Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha dan perencanaan model bisnis dari UMKM Abon Ikan Cakalang Produksi Wadimah di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2021 sampai dengan Mei 2022 di UMKM Abon Wadimah, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, yang akan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer (data hasil observasi dan wawancara) dan data sekunder (buku, jurnal, skripsi). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung ke tempat dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha Abon Wadimah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa Usaha Abon Ikan Cakalang Produksi Wadimah dinyatakan layak secara finansial. Hal ini ditinjau dari nilai keuntungan yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp 50.590.000,00/tahun, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) > 1 sebesar 2,10, Payback Period (PP) sebesar 0,52 tahun (6 bulan, 3 minggu), dan Break Even Point (BEP) produksi sebanyak 192 kg serta Break Even Point (BEP) harga sebesar Rp 92.204,17/kg. Adapun Business Model Canvas pada Usaha Abon Ikan Cakalang Produksi Wadimah meliputi Customer Segment (balita hingga lansia, wanita karir, dan orang yang tidak/suka ikan), Value Proposition (tahan lama, tanpa campuran MSG, gizi tinggi, praktis, dan mudah didapat), Channel (media sosial, marketplace, SMS/telpon, pameran/event tertentu), Customer Relationship (bersikap ramah, memberikan potongan harga/bonus), Revenue Stream (modal pribadi), Key Resource (alat dan tempat produksi serta sumber daya manusia), Key Activity (penerimaan bahan baku, proses pengolahan hingga pengemasan, penjualan, mempertahakan kualitas, hingga melakukan inovasi), Key Partner (supplier, reseller, dinas-dinas terkait, pemilik toko), serta Cost Structure (biaya investasi dan biaya operasional).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di UKM CV. Adisyafidz Barokah Kecamatan Nagreg Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bauran pemasaran, faktor internal dan eksternal, alternatif strategi pemasaran dan aspek finansial di CV. Adisyafidz Barokah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode studi kasus, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling dan accidental sampling, analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks IFE dan EFE didapatkan total nilai skor faktor kekuatan yaitu 1,99, total nilai skor faktor kelemahan 0,77, total nilai skor faktor peluang 1,74, dan total nilai skor ancaman 1,12. Hasil dari analisis matriks strategi didapatkan titik koordinat (0,61;0,31) dan menempati kuadran I yang mendukung strategi agresif dan alternatif strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh CV. Adisyafidz Barokah adalah strategi SO. Dari hasil analisis aspek finansial total penerimaan CV. Adisyafidz Barokah lebih besar dari total biaya yang dikeluarkan yang artinya CV. Adisyafidz Barokah dikatakan untung. Nilai R/C adalah sebesar 1,4, hal tersebut menyatakan bahwa CV. Adisyafidz Barokah usahanya dikatakan untung karena nilai R/C lebih besar dari 1.   This research was conducted at UKM CV. Adisyafidz Barokah Bandung Regency. The purpose of this research is to alternative marketing strategies and financial aspects of CV. Adisyafidz Barokah. The research method used is the case study method, the sampling method used is purposive sampling and accidental sampling, the analysis used is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the IFE and EFE matrix analysis, the total value of the strength factor score was 1.99, the total value of the weakness factor score was 0.77, the total opportunity score was 1.74, and the total threat score was 1.12. The results of the strategy matrix analysis obtained coordinate points (0.61;0.31) and occupy quadrant I which supports aggressive strategies and alternative strategies that can be carried out by CV. Adisyafidz Barokah is an SO strategy. From the results of the analysis of the financial aspects of the total acceptance of CV. Adisyafidz Barokah is greater than the total costs incurred, which means CV. Adisyafidz Barokah is said to be profitable. The R/C value is 1.4, this states that CV. Adisyafidz Barokah his business is said to be profitable because the R/C value is greater than 1.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to design a travel itinerary media that integrates necessary elements from various sources and presents them in an attractive and informative format. The approach used is Design Thinking, which places the user at the center of the design process. Method: The research employs the Design Thinking approach, which involves five main stages: Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Data were collected through direct observation, questionnaires, and analysis of tourist behavior and preferences. The resulting prototype was tested by a representative group of users to assess the functionality and usability of the travel itinerary design. Result: The study culminated in the creation of a tourist itinerary media design, developed through the Design Thinking process. This design effectively integrates essential elements from diverse sources, ensuring it is both visually appealing and informative. Crucially, user testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) produced an average score of 76.75. This score reflects a high level of user satisfaction and confirms the system's strong usability, highlighting the design's potential for enhancing the tourist experience. The positive reception underscores the study's impact in offering a user-friendly and engaging tool for tourism planning. Contribution: The main contribution of this study is the development of a more innovative tourist itinerary design that is in line with user needs. Through the Design Thinking approach, this research provides practical guidance for designing relevant and effective solutions in the tourism industry context.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha melalui analisis finansial jangka pendek dan penerapan Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) pada teknis produksi. Waktu dan Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2023 – Februari 2024 bertempat di UKM Enza Lele. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Metode pengambilan sampel berupa metode purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menganalisa finansial jangka pendek yang meliputi penerimaan dan keuntungan, revenue cost ratio (RC), break event point (BEP), dan rentabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh keuntungan produk lele fillet sebesar Rp. 65.148.000/tahun dan produk lele furai sebesar Rp. 83.472.000/tahun. Produk lele fillet memiliki nilai RC 1,36 dan produk lele furai memiliki nilai RC 1,5, kedua produk tersebut memiliki nilai RC 1 yaitu usaha menguntungkan dan layak diusahakan. Usaha produk lele fillet perlu menjual minimal 5.988 kemasan, sedangkan produk lele furai perlu menjual minimal 5.295 kemasan. Rasio rentabilitas usaha sebesar 60,81% yang berarti usaha mampu menghasilkan keuntungan yang dari modal yang diinvestasikan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi penerapan GMP, UKM Enza Lele sesuai dalam menerapkan standar GMP yang telah ditetapkan oleh peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Nomor 17/PERMEN-KP/2019 Tahun 2019, mencakup pada seleksi bahan baku, penanganan dan pengolahan ikan, penanganan dan penggunaan bahan tambahan, pengemasan, dan penyimpanan hasil produksi.Kata kunci: Analisis Finansial, Good Manufacturing Practice, Lele Fillet, dan Lele furaiABSTRAKThe purpose of this study is to analyze business feasibility through short-term financial analysis and the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to technical production. Time and Place The research will be carried out in December 2023 – February 2024 at Enza Lele UKM. This research uses the case study method. The sampling method is in the form of purposive sampling method. The analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis by analyzing short-term finances which include revenue and profits, revenue cost ratio (RC), break event point (BEP), and profitability. Based on the results of the study, the profit of fillet catfish products amounted to Rp.65.148.000 /year and furai catfish products amounted to Rp 83.472.000/ year. Fillet catfish products have an RC value of 1.36 and furai catfish products have an RC value of 1.5, both products have an RC value of 1, which is a profitable business and worth trying. The fillet catfish product business needs to sell a minimum of 5.988 packaging, While furai catfish products need to sell a minimum of 5.295 packaging. The business profitability ratio is 60,81% which means that the business is able to generate profits from the capital invested. Based on the results of observations on the implementation of GMP, Enza Lele SMEs are in accordance with implementing GMP standards set by the regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 17 / PERMEN-KP / 2019 of 2019, including the selection of raw materials, handling and processing fish, handling and using additional materials, packaging, and storage of production results. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengembangan penghidupan berkelanjutan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui modal penghidupan, faktor yang mempengaruhi, perubahan struktur dan proses, serta pengidentifikasian strategi pada pengembangan penghidupan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan keberlangsungan hidup nelayan di Desa Pananjung. Pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai dari tanggal 17 Juli 2023 hingga 26 Oktober 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method (kualitatif dan kuantitatif) dengan melakukan pengisian kuesioner, wawancara (expert judgement), dan observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling diikuti beberapa kriteria dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dibantu dengan penggunaan skala likert dalam mengukur sikap, pendapat, dan persepsi secara individu ataupun kelompok nelayan. Terdapat dua data utama pada penelitian ini, yaitu aspek kerentanan dan modal penghidupan. Konteks kerentanan berpengaruh terhadap penghidupan masyarakat. Konteks kerentanan nelayan Desa Pananjung memiliki persentase rata-rata sebesar 62,25% yang dikategorikan sangat berpengaruh. Modal penghidupan tertinggi masyarakat nelayan adalah Modal Alam (84,40%) dan dikategorikan sangat baik, namun terdapat ketimpangan pada Modal Finansial (56,67%) yang dikategorikan cukup baik dan dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan keuangan yang kurang baik. Strategi penghidupan yang dilakukan masyarakat nelayan Desa Pananjung berdasarkan hasil analisis adalah Diversifikasi dengan melakukan pekerjaan sambilan berbasis SDA dan non SDA.Title: Strategy Analysis of Sustainable Livelihood Development Among Fishermen Community in Pananjung Village, Pangandaran Subdistrict, Pangandaran DistrictThis study analyzes the development of sustainable livelihoods in order to determine livelihood capital, influencing factors, changes in structures and processes, as well as identifying strategies for developing sustainable livelihoods in improving the welfare and survival of fishermen in Pananjung Village. The research will start from July 17, 2023 to October 26, 2023. The method used is the Mixed Method (qualitative and quantitative) by filling out questionnaires, interviews (expert judgment), and observation. This study used purposive sampling followed by several criteria with the number of respondents as many as 30 peoples. The data analysis method uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis assisted     by the use of likert scale in measuring attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of individuals or groups of fishermen. There are two main data in this study, namely vulnerability aspects and livelihood capital. The context of vulnerability affects people's livelihoods. The context of fishermen's vulnerability Pananjung Village has an average percentage of 62.25% which is categorized as very influential. In fishing communities, the highest livelihood capital is Natural Capital (84.40%) and is categorized as very good, however, there is inequality in Financial Capital (56.67%) which is categorized as quite good and             influenced by poor financial management. The livelihood strategy carried out by the fishing community of Pananjung Village based on the results of the analysis is diversification by doing part-time work based on natural and non-natural resources.

