Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and workload on job satisfaction through work school conflict as a mediating variable. Respondent data is taken from Master students with status as employees who study at universities that have A accreditation in DKI Jakarta. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The population is taken using the Hair method in which the number of indicators is multiplied (5-15) (53 x 5) so that 265 samples are obtained). The analytical method used in this study is SEM-PLS 3.0. The results showed that the perception of organizational support had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction but did not affect work school conflict. Workload has a negative effect on satisfaction and a positive and significant effect on work school conflict. Work school conflict plays a role in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction. In addition, workload plays a role in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the employee performance at PT. Leschaco Logistic Indonesia. The population of this research is employees of PT. Leschaco Logistic Indonesia with a total sample of 148 permanent employees. The data analysist method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that internal service quality has an influence on employee perfomance. Furthermore, organizational citizenship behavior act as mediating role between internal service quality and career development on employee performance. However, on the other side, career development has no influence on employee performance. Employee performance is influenced by caring between colleagues and a positive work environment with minimal conflict can increase employee performance. However, self-development which held by the company is not able to increase employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect workload and job characteristics on employee performance through work-school conflict as a mediating variable for employees who are continuing their graduate studies. The research method uses quantitative approaches. The sample selection is done by using Hair Methodl, namely by multiplying 5-15 with indicators (60 indicators), so sample obtained by 300 employees who are continuing their graduate studies in Jakarta. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS 3.0.The result showed that wokload had a positive and significant effect on work-school conflict, but no effect on employee performance. Job characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but no effect on work-school conflict. Work-school conflict had negative and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work-school conflict had full mediated work load on employee performance, but no effect mediating for characteristics to employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of talent management and job rotation on employee engagement mediated by intrinsic motivation. The populations and samples taken were employees in staff positions within Yogyakarta Regional Tax Office with 230 respondents. This research used survey method with a closed questionnaire in the Google-form as research instrument and measured with Likert scale five points. The analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results show that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Talent management also has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Job rotation has a negative and significant effect on employee engagement. Job rotation has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation. The role of intrinsic motivation in mediating the effect of talent management on employee engagement is included in partial mediation with the complementary mediation category. Intrinsic motivation also plays a role in mediating job rotation on employee engagement and is included in partial mediation with the competitive mediation category.

Abstract

Purpose –The hospital is responsible for patient safety during the treatment period. Surgical wound infection is part of the main problem in midwifery services because it can hinder surgical wound healing, increase treatment time and increase treatment costs. As well as increasing the morbidity and mortality rates in obstetric services. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of surgical wound infection on patient care costs. Methodology/approach –The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results showed that post-cesarean surgical wound infection had an impact on finances, namely the high cost of hospital care. This is in accordance with the results of interviews and documentation conducted by researchers. Findings –It was concluded that postoperative wound infection elective caesarean section increased hospital costs. Large annual cost savings can be achieved by reducing the incidence of surgical site infections.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of talent management at Payzett which is dominated by Millennials, assess its effectiveness based on its contribution to the sustainability of organizational performance, and seek the improvement company can do to achieve organizational performance sustainability through talent management toward Millennials. This research is qualitative research conducted at Payzett, a fintech company in Jakarta, Indonesia. There were 14 key informants got involved in this research who are department heads in the company. This research shows that the implementation of talent management at Payzett has not optimally implemented. There are some improvements needed in order to readjust talent management strategy that can meet the needs of millennials in order to increase individual performance and make positive impact on organizational performance sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the quality of internal service at Burger King FSDT in South Jakarta. The population of this research is employees of Burger King FSDT in South Jakarta with a total sample of 126 employees. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Transformational leadership has no effect on the quality of internal services. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the quality of internal services. Training has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Training does not affect the quality of internal services. Organizational culture is not able to mediate between transformational leadership variables and internal service quality. Organizational culture is able to mediate between training variables and internal service quality.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the role of workplace spirituality and knowledge sharing in influencing employee engagement with achievement motivation as a mediating variable.Methodology - Analysis of the model in the study using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMART PLS Software Ver 4.0 with the sample of this study is an educational foundation located in West Jakarta. The research respondents were permanent teachers, totaling 108 teachers.Findings - This study proves that workplace spirituality and achievement motivation affect employee engagement, knowledge sharing does not affect employee engagement,workplace spirituality and knowledge sharing effect on employee engagement mediated by achievement motivation. Novelty/value - Finding meaning in work can have an impact on feeling attached to the organization and have an impact on increasing achievement motivation in carrying out work. Achievement motivation, if managed, implemented, and developed by an organization, can improve or create a work environment that is spiritual and knowledge sharing between employees will work effectively so that later an organization will have employees with a high level of engagement

Abstract

The Indonesian National Police is tasked with ensuring public safety and order, a mission that depends on the efficiency and dedication of its personnel. However, issues like inadequate commitment, limited career progression, and mismatches in skill areas have affected performance. The goal of this research is to examine how a person's dedication to their job, opportunities for career growth, and level of skill impact how well they perform their duties as a member of the Merauke Resort Police force. The study employs a quantitative research method with a survey design to gather data from employees of Merauke Resort Police through questionnaires, which is then subjected to regression analysis for analysis. The findings indicated that the three factors positively impacted the performance of members. High work commitment, optimal career development, good competence, contribute significantly in improving member performance in the Merauke Resort Police. The results offer practical suggestions for the Merauke Resort Police management to enhance these aspects in order to boost the efficiency of their staff, leading to better service delivery to the public.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine the impact of agile leadership on the performance of BTN millennial employees, mediated by talent management and corporate culture Methodology/approach – This study involves Bank BTN employees, referred to as BTNers, categorized as Millennials, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with SmartPLS version 3 software Findings – This research demonstrates that agile leadership significantly influences performance, talent management, and corporate culture. Furthermore, talent management and corporate culture significantly impact performance. Additionally, it was found that talent management and corporate culture can mediate the effect of agile leadership on employee performance Novelty/value – This study delves deeper into the role of agile leaders in shaping talent management and corporate culture, which are crucial for the performance of millennial employees—often characterized as vulnerable and lacking resilience—making this research highly relevant for discussion
