Abstract

This study aims to analyze the condition of business trust, consumer trust, rule of law, developments in technology,information, and communication, and their influence on ASEAN economic growth. The data used is panel dataconsisting of time series data for 2009 – 2020 and a cross-section of 10 countries with the highest level of businessconfidence in G20 Member countries. The variables used are economic growth, conditions of business trust,consumer confidence, rule of law, development of technology, information, and communication. The analyticaltool used is panel data regression, namely the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). An increase in business confidence andconsumer confidence will have an impact on increasing economic growth. In the research results, business trust has the most influence. Keywords: Economic Growth, Conditions of Business Trust, and Consumer Confidence. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi kepercayaan bisnis, kepercayaan konsumen, supremasi hukum, perkembangan teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi, serta pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi ASEAN. Data yang digunakan adalah data panel yang terdiri dari data time series tahun 2009 – 2020 dan cross section dari 10 negara dengan tingkat kepercayaan bisnis tertinggi di negara-negara Anggota G20. Variabel yang digunakan adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi, kondisi kepercayaan bisnis, kepercayaan konsumen, supremasi hukum, perkembangan teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel yaitu Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Meningkatnya kepercayaan bisnis dan kepercayaan konsumen akan berdampak pada peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dalam hasil penelitian, kepercayaan bisnis memiliki pengaruh paling besar. Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Kepercayaan Bisnis, dan Kepercayaan Konsumen.

Abstract

Poverty is a complex and multidimensional problem and cannot be seen easily only from an absolute number. The problem of provincial poverty is inseparable from various aspects in each region. In this study, the problem of poverty is studied in the province of Sumatra island. Sumatra Island has 10 provinces. This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic variables, namely the quality of human resources, income inequality and the level of open unemployment on the percentage of poor people in 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra. This study uses a combined Panel Data from data between time series and regional observations, where the time series (time series) used in this research is in the 2017-2021 period, using regional observations or (cross section) covering the area of Aceh, North Sumatra. , South Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Jambi, Riau Islands, Bangka Belitung Islands and Lampung. In this study, secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This research uses Panel Data Regression Method. The results showed that the quality of human resources had a negative and significant influence, income inequality and the open unemployment rate had a positive and significant impact on the percentage of poor people in 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to examine how income and tax level affect the level of happiness in the nation that make up the Asian-African Conference. Using information from the World Happiness Report's happiness survey as well as tax and income per capita data from the World Bank, OECD, and IMF panel regression data analysis is the technique employed. The Asian-African Conference member nations' happiness index from 2015 to 2023 is the subject of this study. The happiness index is the dependent variable in this study, and the independent variables include tax ratio and income per capita. The study's findings demonstrate that the tax ratio's level significantly affects the happiness index, as well as income per capita. These results obtained a positive influence due to tax management, tax compliance, and income per capita in these countries have been managed quite well.

Abstract

Penelitian tersebut bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prinsip kesantunan berbahasa dan menganalisis kesantunan berbahasa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam analisis Kesantunan Berbahasa Dalam Debat Capres Jokowi-Prabowo Periode 2019-2024 adalah penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan alat daya pilah bersifat mental yang dibagi dalam unsur (Kebijaksanaan, Kedermawanan, Pujian, Kerendahan Hati, dan Kesepakatan) Berdasarkan Hasil analisis data dari beberapa indikator yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan teori yang ada maka peneliti memperoleh data secara keseluruhan berjumlah 5 data dengan rincian nilai kesantunan 17 data, Yakni Kebijaksanaan 5 data, Kedermawanan 4 Data, Pujian 4 data, Kerendahan Hati 1 data, Kesepakatan 3 data

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge, skills and convenience for Baim Cell MSME entrepreneurs located in Beji, Depok. To manage finances in the form of reports. The techniques developed in service activities are in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) for Baim Cell MSMEs who are able to apply simple bookkeeping for their business and are able to make financial reports independently. The data collection method used is qualitative, namely by carrying out several stages, including surveys, interviews, observation and documentation. From the interviews conducted, it can be seen that various main problems faced by the owners of Baim Cell MSMEs are related to the limited knowledge they have in managing their business regarding the preparation of financial reports. This makes it difficult for productive businesses to develop properly due to the inability to prepare financial reports which are a requirement for obtaining loans from banks or financial institutions. Therefore, by providing assistance activities regarding the preparation of financial reports for MSMEs that we carry out, we can provide insight, knowledge, skills and convenience for business actors to understand the preparation of financial reports and can directly apply them to the preparation of their business financial reports. The results of this training show that it turns out that BAIM CELL with initial capital of Rp. 48,000,300 turns out the net profit in a year is Rp. 39,940,300,-

