Abstract

Perkembangan zaman di Indonesia telah membawa perubahan sejarah budaya, salah satunya adalah makanan atau jajanan tradisional. Jajanan tradisional merupakan makanan khas dari nenek moyang dan biasanya digunakan untuk acara atau sebuah tradisi, Masyarakat di Indonesia sudah cukup mengenal berbagai jenis jajanan tradisional dari daerah masing-masing namun untuk mengenal jajanan tradisional dari daerah lain dapat dibilang kurang memahami. Banyaknya jajanan tradisonal yang ada di Indonesia khususnya di pulau Jawa membuat peneliti tertarik untuk membuat program pengenalan jenis jajanan tradisional yang ada di Jawa Tengah berdasarkan dataset foto dengan 6 jenis jajanan tradisional yaitu Grontol, Lanting, Lumpia, Putu Ayu, Serabi Solo dan Wajik menggunakan metode Transfer Learning. Implementasi pengenalan citra ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Pre-Trained model MobileNetV2 yang diambil fitur ektrasinya kemudian training CNN berjalan pada aplikasi Google Collaboratory dan Tensorflow. Dataset yang digunakan dalam pengujian sebanyak 1800 data training atau sebesar 80% dan 450 data testing atau sebesar 20% dengan melakukan pengujian sebanyak 50 kali dan batch size sebesar 32, maka diperoleh hasil akurasi sebesar 99,11% nilai loss sebesar 0.06. Abstract

This study aims to propose an educational game for newborns around 4 months old who do not yet know how to distinguish objects that should not be put in their mouths. This seems very normal when it occurs during this stage of life, but it should be encouraged with educational tools — because eating objects that are not food can cause choking or suffocation. AR technology provides an interactive and engaging learning environment by overlaying digital information on the physical environment. The game also uses Computer Vision technology such as Face Detection and Recognition to control user interaction based on body movements. By combining computer vision, the game provides a new and dynamic way to increase user engagement, introducing new opportunities for the development of interactive educational games for young children

Abstract

Study This contains about the detection of circular object images. The circular object tested is the moon image object, the moon image was chosen because the moon image has various moon shapes, namely the full moon, half moon and crescent moon. To detect the shape of the circular object image, several stages are carried out by starting the image segmentation process. (1) The segmentation process using the bi-level thresholding method makes the image black and white, (2) after that the image is repaired with the morphological process of the opening and closing methods. (3) For training data, the shape extraction process is carried out, namely the circular nature of the object (circularity) to determine the roundness of an object. For the testing process, the same process is also carried out as the process of obtaining circular image detection.

Abstract

This study discusses the optimization of Machine Learning Kit Text Recognition in creating an automatic note feature based on mobile devices. Machine Learning Kit Text Recognition is used to recognize text captured from photos taken by users. In this study, a mobile application was developed to allow users to create automatic notes by taking pictures of documents or texts, which are then recognized and transformed into editable digital text. This feature can help users to create notes more quickly and easily, as well as avoid errors in manually typing the text. In addition, the test results show that Machine Learning Kit Text Recognition is capable of recognizing text with fairly high accuracy, effectively recognizing text from various texts and fonts, supporting uncommon languages, preserving user privacy, and being able to perform text recognition processes offline or with more efficient resources. Therefore, the automatic note feature can run well on mobile applications built using Machine Learning Kit Text Recognition technology.

Abstract

Tantangan yang dihadapi individu dengan gangguan pendengaran dalam berkomunikasi, terutama di lingkungan yang kurang mendukung komunikasi visual, menegaskan pentingnya bahasa isyarat sebagai media utama. Di Indonesia, dua sistem bahasa isyarat yang menonjol adalah SIBI (Sistem Isyarat Bahasa Indonesia) dan BISINDO (Bahasa Isyarat Indonesia). Namun, kompleksitas dan nuansa bahasa isyarat, termasuk gerakan bertumpuk dan gerakan dinamis, menjadi hambatan signifikan dalam pengenalan dan penerjemahan yang akurat. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem pengenalan bahasa isyarat SIBI secara real-time dengan memanfaatkan algoritma Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) dan kerangka Mediapipe-Holistic. Teknologi ini diintegrasikan untuk memproses gerakan dinamis dan gerakan tangan bertumpuk dengan efisien. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menerjemahkan gerakan bahasa isyarat menjadi teks. Dengan teknik pembelajaran mesin, sistem ini akan menggunakan data yang diambil secara privat sebanyak 14,400 untuk setiap gerak bahasa isyarat. untuk melatih model agar dapat mengenali gerakan serta mampu beradaptasi dengan berbagai gaya komunikasi dan kondisi lingkungan data akan dibagi menjadi 80:15. Penelitian ini mencapai akurasi deteksi 99.3% berdasarkan F1-Score yang memungkinkan model untuk melakukan deteksi gerak bahasa isyarat SIBI secara akurat.

