Abstract

Pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) di madrasah ibtidaiyah seringkali mengalami kendala efektivitas karena pendekatan yang masih konvensional dan minimnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan media video visual dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran SKI di MI Raudatus Shibyan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma interpretatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua guru SKI dan dua puluh siswa kelas V. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media video visual memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses pembelajaran. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar, pemahaman materi, dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Guru juga merasakan kemudahan dalam menyampaikan materi sejarah yang sebelumnya sulit divisualisasikan secara verbal. Hasil ulangan siswa menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai dari 68 menjadi 81 setelah pembelajaran berbasis video diterapkan. Pembahasan hasil penelitian diperkuat oleh teori kognitif multimedia, dual coding theory, dan cognitive load theory yang menjelaskan efektivitas kombinasi penyampaian informasi secara visual dan verbal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemanfaatan media video visual dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran SKI baik dari aspek kognitif maupun afektif siswa. Disarankan agar guru mengintegrasikan media video dalam rencana pembelajaran serta madrasah menyediakan pelatihan dan fasilitas yang mendukung penggunaan media pembelajaran digital secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing a collaborative learning model in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning on improving learning outcomes and strengthening students' social skills in junior high schools. This study was motivated by the phenomenon of declining student learning outcomes and lack of student involvement in PAI learning, even though the material taught was very relevant in character building. The approach used in this study was a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data collection techniques used included interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of a collaborative learning model can improve student learning outcomes, especially in understanding PAI material, as well as strengthening their social skills, such as cooperation, communication, and respect for differences of opinion. The contribution of this study is to provide new insights into the importance of a collaboration-based learning approach in the context of Islamic Religious Education at the junior high school level, as well as providing recommendations for optimizing this learning model in improving the quality of more holistic education

Abstract

Fiqh learning in educational institutions has an important role in shaping students' understanding of Islamic sharia law which is sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith. However, in practice, learning of fiqh is still theoretical and does not provide enough space for students to think critically. Therefore, it is important to have a learning method that can support students to develop their mindset to be able to understand fiqh learning more quickly. One of the methods used in this study is the brainstorming method with descriptive qualitative research. This brainstorming method is a learning technique that encourages students to be more effective in the teaching and learning process where students can develop their thinking that is more analytical and reflective in understanding the concept of fiqh. This method emphasizes more on open discussion and free exploration of ideas. The implementation of this method aims to encourage students to be more active in asking questions, expressing opinions, and analyzing various views of Islamic sharia law. Thus, students can develop critical thinking skills that enable them to understand, evaluate and apply the concept of fiqh in everyday life. This study will analyze the implementation of the brainstorming method in MA Terpadu Nurul Anwar, examine how the process of implementing the method contributes to developing students' critical thinking skills in fiqh learning, and explore the factors that support and hinder the success of implementing the method. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the development of fiqh teaching methods that are more innovative, interactive, and relevant to the needs and characteristics of students.

Abstract

 Pemberdayaan petani singkong di Kecamatan Bulu, Kabupaten Rembang, merupakan salah satu langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani yang mayoritas menggantungkan hidupnya pada komoditas ini. Meskipun potensi singkong di wilayah ini cukup besar, banyak petani yang masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal peningkatan produksi, akses pasar, serta pemanfaatan teknologi pertanian yang tepat guna. Artikel ini mengangkat pendekatan pengabdian yang diterapkan untuk memberdayakan petani singkong dengan tujuan meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan mereka. Program pengabdian ini meliputi pelatihan tentang teknik budidaya singkong yang efisien, pengenalan teknologi pertanian terbaru, serta pendampingan dalam pemasaran hasil pertanian. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan yang intensif, petani diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan potensi lahan, meningkatkan kualitas produk singkong, serta membuka akses pasar yang lebih luas. Dampak dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani melalui peningkatan hasil produksi dan pendapatan, serta memberikan pengetahuan baru dalam pengelolaan pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Namun, program ini juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, rendahnya tingkat adopsi teknologi, dan keterbatasan akses pasar yang masih perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan tercipta sinergi antara petani, lembaga pendidikan, dan pemerintah daerah untuk mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat petani singkong di Kecamatan Bulu. Dengan demikian, pemberdayaan ini bukan hanya akan memberikan manfaat ekonomi langsung bagi petani, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Pelatihan cipta dan baca puisi dengan tema "Nabi Muhammad Teladanku" bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah pengembangan karakter siswa di MI Tarbiyatul Wathan Kraksaan, Probolinggo. Salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya metode yang efektif dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan, keteladanan, dan spiritualitas dalam pembelajaran. Metode pendidikan yang ada belum secara optimal menggabungkan nilai keislaman dengan kreativitas siswa, khususnya dalam mengekspresikan pemahaman mereka tentang karakter Nabi Muhammad SAW. Sebagai upaya pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap teladan Nabi Muhammad SAW serta mengembangkan karakter positif melalui seni puisi. Pelatihan ini mengajarkan siswa untuk mengekspresikan pemahaman mereka tentang nilai-nilai keislaman dalam bentuk puisi, sekaligus mengasah keterampilan berbahasa dan kreativitas. Kegiatan pelatihan meliputi sesi cipta puisi, pembacaan karya, dan diskusi kelompok untuk mendalami nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam kehidupan Nabi Muhammad. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan siswa dapat menumbuhkan rasa cinta, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab. Evaluasi pelatihan akan dilakukan dengan mengukur peningkatan keterampilan menulis puisi, serta pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai karakter yang diajarkan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan menjadi model pendidikan karakter yang inspiratif dan aplikatif di madrasah, serta memberikan siswa sarana untuk mengekspresikan kreativitas mereka melalui seni.