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence electricity consumption in Indonesia. The data used in this research is panel data for 2020-2022 in 32 provinces in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis with Random Effect Model (REM). The dependent variable used is electricity consumption and the independent variables include electricity prices, income and number of customers. The research results show that the price of electricity has a negative and significant effect on electricity consumption. Meanwhile, income and number of customers have a positive and significant effect on electricity consumption. Simultaneously, electricity prices, income and number of customers have a significant effect on electricity consumption.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) on the increase of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in ASEAN member countries. The main focus of this study is on key variables including foreign direct investment, import-export ratio, labor productivity, and government debt. The AEC, which came into effect at the end of 2015, is expected to strengthen economic integration in the region by facilitating the flow of goods, services, and investment. The method used in this study is regression analysis to identify the relationship between these variables and GDP during the post-MEA period (2016-2022). The results of the analysis show that foreign direct investment and labor productivity have a significant positive influence on the increase of GDP in ASEAN countries. On the other hand, the import-export ratio shows a negative impact that needs to be watched closely, while government debt does not show a significant effect in this context. The findings provide important insights for policymakers in formulating more effective economic strategies to maximize the benefits of the AEC, as well as addressing the challenges posed by instability in trade ratios and debt management.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ekstrak daun pisang ambon terdapat adanya senyawa flavonoid dan saponin, steroid yang berfungsi sebagai antimikroba dan mempercepat proses penyembuhan ulkus diabetikum dengan infeksi bakteri Staphylococcus epidermidis. Staphylococcus epidermidis termasuk jenis bakteri gram positif menjadi penyebab timbulnya ulkus pada luka diabetes. Tujuan penelitian menilai kemampuan anti-bakteri yang dimiliki daun pisang ambon terhadap Staphylococcus epidermidis dan mencari konsentrasi yang efektif dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri tersebut.Metode: Jenis penelitian eksperimental secara kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel meliputi koloni Staphylococcus epidermidis. Pengujian bakteri dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode disc diffusion dengan cara ekstraksi tanaman, purifikasi ektrak, skrining fitokimia, dan uji aktivitas antibakteri.Hasil: uji Konsentrasi 15% salep ektrak daun pisang ambon menghambat pertumbuhan Staphylococcus epidermidis lebih baik dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi 10% dan 20%.Kesimpulan: Salep ekstrak daun pisang ambon 15% dapat menghambat pertumbuhan Staphylococcus epidermidis.dengan zona hambat 2,33 mm. Memperhatikan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi zona hambat seperti pembuatan media, inkubasi bakteri, agar hasilnya lebih baik lagi dalam melakukan uji antimikroba.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit tergantung pada kepuasan pasien saat menerima pelayanan yang telah diselenggarakan oleh petugas farmasi. RS Sentra Medika Cikarang menyediakan program asuransi kesehatan dari pemerintah yaitu Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS). Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa puasnya pasien BPJS dalam pelayanan kefarmasian berdasarkan 5 (lima) parameter kualits pelayanan yaitu Kehandalan (Reability), Ketanggapan (Responsiviness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empati (Empathy), dan fasilitas berwujud (Tangible). Penelitian ini merupakan desktriptif dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel diperoleh menggunakan purposive sampling dengan total sampel berjumlah 95 responden, dan kuesioner sebagai instrument untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini  dilakukan selama 1 (satu) bulan dan mulai pengambilan data pada tanggal 7 juni 2022 – 9 Juli 2022. Responden yang dapat mengisi kuesioner ini harus berdasarkan kriteria inklusi yaitu pasien berusia > 17 tahun, pasien/keluarga pasien yang menebus obat di instalasi farmasi RS Sentra Medika Cikarang Tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan peserta BPJS kesehatan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di RS Sentra Medika Cikarang diperoleh persentase kehandalan 89,31% (sangat puas), responbilitas 95,92% (sangat puas), keyakinan 94,80% (sangat puas), empati 94,91% (sangat puas), dan fasilitas berwujud  95,56% (sangat puas) dan menghasilkan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata sebesar 94,35% yang termasuk ketegori sangat puas.

Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) merupakan salah satu gangguan muskuloskeletal yang terjadi pada punggung bagian bawah dan sering dialami oleh pekerja dengan aktivitas fisik berulang. Data Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2018 menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi LBP di Indonesia mencapai 31,6% pada perempuan. Pekerja perempuan pembuat kasur kapuk memiliki risiko tinggi mengalami LBP akibat faktor usia, durasi kerja, dan postur tubuh saat bekerja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan LBP pada pekerja perempuan pembuat kasur kapuk di Desa Dalaka, Kecamatan Sindue, Kabupaten Donggala. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 68 orang, yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik Slovin sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (ρ<0.05). Hasil: Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia (p=0.001) dan masa kerja (p=0.001) dengan keluhan LBP. Faktor lain seperti postur tubuh saat bekerja dan beban kerja perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Kesimpulan: Usia dan masa kerja berhubungan secara signifikan dengan keluhan LBP pada pekerja perempuan pembuat kasur kapuk.
