Abstract

Letters play a crucial role in learning nahwu (Arabic syntax) to understand Arabic grammar, particularly in meaning analysis. Previous studies, such as those by Al-Khatib, examined the role of prepositions (huruf jar) in Arabic syntax, while Al-Jundi explored how these letters affect the grammatical status of verbs and sentence meaning. This article analyzes the meanings of huruf al-‘amilah (governing letters) concerning those governing a single noun (huruf tujarru ism wahid) and their influence on legal conclusions in Bulughul Maraam: Bab Thaharah by Al-Hafidz Ibn Hajar Al-‘Asqolaani, a book containing hadiths on Islamic legal principles. The study aims to: 1) Identify the meanings of huruf ‘amilah in Bulughul Maraam: Bab Thaharah; and 2) Determine the influence of these meanings on legal conclusions in the book. Using a library research method with a descriptive approach, data was collected through documentation and analyzed through classification, content analysis, and conclusion. The results show that the letter "al-ba’" in Bulughul Maraam: Bab Thaharah has 10 meanings: 1) Instrument, 2) Accompaniment, 3) Addition, 4) Place/time, 5) Part of a whole, 6) Exchange, 7) Attachment to action, 8) Direction, 9) Cause, and 10) Action. These meanings influence legal conclusions in 20 hadiths.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi pendidikan efektif untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi masa depan berkelanjutan, fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan, nilai-nilai, dan sikap yang diperlukan. Metode literatur digunakan untuk menganalisis sumber-sumber tertulis seperti buku, jurnal, artikel, dan laporan penelitian, dengan data dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian mencakup strategi penting seperti pembelajaran transformatif, keterampilan abad ke-21, nilai dan sikap yang mendukung keberlanjutan, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, teknologi digital, serta keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan. Faktor penting lainnya meliputi kolaborasi internasional, pertimbangan konteks lokal dan budaya, evaluasi berkelanjutan, pendidikan inklusif, integrasi lintas disiplin ilmu, dan pengembangan kapasitas pendidik. Penelitian ini mendorong adopsi strategi holistik dan terintegrasi dalam sistem pendidikan untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan yang berkelanjutan, dengan kunci keberhasilan termasuk kolaborasi antar-pemangku kepentingan, investasi sumber daya, dan pembentukan kurikulum yang inklusif terhadap keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School is one of the educational institutions in Indonesia that uses Arabic in daily activity. This institute chooses speaking skills as the first skill to be learned. It cannot be denied that the ability to speak is one of the most important aspects of language activities for children and adults. The linguistic competence of the new students is the main of the research is related to the speaking ability of the first grade students. Researchers found that language advisors have a special role in improving their linguistic skills through various approaches to develop them, especially in speaking skills. Therefore, the researchers specialized in their research on language counseling staff in their efforts to improve the speaking skills of first-grade students because the language advisory staff contributed quite a lot in language activities in this lodge. Therefore, the researcher wanted to know the efforts of the language advisory staff in improving the speaking skills of first-grade students at the Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School of Third Campus Female at 2020-2021. Researchers used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive study approach, data collection sources used were observation, interviews, and written documents. The data analysis method that the researcher uses is based on the Miles and Huberman method, namely data reduction, data presentation and analysis, then deduction. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that the program made by the language advisory staff include extracurricular activities such as muhadatsah sobahiyah, mahkamatu-l-lughoh, muhawarah sobahiyyah, idofah masa'iyyah, islah lughoh, musyahadah jama'iyyah, drama contests, and Princess and Queen of Language. This activity is a must be annual activity in this boarding school. These activities use a special approach and different methods, including direct methods, auditory and oral methods, and others. The language advisory staff acts as the main person in charge of all language activities at this lodge in and enforcing the language rules in this lodge.

