Abstract

Pasar untuk ban mobil terus tumbuh dan berkembang, karena hingga saat ini belum ada kendaraan massal yang bisa berjalan tanpa menggunakan ban, sehingga ban merupakan komponen utama dalam mobilisasi kendaraan. Semakin banyak jumlah mobil yang beredar, maka semakin banyak juga penjualan ban di pasar. Pemilihan strategi pemasaran pada industri ban harus memberikan efek yang cukup signifikan terhadap penjualan karena terkait dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan. Pada suatu kondisi tertentu jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk mengadakan aktifitas promosi maupun program loyalitas besarnya bisa mencapai 50 persen jika dibandingkan dengan net profit yang didapatkan. Berdasarkan penelitian terdapat perbedaan persepsi bauran pemasaran, penjualan kendaraan, dan program loyalitas yang dilakukan oleh merek ban ABC, XYZ, dan BCD. Pada merek ABC, persepsi produk merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap sedangkan untuk merek XYZ dan BCD persepsi produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap. Hal tersebut sama dengan hasil perhitungan SEM dengan menggabungkan tiga merek tersebut dengan hasil persepsi produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan hanya terhadap sikap. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara sikap terhadap pembelian.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors influencing customers to book a place to stay through Online Travel Agent (OTA). This research was conducted on 382 respondents selected by convenience sampling with the criteria of having booked a place to stay through OTA in the last two years and being at least 18 years old. This research uses quantitative methods by filling out questionnaires distributed online. Data were analyzed using SEM AMOS. The results showed that brand image and perceived ease of use (PEU) have a significant positive direct effect on the decision to choose an OTA to book a place to stay, brand image and PEU has a significant positive indirect effect on e-WOM, e-WOM has a significant negative effect on the decision to choose OTA to book a place to stay and perceived risk does not significantly influence the decision to choose OTA to book a place to stay. The managerial implications can be carried out by company management in collaboration with OTA to increase the intention of repurchasing customers through comments (e-WOM), maintaining the privacy of customers' data to avoid leakage, improving transaction systems safety, and conducting evaluations related to quality and service.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology forces conventional banks or commercial banks to adopt digital technology in their business. Bank BTPN is one of the banks in Indonesia that has implemented digital technology in its services. Bank BTPN launched a digital banking product called Jenius. Jenius is a digital banking platform equipped with a VISA card that can help BTPN bank customers carry out financial activities via smartphones so that customers have control over their money and financial arrangements. This research was conducted to analyze behavioral intentions in using the Jenius digital banking platform services using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The indicator variables used are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, brand image, co-creation, and attitude toward using. The results of this study are that brand image and attitude toward using have a significant direct effect on behavior intention to use, and attitude toward using are influenced by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and co-creation.

Abstract

This study analyzes factors influencing relationship commitment in collaboration with IPB University. A case study in IPB University, this study used survey methods with a questionnaire to 100 respondents. The results identified that satisfaction, communication, and shared value significantly influence trust, while shared value, relationship benefits, and trust significantly influence commitment. Therefore, IPB University shall focus on promoting all six variables to improve collaboration services and trust-building to increase relationship commitment. Shared value can be improved by adding more non-profit-oriented community service programs, while satisfaction can be improved by intensifying collaboration coordination at IPB University, mostly through the Directorate of Collaboration and Alumni Affairs. Enhancing communication can be done through website and social media optimization and information update for collaboration partners, and enhancing relationships can be done by improving human resources and new applicable agriculture technologies.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly rapid era. One of them is the internet, which affects the necessities of life, and many bring changes in consumer lifestyles, namely alternative online buying methods. Online shopping increases market growth by providing goods that attract consumers' attention. Purchasing behavior for the sake of necessities of life can be driven by differences in the age of each generation, personal characteristics, environmental factors, and marketing promotions. This study aims to compare and analyze the influence of self-concepts, reference groups, and marketing strategies on online buying behavior in the Baby Boomer generation, generation X, and generation Y. The research data used descriptive analysis, different tests using the SPSS 22.0 application, and the influence test with the SEM method through the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The analysis of self-concept significantly affects online purchasing behavior in all generations, the Baby Boomer generation and all generations.

Abstract

Online consumer review (OCR) is a type of E-WOM that may be utilized as a source of information and reference for potential consumers in making decisions. This research utilized mix method design. The quantitative research was successfully conducted using a survey technique using a questionnaire instrument. Moreover, the qualitative research was conducted using content analysis techniques and in-depth interviews. The data obtained were comments that were involved in sentiment analysis. This research indicated that most consumers only provided ratings without being accompanied by reviews. The results also indicated that reviews related to product quality and price were the most discussed by consumers who purchased fashion products. Moreover, some consumers provided inappropriate comments and used repeated words or words that were extended.

Abstract

Fashion trends in Indonesia have continued to grow rapidly in recent years. This has created an increasingly competitive environment and global and local brands continue to compete to meet people's needs. This study examines the effect of perceived product quality and price on consumer satisfaction with local fashion products of brand X. This cross-sectional study used a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected offline with an accidental sampling technique using a questionnaire with 182 respondents. The data were processed and analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2021, SPSS 26, and SMART-PLS 3. The results show that there is no relationship between the respondent characteristics and perceived product quality, price, and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, perceived product quality has a positive and significant effect on the perceived price and customer satisfaction. Price perception also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
