Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leaders, academic culture on of the Sustainability Organization Performance  of University Lecturers in Indonesia of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) era. This study use quantitative research method with survey technique to respond the test hypotheses that have been formulated. The respondents are 150 lecturers, the sampling technique used was cluster random sampling technique. The instrument of transformational leader, academic lecture and Sustainability Organization Performance  were validated with the product moment correlation, while reliability was measured by the Alpha Cronbach. Hypothesis testing using path analysis. The results of data analysis using path analysis, showed that, (1) there is the effect of direct transformational leaders on the lecturers Sustainability Organization Performance , (2) there is the effect of direct academic culture on the lecturers Sustainability Organization Performance , and (3) there is the effect of direct sinergic transformational leaders on the lecturers academic culture. Implications of research efforts to bring down the lecturers Sustainability organization Performance , the effectiveness of sinergic transformational leaders must be increased, the improve the effectivity of academic culture.           Keyword:  Sinergic Transformational Leaders, Academic Culture On The Sustainability Organization Performance

Abstract

Objectives: This study aims to analyze the role of perceived organizational support and job characteristics in the effect of work-school conflict on employee performance.Methodology: The population of this study is employees who work in several agencies in Jakarta, who are also master’s degree students in private universities which are excellence accredited, located in region of Jakarta, with a total sample of 275 respondents. The data analysis was conducted through Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM).Finding: The results showed that work-school conflict has a negative effect on employee performance. Perceived organizational support has a positive effect on employee performance. This study found that organizational support was not able to weaken the effect of work-school conflict on employee performance in employees who were also students. Job characteristics have a positive effect on employee performance.Conclusion: The condition of a person playing multiple roles can cause stress, busy activities, and disturbances that have an impact on sub-optimal performance. Employees believe that the organization cares for and supports them, which is shown fairly in the decisions taken, the existence of good rewards, good working conditions, and support from superiors that will improve employee performance. Variation in skills, task identity, task autonomy, and feedback can affect employee performance, because the greater the diversity of work activities carried out, the more meaningful a person will feel. If a worker who is also a student is not able to manage the role conflict between work and school, the job characteristics will not be able to reduce the conflict, and it will impact to the decrease of employee performance.

Abstract

Business resilience research has increased rapidly and received attention from researchers. However, the literature still provides few definitions, measurements, and variables that affect the concept. Therefore, there is still a gap in contributing the latest knowledge related to these fields and putting it in this journal article. On this occasion, researchers pay special attention to the resilience of SMEs in developing countries. The importance of SME business for the national economy so that it requires attention in resilience research. The researcher applies a well-structured systematic literature review procedure. This journal article offers (1) a review of the SME resilience literature from 2015 to November 2021, consisting of 72 articles, and (2) a review, specifically for developing countries. This review concludes that the definition of resilience varies widely, and its measurement and the factors that influence it vary widely. Not much resilience research has paid attention to the context of SMEs in developing countries. Based on the review results, researchers present features that can distinguish resilience; provide an alternative to add to the theoretical basis for research on resilience in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepribadian terhadap stres kerja, dan perilaku kewargaan. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Klinik Laboratorium Prodia cabang Menteng, sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan penelitian adalah bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kewargaan, namun iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Kepribadian tipe A berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja, sedangkan kepribadian tipe B tidak berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Kepribadian tipe A tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan, sedangkan kepribadian tipe B tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan. Terakhir, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan.The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational climate and personality on job stress and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses all employees Clinical Lab. Prodia branch Menteng is using saturated sample in order to obtain a sample of 50 employees. The approach that is used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Results show that the organizational climate provides a positive and significant effect on the behavior of citizenship. Then the organizational climate does not give effect to job stress. Then type A personality has significant impact on job stress while type B personality does not have a significant impact on job stress. Type A personality does not have a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, while personality type B does not have a significant impact on the organizational citizenship behavior. And the last job stress does not influence the organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all aspects of human life, including public organizations. An organization requires management related to efforts to achieve goals that depend on the performance of the individual organization in carrying out the assigned tasks. This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and workload during the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) technicians with an analysis focus on the comparison of generations X, Y, and Z. The population in this study were BMKG technicians who were scattered throughout in Indonesia by calculating the sample using the Slovin formula. The method used in this research is quantitative with instrument testing to determine the validity and reliability of the data, then classical assumption test, model accuracy test and hypothesis. The results of the study show that the data are normally distributed and valid, and transformational leadership has a positive effect with the largest value on Y generation, and workload has the largest positive effect on X generation.

Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to find out knowledge management and motivation to improve managerial competence of a functional official of the Mining Inspector, an intermediate expert in provincial placements throughout Indonesia. Methodology: This review paper applies the keyword Green Competence (GC) and its relation to Green Knowledge Management (GKM), and Green Motivation (GM) from internet were published in 2017 or later. A preselect process conducted to figure out the suitable scientific paper related to Green Competence. Among hundreds of articles, we examine 24 from those which related to GC and its to GKM, and GM. Finding: This review paper revealed that there is a research gaps in this topic and this review paper also proposes a research framework for further research.Conclusion: A research conducted based on this review paper is important in order to enhance the competence of the inspectors who work in mining industry (mining inspector) in each province in Indonesia. Consequently, those mining inspector can carry out a technical supervision and environmental supervision towards Good Mining Practices (GMP).

Abstract

Proporsi keterlibatan perempuan dari masa awal tahun 1980 hingga tahun 2000 sudah banyak perubahan yang dapat dilihat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari namun masih adanya diskriminasi terhadap perempuan ini dapat dilihat dari dunia kerja yang di mana eksitensinya telah diakui namun belum menunjukkan hal yang signifikan  jika dilihat dari asas kesetaraan. Hal ini tercermin dari rendahnya keterlibatan perempuan dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan dalam organisasi baik di tingkat pemerintahan maupun tingkat politik. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pra survei lapangan dengan pendekatan literatur Pustaka dan data sekunder dari BPS (Biro Pusat Statistik) Dki Jakarta yang penulis ambil dan jadikan data penguat dalam jurnal ini. Dari hasil di atas menujukan adanya ketidak signifikan yang terjadi pada perempuan terhadap kinerja mereka di organisasi pemerintah, yang berakibat pada menurunnya performa yang di akibatkan pada tidak dapatnya mereka untuk berkarir lebih di bandingkan dari peria yang dapat Mengembangkan Karir Mereka Hingga Pada Level Tertinggi Pada Organisasi Pemerintah.

Abstract

Work engagement is one of the crucial aspects that a lecturer must possess. This research aims to provide an overview of the relationship between career development and work engagement among employees, including lecturers. The references for this study were obtained from Google Scholar, with specific criteria spanning from 2014 to 2023, focusing on work engagement dimensions of vigor, dedication, and absorption. The research findings indicate variations in the connection between career development and work engagement. These differences are believed to be attributed to organizational support and length of service factors. Over the past decade, no significant association has been found between career development and work engagement among lecturers in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research analyzes the relationship between sustainability practices and business outcomes in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Sustainability in the context of SMEs managed by the head of the family (a one-man show) is characterized by the ability of SMEs to survive and succeed in a dynamic, competitive, and challenging business environment. SMEs must adapt to the changing environment and take strategies to achieve a balance between the Triple Bottom Line, namely people, planet, and profit, reducing pollution and degrading resources in the long term. The purpose of this article is to comprehend the nature of the sustainability of SMEs managed by the family's head. The results of the analysis show that SMEs must be able to survive economic and social changes, engage in responsible and ethical business practices, use natural resources effectively and protect the environment, and provide high-quality products and services. The results of this paper are in the form of metrics to measure how well SMEs meet the needs of stakeholders. With this sustainability metric, SMEs can observe further using the theme of sustainable practices. Thematic network analysis looks into the following major topics: (1) environmental concern behavior; (2) image and reputation; (3) economic interests; (4) social; and (5) environment. This study also discusses the important implications for SMEs who want to improve performance based on the Triple Bottom Line Theory and business sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, teamwork on employee engagement mediated by achievement motivation. The method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study is halo BCA employees who work for more than a year total 292 employees. The sampling technique using accidental sampling (convenience sampling) with the slovin formula was obtained by 168 respondents. Data analysis using SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. The results showed that organizational culture variables, achievement motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Teamwork does not have a positive effect on employee engagement, and teamwork through mediation of achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employees, as well as mediated by achievement motivation, organizational culture and teamwork can strengthen the influence on employee engagement at halo BCA BSD.