Abstract

The acquisition of Arabic language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—depends heavily on vocabulary mastery. At MI Nurussalam Mantingan Ngawi, a lecture-centered teaching approach has resulted in low vocabulary proficiency among students. To address this issue, this study investigates the effectiveness of Wordwall media in enhancing vocabulary learning outcomes for 5th-grade students. A quantitative experimental method employing a true experimental design with a post-test-only control group was utilized. Data were collected through tests and documentation, and analysis involved t-tests with homogeneity and normality tests. The findings reveal that Wordwall media significantly improves vocabulary learning outcomes, as indicated by a t-count of 2.994, exceeding the critical values at both the 5% (2.021) and 1% (2.704) significance levels. Consequently, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This study concludes that Wordwall media is an effective instructional tool for improving Arabic vocabulary mastery and recommends its integration into Arabic language teaching practices.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to explain the characteristics of the teaching module of the Mubtada' and Khabar with examples of the al-Qur'an and (2) to know the effectiveness of the teaching module of Mubtada' and Khabar with examples of the al-Qur'an for middle-level Arabic students. This research is a type of Research & Development with the Borg & Gall model. The researcher uses interviews, lifts, tests, and documents in data collection. The researchers used the Mann-Whitney Test formula for quantitative data analysis. This study introduced a module designed, contained from beginning to end, that is an independent learning that can be used, read, and understood by students without a teacher's explication directly. Another important finding was that the researcher found that this module is effective in improving the student's understanding of the Mubtada' and Khabar.

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة التحديات التي تواجه تعلم الصرف في المعهد الحديث دار السلام كونتورالحرم الثاني للبنات، حيث أدت طرق التدريس التقليدية إلى نتائج تعليمية أقل من المستوى المطلوب. من أجل تحسين فعالية التدريس، تم تطوير أداة تعليمية مبتكرة تسمى "FM Smart Finger"، وهي مصممة خصيصًا لتدريس الفعل المعتل لطالبات الصف الثاني في كلية المعلمات الإسلامية. باستخدام تصميم بحث تجريبي، تم جمع البيانات من خلال الاستبيانات والاختبارات والوثائق. كشف تحليل اختبار T عن تحسن كبير في الأداء الأكاديمي بين الطالبات اللاتي استخدمن "FM Smart Finger" مقارنة باللاتي اتبعن الطرق التقليدية. تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على إمكانيات الأدوات التعليمية المبتكرة في تعزيز نتائج التعلم في مادة الصرف. يقدم "FM Smart Finger" نهجًا جديدًا في تدريس المفاهيم اللغوية المعقدة، ويمهد الطريق لمزيد من البحث والتطبيق الأوسع في السياقات التعليمية المختلفة.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has significantly impacted various aspects of life, including education. Integrating ICT into Arabic language learning in the digital era has become increasingly important to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of teaching and learning processes. This study aims to explore and evaluate the use of ICT in Arabic language learning and to identify the most effective technologies in improving students' language proficiency and learning motivation. This research employs a systematic literature review method, collecting and analyzing data from various previous studies related to the application of ICT in Arabic language education. The findings indicate that the use of mobile-based learning applications, e-learning platforms, and social media positively impacts students' Arabic language skills, increases engagement and motivation, and facilitates broader access to learning materials. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, lack of teacher competency in using ICT, and cultural barriers in technology adoption were also identified. Based on these findings, it is recommended to enhance teacher training, develop better infrastructure, and adapt technology to local cultural contexts. This study provides valuable insights into optimizing ICT for Arabic language learning and offers practical guidelines for developing more effective educational strategies.

