Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Gamifikasi, yang melibatkan penerapan elemen permainan seperti poin, lencana, dan papan peringkat dalam konteks pendidikan, terbukti mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menarik dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena yang sedang diteliti dalam konteks nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas gamifikasi dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan hasil belajar, serta untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, menciptakan suasana kompetitif yang positif, serta memberikan umpan balik langsung yang mendukung proses belajar. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam penerapannya, seperti perbedaan akses teknologi dan kebutuhan untuk adaptasi kurikulum, artikel ini merekomendasikan solusi seperti pelatihan guru dan keterlibatan siswa dalam desain gamifikasi. Dengan strategi yang tepat, gamifikasi memiliki potensi untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan berpusat pada siswa, sehingga membantu mereka mencapai potensi maksimal dalam pendidikan. Abstract This article analyses the implementation of gamification-based learning as a strategy to improve student motivation and learning outcomes. Gamification, which involves applying game elements such as points, badges and leaderboards in an educational context, is proven to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. This approach allows researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study in a real context. The research aims to provide insight into the effectiveness of gamification in improving student engagement and learning outcomes, as well as to identify the challenges faced in its implementation. The research shows that gamification can increase student engagement, create a positive competitive atmosphere and provide immediate feedback that supports the learning process. While there are challenges in its implementation, such as differences in access to technology and the need for curriculum adaptation, this article recommends solutions such as teacher training and student involvement in gamification design. With the right strategy, gamification has the potential to create a dynamic and student-centred learning environment, helping them to reach their full potential in education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penggunaan media sosial dalam menunjang pemahaman peserta didik tentang ajaran agama Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Zainul Hasan Genggong melalui pendekatan teori konstruktivisme. Fokus utama penelitian adalah bagaimana media sosial, sebagai alat pembelajaran interaktif, dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa melalui proses asimilasi dan akomodasi. Asimilasi terjadi ketika siswa mengintegrasikan informasi baru dari media sosial ke dalam pengetahuan yang sudah ada, sementara akomodasi melibatkan penyesuaian struktur kognitif mereka untuk memahami konsep atau perspektif baru yang ditemukan melalui media sosial. Melalui wawancara dan observasi, ditemukan bahwa guru di MTS Zainul Hasan Genggong secara aktif menggunakan media sosial untuk menyajikan materi ajaran agama Islam dalam bentuk video, kuis interaktif, dan diskusi online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial meningkatkan pemahaman, keterlibatan, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa terhadap ajaran agama Islam. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi digital bagi guru, peningkatan keterampilan digital siswa, serta integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum institusi pendidikan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang adaptif dan berbasis teknologi. Dengan demikian, media sosial dapat berperan sebagai alat efektif dalam memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa dan mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi dunia digital yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi yang sangat luas, baik dalam konteks pendidikan agama Islam, pengembangan teknologi pendidikan, maupun kebijakan pendidikan secara umum.

Abstract

Di Pesantren sering terjadi permasalahan terkait metode yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan santri, sehingga mengakibatkan menurunnya semangat santri mempelajari Al-Qur’an serta melemahkan kemampuan mereka dalam pengucapan makhorij al-huruf dan panjang pendek harakat atau tanda baca di Al-Qur’an. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid menerapkan metode Yanbu’a dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an santri yang baik dan benar sesuai makhorij al-huruf serta menguasai materi tajwid dan gharib. Pendekatan kualitatif yang digunakan di penelitian ini bertujuan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teori Miles dan Humberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan implementasi metode Yanbu’a mampu meningkatkan kemampuan santri membaca AL-Qur’an sesuai dengan Makhorij al-huruf dan tajwid.In Islamic boarding schools, there are often problems with methods that suit the needs of students, resulting in a decrease in the enthusiasm of students to learn the Qur'an and weakening their ability to pronounce makhorij al-huruf and the short length of harakat or punctuation marks in the Qur'an. Based on these problems, the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School applies the Yanbu'a method with the aim of improving the ability of students to read the Qur'an well and correctly according to makhorij al-huruf and master tajweed and gharib materials. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The data was analyzed with Miles and Humberman's theory, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the Yanbu'a method was able to improve the ability of students to read the Qur'an in accordance with Makhorij al-huruf and tajwid.

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), banyak ditemukan penggunaan metode yang masih bersifat konvensional dan monoton, di mana penjelasan materi lebih berfokus pada guru. Hal ini seringkali membuat siswa kesulitan dalam memahami pelajaran dan mengurangi tingkat keaktifan mereka, sehingga suasana belajar menjadi kurang kondusif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTS Miftahul Khoir untuk mengidentifikasi dampak penggunaan pendekatan kontekstual dalam pembelajaran PAI. Pendekatan kontekstual bertujuan untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih bermakna, relevan, dan aplikatif. Dengan menghubungkan materi pelajaran dengan pengalaman nyata siswa serta permasalahan yang mereka hadapi sehari-hari, pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran dan memahami ajaran Islam dengan lebih mendalam. Hal ini berpotensi membentuk karakter siswa agar lebih berakhlak mulia, sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dalam Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap guru dan siswa, sementara observasi dilakukan di kelas untuk melihat langsung implementasi pendekatan kontekstual dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan kontekstual dalam pembelajaran PAI memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman siswa. Siswa tidak hanya menghafal konsep-konsep agama, tetapi juga dapat memahami makna dan aplikasi praktis ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, pendekatan ini berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih dinamis dan menyenangkan, dengan meningkatnya partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, pendekatan kontekstual terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI di MTS Miftahul Khoir.

Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed Islamic education, raising concerns in epistemology (the nature and sources of knowledge) and axiology (ethics and values). Islamic epistemology holds that knowledge originates from revelation, reason, and experience, whereas AI relies on big data and algorithms, questioning its validity and authority in Islamic education. This study aims to integrate Islamic epistemology and axiology into AI development to ensure ethical and responsible applications. A qualitative literature review was conducted, employing triangulation (TRT) to cross-examine sources and audit trail to ensure research transparency and reliability. The analysis explores the implications of AI in education from an Islamic philosophical perspective. The findings highlight the necessity of embedding maqashid syariah (Islamic objectives) into AI frameworks to preserve religious values, intellect, and morality. The study concludes that integrating Islamic philosophical principles in AI can create an ethically sound and beneficial digital learning ecosystem.

Abstract

Sexual violence in religious-based educational institutions remains a critical issue that threatens students' safety and well-being. Despite the assumption that such schools uphold strong moral values, cases of teacher-student misconduct continue to emerge, often exacerbated by power imbalances, inadequate supervision, and cultural stigmas that prevent victims from reporting abuse. This study aims to investigate the contributing factors to sexual violence in religious schools, assess the effectiveness of existing prevention policies, and propose comprehensive strategies to enhance student protection. The research is guided by three key questions: (1) What factors contribute to sexual violence in religious-based schools? (2) How effective are the current policies in preventing such incidents? (3) What strategies can be implemented to strengthen preventive measures in these institutions? This study employs a qualitative research approach using in-depth interviews, observations, and policy analysis. The research focuses on a case study in Grobogan, Central Java, where a recent incident underscores systemic weaknesses in preventing sexual violence. Findings indicate that lack of awareness about ethical teacher-student boundaries, weak institutional supervision, and social stigma surrounding sexual abuse contribute significantly to the problem. Furthermore, reporting mechanisms are often inaccessible or ineffective, discouraging victims from seeking justice. The study proposes establishing anonymous reporting systems, strengthening ethical training for teachers and students, and integrating religious-based sexual education into school curricula. These recommendations aim to foster a safer learning environment by balancing effective child protection with respect for religious and cultural values. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and religious leaders to develop holistic, sustainable approaches to preventing sexual violence in schools.

Abstract

The Quran Education Park (TPQ) plays a vital role in accustoming children's behavior to become moral individuals with Koranic character and making the Al-Quran their guide for life. However, the results of field observations show that the discipline of students at TPQ is low. One way to foster discipline in children is by giving consequences as extrinsic reinforcement for their behavior; one form of reinforcement is the token economy. This research aims to determine the influence of the token economy on improving TPQ students' discipline. This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods; the sample is 20 children, and data analysis uses the Paired Sample t-test technique. The results of the paired sample t-test are 0.000 < 0.05, which shows the significant influence of implementing the token economy in improving the disciplinary attitudes of TPQ students. Apart from that, there was an increase in the average score between the pre-test and post-test of 4.30.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rencana pergantian kurikulum di Indonesia dari Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar menuju format baru yang berfokus pada deep learning curriculum pada tahun 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelusuri perkembangan penelitian terkait topik deep learning curriculum. Metode yang digunakan adalah bibliometrik riset dengan data 148 artikel dari Google Scholar melalui aplikasi Publish or Perish, mencakup tahun 2020-2024. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tren publikasi deep learning curriculum meningkat signifikan, dengan puncaknya pada 2023 sebanyak 44 artikel. Sumber publikasi meliputi e-journal, e-prosiding, dan website internet source, dengan dominasi 60 sumber dari website internet. Peneliti produktif meliputi Huifa Li, Hao Li, Rémy Portelas, dan lainnya. Topik yang sering dibahas meliputi curriculum learning strategy, evaluation research, dan multi-agent reinforcement. Topik potensial untuk penelitian mendatang mencakup evolutionary curriculum, higher vocational colleges, politic, dan application. Keterbatasan penelitian adalah kurangnya eksplorasi database internasional seperti Scopus, Elsevier, dan WoS. Penelitian ini memberikan peluang bagi penelitian mendatang untuk memperluas cakupan sumber data demi hasil yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application and effectiveness of the discussion method in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Negeri 1 Maron, Probolinggo Regency. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research design was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of the discussion method, its impact on increasing active participation, students' critical thinking skills, and their social skills such as communication and collaboration. Data was collected through direct classroom observation, semi-structured interviews with teachers, and documentation analysis such as lesson plans and teaching materials. The research findings indicate that the discussion method is able to create a more dynamic, dialogical, and inclusive learning environment. Students become more enthusiastic, confident, and able to understand and internalize religious concepts deeply. However, challenges such as the inactivity of some students and the dominance of certain students in discussions still need attention. Therefore, the teacher's readiness and strategy in managing discussions are crucial to its effectiveness. This study makes an important contribution to the development of religious teaching methods that are not only informative but also transformative in shaping students' personalities holistically.

Abstract

The compiler of this work in order to analyze in detail in order to implement the card method is reviewed from the motivational aspect of the Al-Quran Hadith material located in the archipelago of Probolinggo city, precisely class 7. Qualitative as a reference in processing data in the preparation of this work. The process is through pretest and post-test experiments on one group. From the results of the test, the data is then taken to the next step, namely SPSS processing. The results of this work show that there is an increase in motivation that can be seen from this process through the card method. The value obtained is 84.12 for the pretest and 86.88 for the post-test. With these two differences in value, it is clear that by using the Cut method there are satisfactory results from the motivational aspect and it can be concluded that the Cut short method is effective in increasing student learning motivation because it creates a more interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere
