Abstract

This research aimed to develop a digital learning medium called Ecolink that meets the criteria of feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in IPAS (Science, Social Studies, and Arts) learning to improve student learning outcomes on the topic of Environmental Changes and Waste Management at SDN 98 Kota Utara. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, utilizing the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analyze, design, development, implement, and evaluate. Through validation by experts and users, the Ecolink digital learning medium obtained a recapitulation of average feasibility scores with a percentage of 94.6%, categorizing it as highly feasible for use by teachers and students in elementary schools. For the practicality test of the Ecolink digital learning medium, researchers used teacher observation sheets. The practicality percentage for using the Ecolink digital learning medium in learning reached 95%, which falls into the highly practical category. Regarding the effectiveness of the Ecolink digital learning medium during its implementation in Class V of SDN 98 Kota Utara, researchers administered a learning outcome test to measure its effectiveness. The total pretest score was 37.72%, while the total posttest score reached 85.90%. The N-Gain calculation showed a value of 0.77, which is categorized as "High." Based on these recapitulation results, it can be concluded that the Ecolink digital learning medium can improve student learning outcomes and is highly effective for use in elementary schools. In conclusion, the developed Ecolink digital learning medium proved to be highly feasible, practical, and effective for use in the learning process. ABSTRAKTujuan pada penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran pembelajaran digital Ecolink yang memenuhi kriteria kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas dalam pembelajaran IPAS guna meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Perubahan Linkungan dan Pengelolaan Sampah di SDN 98 Kota Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan ADDIE, yang mencakup tahapan analyze, design, development, Implement, dan Evaluate. Melalui validasi oleh para ahli dan pengguna, media pembelajaran digital Ecolink memperoleh hasil rekapitulasi nilai rata-rata kelayakan dengan presentase 94,6% dan dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan oleh guru dan siswa di sekolah dasar. Dalam uji kepraktisan media pembelajaran digital Ecolink, peneliti menggunakan instrument lembar observasi guru dengan presentase kepraktisan penggunaan media pembelajaran digital Ecolink dalam pembelajaran mencapai 95%, yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat praktis. Dalam keefektifan media pembelajaran digital Ecolink pada saat penerapan media di kelas V SDN 98 Kota Utara, peneliti membagikan tes hasil belajar untuk mengukur keefektifan media.  Total nilai pretest adalah 37.72%, sedangkan total nilai posttest mencapai 85.90%. Perhitungan N-Gain menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,77 yang termasuk dalam ketegori “Tinggi”. Dengan hasil rekapitulasi ini maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran digital Ecolink dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan sangat efektif digunakan di sekolah dasar. Kesimpulan pada penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran digital Ecolink yang dikembangkan terbukti sangat layak, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model Assisted by Flipbook Media on Student Learning Outcomes in Science Material in Class III SDN 4 Tomilito. The research method used is the pre-experimental design of One Group Pretest-Postest. This study uses data collection techniques through observation, testing, and documentation. The sample in this study was 20 students of class III SDN 4 Tomilito. The difference in learning outcomes can be seen in the average pre-test and post-test scores Based on the pretest score results of 60.2, the posttest score results were 82.2. Indicating that the use of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Flipbook media on student learning outcomes in science material is very influential. The average N-Gain data or the difference between the pretest and posttest results of student learning outcomes in science material in class III SDN 4 Tomilito is included in the medium criteria, namely 0.54, the N-Gain function to measure the effectiveness of learning. From the data above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Flipbook media on student learning outcomes in the science material in class III of SDN 4 Tomilito. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan terdapat Pengaruh Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Berbantuan Media Flipbook Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi IPAS Di Kelas III SDN 4 Tomilito. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pre-eksperimental desain One Grup Pretest-Postest. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SDN 4 Tomilito sebanyak 20 siswa. Perbedaan hasil belajar terlihat pada nilai rata-rata skor pre-test dan post-test Berdasarkan hasil skor pretest 60,2 hasil skor postes 82,2. Menandakan penggunaan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Flipbook terhadapa hasil belajar siswa pada materi IPAS begitu berpengaruh. Data hasil rata- rata N-Gain atau selisih hasil pretes dan postes hasil belajar siswa pada materi IPAS di kelas III SDN 4 Tomilito termasuk kriteria sedang yaitu 0,54, fungsi N-Gain untuk mengukur efektivitas suatu pembelajaran. Dari data diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Flipbook terhadap hasil belajar siswa  pada materi IPAS di kelas III SDN 4 Tomilito.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of student generation Z with Digital Native characteristics, which are limited to active students in Odd Semester 2022/2023 Information Technology Education Study Program (ITE) and Visual Arts Education Study Program (VAE) Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo, who will reach the age of 40 to 45 years in 2045 (Golden Generation). The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that ITE and VAE Study Program students were at a "moderate" level of readiness in welcoming Indonesia Gold 2045. The most dominant Digital Native characteristics possessed by ITE and VAE students were connected (always connected to friends because of technology and the internet) and digital literate, but tend not to understand clearly what is the goal in his life (goal-oriented). The conclusion that can be drawn is that ITE Study Program students are at a "High" level of readiness, compared to VAE Study Program students who are at a "Medium" level of readiness in welcoming Indonesia Gold 2045 based on digital native characteristics.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran ULTRA (Ular Tangga Interaktif IPAS) yang memenuhi kriteria kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas dalam pembelajaran IPAS guna meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi ekosistem di kelas V SDN 1 Suwawa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan ADDIE, yang mencakup tahap analysis, design, development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Kelayakan media ULTRA diuji melalui validasi oleh tim ahli. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media ini memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 96,87%, yang dikategorikan sebagai sangat layak digunakan oleh guru dan siswa di SD. Untuk menguji kepraktisan, peneliti menggunakan lembar observasi guru, yang menunjukkan total skor 39 dari skor maksimal 40, dengan rata-rata persentase kepraktisan mencapai 97,5%, masuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Dalam aspek efektivitas, penerapan media di kelas V SDN 1 Suwawa diukur melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasilnya, rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 46,5% meningkat menjadi 86% pada posttest, dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 39,5%. Tingkat efektivitas media ULTRA berdasarkan perhitungan mencapai 73,55%, menunjukkan bahwa media ULTRA termasuk dalam kategori efektif. Berdasarkan hasil ini, media ULTRA terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran di SD.

Abstract

This study focuses on whether the implementation of the Game-Based Learning (GBL) model assisted by Quizwhiz Cards can improve the learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SDN 67 Kota Timur. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The subjects of the study were fifth-grade students of SDN 67 Kota Timur, Gorontalo City. Preliminary observations indicated that students’ learning motivation was relatively low. This condition was caused by the limited use of instructional media and the lack of student attention during lessons. In Cycle I, 5 students (22.73%) were categorized as having “High Motivation,” 3 students (13.63%) as having “Moderate Motivation,” and 14 students (63.64%) as having “Low Motivation.” These results show that the overall motivation level in Cycle I remained below the expected standard. However, after the implementation of actions in Cycle II, there was a significant improvement—18 students (81.82%) were in the “High Motivation” category, 4 students (18.18%) in the “Moderate Motivation” category, and none in the “Low Motivation” category. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the application of the Game-Based Learning (GBL) model assisted by Quizwhiz Cards effectively enhanced students’ learning motivation in the topic of the human respiratory system among fifth-grade students at SDN 67 Kota Timur, Gorontalo City. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berfokus pada apakah penerapan model pembelajaran Game Based Learning berbantuan media Quizwhiz Cards dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V di SDN 67 Kota Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 67 Kota Timur, Kota Gorontalo. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa masih tergolong rendah. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan media pembelajaran serta kurangnya perhatian siswa saat guru menyampaikan materi. Pada siklus I, tercatat sebanyak sebanyak 5 siswa (22,73%) masuk dalam kategori “Motivasi Tinggi”, sementara 3 siswa (13,63%) berada dalam kategori “Motivasi Sedang”, dan 14 siswa (63,64%) masuk dalam kategori “Motivasi Rendah” Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat motivasi pada siklus I masih tergolong rendah belum mencapai tingkat motivasi belajar yang diharapkan. Namun, setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana sebanyak 18 siswa atau 81,82%, sementara yang termasuk dalam kategori “Motivasi Sedang” hanya 4 siswa atau 18,18%. Dan untuk kategori “Motivasi Rendah” adalah 0. Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa kelas V telah mencapai standar indikator kinerja yang ditetapkan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Game Based Learning (GBL) dengan dukungan media Quizwhiz Cards efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada materi sistem organ pernapasan manusia di kelas V SDN 67 Kota Timur, Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas perbandingan pendidikan seni tari di dalam dan luar negeri dengan fokus pada kurikulum, metode pengajaran dan fasilitas. Penelitian ini bersifat konseptual dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi untuk memahami perbedaan sistem pendidikan, kualitas pendidikan, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi output pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan seni tari di luar negeri cenderung lebih terstruktur dengan kurikulum yang komprehensif, fasilitas yang lebih memadai, dan dukungan finansial yang signifikan. Di sisi lain, pendidikan seni tari di dalam negeri seringkali menghadapi keterbatasan dana dan fasilitas, namun memiliki kekayaan budaya lokal yang kuat. Dengan memperhatikan hasil analisis, artikel ini menyajikan kontribusi penting dalam pemikiran dan pembaharuan pendidikan di Indonesia, dengan menyoroti area-area yang perlu diperbaiki dan model-model yang dapat diadopsi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan seni tari di dalam negeri, diperlukan peningkatan investasi dalam infrastruktur pendidikan, serta adaptasi metode pengajaran yang telah terbukti efektif di luar negeri, sambil tetap mempertahankan kekayaan budaya lokal