Abstract

مهارة الاستماع هي إحدى المهارات اللغوية الأربع التي يدرسها الطلاب أول مرة قبل دراستهم المهارات الأخرى. كفاءة الاستماع الجيدة تفيد فهم الأفكار الأساسية. معهد دار الفلاح له تعليم مهارة الاستماع في البيئة اللغوية وتلك البيئة مفروضة تشتمل على مهارة الاستماع ولكن الطالبات لم يستخدمن اللغة جيدة وأما طالبات الفصل الأول هي بداية في الدراسة بمعهد دار الفلاح فالقدرة على استماع اللغة العربية لازم ولأنها أساسا لمواجهة السنوات المستقبلة داخل الفصل أو خارجه بهذا المعهد، فستبحث الباحثة في هذا البحث عن إحدى المهارات اللغوية وهي مهارة الاستماع ومن ثم اختارت الباحثة هذا الموضوع "تعليم مهارة الاستماع لطالبات الفصل الأول بمعهد دار الفلاح للبنات". ومن أهداف هذا البحث هي 1. معرفة تعليم مهارة الاستماع لطالبات الفصل الأول بمعهد دار الفلاح للبنات. 2. معرفة أسلوب تعليم مهارة الاستماع لطالبات الفصل الأول بمعهد دار الفلاح للبنات.  هذا البحث من نوع الدراسة الوصفية الكيفية. واستخدمت الباحثة منهج المقابلة، الملاحظة، الوثائق المكتوبة. وفي تحليل البيانات اختارت الباحثة أسلوب تحليل البيانات مليس وهبيرمان، تأتي بأربع خطوات هي: جمع البيانات، وتخفيض البيانات، وعرض البيانات، والاستنباط أو التحقيق. النتائج التي حصلت عليها الباحثة في بحثها هي (1) تعليم مهارة الاستماع للفصل الأول بمعهد دار الفلاح للبنات يتكون من البيئة اللغوية كأحوال المعهد دار الفلاح تشمل على المحاضرة وبيئة اللغة الرسمية كل أسبوعين والامتحان الشامل للغة العربية ومحكمة اللغة بقسم إحياء اللغة المركزي، ويتم برنامج مسكن وهي المحادثة ومحكمة اللغة للمسكن والاستماع والمشاهدة، وأما تعليم مهارة الاستماع من حول المدرسة يتكون من تعليم مواد الدراسي لطلبة الفصل الأول بمعهد دار الفلاح وتشغيل الحوار في المدرسة (2) وأسلوب تعليم مهارة الاستماع في معهد دار الفلاح للبنات وهي أسلوب الترديد مباشرة ويظهر ذلك ببرنامج البيئة اللغوية الرسمية كل أسبوعين، محكمة اللغة لقسم إحياء اللغة بمنظمة الطالبات، المحادثة، محكمة اللغة المسكن. ثم بأسلوب الاستماع للحفظ والاستظهار ويظهر ذلك ببرنامج المحاضرة. ثم بأسلوب الاستماع للاستيعاب وذلك يظهر ببرنامج الامتحان الشامل للغة العربية وتعليم المواد الدراسي. ثم بأسلوب الاستماع لاستخلاص الأفكار الرئيسية وهذا يظهر في برنامج تشغيل الحوار في المدرسة وأنشطة الاستماع والمشاهدة.  فبعد ملاحظة نتائج البحث، اقترحت الباحثة على طلّاب العلم الاهتمام بدراسة مهارة الاستماع فينبغي أن يتعمّق في التعليم مهارة الاستماع في اللغة العربية.

Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Ngawi is a public madrasah that implements Arabic language learning for students using Arabic language textbooks from the Ministry of Religious Affairs (KEMENAG). However, there are several issues during the learning process in the teaching and learning program. The teacher still uses the lecture and translation methods, which cause students to become easily bored and less attentive to the teacher's explanations, making the learning process less than optimal and resulting in minimal student learning outcomes. In this study, the researcher used Classroom Action Research (CAR) with four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Therefore, the researcher seeks to solve these issues by implementing the "Buzz Group" learning method, which can improve learning outcomes and student engagement. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the application of the Buzz Group method in Arabic language learning can improve student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the first cycle, where student learning outcomes reached an average score of 88.1 with an achievement rate of 86.66% from 32 students, and in the second cycle, student learning outcomes reached an average score of 93 with an achievement rate of 96.77% from 32 students. 2) Applying the Buzz Group method in Arabic language learning can increase student engagement, as evidenced by 84.58% student engagement in the first cycle and 93.14% in the second cycle from 32 students. Abstract

Indikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tantangan signifikan yang dihadapi pendidikan agama Islam di masyarakat multikultural, terutama dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi, saling menghargai, dan kehidupan berdampingan secara damai di antara pemeluk agama yang berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi strategi pendidikan agama Islam yang efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan pluralisme agama dan mempromosikan kerukunan dalam masyarakat multikultural. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber tertulis, seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, laporan penelitian, dan sumber terpercaya lainnya yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan pentingnya pengembangan kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran yang inklusif, penguatan literasi digital, penanaman nilai-nilai moderat, kerjasama dengan lembaga pendidikan lain, integrasi nilai-nilai universal seperti kemanusiaan dan keadilan, serta peningkatan kompetensi multikultural guru. Sensitivitas terhadap isu-isu gender dan kesetaraan juga menjadi bagian penting dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Pendekatan ini dapat membantu membentuk pemahaman yang inklusif dan toleran di tengah masyarakat multikultural. Saran yang diberikan adalah dukungan pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi-strategi tersebut. Pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi multikultural bagi guru-guru pendidikan agama Islam menjadi prioritas. Selain itu, kerjasama antarlembaga pendidikan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi perlu dioptimalkan, sambil tetap melakukan evaluasi dan penyesuaian kurikulum secara berkala.
