Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the aqidah learning curriculum at the Modern Islamic Boarding School of Darussalam Gontor. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Then, the primary data source for this study was obtained through direct observation at the research location and interviews with the leaders of the Modern Islamic Boarding School of Gontor and the aqidah learning curriculum development team. At the same time, secondary data were obtained from documents, books, magazines, and journals. The study results indicate that implementing the aqidah learning curriculum at the Modern Islamic Boarding School of Darussalam Gontor is carried out in class, outside class, and in the dormitory. The talqin method, lectures, discussions, questions and answers, recitations, prayers, dictations (imla), and memorization methods are used in class. The material for grades 1–3 discusses the pillars of Islam, while grades 4–6 discuss the pillars of faith. The material for grade 1 is delivered in Indonesian, and for subsequent classes, it is delivered using Arabic. While outside the classroom, aqidah learning is delivered using the talaqqi method, amaliyah practice, halaqah, mudzakarah, and demonstration methods. The teaching of aqidah is also strengthened through good deeds. To improve the quality of aqidah learning, the author recommends using a dialogue method between philosophy and Islamic aqidah. With this method, students are taught to understand the challenges of modern thought and answer them with Islamic arguments. In addition, it is also necessary to learn aqidah in a contemporary context by training students to apply the concept of aqidah in everyday life, especially in facing modern phenomena such as liberalism, secularism, materialism, and pluralism, as well as the challenges of digital technology developments that influence the process and implementation of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Ushul Fiqh textbook based on mind mapping to enhance the understanding of SMP/MTs students on the concepts in the field of Ushul Fiqh. The book Mabadi’e Awwaliyyah fi Ushul al-Fiqh is often considered difficult and less engaging for students at this level. Traditional methods, such as lectures and memorization, are not sufficient to help students grasp the complex material. Therefore, a visual approach using mind mapping is proposed to facilitate students' understanding of the relationships between concepts in Ushul Fiqh. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, where primary data is obtained from Mabadi’e Awwaliyyah and related literature. The findings show that the use of mind mapping can visualize Ushul Fiqh concepts in a more systematic and engaging manner. This visualization not only accelerates comprehension but also increases student involvement in the learning process. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective teaching methods for Ushul Fiqh, aligned with the cognitive development of SMP/MTs students. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar Ushul Fiqh berbasis mind mapping untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMP/MTs terhadap konsep-konsep dalam ilmu Ushul Fiqh. Kitab Mabadi’e Awwaliyyah fi Ushul al-Fiqh sering dianggap sulit dan kurang menarik bagi siswa di tingkat ini. Metode tradisional seperti ceramah dan hafalan tidak cukup efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami materi yang kompleks. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan visual menggunakan mind mapping diusulkan untuk memudahkan pemahaman siswa terhadap relasi antar konsep dalam Ushul Fiqh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, di mana data utama diperoleh dari kitab Mabadi’e Awwaliyyah dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mind mapping dapat memvisualisasikan konsep-konsep Ushul Fiqh dengan cara yang lebih sistematis dan menarik. Visualisasi ini tidak hanya mempercepat pemahaman, tetapi juga meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode ajar Ushul Fiqh yang lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan perkembangan kognitif siswa SMP/MTs.