Abstract

The Effect of the Discovery Learning Model Assisted by Diorama Media on Science Learning Outcomes of Fifth Grade Students at SD Negeri 20 Pulubala. Thesis. Department of Elementary Teacher Education. Faculty of Education. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The supervisor is Prof. Dr. Abdul Haris Panai, M.Pd., MCE and the co-supervisor is Dr. Gamar Abdullah, S.Si., M.Pd.The research question in this study is "Does the discovery learning model assisted by diorama media affect the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 20 Pulubala?" The type of research used is quantitative research. This study employed the Pre Experimental Design method with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The independent variable in this study is the Discovery Learning model assisted by diorama media, and the dependent variable is science learning outcomes. The population of this study consists of all fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 20 Pulubala, totaling 14 students. Data collection in this study was carried out using a multiple-choice test method. Data analysis in this study included a normality test, hypothesis testing using the t-test, and N-Gain Score test.The normality test showed normal distribution values based on the research results and discussions. Subsequently, hypothesis testing using SPSS 29 yielded a significant value (one-tailed) of 0.001 <0.05, with the criteria that if the significant value is smaller than 0.05, then HO is rejected and H1 is confirmed, meaning that there is an effect of the discovery learning model assisted by diorama media on the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 20 Pulubala. The improvement in student learning outcomes is indicated by an N-Gain Score of 0.63 or 63%, which falls into the moderately effective category.

Abstract

This research examines ethics and environmental policies in urban management across various countries. The study shows that rapid urbanization and environmental issues, such as clean water shortages and poor sanitation, have a negative impact on public health. The author identifies knowledge gaps in the integration of interdisciplinary approaches to achieve holistic sustainability solutions. The article highlights various regenerative approaches in environmental management, including circular economy and regenerative tourism, as solutions to address environmental and social challenges. The findings of this research indicate that active participation of local communities and improvements in infrastructure, such as clean water and sanitation, significantly enhance public health and environmental sustainability. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of cross-sector collaboration and regenerative approaches in supporting urban sustainability and reducing environmental and social risks

Abstract

This study aims to develop a cultural and civic literacy programme design in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah using Thiagarajan's 4D tool development model, which includes four stages: defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The problem formulations studied include (1) how to design the development of cultural literacy and citizenship of Madrasahs in MIM Unggulan Kota Gorontalo and (2) the feasibility of the developed programme design. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation and validation by experts. The results showed that the design of the cultural and civic literacy programme consists of three main aspects, namely habits (habituation), institutions, and integration in learning. The programme was validated by experts and declared feasible to be implemented at MIM Unggulan Gorontalo City. The implementation of this programme is expected to increase the sense of nationalism, form reasonable and responsible student characters, encourage creativity, and strengthen national unity. This research contributes to the development of cultural and civic literacy education, especially at the basic education level.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalu model PBL berbantuan media Kahoot pada materi bangun ruang kelas V di SDN 84 Sipatana?”. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan. Siswa yang terlibat dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas V di SDN 84 Sipatana, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hanya 9 orang dari 24 siswa, atau 38%, mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan 16 orang, atau 67%, belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai di bawah 75. Hasil penelitian pada siklus pertama, di mana 12 siswa mencapai KKM dengan persentase 50%, menunjukkan hal ini. Kemudian pada siklus 2 siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 21siswa dengan peresentase 87%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan media kahoot secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SDN 84 Sipatana.
