Abstract

Latar belakang: Status gizi diketahui dapat mempengaruhi kepadatan parasit malaria pada anak, sehingga melalui status gizi dapat dinilai tingkat kepadatan parasit malaria. Namun status gizi bukan merupakan satu-satunya faktor yang menyebabkan tingginya kepadatan parasit malaria, terdapat faktor lain yang turut berperan dalam hal ini. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi dengan tingkat kepadatan parasit malaria. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analititik retrospektif dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross sectional). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 59 anak yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi Gamma. Hasil: Dari 65 anak didapatkan 59 sebagai sampel penelitian yang memnuhi kriteria inklusi. Status gizi dengan kepadatan parasit malaria didapatkan kepadatan tinggi dengan gizi kurang sebanyak 9 anak (15,3%), dengan gizi baik sebanyak 24 anak (40,7%), dengan overweight sebanyak 2 anak (3,4%) dan dengan obesitas sebanyak 2 anak (3,4%). Sedangkan kepadatan rendah dengan gizi kurang sebanyak 9 anak (8,5%), dengan gizi baik sebanyak 13 anak (22,0%), dengan overweight sebanyak 3 anak (5,1%). Dengan uji koefisien korelasi Gamma didapatkan korelasi yang sangat lemah (rG = 0,118; p = 0,632). Hasil ini menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status gizi dengan kepadatan parasit malaria.Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status gizi dengan tingkat kepadatan parasit malaria pada anak.Kata kunci: Malaria, kepadatan parasit, status gizi, anak.Background: Nutritional status can influence malaria parasite density in children, so from nutritional status we can evaluate malaria parasite density. Nutritional status is not the only factor which cause high malaria parasite density, there are another factors which cause this. Objective: To find out the relation between nutritional status and malaria parasite density in children. Methods: This study uses analytic retrospective method with cross –sectional design. About 59 sample qualify the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using Gamma correlation coefficient statistical test. Results: From 65 children, there are 59 children who qualify the inclusion criteria. On the analysis of nutritional status and malaria parasite density, children with high parasite density consist of 9 children (15,3%) with malnutrition, 24 children (40,7%) with good nutritional status, 2 children (3,4%) with overweight, and 2 children (3,4%) with obesity. On children with low parasite density, there are 9 children (8,5%) with malnutrition, 13 children (22,0%) with good nutritional status, and 3 children (5,1%) with overweight. Using Gamma correlation test, the study find a very weak correlation (rG = 0,118; p = 0,632). This find indicates that there is no significant relation between nutritional status and malaria parasite density. Conclusion: There is no significant relation between nutritional status and malaria parasite density in children.Keywords: Malaria, parasite density, nutritional status, children.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) mengakibatkan perubahan yang besar terhadap gaya hidup sehari-hari, termasuk pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak lockdown (karantina wilayah) akibat pandemi Covid-19 pada perilaku dan emosi anak usia dini (usia 0-8 tahun), serta kegiatan rutin sehari-hari seperti aktivitas fisik, screen time, dan pola tidur. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu literature review dengan menggunakan database Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan PubMed. Terdapat 15 literatur yang dipublikasi dalam bahasa Ingggris atau Indonesiaselang April 2020 dan Maret 2021. Literatur dalam penelitian ini melaporkan tentang perubahan perilaku dan emosi pada anak usia dini. Peningkatan perilaku eksternalisasi dan internalisasi serta perubahan waktu aktivitas fisik dan pola tidur juga dilaporkan pada banyak studi tersebut. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan screen time selama lockdown. Simpulan penelitian ini ialah lockdown dapat memengaruhi baik pola tidur dan aktivitas fisik maupun kemampuan mengontrol emosi pada anak usia dini.Kata kunci: COVID-19, lockdown, keterbatasan, anak usia dini, perubahan perilaku  Abstract: The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic demanded great changes in the everyday lifestyle of people, including children in their early years.This study was aimed toobtain the impact of COVID-19 confinement in young children’s (age 0-8 years) behavior and emotion, along with their daily routines such as physical activity, screen time, and sleep pattern. This was a literature review study using databases of Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and PubMed. The results showed that there were 15 studies published in English or Indonesian between April 2020 and March 2021 included in this review. The studies reported behavioral and emotional changes in the early life of children. An increase in externalizing and internalizing behavior along with a shift in physical activity and sleep behavior was reported in many of the studies. There was an increase in screen time during lockdown. In conclusion, lockdown can affect not only children’s normal behavior in their sleep and physical activity but also their capability of controlling their emotion.Keywords: COVID-19, lockdown, confinement, early childhood, behavioral changes

