the data of information which is written in printed and electronic media that there are many national athletes in quality achievement that is owned by the city of Makassar and South Sulawesi in general. One of them from the courts sport, as reported by Makassar Pelti some times ago two athletes from South Sulawesi won gold from the Junior National Championships in Peltha Telkom Cup. (Pelti Makassar in 2013, accessed 13 November 2014.10: 00 pm). Fact from some of tennis club free Makassar City no oe of the club has their own twnnis courts but but rented by paying free monthly at the office, campus used also related campus. This becomes a serious problem considering to establish the quality of professional athletes who need maximum facilities, not only international standard field conditions but also another supporting tennis. The purpose of this report is to design the training centre building and circular area of tennis in Makassar by applying the concept of contemporary architecture. The results of this report reviews the specific buildings, such as the requirement of the planning like the tread design, form, structure, space layout and space requirements based on standards. Keywords: Makassar, Tennis Court, Contemporary Architecture

Abstract

Abstrak—Pasar Tradisional selama ini kebanyak terkesan kumuh, kotor, semraut dan setrusnya yang merupakan stigma buruk yang dimilikinya. Pasar Tradisional Lelong yang berada di Kecamatan Mariso (Jl. Rajawali) yang sudah lama dan masih aktif sampai sekarang selalu dipadati oleh pengunjung sehingga mengakibatkan kemacetan di kawasan sekitar pasar terlebih lagi pada waktu-waktu akhir pekan. Ruang parkir kendaraan dan ornag-orang tumpah menjadi satu memenuhi jalanan di kawasan sekitar tapak, mereka harus berbagi berebut space yang sudah sangat kecil yang tidak dapat menampung keseluruhan pedagang yang berada di pasar tersebut sehingga badan jalan juga digunakan sebagai tempat parkir maupun ajang transaksi. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah menyusun suatu acuan perancangan yang dapat menjadi panduan dalam merancang pasar tradisional dengan penataan modern yang efektif dan efisien yang siap ditransformasikan dalam program perancangan fisik bangunan. Hasil dari laporan ini  meninjau hal-hal yang spesifik dari bangunan, berupa syarat-syarat perencanaan yang meliputi konsep pengolahan tapak, bentuk bagunan, struktur bangunan, material bangunan, penataan ruang dalam dengan menganalisa permasalahan dan potensi yang ada pada pasar berdasarkan prinsip arsitektur modern.Kata kunci: Pasar Tradisional, Padat, Penataan Modern.  Abstract-During the time traditional markets is empressed dirty, filthy, disorganized and so on, which has a bad stigma. Traditional Market Lelong in Mariso (Jl. Rajawali) is still exist and active longer with always crowded by the visitors that caused traffic jam around the market especially on the weekend. Vehicle parking spaces and people spilled into the streets at around site, they should share the very small space that can not accommodate the all traders are in the market so that the road is also used as a parking lot or transaction event. The purpose of this design is to develop a reference design that can be a guide in designing traditional markets and modern structuring effectiving and efficienting that are ready to be transformed into the physical design of the building program. The results of this report reviews the specifics of the building, such as the terms of the planning involved in processing concept site, shape buildings, building structure, building materials, the arrangement of inside space with analyzing the problems and the potential that exists in the market based on the principles of modern architecture.Keywords: Traditional Market, Crowded, Modern Design

Abstract

Abstrak_ Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki banyak atlet balap berprestasi dalam taraf internasional. Keberadaan sirkuit balap sangat dibutuhkan para atlet untuk menunjang kegiatan dan mengasah kemampuan balap yang dimiliki. Namun, ketersediaan sirkuit yang sesuai dengan standar internasional di Indonesia masih sangat minim. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan ide desain sirkuit balap mobil formula satu di Makassar dengan pendekatan arsitektur modern. Melalui metode eksplorasi desain yaitu metode penjabaran ide dan gagasan yang dirumuskan dalam bentuk gambar. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa tata massa bangunan dipilih sistem terpusat, dimana lintasan yang menjadi pusatnya. Sehingga bangunan disekitarnya berorientasi ke lintasan. Sistem  sirkulasi dari dan menuju tapak dibagi menjadi dua dimana sirkulasi untuk pengunjung dipisah dengan sirkulasi untuk team balap. Jalur masuk dan keluar untuk pengunjung juga dipisah, dengan lebar masingmasing jalan 15 m. Sedangkan bentuk bangunan mengambil analogi bentuk dari mobil formula satu dan bentuk aerodinamika dari mobil formula satu. Aerodinamika adalah pergerakan udara ketika berinteraksi dengan benda padat. Dalam hal kendaraan, aerodinamika adalah kecepatan kendaraan dan hambatan udara ketika kendaraan itu melaju. Penerapan tema arsitektur modern pada bangunan dapat dilihat dari bidang-bidang kaca yang lebar, jenis material yang digunakan diekspos secara polos, dan dari bahan material yang digunakan.Kata kunci : Aerodinamika, Arsitektur Modern, Eksplorasi Desain, Sirkuit.Abstract­_ Indonesia is one of the countries that have many athletes of racing achievement in international level. The existence of a racing circuit is needed athletes to support activities and hone the ability of racing owned. However, the availability of circuits that comply with international standards in Indonesia is still very minimal. Therefore, this study provides the idea of the design of the formula one race circuit in Makassar with the approach of modern architecture. Through the method of exploration design is the method of elaboration of ideas and ideas formulated in the form of images. The results obtained in the form of building mass order selected centralized system, where the path to be the center. So the surrounding buildings oriented to the track. The circulation system from and to the tread is divided into two where the circulation for the visitor is separated by circulation for the racing team. Entrances and exits for visitors are also separated, each width by road 15 m. While the shape of the building takes the analogy of the form of the formula one car and the form of aerodynamics of the formula one car. Aerodynamics is the movement of air when interacting with solid objects. In terms of vehicles, aerodynamics is the speed of the vehicle and the air resistance when the vehicle is driving. Abstrak_ Kegiatan Olahraga Ekstrim di Makassar tersebar didaerah kampus, sekolah dan tempat-tempat publik yang ada di wilayah makassar. Maraknya pencinta olahraga ekstrim di Makassar ada beberapa kendala, mulai persoalan organisasi, lapangan, dan masalah teknis penyelenggaraan event. Maka dari itu perancangan adanya gedung untuk Arena Olahraga Ekstrim ini perlu untuk merankum dan mewadahi kemampuan dalam bidang olahraga ekstrem agar dedikasi mereka dapat membawa dampak positif untuk generasi muda lainnya. Tulisan ini mencoba menganalisis bangunan dengan  pendekatan arsitektur high tech. Pendekatan high tech dari fasilitas-fasilitas dan material bangunan yang serba pabrikan. Metode yang digunakan ialah studi Literatur, studi banding, dan observasi. Hasil penulisan ini berupa perancangan dengan konsep tata lansekap, pengolahan tapak, bentuk bangunan, material, dan sistem utilitas.Kata kunci : Olahraga Ekstrim;  Arsitektur High Tech; Makassar.
