Abstract

The role of information systems has expanded to other layers of life, especially business sectors operating in the health sector. Improving service and performance productivity in the health sector, one of which is pharmacies. This study aims to identify drug dispensing patterns at 24-hour pharmacies in Tarakan. A 24 hour ready pharmacy is a business place that operates in the field of selling medicines, the sales are still manual and the data is stored as an archive, so there is no application that can help the pharmacy owner in knowing the combination of medicines purchased and in determining the layout of medicines that are still not in accordance with the requirements. alphabetical order, based on tablet drug category. Abstract

Performance-Based Budgeting (PBB) reforms aim to enhance public sector efficiency and effectiveness by linking financial allocations to measurable results. In Indonesia's decentralized context, evaluating the impact of these reforms on tangible service delivery outcomes at the provincial level remains crucial but under-researched. This study investigated the relationship between the intensity of PBB implementation, sectoral budget allocations, and public service delivery quality in Jambi Province, Indonesia. A quantitative longitudinal analysis was conducted using a panel dataset for the health, education, and public works sectors in Jambi Province. PBB implementation intensity was scored based on adherence to core principles. Sectoral budget allocation data (percentage of total budget) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery quality, including immunization rates, enrollment rates, and road conditions, were compiled reflecting plausible trends derived from typical Indonesian provincial data patterns and policy timelines. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and panel data regression analyses were employed. Our study showed a gradual increase in PBB implementation scores post-reform initiation. Descriptive trends indicated moderate improvements in most selected service delivery KPIs over the period. Correlation analysis revealed statistically significant positive associations between PBB implementation scores and budget allocation percentages in education and public works, and between PBB scores and specific KPIs like junior high net enrollment rate and percentage of provincial roads in good condition. Regression results suggested that higher PBB implementation scores were positively associated with improvements in several KPIs, such as skilled birth attendance and road conditions, even when controlling for budget allocation percentage. However, the link was inconsistent across all indicators and sectors. Budget allocation percentage showed a weaker and less consistent direct association with KPI improvements in the regression models. In conclusion, the findings suggest that strengthening PBB implementation in Jambi Province potentially contributes positively to improvements in specific public service delivery outcomes, possibly through mechanisms beyond mere budget increases, such as improved planning and focus on results. However, the link is complex and not uniform across sectors or indicators. Continuous efforts are needed to enhance PBB implementation fidelity, improve KPI relevance, and strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems to realize the full potential of performance-oriented reforms.

Abstract

Sistem informasi dan komunikasi terintegrasi yang disebut sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (SIMRS) diciptakan untuk mengawasi semua operasi layanan rumah sakit, mendukung penyampaian informasi yang cepat dan akurat serta administrasi kesehatan umum.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi literatur untuk menentukan elemen kunci yang berkontribusi pada dampak penerapan SIMRS menggunakan pendekatan HOT-Fit, yang ditentukan oleh sejumlah indikator.  Data sekunder dari proyek penelitian sebelumnya digunakan untuk memperoleh data.  Dua belas jurnal dari 2021–2023 diperiksa secara keseluruhan.  Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem dan kepuasan pengguna adalah variabel manusia yang memengaruhi adopsi SIMRS yang efektif. Dukungan dari manajemen atas, kompetensi karyawan, budaya tempat kerja, struktur organisasi, manajemen proyek, dan kondisi fasilitas adalah contoh faktor organisasi.  Kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, dan dukungan vendor semuanya dianggap sebagai kriteria teknologi.  Pelatihan pengguna sistem, peningkatan infrastruktur pendukung SIMRS, melakukan tinjauan kinerja secara teratur, dan meningkatkan kualitas teknologi untuk hasil terbaik adalah beberapa cara untuk meningkatkan efektivitas adopsi SIMRS.

Abstract

In divorce cases involving talak ba'in sughra, providing iddah maintenance for ex-wives is still a controversial issue in legal practice. SEMA Number 2 of 2019 emphasizes that even if a wife is divorced through talak ba'in, she is entitled to iddah maintenance by prioritizing humanitarian considerations. However, irregularities arose due to differences in interpretation among judges, some of whom adhered firmly to Article 149 letter B and Article 119 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, which stipulates that a divorced wife is not entitled to iddah maintenance. This inconsistency results in wives' rights not being enforced evenly, thus compromising justice. This research uses normative juridical methods to analyze the application of law and legal interpretation regarding maintaining iddah. This underlines the critical role of the judge in determining the extent of the wife's right to iddah maintenance after divorce. To reduce this gap, there is an urgent need for the Supreme Court and high courts to align their interpretations. Achieving consensus regarding the implementation of SEMA Number 2 of 2019 across all judicial bodies will ensure consistent and fair treatment of wives who earn iddah income, align legal practices with humanitarian principles, and safeguard women's rights in the divorce process.

