Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop IPEX learning media that meets the criteria of feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in science learning to improve student learning outcomes in ecosystem material in grade IV of SDN 6 Kabila. This study is a development research using the ADDIE development research model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The feasibility of IPEX media was tested through validation by a team of experts. The validation results showed that this media obtained an average percentage of 95.14%, which was categorized as very feasible for use by teachers and students in elementary schools. To test the practicality, the researcher used the teacher observation sheet, which showed a total score of 39 out of a maximum score of 40, with an average percentage of practicality reaching 97.5%, falling into the very practical category. In terms of effectiveness, the application of media in class IV of SDN 6 Kabila was measured through pretest and posttest. As a result, the average pretest score of 36.5% increased to 83% in the posttest, with a difference in increase of 46.5%. The level of effectiveness of IPEX media based on calculations reached 72.41%, indicating that IPEX media is included in the effective category. Based on these results, IPEX media has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes and is suitable for use in learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Abstract

Australia dan Indonesia dalam pendidikan kedokteran menekankan kurikulum yang berbasis kompetensi, pendidikan interprofesional, serta penggunaan teknologi terbaru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan dan pelayanan kesehatan. Dari perspektif sosiologi pendidikan, penjenjangan, investasi dan pendanaan metode pembelajarannya. sarana pembelajaran, Australia memiliki beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan di Indonesia. Meskipun berbeda, keduanya bertujuan menciptakan profesional medis berkualitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk membahas tentang persamaan dan perbedaan sistem pendidikan kedokteran di Australia dan Indonesia Penelitian kepustakaan yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengkaji literatur-literatur berdasarkan penelitan terdahulu. Teknik pengumpulan data sebagai upaya dalam mengumpulkan informasi diperoleh dari buku, laporan penelitian, artikel jurnal, ensiklopedia, dan sumber-sumber tertulis lainnya baik cetak maupun elektronik. Pendidikan kedokteran di Australia dan Indonesai memiliki persamaan yang cukup banyak akan tetapi juga ada perbedaannya. Hal ini membuat pendidikan kedokteran di Australia lebih maju dibandingkan di Indonesia

Abstract

Latar belakang dilakukan penelitian ini karena adanya keslitan belajar yang dialami siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 19 Telaga Biru. Dibuktikan dengan adanya presentase belajar siswa pada observasi awal 29% siswa yang tuntas. Penyebabnya adalah mereka merasa bosan dengan proses belajar yang monoton dan tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah peneliti menawarkan menggunakan media PPT interaktif untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi tema 8 keunikan daerah tempat tinggalku melalui penggunaan media ppt interaktif di kelas IV di SD Negeri 19 Telaga biru kabupaten gorontalo Tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian menggunakan model penelitian MC taggart yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu; perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan jumlah 21 siswa, terdiri dari 10 siswa laki-laki dan 11 siswa perempuan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: dalam penggunaan media PPT interaktif aktivitas guru mencapai indikator kinerja yang telah ditentukan, ini bisa dibuktikan dengan presentase yang mencapai 88% sedangkan pada aktivitas siswa juga dikatakan berhasil karena mencapai indikator kinerja yaitu dengan presentase 88%. Dan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklusnya. Terbukti dengan nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I 62% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II dan dikatakan berhasil dengan mencapai presentase 86%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop PLANET card-based learning media that are valid, practical, and effective for use in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) classes to improve student learning outcomes, specifically on the topic of the solar system, in Grade V of elementary school. The research was conducted at SDN 68 Kota Timur using a Research and Development (R&D) approach, following the ADDIE model Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate To assess the validity of the PLANET card media, expert validation was carried out. Based on evaluations by experts and users, the PLANET card media received an average score of 92 40, indicating that it is highly suitable for use by both teachers and students in elementary schools. For practicality testing, an observation sheet was used, and the teacher received a score of 95 out of a maximum of 100, indicating a 95 practicality rating, which falls within the "highly practical category. To test the effectiveness of the media, pre-tests and post-tests were administered in a Grade V class at SDN 68 Kota Timur The average pre-test score was 25.62, while the post-test score after using the PLANET cards increased to 83.12 The N-Gain calculation yielded a value of 0.77, categorized as "high" These results indicate that the PLANET card media significantly improve student learning outcomes and are effective instructional tools for elementary school education. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran kartu PLANET yang layak, praktis dan efektif untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran IPAS untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa materi konsep dasar sistem tata surya di sekolah dasar kelas V. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 68 Kota Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan ADDIE yaitu yaitu analyze, design, development, Implement, dan Evaluate. Untuk menguji kelayakan media kartu PLANET dilakukan validasi kepada tim Ahli. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh para ahli dan pengguna, media kartu PLANET memperoleh hasil rekapitulasi nilai rata-rata skor 92,40 dan dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan oleh guru dan siswa di sekolah dasar. Dalam uji kepraktisan media kartu PLANET, peneliti menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi guru dengan skor yang diperoleh adalah 95 dari skor maksimum 100. Dengan demikian, persentase kepraktisan penggunaan media kartu PLANET dalam pembelajaran mencapai skor 95, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Dalam keefektifan media kartu PLANET, pada saat penerapan media di kelas 5 SDN 68 Kota Timur, guru membagikan soal pretest dan posttets untuk mengukur keefektifan media. Rata-rata nilai pretest adalah 25,62, setelah penerapan media kartu PLANET rata-rata nilai posttest meningkat mencapai 83,12. Perhitungan N-Gain menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,77 yang masuk dalam kategori “tinggi”. Dengan hasil rekapitulasi ini maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa media kartu PLANET dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta Efektif digunakan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of student generation Z with Digital Native characteristics, which are limited to active students in Odd Semester 2022/2023 Information Technology Education Study Program (ITE) and Visual Arts Education Study Program (VAE) Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo, who will reach the age of 40 to 45 years in 2045 (Golden Generation). The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that ITE and VAE Study Program students were at a "moderate" level of readiness in welcoming Indonesia Gold 2045. The most dominant Digital Native characteristics possessed by ITE and VAE students were connected (always connected to friends because of technology and the internet) and digital literate, but tend not to understand clearly what is the goal in his life (goal-oriented). The conclusion that can be drawn is that ITE Study Program students are at a "High" level of readiness, compared to VAE Study Program students who are at a "Medium" level of readiness in welcoming Indonesia Gold 2045 based on digital native characteristics.

