Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tantangan dalam pembelajaran Qira'ah di MTs Darusa'dah Muara Enim yang menggunakan metode konvensional sehingga belum mencapai hasil yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperluas efektivitas penerapan metode Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) berbasis pendekatan open-ended dalam pembelajaran Qira'ah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran yang mengintegrasikan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, serta tes pre-test dan post-test yang melibatkan 24 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan Qira'ah siswa, dengan nilai rata-rata post-test kelompok eksperimen meningkat menjadi 77,08 dari nilai pre-test sebesar 55,58. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode CIRC yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan terbuka secara efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran Qira'ah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need to overcome the gap between ideal conditions and real conditions in the field, especially problems in learning Arabic. In this case, learning the nahwu rules with the source of learning is the book of Imrity. This book contains 254 nahwu rules with explicit explanations. The learning objectives are still in the level one cognitive domain, namely memorizing. So this research develops a learning model that aims to improve their cognitive at C4, C5 and C6 levels. This research method uses the development and research model developed by Borg and Gall. In its development research focuses on developing teaching materials. The results of this study suggest that the results of the validation of the teaching materials developed received a score of 90, which is very good. The results of the media validation included the display aspect of good value with 70 while the value of the usage aspect had good value with a score of 67. Based on the test results in the control class a score of 76 and in the Experiment class a score of 86. So the results of the analysis with SPSS 22 obtained a value of Sig.(2- tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 so that the test results on decision making in the T-Test test are Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Rejecting Ho and accepting Ha, the development of HOTS-based Arabic learning can help students learn Arabic at C4, C5 and C6 levels.

Abstract

This research is motivated by shorof learning which is still difficult to understand because it still uses general methods such as the lecture method, In the process of learning shorof there are still many students who have not been able to change the form properly and correctly. The existence of the Al-Maqsud Book and the istiqraiyyah method aims to make it easier for students to learn and understand students about shorof and shape change. The purpose of this study is to find out the learning of shorof before using the book Al-Maqsud with the istiqraiyyah method, to find out the learning of shorof after using the book Al-Maqsud with the istiqraiyyah method, and to find out the effectiveness of this research is a type of qualitative and quantitative research (Mixed Methods). With the Sequential Exploratory model, the first step is using qualitative data and then using quantitative data. This research data was obtained from observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. Based on the results of research obtained from the pre-test with an average student score of 49.33 and on the post-test 87.83. Based on the analysis of the T (Paired) test, a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000<0.005 is obtained, which means that it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So, it can be said that there is effectiveness after using the book Al-Maqsud with the istiqraiyyah method.

Abstract

Proses penyusunan Rencana Umum Pengadaan (RUP) barang dan jasa pada Ditreskrimum Polda Lampung masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan spreadsheet sehingga sering menimbulkan duplikasi data, kesalahan input, serta keterlambatan verifikasi. Kondisi ini menghambat efektivitas, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam perencanaan pengadaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi RUP berbasis web untuk mengoptimalkan proses pengelolaan pengadaan. Metode pengembangan menggunakan framework Scrum, yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, penyusunan product backlog, sprint planning, pengembangan modul, serta evaluasi melalui sprint review dan retrospective. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Scrum mempercepat siklus pengembangan, meningkatkan kolaborasi tim, dan menghasilkan sistem yang lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan. Sistem informasi yang dibangun mampu mengotomatisasi penyusunan dokumen RUP sesuai standar LKPP, menyediakan pemantauan status verifikasi secara real-time, serta menyajikan fitur audit trail. Sistem juga menurunkan risiko duplikasi data, mengurangi kesalahan penginputan, mempercepat proses validasi, dan menghasilkan laporan RUP yang dapat diekspor dalam format PDF maupun Excel. Penerapan sistem ini memberikan dampak positif berupa meningkatnya efisiensi kerja, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan RUP di Ditreskrimum Polda Lampung.

Abstract

Bugis vertically traditional house is generally divided into three parts: head, body and leg home. The third part has a function and a different philosophy but as one that in synergy. In the field of architectural, philosophy plays a decisive role in the spatial distribution of building space. Mainly in traditional buildings such as Saoraja Lapinceng in Barru which has a variety of philosophical and meaningful messages resulting from the interpretation of the community against natural phenomena and customs that developed in the area. But in the days of modernization, most people do not know the philosophy applied to Saoraja Lapinceng. Therefore, this descriptive study will identify various philosophies contained in each division of the spatial space vertically on Saoraja Lapinceng. Through analysis techniques diachronic reading is a search method traces the history and ideology prevailing in Barru, it is known that the Bugis Barru divide the space vertically into three parts, namely "rakkeang" or the top of the house serves as a place to stay occupant of women symbolizing the group elevated, "ale bola" or the middle part serves as a male occupant symbolize authority and in controler, and "awa bola" or bottom serves as a storage area residents working equipment symbolizes foot and driving.Keywords: Bugis, philosophy of space, vertical spatial space, traditional home