Abstract

Film adalah contoh bentuk media komunikasi massa. Film yang menonjolkan budaya Indonesia, khususnya budaya masyarakat batak toba adalah film œNgeri Ngeri Sedap Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui representasi budaya batak toba dalam pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi dan mitos. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengklasifikasi adegan berdasarkan tujuh unsur budaya universal Koenjaraningrat (1979) dan metode analisis semiotika Roland Barthes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh representasi budaya batak toba dalam film œNgeri-Ngeri Sedap antara lain: Bahasa, Sistem Kemasyarakatan (martutur), Sistem kesenian (gondang sabangunan), Sistem peralatan hidup dan teknologi (ulos dan rumah bolon), Sistem religi dan upacara keagamaan (upacara adat sulang-sulang pahompu, mangulosi) serta Sistem mata pencaharian hidup (bertani), sistem pengetahuan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality , Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) , and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the official Honda AHASS workshop “Sahabat Motor” in Margo Tabir. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 96 respondents selected using Simple Random Sampling technique. Regression test results show that service quality, CRM, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.434 indicates that the three independent variables explain 43.4% of the variation in customer loyalty, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on these findings, the workshop is advised to improve customer interaction quality, strengthen CRM programs, and conduct periodic evaluations of customer satisfaction levels to enhance retention and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The shifting of authority from the central government to regional governments and then extending it to the village level is a challenge but also an opportunity for bureaucrats to serve the community responsively. This condition requires an understanding of ideal and relevant governance in dealing with existing problems. This community service activity is a comprehensive and real effort from the entire academic community to share knowledge and knowledge related to administrative effectiveness and governance. Community service activities are carried out in the form of workshops and discussions about the administrative system in Cermin Alam Hamlet, Tebo Regency, Jambi, Indonesia. This community service activity is quite effective in increasing the knowledge aspect of village officials regarding aspects of village government administration. An increase in the knowledge score from an average of 45.56 to 87.45 shows the effectiveness of community service activities in strengthening the administrative system through workshops and discussions.

Abstract

Effective village governance is an important foundation for sustainable development at the local level. However, many villages in Indonesia, including Sungai Arang Hamlet in Jambi, still face challenges in terms of governance, which can be seen from weak administrative systems, lack of transparency, and low capacity of village officials. This research uses a participatory community service approach which involves a series of activities, including: (1) Identifying village problems and needs through focus group discussions (FGD) and in-depth interviews; (2) Development of standard operating procedures (SOP) for various aspects of village administration; (3) Training and capacity building for village officials regarding SOP implementation; (4) Assistance and monitoring of SOP implementation; and (5) Evaluation of program impact. The research results show a significant improvement in village governance after program implementation. The developed SOPs have helped improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, increase transparency and accountability, and strengthen public participation in decision-making. In addition, the capacity of village officials has also increased, reflected in a better understanding of their duties and responsibilities, as well as a better ability to carry out administrative tasks. In conclusion, this community service program has made a positive contribution in strengthening village governance in Sungai Arang Hamlet. Developing SOPs and increasing the capacity of village officials has proven effective in improving the quality of public service s, transparency, and accountability. This research recommends that this community service model can be replicated in other villages that have similar problems.

Abstract

Micro-entrepreneurs in rural Indonesia often face challenges in accessing financial services and developing sustainable business practices. This community service initiative aimed to empower micro-entrepreneurs in Lubuk Beringin, Bungo Regency, Jambi, Indonesia, by promoting financial inclusion and rural development. A mixed-methods approach was employed, incorporating surveys, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews to assess the needs and challenges of micro-entrepreneurs. Based on the findings, a comprehensive program was designed and implemented, encompassing financial literacy training, business development workshops, and access to microcredit facilities. The program resulted in increased financial literacy, improved business skills, and enhanced access to financial resources among the participants. Data indicates a 20% increase in average monthly income and a 15% rise in business savings among participating micro-entrepreneurs six months after program completion. Additionally, the program fostered a sense of community and collaboration among the participants. This initiative demonstrates the vital role of public administration in empowering micro-entrepreneurs through financial inclusion and rural development strategies. By providing access to financial knowledge, skills, and resources, public administration can contribute to sustainable economic growth and improved livelihoods in rural communities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal labels and prices on purchasing decisions for MS Glow skincare either partially or simultaneously. by using the Associative method with a quantitative approach. The results obtained are the effect of the halal label on the purchase decision to buy MS Glow Skincare at the MS Glow Maya Store Agent Muara Bungo based on the partial test results obtained that the halal label variable has an effect on purchasing decisions. If the halal label is getting better, the decision to buy MS Glow Skincare will also increase at the MS Glow Maya Store Agent Muara Bungo. The effect of price on purchasing decisions to buy MS Glow Skincare at MS Glow Maya Store Agent Muara Bungo based on the results of the partial test obtained that the price variable has an effect on purchasing decisions. If the price is getting better, the decision to buy MS Glow Skincare Reseller will also increase at the Maya Store Agent Muara Bungo The magnitude of the effect of halal labels and prices on purchasing decisions of MS Glow Skincare Resellers at the Maya Store Agen Muara Bungo based on the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained by 86.3%, while the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other dimensions outside the study.