Abstract

The background of this research is the many complaints of the public in using Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Semarang. The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction using Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in Semarang City. The research method used is quantitative explanatory, with a research sample of 100. Sampling techniques using Probability Sampling techniques, especially using Simple Random Sampling techniques. The analysis techniques in this study are Validity test, Reliability test, Kendall Tau Correlation, and Determination Coefficient. The results showed that the quality of service to community satisfaction had a correlation of 0,316, with a significance level of 0.01. The value of the contribution of service quality to community satisfaction is 9.98%, so there are 90.02% of other variables that affect the variable of community satisfaction outside of the service quality variable. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is an influence between the quality of service to community satisfaction of the community of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) users in Semarang City. The advice given is to provide education or supply to each employee and continue to develop the facilities and infrastructure of BRT Trans Semarang

Abstract

This article aims to describe, 1) Discipline program planning through guidance and counseling services at SDN 2 Jogomertan, 2) Implementation of disciplinary programs through guidance and counseling services at SDN 2 Jogomertan, 3) Evaluation of discipline programs through guidance and counseling services at SDN 2 Jogomertan . This research is a descriptive study with the object of 1 school principal, 10 teachers and employees, and 10 students in grades 4, 5, and 6. The data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study, 1) Program planning is poured in a plenary meeting with all student guardians, parents' group meetings of each class, and school routine meetings, 2) Planting student discipline including coming to school on time, literacy before starting learning, discipline in doing homework, discipline to maintain environmental cleanliness, and regular prayer in congregation. 3) Evaluation of disciplinary programs is carried out at every report on program implementation (in the form of program reports, evaluation reports and follow-up to program implementation)

Abstract

In the measurement against the performance is an important factor to improve the employee performance. The parts which show the ability of employees less maximum can be identified so that can be determined strategy to improve its performance. This research will analyze the performance of which was carried out by employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Lampung Barat and the factors that supports and hinder performance of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Lampung Barat. This study using the theory of performance by five dimensions the performance of the results of which is the quantity, the quality of the outcome , punctuality , the presence of, and the ability of work together.The theory of a barrier and supporter of the performance seen from work discipline and motivation work. Data collection techniques used through observation, interview, and documentation with informants employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Lampung Barat The result showed the performance of employees conducted by Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Lampung Barat still not good because it is still found an obstacle such as the presence of which not enough coming late to the office to quality of work are deficient.While the support the employee performance of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Lampung Barat were the relationship between friends and a superior have been running well and status employees do not things go wrong. In overcoming obstacles there are some suggestions that can be done as improve the quality of human resources, procurement of the finger print of, give strict punishment, proposed the additional budget in accordance with needs that is required in the district budget lampung west.

Abstract

Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of Customs Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang strive to continue to provide performance and good service in order to implement good governance. In addition to providing education and training, Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of Customs Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang also strives to motivate employees to improve its performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education and training as well as the motivation of the employee performance in Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of Customs Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang. Based on statistical analysis of test results Kendall concordance coefficient W there are significant and positive influence between education and training and motivation on employee performance, evidenced by the value of 0.445 (below 0.50), Which means there is a positive influence between education and training and motivation of the employee performance moves in the same direction. While the coefficient of determination test results indicate that the Education and Training and Motivation affects 19.8% of the performance of employees in the Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of Customs Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang.