Abstract

The Javanese language and Javanese script are one of the rich cultural heritages in Indonesia, but there are still many people who do not have sufficient understanding of the Javanese language and culture, including the Javanese script. This can have an impact on the loss of language and cultural diversity, as well as the loss of the local identity of the Javanese people. The lack of knowledge about Javanese script language culture can be caused by various factors, such as the lack of access to adequate learning resources, the minimum use of Javanese language and script in daily life, and the lack of attention from the government and society towards the preservation of Javanese language and culture. This study aims to optimize the application of the YOLO (You Only Look Once) algorithm and data augmentation techniques in the Javanese language classification Hanacaraka script. The method used in this study was collecting data on Javanese Hanacaraka script images, data labeling, data augmentation, and model training using the YOLO algorithm. The results showed that the Javanese script pattern recognition method used the YOLO algorithm which had gone through the data augmentation process, showing good results with an accuracy of 96.4% using 3021 image data sources for the hanacaraka letters.

Abstract

Betel leaf is one of the plants that is widely used as a natural or traditional medicine by the community, natural treatment with the use of plants is relatively safer. But there is a problem when we choose healthy betel leaves because of our mistakes in choosing which betel leaves are healthy and which are not. With this research the authors aim to detect healthy and sick betel leaves using data collection. Feature extraction used is the value of Red, Green, and Blue (RGB) and Hue, Saturation, and Value (HSV) to get the characteristics of the color image. Then the results of the feature extraction are used to classify the health of green betel leaves using the Self-Organizing Maps method. The green betel leaf data used is 1500 images for train data and 450 images for testing data are image test data, test data that produces an evaluation value with an accuracy value of 97.20% on the Self-Organizing Maps method.

Abstract

Aplikasi pengaduan sarana dan prasarana berbasis web dirancang untuk mendukung pengelolaan fasilitas di SMK IDN Jonggol, Jawa Barat. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya sistem yang terorganisir dalam mengelola pengaduan sarana dan prasarana, serta kesulitan dalam memantau status penyelesaian pengaduan. Saat ini, pengelolaan pengaduan sering dilakukan secara manual, sehingga memerlukan waktu lebih lama dan berpotensi menyebabkan data tidak terkelola dengan baik. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan fitur-fitur seperti pengajuan pengaduan secara online, pelacakan status pengaduan, manajemen data sarana dan prasarana, serta pembuatan laporan pengaduan secara otomatis. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan proses pengelolaan pengaduan di SMK IDN Jonggol dapat berjalan lebih efisien, transparan, dan sistematis. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga memungkinkan pihak sekolah untuk memonitor kebutuhan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana secara lebih terstruktur, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kenyamanan di lingkungan sekolah. Dengan implementasi aplikasi pengaduan sarana dan prasarana berbasis web ini, diharapkan SMK IDN Jonggol dapat mengelola pengaduan secara lebih efektif dan memberikan respons yang lebih cepat terhadap kebutuhan perbaikan, sehingga mendukung terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Instagram has become an important communication medium for academic institutions, enabling the dissemination of information, promotion of activities, and engagement with the campus community. At STIKOM CKI Jakarta, the official Instagram account plays a key role in academic communication, making it essential to optimize content strategies for higher audience interaction. This study analyzes 311 publicly available posts collected from July 2023 to July 2025 from the institution’s official account. Although relatively small for deep learning, the dataset provides representative patterns for the case study while highlighting the model’s capability under limited data conditions. A predictive framework based on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) was developed by integrating textual features from captions with contextual features such as posting time, content type, hashtag count, and interaction metrics. The aim is to accurately estimate engagement scores and provide actionable posting recommendations. The evaluation achieved an R² of 88.00%, MAE of 0.0450, and RMSE of 0.0720, indicating strong predictive performance. The contribution of this research lies in demonstrating that optimizing contextual features can significantly enhance academic social media engagement and in providing an adaptable methodology for institutions with limited historical data.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi visi komputer telah membuka peluang bagi industri jasa, khususnya kafe, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pemahaman perilaku pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem real-time untuk mendeteksi dan menghitung durasi duduk pelanggan di meja kafe dengan memanfaatkan IP Camera sebagai perangkat akuisisi data, serta algoritma YOLOv8 untuk deteksi objek dan Deep SORT untuk pelacakan multi-objek. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi keberadaan manusia, mengaitkannya dengan posisi meja, dan mencatat waktu kedatangan serta kepergian pelanggan secara otomatis. Data yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan untuk analisis tingkat okupansi meja, durasi kunjungan rata-rata, dan optimalisasi tata letak ruang. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan dengan menguji akurasi deteksi, pelacakan, serta perhitungan durasi duduk terhadap data ground truth. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menjalankan fungsinya secara efektif dengan akurasi pelacakan mencapai lebih dari 85% pada kondisi pencahayaan dan sudut kamera yang optimal. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi cerdas bagi pengelola kafe dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.
