Abstract

Abstrak. Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pesawaran adalah instansi pemerintahan yang menangani urusan keagamaan pada tingkat kabupaten. Pemerintah telah menetapkan program pembangunan pengembangan TI yang diatur dalam PP RI No. 95 Tahun 2018 Tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik untuk mewujudkan good government. Berdasarkan observasi dan pemetaan terhadap faktor desain terdapat masalah security system pada software dan layanan informasi yang memiliki dampak cukup buruk serta dapat menurunkan performa kualitas TI instansi. Permasalahn tersebut perlu dilakukan asesmen menggunakan framework COBIT 2019. Asemen capability level dan maturity level  tata kelola TI menggunakan domain obyektif yang memiliki nilai kepentingan > 60 dan capability target 4,00 yaitu pada domain obyektif APO11, APO 13, DSS02, dan DSS03. Nilai pencapaian capability level pada domain proses APO1101 4,00/largely, APO11.02 3,80/largely, APO11.03 3,67/largely, APO11.04 4,00/largely, APO11.05 3,00/largely, APO13.01 3,00/largely, APO13.02 2,86/largely, APO13.03 3,60/largely, DSS02.01 2,20/partialy, DSS02.02 3,33/largely, DSS02.03 2,67/largely, DSS02.04 3,33/largely, DSS02.05 2,75 /largely, DSS02.06 3,50/largely, DSS02.07 3,00/largely, DSS03.01 2,33/partialy, DSS03.02 2,33/partialy, DSS03.03 3,00/largely,  DSS03.04 3,33/largely, dan DSS03.05 3,33/largely. Sedangkan pencapaian maturity level pada domain obyektif APO11 3,69/qualitative, APO13 3,15/defined, DSS02 2,96/defined, dan DSS03 2,86/defined.

Abstract

UMKM tusuk gigi Mom’ Lina di desa Pringsewu timur mengalami penurunan dalam penjualan produk. Hal ini perlu diatasi untuk membantu keberlangsungan UMKM. Dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan dalam inovasi produk dan pemasaran. Membantu UMKM Tusuk Gigi Mom’ Lina di Desa Pringsewu Timur dalam pengayaan rasa, memperbaiki kemasan tusuk gigi yang dihasilkan.. Sedangkan pendampingan dalam pemasaran produk dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial berupa Whatsappp(WA) dan Istagram (IG). Perbaikan kemasan tusuk gigi, pengayaan rasa dan perluasan pemasaran diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku UMKM tusuk gigi di desa Pringsewu timur ini untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan.

Abstract

This paper conducts an empirical investigation about the relationship between information asymmetry and earnings management in Indonesia. When information asymmetry is high, the stakeholders do not have any information or resources to monitor and to know manager’s activities which give rise to the practice of earnings management. To provide evidence practices of earning managements and information asymmetry, this paper uses aggregate accruals with modified Jones model and market microstructure theory. This paper employs return volatility, trading volume and quotes price for bid ask spread to proxy in market microstructure. This paper employs generalized least squares with 60 firm balanced panel data in the 1994-199, and also addresses about the effect of Indonesian financial crisis to the relationship between information asymmetry and earnings management. We compare sub-sample before and in the financial crisis period. Empirical result suggests a positive relationship between information asymmetry as measured by bid ask spreads and the level of earnings management in Indonesia. This positive relationship is not affected by Indonesian financial crisis.

Abstract

The adequate technology was the architecture that was distributed through the block chain technology which had authorizations for securing data storage and for accessing any piece of information anytime and anywhere. The objective of this study was to find out whether the issues of the supply chains and the block chain were able to be solved. The hypothesis of this study was suitable for the supply chain management in the block chain architectures. Abstract

The baby care businesses were developing rapidly together with the rapid-growing technology and the lifestyle of people recently. There were several baby care businesses with various facilities in Bandar Lampung, e.g., spa, haircut, make up, hair dye, and others. The problem statement of this study was that 1) the customers had to come to the baby care location to buy the products so that it caused a long queue and made inconvenience for customers because the Covid-19 outbreak were still happening; 2) there was also no information regarding the closest way to reach the baby care location so that it confused the customers. The objective of this study was determining the closest way through the Haversine formula. The Haversine formula was used to determine the location through the geo-location technology (API from Google Map) based on the latitude and longitude coordinates of its location. The system development method used in this study was through the prototype model used to fulfill the users’ needs for the system. The result of this study was that the system was able to provide information on the closest way from the user location to baby care locations and to display the types of provided services, prices, and order service for the babies. This system was expected to support the effective and efficient business processes.KEYWORDS: Haversine, Baby Care Services, Prototype, Android-Based System.