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong instansi pemerintahan untuk beralih menuju sistem pengelolaan arsip yang lebih efisien dan adaptif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Smart E-Archive, yaitu sistem informasi pengarsipan surat masuk dan keluar berbasis web yang dilengkapi komponen otomatisasi (smart features), seperti auto-backup ke cloud storage, auto-sync, pencarian cepat berbasis metadata, serta pelacakan aktivitas pengguna secara real-time. Elemen-elemen ini menjadi indikator kecerdasan sistem karena mampu menggantikan proses manual yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara lambat dan berisiko kehilangan data. Sistem dibangun menggunakan metode Agile melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengembangan modul, uji coba, iterasi, dan implementasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Smart E-Archive mampu mengelola arsip secara terstruktur, melakukan penyimpanan otomatis ke cloud, dan mempercepat proses pencarian dokumen hingga beberapa kali lebih cepat dibanding metode manual. Integrasi cloud storage juga meningkatkan keamanan dan ketersediaan arsip melalui enkripsi dan pencadangan otomatis. Dengan kemampuan otomatisasi tersebut, Smart E-Archive tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai aplikasi pengarsipan digital, tetapi juga sebagai sistem cerdas yang mendukung efisiensi, akurasi, dan penerapan e-government di Diskominfo Lampung Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated learning approaches in class V SKI subjects at MI Al-Adli and MI Munawariyah Palembang. The research employed a qualitative approach with a multisite method, incorporating in-depth interviews, structured observations, and document analysis with participants including madrasah heads, deputy heads of curriculum, teachers, conducteddents. Data analysis involved using thematic analysis, categorization, and cross-case analysis to identify similarities and differences in implementation in the two madrasas. The results showed that teachers had implemented differentiation of content, processes, and products. However, the implementation was not fully optimal due to limitations in diagnostic assessments, learning facilities, and the application of differentiation. Differentiation can enhance learning motivation, historical understanding, and active student participation. These findings reinforce the importance of implementing differentiated learning in SKI and show the need to ensure consistent and sustainable implementation.

Abstract

The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) continues to face various challenges, particularly in faith-based primary education institutions. This study offers a novel perspective by examining the management of the P5-PPRA program through a block system in elementary schools and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This area remains underexplored in empirical research. The study aims to analyze management strategies, the roles of educational stakeholders, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the block-system-based P5-PPRA program. A qualitative multi-case study Design was employed involving two primary education institutions in Palembang City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with school principals and teachers, as well as structured observations of P5-PPRA implementation, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that the optimization of the P5-PPRA program is influenced by integrated program planning, adaptive school leadership, teacher competence in project-based learning, and flexible time management through the block system. However, limitations in teachers’ conceptual understanding, resource readiness, and insufficient policy support remain significant challenges. This study contributes to the existing literature by proposing a conceptual management model for implementing the P5-PPRA program through a block system, which can serve as a reference for policymakers and education practitioners in enhancing the effectiveness of character education in primary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive Shorof learning materials based on the Amtsilatu Tasrifiyah textbook using Canva to enhance students’ motivation and understanding of tashrif patterns. The study was conducted at SMP IT Terpadu Robbani Palembang, where Shorof learning still relies heavily on conventional lecture and memorization methods, resulting in low student engagement and difficulties in understanding word patterns (wazan). This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were collected through classroom observations, teacher interviews, student questionnaires, and pre-test and post-test assessments. The results indicate that the development of Canva-based interactive Shorof materials effectively improved students’ learning outcomes and engagement. Students’ average scores increased from 62.47 in the pre-test to 81.53 in the post-test, with N-Gain categorized as medium–high, indicating significant improvement in understanding tashrif patterns. Student responses also showed high engagement (90.52%). The interactive features, including visual slides, animations, audio, and navigation buttons, facilitated memorization, deepened understanding of wazan relationships, and reduced cognitive load from traditional memorization methods. Interactive and engaging learning experiences made Shorof learning more meaningful and enjoyable.

Abstract

The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) has significantly facilitated human activities in carrying out work and various other tasks, including in the education sector. The utilization of IT plays an important role in supporting administrative processes and academic activities; therefore, proper governance is required to ensure its effective and efficient use. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation and the distribution of questionnaires to students. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in a minimum required sample of 94 respondents. In total, this study successfully collected data from 108 student respondents. This research aimed to evaluate the maturity level of IT governance in the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at Nahdlatul Ulama University of Lampung using the COBIT 2019 framework. The results indicated that the maturity level of SIAKAD governance was at level 4 (Predictable), meaning that the processes have been consistently implemented and well documented. The highest gap was found in the APO07 domain (Manage Human Resources), while the BAI03, DSS01, DSS02, and MEA01 domains showed stable performance in accordance with student expectations.
