Abstract

ISPA is the main cause of morbidity and mortality from infectious diseases in the world. ARI is still the main cause of infant and toddler mortality in Indonesia. From several SKRT results it is known that 80 to 90% of all cases of ISPA deaths are caused by pneumonia. This Field Practice is intended so that cadres are able and willing to carry out their duties, namely helping the community to be able to help themselves and participate actively in the field of health. They need to be prepared and developed. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The research design uses an analytic descriptive design. The results of the participant's pre-test and post-test scores, namely the pre-test score has an average (mean) of 165.5 and the post-test value data has an average increase of 220. These changes indicate that the Health Cadres experienced an increase in knowledge after participating in Cadre Empowerment activities. It can be proven that the material given to the participants during the training session is proven to be able to increase the knowledge and understanding of the participants significantly, due to a significant increase in score.

Abstract

ISPA is a disease that often occurs in children. WHO estimates that the incidence of ARI in developing countries with under-five mortality rates above 40 per 1000 live births is 15-20% per year in the under-five age group. According to WHO, approximately 13 million children under five in the world die every year, where ARI is one of the main causes of death by killing ± 4 million children under five each year. The results of the pretest and posttest showed that there was a significant change in the participants' pretest and posttest scores, namely the pretest score data had an average increase of 165.5 and the posttest value data had an average increase of 220. This shows that there is a difference in the average score. -the average of participants based on pretest and posttest scores. It is hoped that through this activity it will be able to increase the knowledge, awareness and ability and behavior of the community to create a clean and healthy environment and behavior. So that it can reduce the incidence of ARI and improve environmental health conditions, by educating cadres in the working area of the Palapa Health Center in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Abstrak Nilai IKM Puskesmas Wanakaya tahun 2021 adalah sebesar 61,55 yang masuk dalam kategori tidak puas. Kepuasan pasien adalah keadaan senang atau bahagia yang dialami pasien selama menggunakan suatu pelayanan kesehatan. Pembentukan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan bergantung pada beberapa faktor, seperti tangible atau bukti langsung, reliability atau kehandalan petugas kesehatan, responsiveness atau daya tanggap petugas kesehatan, assurance atau jaminan tenaga kesehatan, dan empathy atau perhatian petugas kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutu layanan tenaga kesehatan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Wanakaya Kecamatan Haurgeulis Kabupaten Indramayu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 138 pasien rawat jalan yang sudah mendapatkan pelayanan dari tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Wanakaya, Kecamatan Haurgeulis, Kabupaten Indramayu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Pearson Product Moment dan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian uji Pearson Product Moment menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara mutu layanan tenaga kesehatan dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy dengan kepuasan pasien. Hasil uji Regresi Linear Berganda menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara mutu tenaga kesehatan (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles) secara simultan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Wanakaya, Kecamatan Haurgeulis, Kabupaten Indramayu. Saran yang dapat disampaikan hendaknya dapat mengevaluasi kembali standar waktu pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien, sehingga waktu tunggu pasien dapat lebih singkat Kata kunci: Assurance, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, Tangibles

