Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis STEAM dan mendeskripsikan analisis pembelajaran berbasis STEAM untuk menanamkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada pelajaran IPA di kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Zaytun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah dua kelas ya itu kelas 5-B02 dan 5-B05 yang berjumlah 53 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa, pembelajaran berbasis STEAM dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada siswa, sesuai dengan pemaparan hasil tes pelajaran IPA yang memperlihatkan 43 siswa mampu mendapatkan nilai 80-100 dengan predikat baik sekali sebesar 81% dari jumlah keseluruhan sampel yaitu 53 siswa. Selain itu dalam menganalisis uraian jawaban siswa menunjukan bahwa, hasil jawaban siswa memenuhi unsur dan indikator dalam keterampilan berpikir kritis.

Abstract

Learning and learning in principle can be done anywhere and anytime, even if there is a distance between the teacher and students. Online learning is carried out because of a situation that encourages and supports distance learning through computer networks or the internet. Perceptions, perspectives, opinions and strategies carried out by a teacher in online learning are not always the same. This study uses research methods and procedures with a qualitative descriptive approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The type of qualitative descriptive research used in this study was intended to obtain information about teacher perceptions in the implementation of online learning during the pandemic. The results of research in online learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathlaul Anwar Tegal Waru Ciampea Bogor, are; 1) The teacher's perception in the implementation of online learning is going well. Differences in grade level or student age, affect the implementation of online learning. The WhatsApp application is quite helpful, and easy to use, not much internet quota is used and efficient for delivering learning materials; 2) The obstacle or obstacle is that there are still low-grade students who cannot read, do not have mobile phones, limited internet quota, and parents are busy working. Teachers have difficulty measuring students' abilities. Parents who are less tech-savvy, internet signal is difficult. Parents must understand technology and have time to guide their children

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the content quality of the book 33 Hari Mahir Bahasa Arab written by Ustadz H. Syaiful Alim, Lc., M.Pd., and to evaluate its compliance with W.F. Mackey’s principles of language teaching materials development, namely selection, gradation, presentation, and repetition. This research employed a qualitative approach with a library research design, supported by content analysis and interviews as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the book generally meets the criteria of a good textbook in terms of content, language, presentation, and graphics. Its strengths lie in the selection of functional materials, the progressive gradation of topics, the simple and communicative presentation, and the consistent application of repetition. However, some weaknesses were also identified, such as limited variation in presentation methods, lack of visual and digital media integration, and insufficient context-based practice tasks. Thus, it can be concluded that the book is suitable as a teaching material for beginner learners, although further development is needed to meet the demands of modern language learning. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and influence of the dormitory environment on the learning achievement of fourth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Ma'had Al-Zaytun. A conducive learning environment is a crucial factor in educational success, and the boarding school system is believed to contribute positively to students' academic achievements through strict supervision, regular schedules, and controlled supporting facilities. This research employs a quantitative approach with a population of all fourth-grade students at MI Swasta Ma'had Al-Zaytun, totaling 158 students. A sample of 37 students was selected using purposive sampling based on criteria such as having lived in the dormitory for at least one semester and exhibiting a variety of learning achievement levels. Data was collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire to measure students' perceptions of the dormitory environment and learning achievements, which were tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used Pearson Product Moment correlation and simple linear regression tests. The results showed a weak negative relationship between the dormitory environment and students' learning achievements, with a correlation coefficient of -0.318 (p = 0.055). This relationship is not significant at the 5% significance level, although it approaches significance at the 10% level. Regression analysis indicates a negative influence of the dormitory environment on learning achievement with a regression coefficient of -0.203 and an R Square value of 0.101, meaning the dormitory environment explains only 10.1% of the variation in learning achievement, while the remaining 89.9% is influenced by other factors such as study motivation, teaching methods, family support, and students' physical condition. Abstract

Environmental education from an early age is very important to overcome the ecological crisis caused by human behavior that lacks concern for nature conservation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the green school program and its relationship with the environmental awareness of fourth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Ma'had Al-Zaytun, a school under the auspices of the Indonesian Islamic Boarding School Foundation that implements a boarding school system. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from nine students selected through purposive sampling from three classes, as well as two teachers as supporting informants. Analysis was conducted using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of the study show that the green school program has been integrated into the madrasah culture, daily activities, and learning processes, thereby successfully fostering students' environmental awareness in cognitive, affective, and conative aspects. Support from teachers, peers, families, and the madrasah and Islamic boarding school communities reinforced the internalization of environmental awareness values, while the madrasah's culture of discipline became an important foundation for the program's sustainability. This study concluded that the green school program played a significant role in shaping environmentally friendly attitudes and behaviors in elementary school students.