Abstract

Mobile JKN is an application built by BPJS Kesehatan to use the current use of mobile technology. The JKN Mobile Application is expected to provide convenience for the public in accessing information related to the BPJS service program online. The importance of Mobile JKN services to carry out operational activities must be in optimal conditions. In fact, there are still many things that need to be related to JKN's mobile information technology. The low interest of the people of Bandar Lampung in using the Mobile JKN application. This is indicated by the queue of information request services that are always full at the BPJS office. This condition indicates the need for measuring application acceptance (acceptance) for the community, as well as evaluating the JKN mobile application. This study aims to measure the readiness of BPJS health users in Bandar Lampung to use the JKN BPJS mobile application and build recommendations for improving information technology governance related to the JKN BPJS mobile application. This study uses the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) analysis model to determine Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use, as well as the implementation of information system audits related to IT security risks using Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT). The results of the research value of benefit (PU) is 62% and convenience is 59%. As for the analysis of the JKN mobile application, the current maturity value and expected maturity are 1.03

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD) yang merupakan salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang diberikan STMIK Pringsewu berupa layanan perangkat lunak dalam dunia perkuliahan termasuk didalamnya proses akademik. Pengelolaan sistem informasi akademik yang tidak terkelola dengan baik akan berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas layanan, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan stakeholder terhadap istitusi. Dengan demikian diperlukannya Analisis Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Pada Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) Menggunakan Framework Cobit 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pengelolaan SIAKAD pada STMIK Pringsewu. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian descriptive. Sampel berjumlah 12 responden, model yang dipilih dalam analisis tata kelola teknologi informasi adalah model COBIT 2019. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk nilai tingkat kemampuan yaitu sebesar 57,53% termasuk dalam kategori Largely (Tercapai), sedangkan nilai tingkat kematangan saat ini pada manajemen dan pengguna yaitu sebesar2,1 cenderung 2, telah mencapai Managed Process diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang berfokus pada kualitas pelayanan SIAKAD dan dapat diimplementasikan oleh STMIK Pringsewu guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan SIAKAD. Abstract

In Law Number 31 of 2009, MKG information has a strategic role in improving the safety of life and property, the economy, as well as defense, and security. Therefore, the management of MKG data is important so that the implementation of MKG is not hampered. Following up on this, BMKG implemented E-Government by developing an integrated, centralized, online data management system and facilitating data access called the BMKGSoft System. In its implementation, various problems indicate an irregularity in the implementation of the BMKGSoft system. This study aims to audit the governance of the BMKGsoft database application using the COBIT 2019 framework with the MEA01, MEA02, and MEA03 domains to see how far the performance of the BMKGsoft application has been achieved. Performing a GAP analysis on the performance of the BMKGsoft database application system and designing recommendations for improvement so that the application can be utilized. The results of this study MEA01, MEAO2, and MEA03 obtained level 4 (Predictable Process) in capability and maturity level. It can be said to have implemented IT processes to achieve its objectives, it is well defined, and its performance (quantitatively) can be measured against the defined attributes. Furthermore, suggestions and improvements are given to combining several frameworks in conducting further research for comparison.

Abstract

Today's information system is a very important thing and has become a basic need of an organization. The information system used can facilitate the organization's business processes in order to achieve goals. A good information system is able to provide effective and accurate information to all its users. SMA N 15 Bandar Lampung is one of the schools that implements the use of information technology into academic information systems. The management of the academic information system of SMA N 15 Bandar Lampung is not well managed, this is because in the application of IT there are several processes that are lacking and not in accordance with existing standards and rapid technological changes make the organization unable to adapt well, the academic information system is also slow in its activities unexpectedly resulting in unexpected system failures, lack of effectiveness of technical guidance related to the use of Siakad. With these conditions, an IT governance evaluation activity is needed which can later produce findings and recommendations that can be used by SMA N 15 Bandar Lampung. The method used is the selected IT Balanced Scorecard and COBIT 2019 framework. The results of the analysis of the distribution of questionnaires on the respondents got the average current value in the APO04, APO07, APO13, DSS02, DSS03 processes which was 3.47 which means that the assessment results on the academic information system of SMA N 15 Bandar Lampung have capability level 3 (established). All ongoing business processes have been implemented with planning and monitoring.Keywords—Information System Audit, COBIT 2019, IT Balanced Scorecard, IT Governance.

Abstract

Hidayatul Muftadi’in Berlokasi di wilayah yang strategis, hanya 500 meter dari pasar desa dan berlokasi dengan dengan rawa-rawa yang menjadi sumber air yang sangat cocok jika dibuatkan lahan pembesaran ikan lele. Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Muftadi’in, memiliki kesulitan dalam menumbuh kembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan dikarnakan selama ini para santri lebih mengandalkan hasil tanaman disekitar pondok dan sodakoh dari para donator, keterbatasan keterampilan dan wawasan mereka menjadi kendala yang utama, menurut Bapak Pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Muftadi’in KH. M. Kholil, beberapa kali mereka mencoba budidaya ikan lele, tetapi hasilnya tidak sesuai dengan pengeluaran. Solusi yang akan diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Muftadi’in, adalah : 1. Memberikan Penyuluhan Budidaya Ikan Lele., 2. Pelatihan Pembuatan Pakan Ikan Lele menggunakan sayuran sisa., 3. Praktek Budidaya Lele.,4. Praktek Pembuatan Pakan.,5. Kegiatan Pemantauan keberlanjutan kegiatan sampai dengan panen dan tebar benih kembali. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif kepada para santri untuk dapat melanjukan program budidaya ini sebagai sarana peningkatan kesejahteraan anak-anak santri.
