Abstract

The use of ICT has become an important requirement for all sectors, including MSMEs. Effective and efficient communication is critical to the success of MSMEs in competing in an increasingly tight and dynamic market through ChatGPT. This study aims to examine the potential of ChatGPT in improving the communication efficiency of MSMEs. The focus of this study is primarily qualitative. Methods for gathering information included paying close attention and taking detailed notes, with subsequent analysis included data reduction, visualization, and inference. The study arrived at the conclusion that the utilisation of artificial intelligence technologies such as ChatGPT can provide great benefits to MSMEs in improving communication efficiency and overall business management. In the growing digital era, the use of artificial intelligence technology can be a competitive advantage for MSMEs in developing their business.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the implementation of information technology in HR management by adopting the theory of Technology Acceptance Model and Diffusion of Innovation. This research is qualitative in nature by reviewing relevant literature. Data collection techniques included listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the use of information technology can provide various benefits for HR management, such as increasing efficiency, accelerating the decision-making process, and reducing operational costs. The results of this study are also expected to provide added value in decision making for companies in managing their HR.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the role of emotional intelligence in effective leadership more comprehensively and deeply. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques included listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study conclude that emotional intelligence plays an important role in effective leadership. Leaders who have good emotional intelligence will be better able to manage themselves and others, manage conflict, make wise decisions, and provide appropriate support and motivation to their employees.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition, a profound understanding of how corporate culture influences employee performance has become a primary focus for organizational leaders and managers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of corporate culture on employee performance. This study is a qualitative descriptive study that explores previous studies related to corporate culture and employee performance. First, relevant studies were collected regarding corporate culture and employee performance, as well as the possible impacts of these constructs. Subsequently, the author summarized the relevant studies and discussed the concepts of corporate culture and employee performance and how these concepts can be utilized within organizations. The next step is to express the author's views on the potential of corporate culture and employee performance within the organization. The study results indicate that corporate culture, including clear vision and mission, emphasized norms, and employee-focused orientation, significantly influences employee performance. A strong and positive culture shapes an inspirational work environment, motivates employees to contribute their best, enhances productivity, work quality, and teamwork, and provides a competitive advantage for the company in achieving its goals and success. Corporate culture also plays a crucial role in employee retention, attracting top talents, and differentiating the company in the job market.

Abstract

In the era of globalisation and the development of digital technology, the role of technology in various aspects of life is increasing. One of the areas significantly affected is the democratic process in society. This research aims to analyse the transformation of digital technology in increasing people's participation in the democratic process. The current research type is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the transformation of digital technology has brought a significant impact on public participation in the democratic process. The availability of online platforms, easy access to information, and the ability to interact with political leaders have changed the way individuals engage in political decision-making. Despite the positive potential, there are challenges and risks that need to be addressed in order for public participation in the digital era to truly contribute to the strengthening of democratic principles.

Abstract

In this modern era, the role of technology in marketing has undergone significant development along with advances in information and communication technology. Technological innovation has dramatically influenced companies' marketing strategies and has had a great impact on consumer behaviour. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between technological innovation in marketing and how it affects consumer behaviour, with the aim of providing valuable insights for marketing practitioners and business researchers. The method used is a qualitative literature review that focuses on an in-depth understanding of the topic in the time span from 2001 to 2023. The main objective of this method is to identify, analyse, and synthesise relevant scientific literature that has been published in various journals, conference papers, and other academic sources accessible through Google Scholar. The results of this study have highlighted the important role of technology in changing the marketing landscape and consumer behaviour. In the ever-evolving digital age, such changes have a significant impact on the way companies interact with consumers, create value, and maintain their competitiveness.