Abstract

This class action research examined whether the application of the PBL model with the Baamboozle game could improve student learning outcomes in science subjects of grade V of SDN 43 Hulonthalangi. This study aimed to improve student learning outcomes on human digestive system material through the application of the PBL model with the baamboozle game. This study used 23 students in grade V as the subject. Based on the analysis, the PBL model assisted by the Baamboozle game escalated the student learning outcomes on the human digestive system material. In the first cycle, 14 students (60.9%) reached the minimum completeness standard (have not achieved the success indicator and required the 2nd cycle implementation) and increased to 19 students (82.6%) in the 2nd cycle. In conclusion, the PBL model assisted by the Baamboozle game can improve the learning outcomes of students in grade V of SDN 43 Hulonthalangi.   Keywords: learning outcomes, PBL model, baamboozle game

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is "Can the application of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Video Learning on sound material and its properties improve the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 89 Sipatana?". The aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Video Learning on sound material and its characteristics for class V SDN 89 Sipatana. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using observation, test and documentation data collection techniques with the research subjects being class V students with a total of 19 students. The indicator of the success of the action is marked by a minimum of 80% of students' overall learning outcomes reaching a KKTP score of 75. The research results show that the application of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Learning Videos applied in class V at SDN 89 Sipatana can improve student learning outcomes. In cycle I, student learning outcomes that met the minimum completeness standard were 57.89%. Then it increased to 84.21%, meaning there was an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 26.38%. It can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Learning Videos can improve student learning outcomes in the science and science learning content in class V at SDN 89 Sipatana.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of the Anti-Bullying Task Force in reducing verbal violence at Private Ibtidaiyah Madrasah Imam Syafi'I, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency. Utilizing a Descriptive Approach with a qualitative research type, the study employed stratified random sampling to select 9 respondents. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The task force primarily focused on prevention through various strategies, such as providing advice during morning dhikr sessions and before learning activities, as well as educating students on the consequences of bullying. In handling incidents, the task force employed motivational counseling and imposed sanctions when necessary, ensuring student agreement and avoiding physical harm. Post-traumatic support emphasizes providing encouragement to victims of verbal violence, encouraging them to respond assertively without resorting to physical confrontation. The study revealed that gentle counseling had a positive impact, as evidenced by increased reporting of bullying incidents and a reduction in bullying behaviors within the madrasah. Overall, the findings underscored the importance of proactive intervention and supportive measures in mitigating verbal violence among students.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan modul IPA yang berbasis etnosains dan mengevaluasi kelayakan modul yang telah dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menerapkan model 4D. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penggunaan instrumen penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan modul IPA berbasis etnosains menunjukkan bahwa modul ini telah dinyatakan sangat layak berdasarkan validasi ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Validasi ahli media memberikan persentase kelayakan sebesar 91%, validasi ahli materi sebesar 83%, dan validasi bahasa sebesar 92,1%, dengan semua persentase tersebut memenuhi kriteria sangat layak. Akumulasi hasil validasi dari ketiga ahli tersebut menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan mencapai persentase kelayakan rata-rata sebesar 89%, dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengembangan modul IPA berbasis etnosains ini sangat cocok untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, dan dapat membantu peserta didik memahami materi mengenai organ gerak manusia dan hewan serta etnosains karawo Gorontalo. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penggunaan pendekatan etnosains dalam penyusunan materi pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan relevan dengan budaya lokal, seperti karawo Gorontalo, untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat belajar peserta didik.