Abstract

Elementary school is a crucial stage in shaping children's character. At this age, they are in the golden age of moral and social development. Amid the strong current of globalization and rapid technological advancement, students are easily exposed to foreign cultures. Character education, especially the value of patriotism, serves as a shield to ensure that students maintain a sense of pride, care, and responsibility toward their nation. This study examines the implementation and analyzes the role of extracurricular dance activities in instilling patriotism among fifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’had Al-Zaytun. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the extracurricular dance activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’had Al-Zaytun are implemented through three consistent stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation with reflection. These activities do not merely focus on movement skills but also provide students with an understanding of the background, cultural values, and meanings of each traditional dance taught. The dance materials are carefully selected based on students’ backgrounds, abilities, and interests, and are delivered gradually using a contextual approach in an enjoyable learning environment. This activity plays a strategic role in instilling the character of patriotism through three aspects: introducing the nation's cultural richness, fostering pride in traditional dance, and forming a commitment to preserve cultural heritage. This role is clearly reflected in students’ changes in attitude, showing pride, enthusiasm, and awareness of the importance of preserving Indonesian culture. Abstract

This thesis examines the implementation of non-cash or cashless transactions in the financial management of the Al-Zaytun store and its review in Islamic economic law. The purpose of this study is to explain the flow of implementing non-cash transactions (cashless) at the Al-Zaytun store in financial management and to analyze its implementation according to Islamic economic law. This study uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach and a type of field research, using data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary data source in this study is the results of interviews obtained from agencies related to the implementation of non-cash transactions (cashless), while secondary data is obtained through shopping formats, letters of application for disbursement of funds, WhatsApp groups, journals and others related to the object of research. The results of the study concluded that, first, the implementation of non-cash transactions begins with the cashless implementer submitting a shopping request via WhatsApp, the dormitory savings then processes the request into a shopping format and the cashless implementer makes a transaction at the Al-Zaytun store. The transaction is declared complete with the signatures of 2 parties, namely the store and the cashless implementer, the dormitory savings processes the shopping format with the final result being a letter of request for disbursement of funds. The letter is submitted to the MPAP secretary. MPAP will submit the request to the chairman of the foundation for approval of the request. the request is approved and MPAP submits the request to Syaykh Al-Zaytun as the final ratifier. After being approved, MPAP requests funds from the BPR. BPR submits the amount of funds requested. Then the funds are distributed to the relevant units. Second, the implementation of non-cash transactions (cashless) in accordance with Islamic economic law reviewed from the aspects of the validity of the principles of Sharia economics, there is no element of fraud or gambling in buying and selling that is detrimental to one party.

Abstract

Terdapat realita gejala yang menyangkut transaksi dalam muamalah khususnya tentang jual beli yaitu permasalahan praktik jual beli jahe dengan sistem karungan di Usaha Dagang Areba Jahe Jakarta Timur, yang menjual berbagai macam rempah-rempah hasil bumi. Peneliti mendapati kekeliruan dalam transaksi jual beli jahe dengan sistem karungan yang pembelinya tidak mengetahui betul kualitas serta kuantitas jahe yang ada didalam karung tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan praktik jual beli jahe pada Usaha Dagang Areba Jahe menurut hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakanpenelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa toko Usaha Dagang Areba Jahe melayani penjualan dengan sistem karungan terlihat adanya unsur gharar yang terletak pada objek jual beli yakni pada jahe, namun unsur ghararnya tidakmenjadikan jual beli jahe ini dilarang dan menjadi sebab pengharaman, karena unsur gharar yang ada pada jual beli jahe ini tergolong ringan.

Abstract

Sewa menyewa biasa dilakukan dengan menukar barang dan jasa yang memiliki manfaat dengan suatu imbalan, namun lain hal dengan praktik sewa menyewa yang dilakukan oleh warga Desa Situraja. Mereka menyewakan pohon mangga yang nanti akan diambil buahnya untuk dijual. Perbedaan praktik sewa menyewa ini yang memicu timbulnya pertanyaan, apakah sudah sesuai dengan hukum Islam dan hukum positif. Mayoritas warga Desa Situraja adalah beragama Islam, dimana akan sangat bertentangan jika praktik yang dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipraktik sewa pohon mangga di Desa Situraja dalam perspektif hukum Islam dan hukum positif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif empiris. Data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dengan responden, dan artikel dari Jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa praktik sewa menyewa yang dilakukan oleh warga Desa Situraja belum sesuai dengan hukum Islam yang berlaku dikarenakan objek sewa belum memenuhi rukun sewa menyewa karena adanya unsur gharar, namun dalam perspektif hukum positif praktik sewa menyewa ini sudah sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku.

Abstract

Indonesia berjuang melawan Covid-19 dengan memodifikasi beberapa kebijakan yakni Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) 2020-2024. Kebijakan itu berdampak pada kebijakan dalam sektor perbankan syariah dalam menyalurkanpembiayaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor timbulnya pembiayaan bermasalah di dunia perbankan syariah dan antisipasi serta upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan pembiayaan bermasalah. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan normatif dan empirisi. Data diperoleh melalui telaah peraturan perundang-undangan dan observasi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa jumlah nasabah dibagi dalam dua kategori, yakni kategori ringan dan kategori berat. Masing-masing kategori tersebut akan dilakukan tahapan penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah. Tahapantersebut yakni tahap penagihan, tahap restrukturisasi dan tahap penebusan. Faktor-faktor penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia berdasarkan faktor internal yang berasal dari pihak bank dan eksternal yang berasal dari pihak nasabah.
