Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1. Mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran video berbasis aplikasi Canva terintegrasi model pembelajaran PBL, 2. Mengetahui kepraktisan media pembelajaran video bagi guru di SMA Budi Agung Medan, dan 3. Mengetahui bagaimana respons siswa kelas XI di SMA Budi Agung Medan terhadap media pembelajaran video yang telah dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D), dan model pengembangan 4D digunakan untuk menguji efektivitas produk tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI IPA di SMA Budi Agung Medan, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sekitar 41 siswa kelas XI IPA kelas Ustman bin Affan. Hasil validasi ahli materi terhadap media pembelajaran video menghasilkan nilai persentase rata-rata sebesar 78% dengan kriteria cukup valid, sedangkan hasil validasi ahli media menghasilkan nilai persentase rata-rata sebesar 94% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan oleh guru menghasilkan nilai persentase rata-rata sebesar 91% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Hasil angket respons siswa terhadap media pembelajaran video menghasilkan nilai persentase rata-rata sebesar 84% dengan kriteria menarik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas kelayakan dan efektivitas media diorama dalam pembelajaran siklus pada makhluk hidup untuk siswa kelas III SD TA 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian pengembangan yaitu yang digunakan adalah ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yakni, analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 25 orang dan merupakan siswa kelas III SDS Al – Washliyah No. 02 Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara serta tes dengan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penilaian validasi oleh ahli materi menunjukkan persentase sebesar 94% dengan kategori “sangat layak”, penilaian validasi oleh ahli media menunjukkan persentase sebesar 82% dengan kategori “sangat layak” dan penilaian validasi oleh ahli praktisi menunjukkan persentase sebesar 88% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Keefektifan media diperoleh berdasarkan hasil uji posttest sebesar 92% kategori “sangat efektif”. Kesimpulan media diorama sangat layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III SDS Al – Washliyah No.02 Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to study the utilization of residual stone powder from stone crushers as a substitute for sand in mortar mixtures and to analyze the effect of stone dust variations on the compressive strength characteristics of mortar. The stone powder variations used are 0%, 22%, 26%, 30%, 34%, and 38%, with a total of 72 samples. Compressive strength testing was conducted at 14 and 28 days of age with immersion using PDAM water and swamp water. The results showed that the optimal substitution of stone powder is between 22% - 36%. The highest compressive strength was obtained at a 22% variation with a value of 14.21 MPa (PDAM water) and 13.71 MPa (swamp water). Conversely, the lowest compressive strength was recorded at a 38% variation with a value of 6.15 MPa (PDAM water) and 5.75 MPa (swamp water). Immersion using PDAM water (pH 6.34) produced higher compressive strength values compared to swamp water (pH 4.36), indicating that water pH affects the final results of the mortar. This study recommends the use of stone powder as a sand substitute in mortar production to achieve good quality.

Abstract

Active learning should involve students directly in the learning process through interaction with peers and teachers. However, classroom instruction often fails to engage students effectively, with limited use of varied instructional media and models. This study aims to develop a Respiratory Card learning medium using the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students on the topic of the human respiratory system. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D development model, which includes the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests, while data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that: (1) the Respiratory Card learning media was declared valid with average scores of 88% from content experts and 90.6% from media experts, categorized as “highly feasible” using a Likert scale; (2) the media was considered practical based on a 92% average score from teacher responses, categorized as “very practical”; and (3) the media was effective, as indicated by an improvement in students’ test scores to an average of 84.2% at SDS Attaufiq Medan, and significant differences were found in learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes at UPT SDN Percobaan (sig. value = 0.000 < 0.05). The use of the Respiratory Card media enhanced student engagement and improved learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kelayakan tes diagnostik berbasis web pada materi kimia konsep redoks, (2) mengetahui profil pemahaman konsep siswa setelah menggunakan tes diagnostik berbasis web pada materi konsep redoks, (3) mengetahui respon guru kimia terhadap tes diagnostik berbasis web pada materi kimia konsep redoks, dan (4) mengetahui respon siswa terhadap tes diagnostik berbasis web pada materi kimia konsep redoks. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi), penelitian ini dibatasi pada uji coba terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tes diagnostik berbasis web pada materi konsep redoks dinyatakan layak setelah dilakukan validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, respon guru dan siswa. Penilaian ahli materi dengan persentase rata-rata 89,34% dengan kategori sangat layak, penilaian ahli media dengan persentase rata-rata 87,59% dengan kategori sangat layak, persentase respon guru 91,34% dengan kategori sangat menarik dan persentase respon siswa 88,84% dengan kategori sangat menarik. . Profil pemahaman konsep siswa mengalami peningkatan baik pemahaman konsep siswa perbutir soal maupun pemahaman siswa persub konsep.

