Abstract

The development of technology has increased the importance of certification in computer networking, such as the MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA). This certification is crucial for students who want to validate their skills and enhance their career prospects. However, predicting student graduation rates for the MTCNA certification presents various challenges, such as prior knowledge, study habits, and the complexity of the exam content. These factors can significantly affect the accuracy of predictions regarding student graduation rates. This study aims to address these issues by implementing the Naïve Bayes algorithm to predict student graduation rates for the MTCNA certification. The Naïve Bayes algorithm, known for its simplicity and effectiveness in classification problems, is expected to provide a more accurate predictive model. This study uses historical data on student performance and other relevant attributes. The results show that the Naïve Bayes model has an adequate prediction accuracy, with an accuracy rate of 91.70%. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for educators and students, thereby improving preparation strategies and success rates in the MTCNA certification exam.

Abstract

The planning and management of school infrastructure are critical for ensuring the effective delivery of educational services. This study explores the application of Enterprise Architecture (EA) using the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) to improve the management of infrastructure at SMK IDN, an IT-focused boarding school. The research involves identifying current issues with the manual system used for infrastructure management, collecting data through observations, interviews, and document analysis, and developing a comprehensive information system that integrates and automates these processes. The TOGAF-ADM framework is employed to map the required architectural solutions, including business, application, and technology architectures. Implementation of this system aims to enhance efficiency, data consistency, and ease of asset tracking. The expected outcome is a robust, integrated information system that supports better infrastructure management, aligning with the school's mission to provide high-quality, technologically advanced education.

Abstract

Badminton is one of the most popular sports in Indonesia. In fact, Indonesia often wins various badminton competitions at the international level. Many people enjoy playing badminton, but many of them do not know whether their shots are good or whether they understand the basic techniques of badminton correctly. Additionally, many of them want to improve their skills but do not have enough time to train with a professional coach. This research aims to develop a badminton training monitoring system based on AI Vision technology using the Swift programming language. This system is expected to help badminton players evaluate and improve the quality of their shots independently. The main focus of this research is to optimize computational accuracy by using the Optical Flow algorithm to track the movement of the shuttlecock during training. In developing this system, the Optical Flow algorithm is used to analyze the shuttlecock's trajectory and its drop points. The results of this research show that testing 20 shots using shuttlecock trajectory can be accurately detected by the system with an accuracy of 97.22%. Meanwhile, the system's accuracy in tracking the placement of the shuttlecock in the opponent's service area is 94.50%.

Abstract

In this modern era, many Islamic boarding schools have built their own Health Units. However, often these units only function as an effort to prevent and overcome student health problems in general. The more students there are in an Islamic boarding school, the more important it is for the Health Unit in the Islamic boarding school to innovate to improve the quality of its services. The concept of designing this information system refers to the activity of processing student medical record data that occurs in the Health Unit which is still manual, so a website-based medical record information system is needed at the IDN Jonggol Islamic boarding school which is computerized to solve this problem. This research aims to produce a software application that is expected to help the Health Unit in processing student data collection which can make it easier to search and make reports. To support this research, data collection methods are carried out using observation, interviewing, literature study, analysis, and design system, building the system, testing, and implementing the system. The implementation of the medical record information system at the IDN Jonggol Islamic boarding school has succeeded in increasing the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of student health data, providing convenience in making reports, and supporting improvements in the quality of health services

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga/Community Association, hereinafter abbreviated as RT/RW, is an institution formed through RT/RW deliberations which has an important role in maintaining and preserving community values based on cooperation and kinship; expediting the implementation of government duties in the field of rural or urban and community development, as well as empowering all government organizations and the business world to improve community welfare. Therefore, RT/RW must provide good services to their citizens to create a conducive society. People need services at any time, but these services can only be provided to residents in the afternoon or on holidays because RT/RW administrators have personal interests. Currently, the quality of public services provided by government institutions is still not optimal, services to the community are not running optimally. This problem can be overcome by building a mobile-based citizen information system that is capable of being a communication medium between residents and RT/RW administrators. Through the use of mobile technology, citizen information systems enable citizens to quickly access information related to community activities, important announcements, and public services available around them. This application also makes it easier for residents to report problems or community needs directly through an integrated reporting feature. Thus, it is hoped that the adoption of this technology can have a positive impact in improving the quality of life and strengthening the social ties of local communities. This application aims to make it easier to get information about activities/events or other necessary information, as well as make it easier to make reports or complaints in the form of a mobile application.

Abstract

Taman Pemakaman Umum (TPU) adalah lahan yang disediakan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk keperluan pemakaman jenazah, tanpa memandang agama atau golongan. Di kota-kota padat seperti DKI Jakarta, kebutuhan akan lahan pemakaman sulit terpenuhi karena tingginya populasi yang dipengaruhi oleh kelahiran dan migrasi perkotaan, yang meningkatkan angka kematian secara tidak langsung. Ketidak akuratan dalam pemetaan lokasi makam karena kepadatan lahan juga menyulitkan pengelola dan pengunjung TPU dalam menemukan makam, terutama yang sudah lama dan rusak nisannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan ruang makam dengan akurasi lebih tinggi di TPU Susukan menggunakan QGIS untuk visualisasi data dengan GPS smartphone. Hasilnya, peta yang dihasilkan diuji menggunakan load time. Metode Haversine Formula digunakan untuk menghitung jarak antar makam, dibandingkan dengan Euclidean Distance dan perhitungan manual. Hasil Load Time menunjukkan Google Chrome memiliki waktu muat tercepat (170 ms) namun menggunakan memori yang tinggi (98,61 MB), sementara Mozilla Firefox menawarkan waktu muat yang cepat (200 ms) dengan penggunaan memori yang lebih efisien (44 MB). Hasil pengujian Haversine Formula menunjukkan rata-rata akurasi tertinggi sebesar 91,95%, sedangkan Euclidean Distance memiliki rata-rata akurasi 91,94% dalam perbandingan jarak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Haversine Formula dapat membantu dalam pembuatan peta makam dengan menghitung jarak antar lokasi makam.

