Abstract

ModernTraditional Market (PTM) of Bengkulu City based on the 4P concept (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and the STP approach (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) in an effort to increase income and compete in the digital era. In addition, this study also explores the application of Islamic values ​​​​in the marketing strategies applied. To test this, researchers used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. From the results of the study, the results of the study indicate that the 4P-based marketing strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) is well implemented by traders in PTM Bengkulu City. Traders are able to adjust products to developing trends, set flexible prices, rely on physical stores for distribution, and carry out traditional promotions. Meanwhile, in the application of STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), traders apply segmentation based on demographics and shopping behavior, targeting certain segments such as teenagers and the lower middle class, and positioning quality products that are relevant to trends but remain affordable. Islamic values ​​including shiddiq (honest), amanah (trustworthy), tabligh (transparently conveying information), and fathanah (intelligent) are also applied by traders in their marketing strategies. The application of these values ​​helps build consumer trust and maintain good long-term relationships. Thus, this marketing strategy not only helps traders in facing digital competition, but also creates consumer integrity and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the writing skills of students in class XI MIPA in 2 SMAN 7 Kediri through picture series. The objective of the study to know how picture series can improve students’ ability in writing explanation text through Picture Series. CAR is carried out through a cycle consisting of four stages, starting with planning the action, continuing with the action learning and observation activities and ends with a reflection for study and analyze data obtained through action. This research was conducted in one cycle, the criteria of success if 80% of students score above the KKM 75 and with an average score of at least 80. Data were collected from observations, tests, and documentation. The findings in this study found that the use of picture series significantly improved students' writing skills. This can be seen from the average in preliminary test score was 61.75 and the cycle test score of 80.62, increasing to 18,87 based on the criteria of success above, this research considered as successful. This research shows that therefore, using picture series can improve students' writing skills.

Abstract

Abstract: The motivation behind this study was to decide the reaction of EFL students to the use of Digital Storytelling in learning Listening based on understanding. The researcher collected the sample for this study administered 30 participants from six-semester EFL students of English Department. This research is included in the quantitative approach and the research design used is quantitative survey research. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Judging from the survey results, the responses of EFL students to the use of Digital Storytelling in Listening Skills learning were positive and the final results of the questionnaire which consisted of 10 total items showed a pleasant classification. The findings of this study shows that 30% strongly agree to the statement “Moving pictures in digital storytelling help you understand the story being told”. Meanwhile, there were 0% participant chose strongly disagree. This study intends to examine EFL students' responses to the use of Digital Storytelling in learning Listening skills. As well as to investigate how EFL students feel about using Digital Storytelling. The data shows that Digital Storytelling is an effective language-learning media. Abstract

This research will study the heritage of historical buildings in the colonial era in Medan city. Among them are the London Sumatra Building, Bank Indonesia, Post Office, City Hall Building, and Tirtanadi Tower. In obtaining the data needed to conduct research, researchers conducted a historical research method consisting of four steps: (1) Heuristics, which is collecting historical sources that are interconnected with the topic of the research study. At this stage, the author prepares to collect historical sources in the form of documents, archives, books, documentation, interviews, and tracing photos, maps. Photo and map searches can be done for verification. At this stage, the author conducts source criticism to test whether the historical sources are authentic and credible. All historical sources that have been collected will be tested through internal and external criticism. Internal criticism is carried out to find the validity of the source, while external criticism is carried out to determine the extent to which the validity and authenticity of the sources obtained can be accounted for. After these two steps are carried out, all data that has been validated is then grouped based on the topic of study to be researched. 3. Interpretation. At this stage, the author interprets historical sources into a unified understanding or story about the event. (4) Historiography At this stage, the author reconstructs the events of the past with me.