Abstract

AbstractReviving transpersonal values in higher education through lectures lacks a proven effective model. Current learning is predominantly expository, focused on cognitive knowledge mastery in classrooms, neglecting experiential exploration and the full potential of peer interaction and environmental resources. A culture of value-based learning has yet to be established. This  descriptive qualitative study aims to uncover transpersonal values within the Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) model applied to Media dan Teknologi Pembelajaran (MTP) courses. Data on transpersonal values are collected through interviews and open-ended questions, validated through member-checking using a Likert scale with 122 participants. The MLT's SRL model comprises six stages: task understanding, planning, preparation, exploration, assessment, and reflection. These stages reveal values such as intention, inclusivity, responsibility, spiritual intelligence, trustworthiness, patience, self-reflection, self-observation, and character refinement. Empowering individual autonomy, these steps guide actions towards acquiring information, expertise, self-improvement, and heightened spiritual awareness.                                                                      Abstrak                      Menghidupkan kembali nilai-nilai transpersonal di perguruan tinggi melalui perkuliahan belum memiliki model yang terbukti efektif. Pembelajaran saat ini cenderung bersifat ekspositoris, berfokus pada penguasaan pengetahuan kognitif di dalam ruang kelas, yang mengabaikan eksplorasi pengalaman dan potensi penuh interaksi dengan teman sebaya dan sumber daya lingkungan. Budaya pembelajaran berbasis nilai-nilai juga belum terbentuk dengan baik. Studi deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai transpersonal dalam model Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) yang diterapkan pada mata kuliah Media dan Teknologi Pembelajaran (MTP). Data mengenai nilai-nilai transpersonal dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan pertanyaan terbuka, kemudian divalidasi melalui member-checking menggunakan skala Likert dengan 122 partisipan. Model SRL MLT terdiri dari enam tahapan: pemahaman tugas, perencanaan, persiapan, eksplorasi, penilaian, dan refleksi. Tahapan-tahapan ini mengungkapkan nilai-nilai seperti nilai intensi, inklusif, tanggung jawab, cerdas spiritual, amanah, sabar, muhasabah, muraqabah, dan tahsinul akhlaq Dengan memberdayakan otonomi individu, langkah-langkah ini memandu tindakan menuju perolehan informasi, keahlian, peningkatan diri, dan kesadaran spiritual yang lebih tinggi.How to Cite : Munadi, Y., Nata, A., Bahruddin, E, Sa’diya, M. Abstract

A personality that is religious, mature, stable, diligent and so on will have a great influence on the educational process and in shaping the soul of students. Because the teacher is a figure who must be able to hear his words and exemplify his behavior. As educational figures as well as teachers, both KH Ahmad Dahlan and Ki Hadjar Dewantara paid great attention to the personality of teachers. Both established special educational institutions for teacher regeneration. By using library research as a data collection technique and with a historical approach, this research concludes that the teacher's personality competence according to KH Ahmad Dahlan is shown by the attitude of having the right faith, being sincere in educating, being humble, always purifying oneself (tazakiyah an-nafs), and having the courage to make sacrifices.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan agar tetap asri dan mengelola sampah dengan sebaik-baiknya dan untuk perangkat desa dan pemerintahan daerah agar lebih bisa memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk menyediakan TPSS (Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Sementara). Pengelolaan sampah adalah pengumpulan, pengangkutan, pemrosesan daur ulang, atau pembuangan dari material sampah. Pengelolaan sampah bisa melibatkan zat padat, cair, gas, atau radioaktif dengan metode dan keterampilan khusus masing masing jenis zat. Praktik pengelolaaan sampah berbeda beda antara negara maju dan negara berkembang, berbeda juga antara daerah perkotaan dengan daerah pedesaan dan antara daerah perumahan dengan daerah industry. Pengelolaan sampah yang tidak berbahaya dari pemukiman dan institusi di area metropolitan biasanya menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah, sedangkan untuk sampah dari areal komersil dan industry biasanya ditangani oleh perusahaan pengeolah sampah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.

Abstract

Nazir's profession is an educational program with little attention to Islamic Education. Therefore, an alternative solution is needed to increase Nazir's professionalism through curriculum management. This study aims to identify existing curriculum management and then analyze and develop the model to find a new curriculum. The qualitative research method is based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP) decision-making strategy to obtain a curriculum model for the Nazir professional program. The study results show that the training curriculum at LSP focuses on two scopes: waqf program planning and implementation. The curriculum developed through ANP decision-making produces four competencies: religious knowledge competence, communication competence, social science competence, and moral competence. The curriculum structure can be applied to one level of Nazir professional education, with the condition that each Nazir candidate has a bachelor's degree from various disciplines, particularly Islamic Religious Education. The findings of this study revealed that the respondents agreed with a very high rate agreement of 88.2% that a professional Nazir could be formed using the curriculum of the four competency-based Nazir waqf professional programs.