Abstract

Dalam iklim bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran penting dalam ekonomi, baik secara lokal maupun nasional. Oleh karena itu, UMKM harus menghadapi berbagai tantangan terkait manajemen risiko, kepuasan pelanggan, dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika antara manajemen risiko, kepuasan pelanggan, dan efisiensi operasional dalam konteks UMKM dan bagaimana interaksi ini memengaruhi keberhasilan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif, mengumpulkan data dari publikasi Google Scholar antara tahun 2004 dan 2024. Studi ini mengonfirmasi bahwa manajemen risiko, kepuasan pelanggan, dan efisiensi operasional adalah faktor kunci yang saling terkait dan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM di pasar yang kompetitif. Melalui analisis studi kasus yang relevan, terlihat bahwa strategi manajemen risiko yang efektif dapat membantu UMKM menghadapi ketidakpastian pasar dan mempertahankan stabilitas operasional. Kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi, dicapai melalui kualitas produk dan layanan yang unggul, berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Efisiensi operasional, yang dicapai melalui inovasi teknologi dan perbaikan proses, memungkinkan UMKM untuk mengurangi biaya dan meningkatkan daya saing. Integrasi ketiga faktor ini memungkinkan UMKM untuk menghadapi tantangan pasar dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Every employee wants to succeed, thus many are loyal. Some company loyalists seek justice. Businesses must encourage employee performance to succeed. Motivation, compensation, and work environment affect employee performance. This study analyzes and provides evidence that motivation, compensation, and work environment improve employee performance. This literature review article develops a conceptual framework on employee performance based on motivation, compensation, and work environment theories. According to the literature review, motivation, compensation, and work environment can boost employee performance and corporate performance. This study supports Abraham Maslow's theory (The Need Hierarchy Model) that motivation substantially influences human behavior. Motivation directs persons to their needs. A leader must know his subordinates' requirements. This study's research model and arguments can advance corporate or business management and administration discussions. This research is relevant for future quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research.

Abstract

Transformasi kelembagaan petani menjadi Kelembagaan Ekonomi Petani (KEP) dimaksudkan supaya kelembagaan tani lebih maju dan berorientasi ekonomi. Kelembagaan petani yang bertransformasi menjadi KEP terutama yang berbadan hukum di Kabupaten Cianjur jumlahnya masih sangat sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses serta faktor pendorong dan penghambat transformasi kelembagaan petani menjadi KEP berbadan hukum koperasi di Kabupaten Cianjur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk menemukan, memahami, menganalisis, dan menggambarkan interaksi sosial pada proses transformasi kelembagaan petani menjadi KEP. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengategorikan, menganalisis, menyajikan, dan menyimpulkan data sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, proses transformasi kelembagaan diawali dari jalinan usaha budidaya dan pemasaran cabai. Kementerian Pertanian dan stakeholder lainnya menginisiasi dan memfasilitasi transformasi kelembagaan petani menjadi KEP berbadan hukum koperasi dengan nama Koperasi Maju Berkah Mandiri. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari sosialisasi, koordinasi, diskusi dan pendampingan. Faktor pendorong transformasi kelembagaan yaitu keinginan petani untuk memperbesar jaringan usaha serta pemasaran, terbentuknya jalinan usaha secara informal sebelumnya, keinginan memperoleh kemudahan dalam mengakses permodalan, inisiasi dari pihak lain yang terkait, edukasi melalui sosialisasi dan diskusi. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan petani tentang koperasi, cerita kegagalan koperasi dimasa lalu, kesibukan sebagai petani dan pengurus poktan/gapoktan serta anggapan mengenai pendirian koperasi yang rumit.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) semakin dipercepat oleh integrasi artificial intelligence (AI) dan big data analytics yang memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan strategis di organisasi. AI memungkinkan otomatisasi dalam proses rekrutmen, evaluasi kinerja, serta personalisasi pelatihan, sedangkan big data analytics membantu organisasi mengidentifikasi pola dan tren berbasis data guna meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan 23 artikel yang diseleksi dari Google Scholar periode 2018–2025. Studi kasus dari berbagai perusahaan seperti Unilever, Microsoft, IBM, dan Amazon menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI dan big data analytics dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi bias dalam seleksi karyawan, serta membantu strategi retensi tenaga kerja. Namun, tantangan seperti bias algoritma, resistensi karyawan, serta masalah privasi dan keamanan data tetap menjadi perhatian utama dalam implementasi teknologi ini. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi yang seimbang antara pemanfaatan teknologi dan aspek humanis dalam MSDM agar dapat memaksimalkan manfaat serta memitigasi risiko yang muncul. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi akademik dan praktis terkait pentingnya pendekatan yang etis dan berkelanjutan dalam penggunaan AI dan big data analytics di MSDM, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi organisasi dalam mengadopsi teknologi ini secara efektif.