Abstract

Fenomena One Piece sebagai karya budaya populer yang telah meraih kesuksesan global, tidak hanya sekadar hiburan, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai moral yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan karakter. Artikel ini menganalisis simbol perlawanan dalam One Piece, khususnya bendera Jolly Roger, yang melambangkan kebebasan, keadilan, dan perlawanan terhadap penindasan, dan membandingkannya dengan ajaran Islam mengenai perlawanan terhadap ketidakadilan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini menggali bagaimana perjuangan karakter-karakter dalam One Piece, seperti Monkey D. Luffy dan kru Topi Jerami, sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam tentang keadilan, kebebasan, dan perlawanan terhadap penindasan. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi potensi penerapan elemen-elemen budaya populer, seperti One Piece, dalam kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai karakter yang penting, seperti keberanian, solidaritas, dan keadilan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai perjuangan dalam One Piece dapat dijadikan referensi positif dalam pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, yang menekankan pentingnya perjuangan untuk kebebasan dan keadilan dengan cara yang sah dan sesuai dengan etika. Artikel ini juga menyarankan penggunaan budaya populer sebagai alat pengajaran yang relevan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan prinsip-prinsip moral Islam di kalangan generasi muda.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze effective learning strategies to increase student motivation and participation in Islamic Religious Education and Character Building (PAIBP) at Darul Hikmah Paiton Vocational School. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. The results indicate that the implementation of active learning strategies such as group discussions, case studies, and the use of varied learning media significantly increased student engagement. The connection between the teaching material and students' daily life experiences, as well as the relational approach between teachers and students, are key factors in building learning motivation. This study recommends that PAIBP teachers implement a more contextual and participatory learning approach to create an inclusive and meaningful learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (PAIBP) learning at SMP Negeri 2 Pakuniran, and to identify the challenges and strategies implemented to address the dynamics of education in the era of globalization. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, Islamic Religious Education (PAIBP) teachers, and students, accompanied by direct observation and supporting documentation. The results show that the Independent Curriculum has been implemented through a student-centered, project-based, reflective, and contextual learning approach. Students are encouraged to increase their independence through Islamic activity journals, thematic discussions, and involvement in social projects. The use of learning technologies, such as e-learning platforms and online quiz applications, is an important strategy in increasing learning motivation and digital literacy. Furthermore, spiritual and social values, as well as the integration of science and religion, are also emphasized in the learning process. However, several obstacles remain, such as teachers' limited understanding of differentiated learning planning, unequal digital literacy, and limited facilities and infrastructure. This study highlights the gap between the ideals of the Independent Curriculum and the real conditions in schools in rural areas. However, the implementation of this curriculum still has a positive impact on character formation, strengthening Islamic values, and preparing students to face the challenges of the times. These findings provide theoretical and practical contributions to strengthening the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in non-urban areas

Abstract

Sufism often becomes a myth, not a science because it cannot be scientifically proven even to the level of prohibition. However, underestimated it is Sufism has been a part of Islamic science since its emergence during the time of the Prophet until now. For Sufism not to stagnate, it needs to be developed with various formulas following the times. Based on this background, this research aims to explore opportunities for the development of Sufism studies in the future through bibliometric analysis. The research design uses a qualitative approach with bibliometric research methods. The data source used 1000 articles from the search results of articles from the database on crossref with the help of the publish or perish (PoP) application which was then analyzed descriptively. The results concluded that Sufism research in the last 10 years (2014-2024) experienced fluctuating conditions with the highest peak of publications occurring in 2020 as many as 186 studies. The most sources of publication through e-journals are 783 journals and e-proceedings as many as 5 articles. It is also known that 5 productive researchers in the field of Sufism include Rizal Fauzi, Muhammad Azka Maulana, Abdul Kadir Riyadi, Abdur Rohman, and Sulaiman. As for the results of VosViewer mapping, some topics of Sufism that can be developed and have not been researched by many people in the future are related to values, santri, approaches, qualitative, sharia, culture, interviews, pluralism, al wujud, ibn arabi, Ittihad, gratitude, Aceh and the archipelago.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the need to enhance student engagement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning through the use of technology-based learning media, specifically the Powtoon application. This research aims to describe the process and impact of using Powtoon on students' critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method, with eighth-grade students from a public junior high school as participants. Data were collected through direct observation during the learning process, in-depth interviews with students and teachers, and document analysis of students' work and projects. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to identify the main themes that emerged. The results show that the implementation of Powtoon encourages students to be more active in asking questions, exploring material, and expressing opinions. Collaborative activities increased as students engaged in designing animations together, while oral communication skills developed through presenting their work in front of the class. Both teachers and students also reported that the use of this media made PAI learning more engaging, interactive, and relevant to everyday life. These findings affirm that Powtoon can be an innovative and effective medium for teaching PAI, particularly in developing 21st-century skills. This study recommends integrating similar animation media into PAI teaching strategies to enhance the quality of the learning process and improve students' learning outcomes.
