Abstract

AbstrakWisata religi merupakan salah satu fenomena yang saat ini mulai memasyarakat, hal itudibuktikannya banyak aktifitas atau kegiatan yang dikaitkan dengan wisata religi tidakterkecuali kegiatan dakwah. Di beberapa kelompok masyarakat, wisata religi ini seringdijadikan sebagai kegiatan rutinan baik bulanan, tahunan dan sebagainya. Rumusan masalahdalam penelitian ini adalah terjadinya minat berkunjung kembali meskipun sudah beberapa kalimelakukan kunjungan wisata religi ditempat yang sama. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kritis dalam minat berkunjung kembali ke wisata religi.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa daya tarik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali.Artinya semakin baik daya tariknya, maka wisatawan semakin berminat untuk melakukankunjungan kembali. Kepuasan wisatawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat wisatawanuntuk berkunjung kembali. Artinya semakin puas wisatawan, maka akan semakin berminatuntuk melakukan kunjungan kembali. Daya tarik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasanwisatawan. Artinya semakin bagus daya tariknya, maka akan semakin puas wisatawan.Kata Kunci: DayaTarik, Kepuasan, Minat Berkunjung Kembali, Wisata Religi.

Abstract

Such sites are generally in Indonesia, Lumajang has a tourist location that has the concept of Village Tourism. One was found in the village of Padang District Responsibility. Tourism is developed in this area is a tourist village Pakel Source. Some tours are being designed is natural tourism, fishing, cultural tours, culinary tours, tourist SMEs, farm tours, farm tour and plantation tours. The purpose of the Community Services is (1) creation and management of websites Village Tourism Resources Pakel as a promotional tool that is effective and efficient, as well as training to manage the website, (2) training of the drafting of the products that will be promoted on the site. This event was held for one month. Method of implementation is through training, discussion and practice. Also, physical assistance for making tools in the form of internet access and cable modem connections to facilitate the capture signal or network. The goal of this activity is a member Pokdarwis Sumber Pakel as manager of the website. The results of this activity are the implementation of the training activities of managing a site, a survey for the promoted products are posted on the web as well as drafting and grammar. There was also an increase in the means for support in managing the Sumber Pakel Tourism Village website.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explore the existing batik culture in Lumajang district and to find out the obstacles faced during the production process. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection method used interviews, observations, and documentation which were carried out in the batik-producing area in Lumajang Regency Findings: The results showed that batik entrepreneurs in Lumajang district, apart from preserving culture, were also used to improve the economy of the surrounding community. The batik culture is in the form of regional motifs such as the batik motif of the great banana, sand, and semeru mountain which are applied to the cloth with the batik process which will later be used as uniforms for the Lumajang Regency Government. Increasing the capacity of batik craftsmen also needs improvement through training activities. Research limitations/implications: This research is limited to cases that exist in batik craftsmen in Lumajang district. Practical implications: This research can be used as input for interested parties to increase batik production. In addition, it can also increase the sense of belonging to the culture around us.. Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to optimize the creative industry through the development of a triple helix model that connects universities, industry, and government. Design/methodology/approach: The method used is an ethnographic approach starting from the collection of literature sources and supported by field data. Findings: The results showed that batik entrepreneurs in Lumajang district, apart from preserving culture, were also used to improve the economy of the surrounding community. Abstract

The existence of technology in the world of work is very necessary in the current era and will make a worker more quickly complete his work. The problem that occurs is the lack of knowledge to operate an autocad program that can accelerate the completion of work, especially related to development planning. Training is needed to improve employee knowledge and abilities. The method used in the form of stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation as well as implementation. The results show that the training activities are in accordance with what is expected and in accordance with the application of social exchange theory, namely the perceived benefits of the organization for giving employees the opportunity to attend training. An assessment of the success of the training has shown results that are above predetermined standards. Although it is not yet optimal, training activities can provide benefits felt by the organization.