Abstract

VPN merupakan teknologi komunikasi yang menggunakan jaringan pribadi yang dapat dihubungkan ke jaringan publik. Dengan cara ini maka izin dan pengaturan yang sama seolah-olah berada di jaringan lokal yang menggunakan jaringan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan enkripsi AES pada IKEv2 IPSec Tunnel. AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) merupakan algoritma enkripsi yang biasa digunakan di IPSec (Internet Protocol Security) untuk melindungi transmisi data di terowongan. Oleh karena itu, untuk menambahkan lapisan enkripsi AES, digunakan protokol enkripsi IPSec dan IKEv2. Itu sebabnya penerapan di Fortigate ini memungkinkan pengguna membuat jalur pengoptimalan yang aman antara dua jaringan berbeda. Semua lalu lintas yang melewati jalur optimasi dienkripsi menggunakan AES. Implementasi ini menunjukkan tingkat keamanan yang tinggi. Enkripsi AES, yang merupakan standar keamanan yang kuat, berfungsi secara efektif dalam melindungi komunikasi melalui tunnel IPSec. Kata Kunci: IPSec, VPN, Terowongan, AES, IKEv2, Fortigate

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengenalan wajah dalam video menggunakan metode Active Appearance Model (AAM), sebuah teknik yang mengintegrasikan informasi bentuk dan tekstur wajah untuk melakukan deteksi serta fitting wajah dengan presisi tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi kinerja model AAM yang dilatih menggunakan dataset Labeled Faces in the Wild (LFPW) dan menerapkannya pada aplikasi real-time. Uji coba dilakukan dalam berbagai kondisi pencahayaan, variasi ekspresi wajah, dan sudut pandang yang berbeda untuk menilai ketahanan (robustness) dari model yang dikembangkan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa AAM mampu mengenali wajah dengan tingkat akurasi yang signifikan, bahkan pada kondisi video real-time yang menantang. Namun, ditemukan penurunan performa ketika model dihadapkan dengan kondisi pencahayaan yang sangat rendah atau sangat terang serta variasi ekspresi wajah yang sangat signifikan. Meski demikian, hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa model AAM yang dilatih pada dataset LFPW memberikan tingkat kesalahan fitting rata-rata sebesar 0,12 pada landmark wajah tertentu, terutama di area mata dan mulut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa AAM memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan dalam sistem pengenalan wajah berbasis video, namun memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk menghadapi situasi yang lebih kompleks.

Abstract

Microsleep merupakan kondisi berbahaya yang terjadi ketika seseorang tertidur dalam waktu sangat singkat tanpa disadari, terutama saat mengemudi. Skripsi ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem deteksi Microsleep berbasis Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan sensor ESP32 pada pengemudi. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memantau dan menganalisis pola aktivitas pengemudi secara langsung yang dikumpulkan oleh sensor ESP32. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diproses dan diklasifikasikan menggunakan model CNN untuk mendeteksi kejadian Microsleep. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keselamatan berkendara, sehingga dapat mengurangi risiko kecelakaan lalu lintas. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan akurasi deteksi dan menguji sistem pada kondisi nyata di jalan raya. hasil pengolahan data dan hasil pembahasan pada penelitian ini, dapat ditunjukkan bahwa arsitektur convolutional neural network (CNN) dengan algoritma you only look once (YOLO) dapat diimplementasikan untuk melakukan deteksi pada pengemudi apakah terjaga atau tertidur. Selain itu dengan melakukan konfigurasi parameter model dengan batch size 16, network size 320x320, diperoleh nilai IoU dengan learning rate 0.01.

Abstract

The science of tajweed is a science that studies how to read the letters or readings in the Qur'an beautifully or well by the legal rules regulated therein. However, many people still do not pay attention to the legal rules of tajweed when reading the Qur'an, so it is not uncommon for them to make mistakes in pronunciation. From the legal rules of Tajweed reading, the slightest difference will change the meaning and intended meaning of the reading. So, paying attention to every rule of the law of reading Tajweed is very important. Therefore, considering the current technological advances, we plan a tajweed detection design using the YOLO algorithm optimized for the Qur'an. This study aims to determine and analyze the detection of text mining on tajweed reading. The method used in this study is the YOLO Algorithm method. This research uses 210 images of the Mushaf Al-Qur'an dataset, tested twice using Augmentation and Non-Augmentation to get optimal research results. The dataset underwent a training process of 138 images, or about 66%, and a validation process of 48 images, about 28%, and 24 images, or 11% of the total sample. Of the two tests using augmentation with no augmentation, augmentation testing produces the highest precision value with a value of 0.985 or 98.5% and the highest mAP50 with a value of 0995 or 99.5% for the Lafdzul Jalalah class group, with a total accuracy value of 92.94%. For testing without augmentation, the results show that the highest mAP50 value is the Lafdzul Jalalah class, with a value of 0.974 or 97.40% and an accuracy value of 91.37%. Based on optimization and comparison carried out for the accuracy value of research with augmentation of 92.94% and research conducted without augmentation is 91.37%. So, the study's results obtained an increased value of 1.57% by performing greyscale augmentation.