Abstract

The Air Meranjat Bridge - Batas Kota Kayu Agung, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatera connects the Indralaya - Kayu Agung cross Sumatra road. The design of the Air Meranjat bridge includes the upper structure and lower structure using the Practical Guide to Bridge Technical Planning method 2021. From the design results obtained the dimensions of the prestressed girder 1.7 m x 0.7 m and a length of 40.6 m, Pillars with dimensions of 3.929 m x 4 m and a length of 11 m, Abutment with dimensions of 6.35 m x 5 m and a length of 10.6 m, Piles used diameter 0.5 m 24 m depth. The cost for the construction of the Air Meranjat Bridge is Rp.10.555.155.490,000 with an implementation time of 202 days.

Abstract

This writing aims to determine the validity of the test instrument and initial results scholastic ability test and KGS-based final evaluation test instrument on reaction rate material. This research uses Research and Development research and development methods. The research subject was class XI B which consisted of 36 students. This study used a scholastic test instrument and a final chemistry evaluation with 20 questions each. Based on the results of the validation test by the expert validator, it can be seen that the average percentage results obtained for Material Aspects are 87.08%, Construction Aspects are 87.92%, Language Aspects are 89.17%, and Additional Rules are 100%. The Scholastic test instrument consists of 20 questions that are tested on students namely; 17 valid questions and 3 invalid questions. The results of the final evaluation ability test were 20 items tested on students, 18 questions were valid and 2 questions were invalid. Scholastic ability test trials obtained namely; 3% "very poor", 16% "poor", 39% "enough", 14% "good" and 28% "very good", while the final chemistry evaluation test was obtained namely; 0% is "very less". 11% "poor", 31% "poor: 25% "good" and 33% "very good".

Abstract

Technological advances affect education in terms of the use of learning media. This is because the educational process is urged to improve the quality of learning by creating more applicable and interesting learning. Mobile technology can be used as an alternative learning media because the use of mobile devices is very much opens the opportunity in the education process. The aim of this study is to develop a learning media integrated with problem based learning model using android-based application. The development model used is the 4D model which consists of 4 stages, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The results of the research are 93.8% agreeing with the existence of android learning media for chemical bonding subjects, the feasibility of the material from the learning media overall obtained 90.1% categorized as œvery valid, and the eligibility of the media as a whole the validator was obtained at 87.39% with the œvery valid category and results of student responses to the developed media as a whole obtained an average value of 80.69% in the œvery good category so that the developed of learning media received a very good response from students

Abstract

This research concerns the development of interactive media based on Augmented Reality (AR) as an interactive learning medium on Redox Reaction material using the Research and Development (RnD) research method and the 4-D model. The aim of this research is to design and develop this application with a focus on students' interest in Augmented Reality interactive media on redox reaction material. Research stages include define, design, development, dessaminate. Media expert validation results show that this application meets quality standards and is suitable for use with a feasibility percentage of 88.2%. The attractiveness test was carried out on a number of students to evaluate the attractiveness of the application in motivating students in learning and obtained an attractiveness percentage of 93.12% so that this media received the criteria of being very attractive in learning.This research produces interactive media that can be used as an additional learning resource in the context of chemistry learning. This media has succeeded in increasing student engagement and providing a more interactive learning experience through the use of AR technology. The practical implication of this research is that there is potential for application as an innovative learning tool in chemistry education.

Abstract

This research aims to produce an Integrated learning media product using Problem-Based Learning smart apps creator application with models Thiagarajan's 4D development. Based on research carried out, media expert opinion, educator response, participant response students towards integrated learning media Problem-Based Learning using the smart apps creator application gets criteria very worthy with an average media expert assessment score of 96.08%, educator response assessment 95.05%, and Student response assessment was 80.2%. The results of this research show that interactive learning media is based on Problem-Based Learning useing the smart apps creator application on the speed material point reactions can be used as a learning medium.
