Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan lelang Penghapusan BMN perlu mempersiapkan beberapa hal untuk memperkuat terjualnya BMN tersebut. Artikel ini mereview beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penjualan BMN yaitu minat konsumen terhadap BMN tersebut, promosi, dan Proses Penilaian oleh Penilai Pemerintah. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa ketiga faktor dimaksud berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan penjualan suatu BMN. Hasil dari literature review dalam artikel adalah: 1) Minat konsumen/perilaku konsumen berpengaruh terhadap penjualan BMN melalui lelang; 2) Promosi berpengaruh terhadap penjualan BMN melalui lelang; 3) Proses penilaian oleh Penilai Pemerintah berpengaruh penjualan BMN melalui lelang.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurship on the dynamic capabilities and performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The focus of the study is specifically on culinary SMEs situated in the Jabodetabek Region, utilizing a quantitative-causal research methodology. The sample consists of 220 culinary SMEs with a business history exceeding 5 years, and data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM approach. The findings from the analysis of these 220 culinary SMEs reveal the potential of market orientation and entrepreneurship to enhance dynamic capabilities and SME performance. Moreover, the study highlights the positive impact of dynamic capabilities on SME performance and identifies an indirect pathway through which market orientation and entrepreneurship can amplify SME performance by utilizing the mediating role of dynamic capabilities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and statistically test the role of marketing strategy on pricing and its impact on purchasing interest. This research was conducted at Cafe Covare Graha PPI using a survey method and analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling method. The total sample was 196 respondents who were chosen randomly. The analysis results show that; 1) Marketing strategy significantly influences pricing, 2) Marketing strategy does not have a significant influence on service quality, 3) Marketing strategies do not have a significant influence on consumer buying interest, 4) Pricing has a significant influence on purchase interest. Competitive prices that align with the value perceived by consumers can significantly increase purchasing interest. 5) Service quality does not have a significant influence on purchasing interest, 6) Marketing strategy has a significant effect on purchasing interest through pricing. Good pricing can bridge the influence of marketing strategy on consumer buying interest. 7) Marketing strategy does not significantly affect buying interest through service quality. This indicates that service quality is not a strong mediating factor in the relationship between marketing strategy and purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan membuat suatu model logika program penanggulangan bencana pasca diterapkannya Redesain Sistem Perencanaan dan Penganggaran (RSPP). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, analisis data dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan belum optimalnya penerapan RSPP pada pengalokasian anggaran yang melibatkan banyak Kementerian/Lembaga (K/L). Informasi kinerja anggaran penanggulangan bencana yang dibangun oleh masing-masing K/L belum dapat mencerminkan sinergi kegiatan berpola lintas. Dalam upaya menjamin belanja yang berkualitas, dapat dilakukan optimalisasi informasi kinerja yang terintegratif dengan menyusun model logika program anggaran untuk memperkuat penerapan penganggaran berbasis kinerja.

Abstract

Palm oil (CPO) is a commodity of significant strategic value, evidenced by its robust demand and consumption both domestically and internationally. However, unsustainable land conversion practices have led to environmental repercussions, hindering the acceptance of CPO products in sustainable markets. This research aims to: 1) Identify and analyze internal and external factors that represent strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; 2) Formulate effective marketing strategies; and 3) Establish priority marketing strategies for sustainable palm oil promotion at PT Bio Inti Agrindo. A SWOT analysis is employed to identify the most effective marketing approach. The findings indicate that, based on the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, the Internal-External (IE) matrix reveals an IFE score of 3.20 and an EFE score of 2.75, placing the company in cell II (Grow and Build). This positioning suggests that the company is internally strong and reasonably adept at managing external challenges. The recommended strategy emphasizes growth and development through expansion. Furthermore, the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis yields a Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) of 9 for Strategy 1, 8.6 for Strategy 2, and 8.2 for Strategy 3, leading to the conclusion that the most appropriate strategy is to enhance investment in technology and sustainable innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis dampak pemberlakuan PPh Pasal 21 Pada Karyawan Perusahaan CV Mandiangin Mutiara Hitam. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif dengan bersifat deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Tempat penelitian ini ialah di CV Mandiangin Mutiara Hitam. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan ialah bahawa Perusahaan berusaha aktif dan taat dalam pembayaran pajak PPN Perusahaan dan PPh Pasal 21 terhadap Karyawan. Perusahaan membantu karyawan dalam pembayaran dan pelaporan PPh Pasal 21 kepada KPP Pratama Jambi.

