Abstract

Rapid technological advancements have significantly transformed educational practices, particularly in the integration of digital learning media. This research and development study aims to produce and evaluate Virtual Reality (VR)–based learning media for the “Office Technology Equipment and Applications” component in Office Management and Business Services education. The study employs the ADDIE development model—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation—and involves material experts, media experts, and Grade X students from SMK Negeri 1 Turen, East Java. Qualitative data were collected from expert feedback, while quantitative data were obtained through validation sheets, user trials, learning activity observations, and assessments of students’ cognitive and psychomotor learning outcomes. Validation results indicated that the VR-based learning media achieved an average feasibility score of 97% from both material and media experts, categorized as “highly valid.” Small-group trials also demonstrated very high practicality and positive student responses. Experimental implementation further revealed a substantial improvement in learning activity, particularly in emotional, visual, and mental engagement. Independent sample t-tests confirmed significant differences in cognitive and psychomotor learning outcomes between the experimental and control groups (p < 0.05), with the experimental group achieving higher scores. The findings demonstrate that VR-based learning media effectively enhance students’ engagement and mastery of learning materials by providing immersive and interactive virtual environments that simulate real-world office settings. This study highlights the potential of VR technology to support innovative learning strategies and recommends its broader implementation in vocational education to promote active learning and improved learning outcomes.

Abstract

The VUCA era characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity requires entrepreneurial actors to possess creativity and innovation as strategic capabilities rather than merely additional attributes. This conceptual article aims to examine the role of creativity and innovation in maintaining the relevance and sustainability of entrepreneurship amid rapid and unpredictable change. Creativity enables the generation of new ideas in a flexible and adaptive manner, whereas innovation functions as a proactive strategy for responding to the dynamics of the business environment. These capabilities are influenced by organizational factors, capital, knowledge, technology, and leadership that support the creation of continuous innovation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how digital transformation and digital technology drive corporate entrepreneurship in incumbent companies. The method used is a narrative literature review of books, articles, and academic journals published between 2018 and 2025 that discuss digital transformation, the utilization of digital technology, and corporate entrepreneurship mechanisms. The study results indicate that digital technologies—such as cloud computing, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and collaborative platforms—serve as an innovation infrastructure enabling rapid experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This technology has been proven to foster intrapreneurial behavior and strengthen the process of creating new value. Beside technological aspects, the effectiveness of corporate entrepreneurship is significantly influenced by organizational factors such as ambidextrous leadership, mature digital governance, and agile-based intrapreneurship programs. External collaboration thru partnerships with startups also plays a crucial role in accelerating innovation, as long as the organization can manage the integration of knowledge and differences in institutional logic. Overall, this review confirms that digital transformation and corporate entrepreneurship are two mutually reinforcing strategic agendas for enhancing organizational competitiveness. Harmonious integration between digital technology, governance structures, agile culture, and visionary leadership is key to maximizing the potential of corporate entrepreneurship in the digital age.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a new learning model for teaching environmental history based on a sociocultural approach. This research employs a qualitative design, in which questionnaires were distributed to history teachers to collect data. The analysis process was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is the development of a new learning model referred to as Environment Cultural Learning. This model has a syntax consisting of five stages: exploration, contextualization, application, collaboration, and reflection. The findings indicate that no specific model has previously outlined environmental history along with sociocultural values. Therefore, this study aims to provide an innovative learning model to support teachers. The Environment Cultural Learning model can be applied in the teaching of environmental history by exploring the environment and identifying sociocultural values that can be taught to students. This model consists of five stages: exploration, contextualization, application, collaboration, and reflection.

Abstract

The rapidly changing and increasingly uncertain business environment presents significant challenges for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), requiring them to adapt quickly and strategically to survive and remain competitive. This conceptual article examines the role of business models as an effective adaptation strategy for MSMEs in responding to dynamic market conditions, technological change, and shifting consumer preferences. Through a comprehensive review of various business model frameworks and dynamic capability theories, this study emphasizes that business models play a crucial role in shaping organizational flexibility and strategic responsiveness. The findings highlight that adaptable value propositions enable MSMEs to continuously align their offerings with evolving customer needs, while agile resource management allows firms to efficiently reconfigure internal and external resources. Furthermore, continuous business model innovation and renewal are identified as essential mechanisms for sustaining long-term resilience and competitiveness. The article argues that a business model should not be viewed merely as an operational or administrative tool, but rather as a core strategic mechanism that integrates strategic vision, organizational capabilities, and market orientation. By actively leveraging flexible and innovative business models, MSMEs can enhance their adaptive capacity, mitigate environmental uncertainty, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage in rapidly changing business environments.