Abstract

Hasil pengawasan sanitasi alat angkut beberapa kapal KKP Kelas II Panjang Tahun 2021-2022 tidak memenuhi syarat karena ditemukannya vektor, sehingga dilakukan penyehatan alat angkut sebanyak 3 dan 5 kapal atau sebesar 10% dari jumlah kapal yang berlayar. Hal ini sesuai dengan Permenkes No 40 tahun 2015 tentang Sertifikat Sanitasi Kapal yang menerangkan bahwa kondisi sanitasi dan temuan vektor merupakan faktor risiko kesehatan masyarakat yang tidak dapat diketahui keberadaannya pada pasal 13. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahui penerapan sanitasi dan keberadaan vektor di kapal penumpang di Pelabuhan Bakauheni. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian observasi dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional . Populasinya adalah seluruh kapal penumpang yang melakukan perjalanan dan berlabuh di Pelabuhan Bakauheni pada tahun 2024 berjumlah 58 Kapal. Peneliti membuat daftar kapal dan perusahaan pelayaran operatornya dan menetapkan rasio sebesar 50%, sehingga sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 30 kapal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa distribusi frekuensi kondisi sanitasi kapal yang memenuhi syarat untuk ruang penumpang 100%, ruang rakit makanan 100%, ruang gudang sebesar 96,7% , serta pengelolaan tempat sampah sebesar 100%. Sedangkan untuk kondisi keberadaan vektor yang tidak memenuhi syarat sebesar 63,3%. Diharapkan kondisi keberadaan vektor menjadi bahan evaluasi terhadap operator pengelola kapal untuk melakukan kegiatan pengendalian vektor secara terpadu.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengalaman pasien selama perawatan dan tingkat kepuasan mereka semakin menjadi perhatian utama sebagai penunjuk kualitas di banyak negara dengan sistem kesehatan yang maju. Menurut Bull, pengalaman pasien dapat diartikan sebagai "apa" yang terjadi selama suatu episode perawatan dan "bagaimana" hal itu dirasakan dari sudut pandang pasien, sementara kepuasan pasien lebih mencakup harapan pribadi dan opini subjektif terhadap perawatan yang diterima. Meskipun keduanya berbeda, keduanya saling terkait secara kompleks dan berdampak signifikan satu sama lain serta pada hasil perawatan. Melakukan intervensi berupa sosialisasi aplikasi Mobile JKN dalam upaya mengurangi antrian panjang di Klinik Kedaton Medical Center. Data awal bersifat kualitatif dan data tersebut akan dianalisis prioritas dan pemecahan masalah dengan berbagai pendekatan. Metode CARL merupakan metode untuk menentukan prioritas masalah ketika data yang tersedia bersifat kualitatif. Kemudian Analisis fishbone merupakan diagram yang umum digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan suatu masalah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, di dapatkan bahwa “waktu tunggu antrian pelayanan yang panjang” merupakan prioritas masalah dari kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan Kesehatan di klinik Kedaton Medical Center. Adapun akar masalah yang menjadi prioritas yaitu “sosialisasi alur pendaftaran antrian online yang belum maximal”. Prioritas masalah pada analisis kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Klinik Kedaton Medical Center adalah waktu tunggu antrian pelayanan yang Panjang dan Akar masalah utama yaitu sosialisasi alur pendaftaran antrian online yang belum maksimal. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Waktu Tunggu, Sosialisasi Alur Pendaftaran  ABSTRACT Patients' experiences during care and their level of satisfaction are increasingly becoming a primary concern as indicators of quality in many countries with advanced health systems. According to Bull, patient experience can be defined as "what" happens during an episode of care and "how" it is perceived from the patient's perspective, while patient satisfaction encompasses more personal expectations and subjective opinions regarding the care received. Although the two are different, they are complexly interrelated and have a significant impact on each other and on treatment outcomes. Carry out intervention in the form of socializing the Mobile JKN application in an effort to reduce long queues at the Kedaton Medical Center Clinic. The initial data is qualitative in nature and this data will be analyzed for priorities and problem solving using various approaches. The CARL method is a method for determining problem priorities when the available data is qualitative. Then fishbone analysis is a diagram that is commonly used to analyze the factors that cause a problem. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that "long service queue waiting times" was a priority problem in patient satisfaction with health services at the Kedaton Medical Center clinic. The root of the problem that is the priority is "socialization of the online queue registration flow which is not yet optimal". The priority problem in the analysis of patient satisfaction with health services at the Kedaton Medical Center Clinic is the long waiting time for service queues and the main root of the problem is the socialization of the online queue registration flow which has not been maximized. Keyword: Satisfaction, Waiting Time, Registration Flow Socialization