Abstract

From the geographical condition, the potential of marine and fisheries resources in Indonesia is very large. There are many potentials that can be utilised by the community, especially people living in coastal areas. Therefore, many coastal communities make fisheries and marine resources a source of life and livelihood. However, this does not make the condition of the people living in the coastal area prosperous. analyse the exchange rate of gill net fishermen in Parigi Sub-district, Pangandaran Regency and analyse the factors that influence the exchange rate of gill net fishermen in Parigi Sub-district, Pangandaran Regency. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis located in Parigi Sub-district, Pangandaran Regency. The research used purposive sampling method with 40 respondents. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This research analysis uses the Exchange Rate formula and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The average Exchange Rate of Gill Net Fishing Gear Fishermen in Parigi District is 109.72. This shows that the condition of Gill Net fishing gear fishermen in Parigi District is at a fairly prosperous level in meeting the needs of their households because the average obtained is> 100. Factors that influence the Fishermen's Exchange Rate include the Number of Family Dependents (X1), Work Deployment (X2), Income (X3), and Work Experience (X4).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze appropriate marketing strategies that can be applied to the freshwater ornamental fish business in Bandung City. The research will be conducted in a time frame and location from March to April 2024 in Bandung City. The analysis method used is SWOT analysis. The initial stage involves the analysis of internal factors (IFAS) and external factors (EFAS). Next, perform the calculation of the IFE EFE matrix and the formulation of marketing strategies using the grand strategy matrix. Based on the results of the analysis, both internal factors and external factors each have 5 factors. Strengths include Good quality ornamental fish, strategic location, affordable prices, a large selection of fish species, and comfortable and clean stores. Weaknesses include hampered marketing activities, promotion has not been maximized, fish dying from the disease, do not update on social media, and unsatisfactory service. Opportunities include the trend of ornamental fish, the number of ornamental fish suppliers being relatively large, supportive government policies, consumer confidence in products, and ornamental fish as a hobby or decoration. Threats include changes in consumer tastes, increasingly fierce business competition, price games from competitors, the entry of ornamental fish from abroad, and a lack of market information. The results of the grand strategy matrix analysis show that the position of the X-axis (0.48) and the Y-axis (0.42) is in quadrant I, so the right strategy that can be applied is an aggressive strategy (SO) which means utilizing strengths and opportunities. S-O strategies that can be applied include maintaining and improving the quality of ornamental fish, increasing the number of different types of ornamental fish, setting prices that can be reached by consumers, expanding ornamental fish business premises, and arranging and maintaining the cleanliness of business premises. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang tepat yang dapat diterapkan pada usaha ikan hias air tawar di Kota Bandung. Waktu dan lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai bulan April 2024 di Kota Bandung. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT. Tahap pertama dengan melakukan analisis faktor internal (IFAS) dan faktor eksternal (EFAS). Berikutnya melakukan perhitungan matriks IFE EFE dan perumusan strategi pemasaran menggunakan matriks grand strategi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor internal dan faktor eksternal masing-masing memiliki 5 faktor. Kekuatan meliputi Kualitas ikan hias baik, lokasi strategis, harga yang terjangkau, banyak pilihan jenis ikan, dan toko yang nyaman dan bersih. Kelemahan meliputi Kegiatan pemasaran terhambat, promosi belum maksimal, ikan mati karena penyakit, tidak update dimedia sosial, pelayanan yang tidak memuaskan. Peluang meliputi Tren ikan hias mengalami peningkatan, jumlah pemasok ikan hias relatif banyak, kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung, kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk, dan ikan hias sebagai hobi ataupun hiasan. Ancaman meliputi perubahan selera konsumen, persaingan bisnis semakin ketat, permainan harga dari pesaing, masuknya ikan hias dari luar negeri, dan kurangnya informasi pasar. Hasil dari analisis matriks grand strategi menunjukkan posisi sumbu X (0,48) dan sumbu Y (0,42) berada pada kuadran I, maka strategi yang tepat yang dapat diterapkan adalah strategi agresif (SO) yang berarti memanfaatkan kekuatan (strength) dan peluang (opportunities). Strategi SO yang dapat diterapkan antara lain Mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas ikan hias, menambah jumlah jenis ikan hias yang berbeda, menetapkan harga yang dapat dijangkau oleh konsumen, memperluas tempat usaha ikan hias, serta menata dan menjaga kebersihan tempat usaha. Abstract