Abstract

Penalaran kombinatorik dalam pembelajaran matematika tidak bisa dipisahkan. Memiliki kemampuan penalaran kombinatorik, dapat mempermudah siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita. Namun, selama ini penalaran kombinatorik masih kurang mendapat perhatian dan pemahaman tentang penalaran kombinatorik masih jarang diteliti. Penelitian ini mengkaitkan penalaran kombinatorik dan kepribadian, sebab keduanya saling berhubungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penalaran kombinatorik siswa SMA dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita berdasarkan tipe kepribadian MBTI. Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Responden penelitian yaitu kelas X-7 SMAN 1 kertosono. Siswa kelas X-7 terdiri dari 36. Pemilihan subjek penelitian dilihat dari hasil tipe kepribadian MBTI yang memiliki skor tertinggi dan semua indikator muncul. Instrumen utama pada penelitian ini adalah peneliti, sedangkan instrumen pendukung adalah tes MBTI dan Soal cerita terkait penalaran kombinatorik. Hasil penelitian ISFJ teliti dan jeli mengivestigasi berbagai faktor, mempertimbangkan kemungkinan semua dapat muncul, mengevaluasi dan mengeneralisasi penggunaan strategi. ENTP mempersiapkan diri sebelum mengivestigasi berbagai faktor, cepat dalam menganalisis soal, konsep yang digunakan, ENTP cepat menentukan strategi yang tepat mempertimbangkan kemungkinan semua dapat muncul, mengevaluasi dan mengeneralisasi penggunaan strategi. ENFJ tidak detail dalam mengivestigasi berbagai faktor, mempertimbangkan kemungkinan semua dapat muncul, mengevaluasi dan mengeneralisasi penggunaan strategi. ISFJ dan ENTP sama-sama menggunakan odometer complete dan ENFJ menggunakan Emerging Strategy dalam strategi numerasi.

Abstract

TikTok has become a primary space for urban teenagers in South Jakarta to express themselves and shape their social identity amidst the pressures of modern lifestyle. Its function has gone beyond mere entertainment, serving as a platform for existence and the pursuit of social recognition. Teenagers face various social pressures that push them to follow trends and present themselves visually through content related to fashion, social activities, and participation in viral phenomena. This study aims to understand how the urban youth lifestyle is reflected in TikTok content, and how social demands and the desire for existence shape their digital behavior. Using a qualitative method with an interpretive paradigm and a case study strategy, data were collected through content observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The theoretical framework applied is hedonism, which explains how individuals seek pleasure and recognition from their social environment. The findings reveal that TikTok plays a significant role in influencing the lifestyle and identity formation of teenagers, where digital existence becomes an essential part of their self-actualization process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendefinisikan “strategi pengembangan usaha khas Samarinda”. Fokus pertama kajian ini adalah bagaimana pelaku usaha memanfaatkan strategi pengembangan tersebut untuk mendongkrak penjualan. Dalam penelitian ini, penelitian deskriptifkualitatif dan analisis SWOT digunakan. Selain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik analisis SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats) juga digunakan. Strategi perusahaandikembangkan dengan mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor secara metodis menggunakan teknik yangdisebut analisis SWOT. Sebagai metode pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan wawancara denganpemilik Amplang Kuku Macan dan melakukan observasi langsung.

Abstract

Perkembangan bioteknologi dalam pemulian tanaman memungkinkan peningkatan karakter penting tanaman dengan waktu yang lebih cepat. Salah satunya melalui teknologi clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats (CRISPR) / CRISPR-associated protein 9 (Cas9). Penggunaan bioteknologi ini mampu mengedit gen tanaman untuk perbaikan karakter pada tanaman mentimun seperti untuk mengatur karakter agronomis seperti bentuk buah, rasa, tampilan buah, hingga perawakan tanaman. Selain itu teknologi ini genome editing dengan CRISPR/Cas9 juga memungkinkan peningkatkan ketahanan tanaman mentimun terhadap stress abiotik seperti salinitas dengan modulasi gen CsAKT1 yang mengatur transport ion K+, serta ketahanan terhadap stress biotik seperti penyakit jamur tepung (Powdery Mildew) dengan modulasi gen ketahanan Powdery Mildew (CsMLO8) dan virus mosaik pada mentimun dengan modulasi gen Eukaryotic Initiation Transcription Factor 4e (eIF4E).