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi di pondok pesantren meliputi beberapa hal seperti yang paling sering dikeluhkan yaitu nyeri kepala, kemudian urutan kedua diare, dan urutan ketiga yaitu demam. Nyeri kepala merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang paling banyak dikeluhkan oleh santriwan dan santriwati di pondok pesantren Al-Firdaus, nyeri kepala termasuk ke dalam 9 kasus yang menyebabkan pasien datang menemui dokter .Nyeri kepala dapat timbul karena inflamasi atau traksi dari struktur peka nyeri, vasodilatasi, dan kontraksi otot. Hampir semua struktur intrakranial yang peka nyeri dipersarafi oleh neuron trigeminovaskular, terutama divisi oftalmika, sehingga gejala nyeri kepala banyak terkait mata atau dahi . Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Januari tahun 2024 yaitu Diikuti sebanyak 88 orang peserta kepada santriwan dan satriwati di pondok pesantren Al-Firdaus. dengan metode membagikan kuisioner Pengetahuan sebanyak dua kali saat sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan. hasil kueisioner sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan (pre test) dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan (post test) diperoleh adanya peningkatan sebanyak 56,8 % yang didapatkan dari 28,4% sebelum diberikan penyulahan dan meningkat menjadi 85,2%. Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai faktor penyebab nyeri kepala pada santriwan dan santriwati di pesantren Al-Firdaus Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan Nyeri Kepala, Santriwan-Santriwati, Pondok Pesantren.  ABSTRACT Health problems that often occur in Islamic boarding schools include several things, such as the most frequently complained about headaches, then second place is diarrhea, and third place is fever. Headaches are one of the health problems most frequently complained about by female students at the Al-Firdaus Islamic boarding school. Headaches are included in the 9 cases that cause patients to come to see a doctor. Headaches can arise due to inflammation or traction of pain-sensitive structures, vasodilation , and muscle contractions. Almost all pain-sensitive intracranial structures are innervated by trigeminovascular neurons, especially the ophthalmic division, so that many headache symptoms involve the eyes or forehead. This service activity was carried out on January 22 2024, namely 88 participants attended the Islamic boarding school students and female students at the Al-Firdaus Islamic boarding school. by distributing the Knowledge questionnaire twice before and after the counseling is given. The results of the questionnaire before counseling (pre test) and after counseling (post test) showed an increase of 56.8% which was obtained from 28.4% before counseling was given and increased to 85.2%. The conclusion is that there is increased knowledge regarding the factors that cause headaches in female students at the Al-Firdaus Islamic boarding school in Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Knowledge of Headache, Female Students, Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Stunting in toddlers is a nutrition problem in the world today, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia. Based on the 2022 stunting population in Lampung Province of 15.2%. Puskesmas Panjang is one of the Puskesmas in Bandar Lampung with the highest stunting rate of 566 people (22.9%). The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of growth failure (stunting) in children aged 0 - 59 months at Puskesmas Panjang, Bandar Lampung. Type of quantitative research with a case control approach. The scope of researchers at Puskesmas Panjang Health Center in Bandar Lampung. The research was conducted in May 2023. The population in the study were all mothers who had children aged 0 - 59 months, with a sample of 162 children. The variables in the study were early breastfeeding initiation, exclusive breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and environmental sanitation with the incidence of stunting. Data collection using questionnaires, data analysis by univariate (frequency distribution), bivariate (chi square) and multivariate (logistic regression). The results showed that there is a significant relationship with the incidence of stunting is Early Breastfeeding Initiation (p-value = 0.008; OR = 2.60), exclusive breastfeeding history (p-value = 0.000; OR = 4.98), history of complementary feeding (p-value = 0.001; OR = 3.20), Environmental Sanitation (p-value = 0.001; OR = 3.31). Exclusive breastfeeding is the dominant variable on the incidence of stunting in children (p-value = 0.001; OR = 4.027).  Research suggestions are expected to educate and understand, counseling or installing posters to the community, especially pregnant women and mothers who have toddlers in the form of the importance of the role of exclusive breastfeeding for toddlers where exclusive breastfeeding affects the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Keywords: Stunting, Malnutrition, Growth and Development  ABSTRAK Stunting pada balita merupakan permasalahan gizi di dunia saat ini terutama di negara-negara berkembang, termasuk indonesia. Berdasarkan populasi stunting tahun 2022 di Provinsi Lampung sebesar 15,2%. Puskesmas Panjang merupakan salah satu Puskesmas di Bandar Lampung dengan angka stunting tertinggi sebanyak 566 orang (22,9%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahui determinan growth failure (stunting) pada anak usia 0 – 59 bulan di Puskesmas Panjang Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Case Control. Ruang lingkup peneliti di Puskesmas Panjang Bandar Lampung. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Mei 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak usia 0 - 59 bulan, dengan sampel 162 anak. Variabel dalam penelitian yaitu Inisiasi menyusui dini, ASI Eksklusif, MP-ASI, dan Sanitasi Lingkungan dengan kejadian stunting. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data secara univariat (distribusi frekuensi), bivariat (chi square) dan multivariat (regresi logistik). Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian stunting adalah Inisiasi Menyusui Dini (p–value = 0,008; OR = 2.60), riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif (p–value = 0,000 ; OR = 4.98), riwayat pemberian MP-ASI (p–value = 0,001 ; OR = 3.20), Sanitasi Lingkungan (p–value = 0,001 ; OR = 3.31). Asi Eksklusif merupakan variabel dominan terhadap Kejadian Stunting pada anak ( p–value = 0,001 ; OR = 4.027).  Saran penelitian diharapkan melakukan edukasi dan pemahaman, penyuluhan atau pemasangan poster kepada masyarakat terutama ibu hamil dan ibu yang memiliki balita berupa pentingnya peran ASI Eksklusif untuk balita diaman ASI Eksklusif berpengaruh terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita.                   Kata Kunci: Stunting, Gizi Buruk, Tumbuh Kembang