Abstract

Usaha kecil di Indonesia telah mengalami perkembangan kearah yang lebih baik. Namun di era pandemi covid-19 mengalami kemerosotan dan berpengaruh pada kondisi perekonomian masyarakat. Tidak terkecuali usaha kecil dengan inovasi dari godong simbukan yang terletak di Kabupaten Lumajang. Usaha ini juga mengalami kemerosotan, padahal baru berdiri. Hal ini perlu ditunjang dengan penguatan baik berupa pendampingan maupun pelatihan. Kegiatan pendampingan yang paling mendesak adalah berupa pendampingan untuk melakukan analisis kelayakan usaha. Sedangkan pelatihan berupa penyusunan laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar dan perencanaan untuk periode yang akan datang. Hasil dari pendampingan adalah terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan dari mitra dalam menganalisis kelayakan usaha, serta dapat melakukan analisis secara mandiri apabila ingin meningkatkan usahanya. Pelatihan menghasilkan kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan dan memasukkan kedalam pos-posnya

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are required to keep up with technological developments. However, in its implementation there are still many obstacles that occur. The purpose of this study is to identify the obstacles that occur for SMEs in implementing technology. This research uses a case study approach by conducting a more in-depth investigation. A total of 396 SMEs identified the obstacles in the application of technology. The results showed that the obstacles found were in the form of factors from owners who did not understand or follow technological developments, age factors, education levels, online promotions were not maximized, few customers, few types of goods, competition, and relatively short age of goods. Technological developments are applied more to the sales system that is carried out online. The main obstacle is the human resource factor owned by business actors, so it must really be overcome to increase the competence of its human resources

Abstract

Good working environment conditions can encourage employees from within and will increase employees' commitment to the organization. This study aims to test the model of good working environment conditions in increasing the commitment of employees to the organization, directly or indirectly through the encouragement that is in the employees. There are 41 employees willing to be respondents. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that good working environment conditions can encourage employees from within themselves will increase the commitment of employees to the organization. The most important thing is to pay attention to the inner drive to keep high employee commitments.

Abstract

Retensi mahasiswa bersifat penting bagi keberhasilan sebuah institusi pendidikan ti ggi dan kepuasan yang dirasakan mahasiswa merupakan faktor penting untuk mencapai retensi tersebut. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji model yang terintegrasi dari kualitas layanan dan citra institusi terhadap retensi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan mahasiswa. Sekitar 106 siswa dari lima institusi pendidikan tinggi di sekitar Lumajang, Jawa Timur, turut berpartisipasi sebagai responden dalam penelitian. Pemodelan persamaan struktural dengan basis pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang dikembangkan dari kajian empiris sebelumnya. Dari tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan, hanya satu yang ditolak, yakni tidak adanya efek penting dari citra institusi yang dirasakan mahasiswa terhadap retensi yang ditunjukkan. Dari data empiris dan model konseptual yang telah dibangun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan mahasiswa memiliki peran mediasi penting atas pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra institusi yang dinilai oleh mahasiswa untuk mendorong kemauan tetap tinggal dan menyelesaikan studinya di perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan menarik yang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan mahasiswa atas institusi pendidikan tinggi lebih dipengaruhi oleh citra institusi dibandingkan dengan kualitas layanan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, gagasan untuk membangun citra institusi yang lebih baik dan memberikan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk mendorong kepuasan mahasiswa lebih tinggi menjadi sangat penting di industri pendidikan mempertimbangkan bahwa secara umum dalam pemasaran biaya untuk menarik pelanggan jauh lebih tinggi daripada biaya untuk mempertahankannya.

Abstract

Special attention needs to be paid by the company regarding the employee's intention to leave the organization. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model to prove empirically how retention management can encourage job satisfaction and commitment so that employees do not intend to leave the organization. As many as 36 account officers in Lumajang Regency are willing to become respondents. The approach used is PLS. The results showed that retention management and employee satisfaction were directly able to reduce employee intentions to leave the organization. Employee commitment has not been able to reduce the intention of employees to leave the organization. It is more important to improve the management of employee retention and job satisfaction than their commitment as an effort to minimize the intention of employees leaving the organization.