The amount of seaweed production in Lontar Village which decreases every year needs to be analyzed to increase the amount of seaweed production in Lontar Village. In this study, an analysis of internal and external factors of seaweed cultivation business in Lontar Village will be conducted. Formulation of development directions using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of IFAS and EFAS analysis, internal and external factors have 5 factors. Strengths include people's interest in large seaweed farming businesses, labor is easy to obtain from families and communities, seaweed cultivation technology is simple and easy, large seaweed cultivation areas are available and harvesting and maintenance periods can be arranged. Weaknesses include lack of knowledge and skills in the cultivation business, seaweed is susceptible to pest and disease attacks, the quality and quantity of seeds are not supportive, there is no seaweed processing industry and poor water quality that affects harvesting. Opportunities include export market potential, superior products of government programs, seaweed processing industry, seaweed processing technology and facilities and infrastructure. Threats include the threat of climate change, lack of training from extension workers, fluctuating seaweed prices, loss of generations of seaweed farmers and assistance from the government has not met the needs of farmers and has not been evenly distributed. Based on the results of the matrix analysis, the right strategy applied to seaweed farming business in Lontar Village is the S-O (Progressive) strategy. The S-O (Progressive) strategy consists of investing in innovative technology and training, creating a sustainable seaweed processing industry, utilizing government program support, optimizing the use of cultivated areas and taking advantage of export opportunities. Keywords: SWOT analysis, Seaweed, Lontar Village.

Abstract

Purwakarta Regency has aquaculture production reaching 94.5 thousand tons only from KJA cultivation, making it the area with the highest aquaculture production in West Java. One that has high potential to produce abundant fish cultivation production is the Jatiluhur Reservoir. However, the abundant production of food fish cultivation in the Jatiluhur Reservoir will suffer losses if it is not accompanied by a fast and precise marketing process. This research was carried out in Jatiluhur Reservoir zone 1, Purwakarta District, Purwakarta Regency with research time from October 2023 to February 2024. The aim of this research is to analyze curiosity channel patterns, marketing costs, profits, margins, farmer's share, benefit cost ratio and marketing efficiency of consumption fish cultivated using the KJA cultivation system in Jatiluhur Reservoir zone 1. Sampling in this research used purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods, meanwhile data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results of this research are that the marketing channels for consumption fish are divided into three with marketing channel III being the most efficient, marketing for carp is more efficient than tilapia and the marketing business for consumption fish can be said to be feasible because it has an average BCR value of >1.

Abstract

This research was carried out in zone 1 or at the same time in Cibinong Village, namely at the Tanggul Usman LLASDP Port. This research began in January 2023 until February 2023. The purpose of this research was to analyze the socio-economic conditions of the KJA cultivating community and the factors that affect the performance of the freshwater fish KJA cultivator business in Cibinong Village, Jatiluhur District, Purwakarta Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a total of 30 KJA cultivators as respondents. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the cultivation pattern developed by the KJA business owners in Cibinong Village is the first pattern of cultivating tilapia with catfish and the second pattern is only gold fish which are cultivated in drawstring nets 2. The first net measuring 7 x 7 m is filled with goldfish, the second net is a kolor 2 measuring 7 x 14 m filled with tilapia, and the bottom net is kolor 4 measuring 14 x 14 m filled with catfish. Some of the social and economic factors studied, which have the most influence on the performance of cultivators in the KJA business in Cibinong Village, are owned capital. The fish seeds that were stocked were 40 fish/kg in one cage, 125 kg were stocked in one cage.
