Abstract

Beef is a source of animal protein which is very important in the human diet. The quality of beef determines the nutritional value and taste of the processed meat product. However, the quality of beef can decrease over time, especially if it is not stored properly. Therefore, identifying the condition of beef is crucial to ensure that consumers get safe and quality products. The use of the HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) color space for beef classification is an interesting method to research. The HSV color space is closer to human perception of color compared to the RGB color space, making it more effective for image analysis in the context of visual quality assessment of meat. In this study, researchers used HSV space extraction to classify fresh beef and bad beef. This research aims to develop a method for classifying fresh, medium and rotten beef using the HSV color space. This research produces accurate extraction results with appropriate classification of fresh and bad beef.

Abstract

Sign language is the primary means of communication for deaf individuals, one of the alternative languages used by people with disabilities, and it has evolved from the deaf community. Sign language has many variations, making it something unfamiliar and difficult to interpret for some hearing or uninitiated people. This research aims to develop a real-time sign language motion and facial expression detection system using the Random Forest method. The main challenge in this detection is the complexity and variation of the movements and facial expressions. In this study, MediaPipe is used to extract features from video input, which are then analyzed using the Random Forest algorithm for classification. In this research, the model's evaluation results use a confusion matrix with testing scenarios based on the division of training and testing data. From the model evaluation results, an accuracy of 99% was achieved. This research is expected to help deaf individuals communicate with hearing people, thereby reducing social gaps.

Abstract

Layanan digitalisasi adalah layanan yang diberikan melalui media digital atau teknologi informasi dapat berupa layanan publik, layanan komersial serta layanan lainnya yang diberikan melalui media digital seperti internet, aplikasi mobile, atau platform lainnya. Layanan digitalisasi dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan akses terhadap informasi dan layanan yang diperlukan, karena dapat diakses secara online dan tidak terbatas oleh waktu dan lokasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementas/ikan sistem informasi kependudukan berbasis web yang digunakan untuk mempermudah proses penerimaan bantuan sosial (bansos) di Perumahan Kampung Sumur, Jakarta. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pendataan serta distribusi bantuan sosial kepada warga yang membutuhkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan sistem dengan model waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi kependudukan berbasis web ini mampu mengintegrasikan data penduduk dengan data penerima bansos secara real-time, sehingga meminimalisir kesalahan data dan meningkatkan transparansi dalam distribusi bantuan. Fitur utama dari sistem ini meliputi registrasi penduduk, verifikasi data, pengelolaan data bansos, serta pelaporan dan monitoring. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial yang lebih tepat sasaran dan merata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) dalam meningkatkan akurasi deteksi tuna rungu dengan menggunakan data audio dan visual. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi rekaman video dari individu non-tunarungu yang diperoleh dari GRID Corpus dan individu tunarungu yang dikumpulkan dari YouTube dan SLB Islam As-Syafi'iyah. Tahapan penelitian melibatkan beberapa langkah, yaitu pengumpulan data, preprocessing, augmentasi data, pembangunan model, pelatihan model, dan evaluasi model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model GAN mampu meningkatkan akurasi deteksi tunarungu secara signifikan dengan menggunakan data visual dan audio visual. Model ini berhasil mencapai nilai Area Under Curve (AUC) sebesar 0,97, yang jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model visual konvensional yang hanya mencapai AUC sebesar 0,52. Temuan ini menegaskan potensi besar penggunaan GAN dalam pengembangan sistem pendeteksian tuna rungu yang lebih andal dan efektif. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk eksplorasi lebih lanjut tentang penggunaan metode pembelajaran mendalam dalam deteksi gangguan pendengaran, serta membuka peluang untuk inovasi di bidang teknologi kesehatan. Hasil yang diperoleh juga menunjukkan bahwa integrasi data audio dan visual dapat memberikan informasi yang lebih komprehensif dalam sistem deteksi.