Abstract

Abstract Character building in students is very urgent and fundamental, so parents and teachers are responsible for building and growing students in the school environment in general and in the learning process. The hope is that people with character will be formed with the various policies contained in the school program. Research that uses the library search method is to study and describe the activities related to handshakes/shakes as an effort to build character in students. The results of the handshake activity research with habituation patterns and modeling. The stages of the research carried out were: (1) Collecting data: from the review process of journals related to children's personality development, as well as information related to character education, implemented into modules so as to obtain the information needed for research. (2) Data reduction: explore, classify, direct, separate data that is not needed, and organize data in such a way as to arrive at final conclusions and be verified. (3) Data presentation: reviewing the benefits of research and providing conclusions and taking actions from possible data, so that some general conclusions are obtained Through handshakes, the formation of students' character, politeness is realized. Done with habituation every day, when coming and going home. Characters that are built with the habit of shaking hands are polite to others, both older and younger. The stages of this activity include 3 stages, namely routine school activities, spontaneous activities, and example. Keywords:Charakter building, handshake, school activities Abstrak Pembentukan karakter pada siswa merupakan hal yang sangat urgen dan fundamental, sehingga orang tua dan guru bertanggung jawab membangun dan menumbuhkan pada diri siswa di lingkungan sekolah umumnya dan dalam proses pembelajaran. Harapannya adalah agar terbentuk insan-insan yang berkarakter dengan berbagai kebijakan yang tertuang dalam program sekolah. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library Search) penelitian mempelajari dan mendeskripsikan terkait dengan kegiatan jabat tangan/salaman sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter pada siswa. Hasil penelitian kegiatan salaman dengan pola pembiasaan dan pemodelan. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah: (1) Mengumpulkan data: dari proses review jurnal-jurnal terkait perkembangan kepribadian anak, juga informasi terkait pendidikan karakter, diimplementasikan kedalam modul sehingga mendapatkan informasi yang diperlukan untuk penelitian. (2) Reduksi data : mendalami, menggolongkan, mengarahkan, memisahkan data yang tidak dibutuhkan, dan mengatur data sedemikian rupa untuk sampai pada kesimpulan akhir dan diverifikasi. (3) Penyajian data: mengkaji manfaat penelitian dan memberikan kesimpulan dan pengambilan tindakan dari data yang memungkinkan, sehingga diperoleh beberapa simpulan umum. Melalui salaman pembentukan karakter siswa sopan santun di wujudkan. Dilakukan dengan pembiasaan setiap hari, saat datang dan akan pulang. Karakter yang dibangun dengan pembiasaan salaman adalah sopan santun terhadap sesame, baik yang lebih tua maupun yang lebih muda. Tahapan kegiatan ini meliputi 3 tahapan, yaitu kegiatan rutin sekolah, kegiatan spontan, dan keteladanan Kata Kunci: Pendidikan karakter, Salaman, kegiatan sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of management psychology in the dynamics of group work within organizational settings. Management psychology integrates psychological principles with managerial strategies to understand, guide, and manage individual behaviors in groups, aiming to foster harmonious collaboration and optimal productivity. Using a literature review approach, this study analyzes various academic sources including peer-reviewed journals, scholarly books, and previous research relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that several psychological factors—such as open interpersonal communication, participative leadership styles, appropriate motivational strategies, and effective conflict resolution—play a critical role in shaping team performance and cohesion. Leaders who are able to understand the emotional conditions, psychological needs, and potential of each team member can create a supportive and positive work environment that encourages engagement and shared goals. Moreover, clarity of roles, recognition of individual contributions, and the cultivation of a sense of belonging within the organization further strengthen team dynamics. This study recommends the implementation of organizational psychology training for managers and team leaders to enhance their ability to manage group interactions wisely, adaptively, and humanely. By applying psychological insights in group management, organizations can improve overall effectiveness through strong collaboration, mutual respect, and collective commitment.