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nowadays healthcare industry has moved towards continuous quality improvement. Thus, health care managers must include patient-centered care activities as a major component. For this reason, patient satisfaction is a quality improvement tool for the overall performance of health facility organizations. Hospitals as health facilities must be able to realize good quality, but there is still patient dissatisfaction with hospital services, including the Prima Qonita Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA), Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra Province. Therefore, researchers want to focus on analyzing the hospital's outpatient satisfaction factors. Analyzing patient satisfaction factors at the RSIA Prima Qonita outpatient clinic, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra Province. The method used is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The samples taken were 388 with accidental sampling techniques. The independent variables assessed were physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), and assurance (assurance) and  empathy (empathy). Bivariate test using spearman correlation test and multivariate using linear regression test. Based on the results of the Spearman Correlation test, the physical evidence factor (r= 0.340), the empathy factor (r= 0.398), the reliability factor (r= 0.409), the responsiveness factor (r= 0.447), and the assurance factor (r= 0.434) were obtained. The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained a p value of 0.000 and a coefficient B value of 1.19 for the empathy variable. Each factor of physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance statistically influences patient satisfaction with health services in outpatient clinics. Manajer pelayanan kesehatan harus memasukan kegiatan perawatan yang berpusat pada pasien sebagai komponen utamanya. Kepuasaan pasien menjadi alat peningkatan kualitas untuk kinerja organisasi sarana kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Rumah sakit sebagai sarana kesehatan harus mampu mewujudkan kualitas yang baik, namun masih ditemukan ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit termasuk Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Prima Qonita Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Menganalisis faktor kepuasan pasien poli rawat jalan RSIA Prima Qonita Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan berupa kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sample yang diambil sebanyak 388 dengan teknik accidental sampling. Variabel yang dinilai yaitu bukti fisik (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), dan jaminan (assurance) dan empati (empathy). Uji bivariat menggunakan uji korelasi spearman dan multivariat menggunakan uji regresi linear. Berdasarkan hasil uji Korelasi Spearman didapatkan faktor bukti fisik (r= 0,340), faktor empati (r= 0,398), faktor kehandalan (r= 0,409), faktor daya tanggap (r= 0,447), dan faktor jaminan (r= 0,434). Hasil uji regresi linier berganda diperoleh hasil nilai p value sebesar 0,000 dan diperoleh nilai koefisien B sebesar 1,19 pada variabel empati. Masing-masing faktor bukti fisik, empati, kehandalan, daya tanggap dan jaminan secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien pelayanan kesehatan di poli rawat jalan. The aim of this research is to determine the suitability analysis of RSD active fire protection system facilities. Dr.A Dadi Tjokrodipo, Bandar Lampung City, 2023. The aim of the research is to determine the risk factors for fire protection at RSD Dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung. This type of qualitative descriptive research uses an observation and documentation interview approach. The total sample was 4 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The research results show that active fire protection facilities are APAR, alarm, detector, sprinkler and hydrant with a total of 43 indicators, consisting of APAR (13 indicators), 12 indicators (90%) are met, 1 indicator (10%) is not met. . Of all these indicators. RSD dr. Dadi Tjokrodipo, Bandar Lampung City, 12 indicators were met (5.16%) and 34 (94.84%) other indicators were not met. It can be concluded that hospital fire response readiness in dealing with potential fires is still minimal and inadequate. It is hoped that the hospital will continue to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Background: Globally, there are around 1.7 billion cases of diarrhea in children each year, and diarrhea is the main cause of malnutrition in children under five. In developing countries, diarrhea causes 1.8 million deaths of children under five, which has increased from 1.5 million in the last 20 years. The causes of diarrhea are related to host, agent, and environmental factors. In Indonesia, diarrhea remains a serious public health problem, especially among toddlers. Purpose: to analyze the factors related to diarrhea among toddlers in the working area of the Labuhan Ratu Health Center in 2024. Method: This research used a quantitative analytic method with a cross-sectional design. The population was all toddlers in the working area of the Labuhan Ratu Health Center, totaling 4,589 children. A sample of 188 toddlers was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Primary data were collected using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate (Chi-square test), and multivariate (logistic regression). Results: The study showed that nutritional status (p = 0.011; OR = 2.369), maternal education (p = 0.018; OR = 2.395), exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.006; OR = 2.394), handwashing habits (p = 0.000; OR = 5.425), and source of drinking water (p = 0.004; OR = 2.630) had significant relationships with diarrhea in toddlers. Economic level (p = 0.075) and immunization history (p = 0.200) were not significantly related. The most dominant factor was handwashing habits (p = 0.000; OR = 4.772). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between several factors and diarrhea incidence in toddlers, especially handwashing behavior. It is recommended that the health center increase education for pregnant women and mothers of toddlers on the importance of handwashing, exclusive breastfeeding, balanced nutrition, and clean water to prevent diarrhea.