Abstract

The rapid development of the era, of course, becomes a benchmark for an agency to carry out transformation in the field of technology. an agency is expected to be able to implement a system that can provide convenience for many people who are struggling in the field, researchers take the example of a football academic institution. of course the selection to enter the football academic through complicated stages, prospective participants or students must be able to meet various requirements, one of which is height measurement. currently, the selection of height for prospective students is still carried out conventionally by utilizing measuring instruments. this is also the background to this research, in its implementation the researcher used python with the Mask-RCNN method, the conclusion obtained the system is able to detect objects with an accuracy of up to 80%.

Abstract

Highways are a connection between an area or region to another destination. The rapid construction of highways in big cities is not comparable to the improvement and rearrangement of damaged roads in several areas. Most of the damaged roads are caused by heavy vehicle traffic or heavy loads with quite frequent intensity, as well as natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes. This of course disrupts the traffic system, and is quite dangerous for drivers who often pass through areas where there are many damaged roads. With these obstacles, this study aims to build a system that can detect road damage through digital image capture using the convolutional neural network method. The results of this study obtained a road damage detection accuracy value reaching 80%.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology forces companies to continue to improve operational efficiency, including in managing employee attendance. An accurate and efficient attendance system is essential to monitor employee attendance and ensure operational effectiveness. However, traditional attendance using fingerprints still has weaknesses, such as the potential for data manipulation through NIK input without physical presence. This study aims to develop a facial recognition-based attendance system using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method that can ensure employee attendance in real-time. This technology is expected to improve the accuracy and reliability of the attendance system, as well as reduce the potential for fraud. The implementation of this system at PT Indomarco Prismatama, known as the Indomaret retail network, aims to simplify the attendance process for field employees and make it easier for management to monitor employee attendance in various locations.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology certainly brings many benefits to the surrounding environment, several factors are helped by the advancement of technological tools, especially to help people with disabilities, currently people with disabilities, especially the mute, often have difficulty communicating, several factors affect the limited understanding of people with disabilities with the surrounding community, for example, the limited hearing of people with mute. With this background, a tool is needed that is able to translate Indonesian into sign language so that it can help people with disabilities and the community in communicating and living in society. This study uses the speech recognition method in its application, the results of the study reached an accuracy value of 80%.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman di Indonesia telah membawa perubahan sejarah budaya, salah satunya adalah makanan atau jajanan tradisional. Jajanan tradisional merupakan makanan khas dari nenek moyang dan biasanya digunakan untuk acara atau sebuah tradisi, Masyarakat di Indonesia sudah cukup mengenal berbagai jenis jajanan tradisional dari daerah masing-masing namun untuk mengenal jajanan tradisional dari daerah lain dapat dibilang kurang memahami. Banyaknya jajanan tradisonal yang ada di Indonesia khususnya di pulau Jawa membuat peneliti tertarik untuk membuat program pengenalan jenis jajanan tradisional yang ada di Jawa Tengah berdasarkan dataset foto dengan 6 jenis jajanan tradisional yaitu Grontol, Lanting, Lumpia, Putu Ayu, Serabi Solo dan Wajik menggunakan metode Transfer Learning. Implementasi pengenalan citra ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Pre-Trained model MobileNetV2 yang diambil fitur ektrasinya kemudian training CNN berjalan pada aplikasi Google Collaboratory dan Tensorflow. Dataset yang digunakan dalam pengujian sebanyak 1800 data training atau sebesar 80% dan 450 data testing atau sebesar 20% dengan melakukan pengujian sebanyak 50 kali dan batch size sebesar 32, maka diperoleh hasil akurasi sebesar 99,11% nilai loss sebesar 0.06. Abstract

This study aims to propose an educational game for newborns around 4 months old who do not yet know how to distinguish objects that should not be put in their mouths. This seems very normal when it occurs during this stage of life, but it should be encouraged with educational tools — because eating objects that are not food can cause choking or suffocation. AR technology provides an interactive and engaging learning environment by overlaying digital information on the physical environment. The game also uses Computer Vision technology such as Face Detection and Recognition to control user interaction based on body movements. By combining computer vision, the game provides a new and dynamic way to increase user engagement, introducing new opportunities for the development of interactive educational games for young children