Abstract

The presence of advanced technology today, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), has yet to be fully utilized in the primary education sector in Indonesia. Many schools have the means to provide such technological facilities. Thus, teaching using conventional methods or without the aid of Information Technology (IT) tools cannot accelerate effective and efficient digital-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI)and formulate an ideal concept for digital-based PAI learning at the MI level. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative research, collecting data through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.The study results indicate that the concept of digital-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at the MI. Ideal, effective, and efficient digital-based PAI learning at the MI level, aligned with national educational goals, involves face-to-face learning balanced with digitalization across objectives, standardized materials, methods, and evaluation. These aspects must be integrated with Islamic values, encompassing affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains, which include knowledge, skills, and attitudes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the concept and implementation of digital-based PAI learning at MI MP UIN Jakarta, and to formulate the ideal concept of digital-based PAI learning at MI. The methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative research by collecting data through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the research on the concept of digital-based PAI learning at the MIMP UIN Jakarta level, in addition to referring to the curriculum from the Ministry of Religion and the Ministry of Education and Culture, also adopted the Habitual Curriculum, namely a character education strengthening program carried out for thirty (30) minutes before the first lesson begins every day. The implementation of digital-based PAI learning at MIMP UIN Jakarta has implemented a digitalization system in its media and learning methods with teaching materials in the form of e-teaching materials, e-modules, e-books and assessments to LMS called SmartMP. The ideal digital-based PAI learning at MI, which is implemented effectively and efficiently according to national education goals, is face-to-face learning by implementing a balance of digitalization between objectives, material standardization, methods and evaluation. These things must be integrated with the values ​​of Islamic teachings, in the affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects which include knowledge, skills and attitudes

Abstract

Peran pemimpin sangat mempengaruhi organisasi atau lembaga yang di pimpinnya. Kepemimpinan adalah setiap tindakan yang dilakukan oleh individu atau kelompok untuk mengkoordinasi dan memberikan arahan kepada individu atau kelompok lain yang tergabung dalam wadah tertentu untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Metode penelitian mengguanakan metode kualitatif dengan model penelitian studi lapangan yang hasil penelitian dideskripsikan. Hasil penelitiannya Bahwa kepemimpinan pada kepala sekolah SMK IT Insan Toda peran yang dilakukan untuk membangun karakter percaya diri peserta didik adalah dengan memberikan inovasi dalam memimpin dan memberikan motivasi pada peserta didik. Karakter kepercayaan diri peserta didik mencapai 68% yang memiliki karkater percaya diri dalam menjalankan bisnis atau berwirausaha.

Abstract

Teachers became pioneers of change and awakened the intelligence of the native people in the public sphere in the early 20th century. The journey of the nation cannot be separated from the significant role of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan as a figure in Indonesian Islamic education. He established alternative education and prepared militant teacher cadres. This research aims to uncover K.H. Ahmad Dahlan's response to Dutch colonial education with the cadres of his teachers and his conception of the figure of a teacher. This study employs a qualitative approach with data sources from relevant literature such as books, journals, and newspapers or magazines, with a historical-philosophical approach and content analysis. The findings reveal that K.H. Ahmad responded to the need for teachers with a high spirit of struggle. This led him to establish Al-Qismul Arqa (Madrasah Mu’allimin). In K.H. Ahmad Dahlan's perspective, a teacher is a dedicated educator, progressive, and a good role model in the process of educating, teaching, guiding, and inspiring students to become individuals with noble character, devoted to Allah, possessing critical thinking skills, self-confidence, proficient in religious knowledge, broad-minded, and with a strong determination to serve Muhammadiyah, especially, and the Muslim community and society at large. They are ready to be arrows that disseminate the ideas of Islamic renewal amidst society.