Abstract

Central Java Environmental Agency was formed with the aim to develop cooperation, strengthen institutional and self-reliance of society for handling pollution and/or environmental damages and biodiversity preservation. This research analyzed central java environmental agency (Observational Study in the Field of Environmental Pollution Control Department). The PERFORMANCE Seen through three dimensions including : service quality, the need for supervision, and responsiveness using qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation, and Library Studies with informants from Central Java Environmental Agency (environmental pollution control Department) Based on the research indicated that performance of Central Java Environmental Agency (Observational study in the Field of Environmental pollution control department) is not optimal, because researcher found some obstacles seen on the Performance dimensions such Human Resources causing unoptimal supervision and ignorance about programs owned by Central Java Environmental Agency, while participation of society is very important to achieve its goals. To Overcome Barriers faced by Central Java Environmental Agency, some suggestions provided to optimalize its performance such as introducing Central Java Environmental Program deeply through several approaches like updating the news about implemented programs as well as conducting trainings shown to employees, engaging society in every programs, recruiting hnrary staff, and doing Periodic Maintenance And Repairing infrastructures quality.

Abstract

The problems encountered in Open Green Space Management in the city of Semarang is the absence of good planning, organizing and mobilization in the field of human resources. This study aims to determine the management of open green space of Semarang City which includes planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervision as well as knowing the obstacles faced by the Office of Housing and Settlement Area of Semarang City in managing open green space. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation and document study. The results showed that Semarang open green space management is not optimal yet. This is because there is still a problem in planning where the shortage of expert experts lanskape so that without a lanskape expert of park development will be less adequate, organizing where the placement of employees is still less appropriate with the educational background and positions are diemban and mobilization that is the potential development of subordinates are still rare do. Recommendations that can be done to improve Poen Green Space Management in Semarang City is to plan by looking for experts of landscape planning of garden development, organizing by improving coordination with local government related to human resource problem and recruiting employees in accordance with competence, The development of potential employees through the provision of educational opportunities.

Abstract

The old area in Semarang is one of assets the city of Semarang and a number of the building worth of the high historical. The condition is currently very poor, so it needs special development and management of governmment in doing conservation and revitalization to revive the area. Revitalization area program the old city Semarang proposed by the government the city of Semarang based on the bylaw year 2003 on spatial planning buildings and environments area the old city Semarang. The local regulations in question is an effort to produce guidelines in developing and managing the old city Semarang be a tourist attraction that can be enjoyed within the city of Semarang. This research should be conducted based on the existing problems in the management and the development of its old city Semarang. Problems arise in the form of what factors be a barrier in development and management of old town area to get into an area of tourism in Semarang city. The purpose of this research is to describe the process of management the development of its old city Semarang as a tourist attraction and analyzing the factors an impediment to the case for the government city of Semarang in the development of tourism old town area Semarang. Efforts to answers questions and the purpose of this research by the use of the theory of public administration, public management, public organization and public policy, management and tourism. The writing of this analysis uses the technique of qualitative data descriptive. Based on the results of this research that there are still several problems that is situated on the weakness of coordination between the relevant SKPD that was one of factors that hampers in development and management of old town area Semarang. In addition there are some forms of market not according to rule areas which have been made municipalities to enhance old town area Semarang.

Abstract

Quality is a condition that shows conformity between expected with the reality both in the individual and group .Health services is any effort that held in its own or together in an organization to maintain and improve health, prevent and treat disease and restore the health of individual and group.Puskesmas ngaliyan is one of the organizers of the organization of the government health service in semarang city. This research aims to know about the quality of health services at puskesmas ngaliyan semarang city as well as the bottleneck supporters and the quality of health services at puskesmas Ngaliyan. Based on research results can be concluded that the quality of health services in puskesmas ngaliyan not yet done well .This can be seen from five dimensions the quality of service , namely: Tangibles , realibility , responsivness, Assurance and emphaty .Faktor that inhibits and support the quality of service; customers , the strategy , the sistem , human resources .Based on the results of research , the researchers recommend to the officers puskesmas ngaliyan semarang city to fix some indicators and the factors considered still not optimal.