Abstract

To encourage the creation of effective and efficient APBN implementation, widely known by the public, and accountable, the payment mechanism in the APBN implementation process must be simplified but modern with the use of information technology that is increasingly optimal. One of the efforts made is to change shopping behavior, especially related to the use of the Money Supply mechanism which gradually shifts from fully using cash funds to cashless systems through the implementation of digital payments such as Government Credit Cards (KKP) and Cash Management System Virtual Accounts (CMS VA). This study aims to explore the factors that cause the low implementation of Cashless payment systems in the form of KKP and CMS VA within the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, and find a model that can optimize it.  Researchers use a qualitative approach with the case study method because they try to focus intensively on a particular object that studies it as a case, and cannot be generalized because the results of this study only apply to the case being studied. The results of this study show that leadership commitment is the factor that most influences the implementation  of the cashless payment system, and also determines the influence of other factors such as human resource factors, the availability of SOPs, reward and punishment mechanisms, and the involvement of the Bank in the use of KKP and CMS VA. Satker must synergize with other parties so that in every stage of implementation starting from the signing stage of cooperation between Satker and the Bank, issuance and delivery of instruments, use transactions and accountability, until the supervision and monitoring evaluation stage can run better so that it can have an optimal impact on the implementation of Cashless payment systems within the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengawasan dan pengendalian Barang Milik Negara (BMN) di lingkungan Dewan Ketahanan Nasional serta menyusun strategi peningkatan pengawasan dan pengendalian di lingkungan Dewan Ketahanan Nasional. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengawasan dan pengendalian Barang milik negara melalui pemantauan dan penertiban pada proses pengelolaan barang milik negara penggunaan, pemanfaatan, pemindahtanganan, penatausahaan, pengamanan dan pemeliharaan. Pelaksanaan Pemantauan dan penertiban yang dilakukan dalam pengawasan dan pengendalian barang milik negara masih belum optimal dan masih ditemukan berbagai macam kelemahan seperti sumber daya tidak memiliki kompetensi di bidang pengelolaan barang milik negara, belum memiliki kebijakan turunan berbentuk peraturan internal, infastruktur yang belum memadai. Pada penentuan strategi untuk peningkatan pengawasan dan pengendalian Barang Milik Negara dilakukan dengan analis SWOT yang diperoleh hasil kuadran 3 mengartikan pengawasan dan pengendalian Barang Milik Negara di lingkungan Dewan Ketahanan Nasioanal memiliki kelamahan dalam pelaksanaan tetapi memiliki peluang untuk peningkatan pelaksanaan pengawasan dan pengendalian tersebut. Fokus strategi yang dapat diterapkan pada kondisi tersebut adalah meminimalisir kelemahan dan bisa menangkap peluang dalam mengimplemntasikan pelaksanaan pengawasan dan pengendalian di lingkungan Dewan Ketahanan Nasional

Abstract

The management of regional assets is critical for promoting good governance and accurate financial reporting, as outlined in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 19 of 2016. Despite this, Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya faces significant challenges in asset management, including discrepancies in data recording, inadequate human resources, and a lack of proper documentation for asset movements. These issues hinder the transparency and accountability necessary for effective governance. This is a descriptive qualitative research. Data is collected through primary sources, such as interviews with key personnel involved in asset management, and secondary sources, including document analysis of asset management procedures. The asset management at Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya faces significant challenges due to manual bookkeeping, inconsistent asset classification and coding, and the absence of standardized procedures. Inventory management is also ineffective, with outdated regulations and uncoordinated data between divisions. To address these issues, it is recommended that the company improves coordination, establishes standardized asset categorization and coding systems, and implements a modern, technology-based information system for more efficient asset tracking and reporting. Additionally, data reconciliation between divisions and consistent monitoring by leadership are crucial for accurate and transparent asset management.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the causes of the Procurement Governance Index (ITKP) value, especially in the e-purchasing indicator, which is still 0 and how to develop a strategy to increase the ITKP value for the e-purchasing indicator within the Ministry of Health. The method used is a qualitative method by conducting interviews and also reviewing documents. The results of the study found that there are factors that cause the ITKP value for the e-purchasing indicator to be 0, including procedural factors that have not been carried out to completion, human resource factors that still have difficulty in dividing the time to complete administrative work on the system, method factors that circulars and socialization have been made ineffective, and external factors, namely bar/service providers who also have a hand in completing the e-purchasing package. The recommended strategy for problem solving is to provide socialization and technical guidance on the flow of the e-purchasing implementation process by a special work team, in addition, applications/monitoring tools can be created to help monitor the implementation of the e-purchasing package, recalculate the workload to ensure the quality of administrative completion work on the system, and conduct socialization to PPK/PP to add clauses to the contract related to the provider's obligation to complete administrative obligations on the electronic catalog system.
