Abstract

Meskipun manfaat karet bagi kehidupan masyarakat dunia saat ini sangat banyak baik untuk bahan dasar maupun untuk bahan pelengkap suatu barang, namun belum mampu membuat harga karet meningkat apalagi membuat para petani karet hidup sejahtera ditambah lagi pekerjaan mereka untuk mendapatkan hasil karet tersebut harus bekerja dengan keras. Dengan menggunakan metode deskritif dan pendekatan kualitatif penelitian ini dilakukan, informan yang digunakan sebanyak 21 orang dengan wawancara terstruktur serta analisis trianggulasi, maka didapatkan hasilnya adalah Faktor-faktor penyebab bekunya adalah faktor Manusiayang mana lemahnya sumber daya manusia para petani pada tahun 1980-1991 tersebut.. Faktor Modal dikarenakan keterbatasan modal di pabrik dan sering terjadi keterlambatan pencairan gaji petani, susahnya proses peminjaman uang, kurangnya komunikasi antara petani dan pegawai. Sehingga terjadi menurunnya rasa kepercayaan antara kedua belah pihak dan timbul rasa tidak saling membutuhkan.

Abstract

Despite this promising potential, it is important to remember that investing in Bitcoin also involves risk. The price of Bitcoin is very volatile, and its value can change dramatically in a short amount of time. In addition, regulations regarding cryptocurrencies are still unclear in many countries, and regulatory changes could affect the price and adoption of Bitcoin. Security is also an important factor, as Bitcoin can be vulnerable to cyberattacks and theft. This study aimed to conduct studies related to the potential of bitcoin cryptocurrency as an asset for future investment as well as the potential risks that exist in this asset. Literature search efforts are carried out by searching on search engines using certain keywords. Articles that match the inclusion criteria are reviewed in depth. Bitcoin's potential as a future investment alternative is highly dependent on factors such as value growth, institutional adoption, and developments in blockchain technology. Nonetheless, it is important to be aware of the risks associated with investing in cryptocurrencies and to carry out in-depth research and consulting before making any investment decisions.

Abstract

In divorce cases involving talak ba'in sughra, providing iddah maintenance for ex-wives is still a controversial issue in legal practice. SEMA Number 2 of 2019 emphasizes that even if a wife is divorced through talak ba'in, she is entitled to iddah maintenance by prioritizing humanitarian considerations. However, irregularities arose due to differences in interpretation among judges, some of whom adhered firmly to Article 149 letter B and Article 119 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, which stipulates that a divorced wife is not entitled to iddah maintenance. This inconsistency results in wives' rights not being enforced evenly, thus compromising justice. This research uses normative juridical methods to analyze the application of law and legal interpretation regarding maintaining iddah. This underlines the critical role of the judge in determining the extent of the wife's right to iddah maintenance after divorce. To reduce this gap, there is an urgent need for the Supreme Court and high courts to align their interpretations. Achieving consensus regarding the implementation of SEMA Number 2 of 2019 across all judicial bodies will ensure consistent and fair treatment of wives who earn iddah income, align legal practices with humanitarian principles, and safeguard women's rights in the divorce process.

Abstract

This article stems from an increase in cases of prostitution (Social Pathology) from 2013, which amounted to 75 people and increased in 2017 to 87 people, using descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques used were interviews with 10 informants. The results of the research on the implementation of Bungo District Regulation No. 15 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Prostitution in Bungo District carried out by the Office of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Bungo Regency Fire Department are still not going well. , massage venues, dim cafes, and nightclubs (discos) in hotels. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada pra siklus pelajaran, siswa masih mengalami kesulitan terhadap pemahaman terhadap materi yang diberikan, siswa juga masih pasif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan hasil belajar IPA materi organ pernafasan manusia melalui media audio visual pada siswa kelas V. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, serta analisis dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 siswa. Data yang diambil berupa hasil tes akhir siklus, hasil observasi dan dokumentasi. Indikator keberhasilan adalah apabila dalam kelas terdapat 75% atau lebih dari jumlah siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 70. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pra siklus adalah 50 dengan ketuntasan 20 %. Nilai rata-rata Siklus I adalah 65 dengan ketuntasan 35 %. Dan pada siklus II nilai rata-ratanya adalah 86 dengan tingkat ketuntasan mencapai 95 %. Rata-rata nilai dari pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II menunjukan adanya peningkatan, yang berarti ada peningkatan hasil belajar.

Abstract

One of the activities that are often carried out is borrowing campus facilities and infrastructure, alsoexperienced by the academic community of the UPN "Veteran" East Java within areas of the Faculty ofComputer Science. However, this activity is considered inef ective and inef icient. Nevertheless, a solutionis needed to overcome this problem. By using the iconic method, the process starts from problemidentification, literature study, data collection (observation and interviews), needs analysis, and systemdesign in research. Producing an Information System as a solution, a solution application called "Apifak:Mobile-Based Facilities and Infrastructure Lending Application at the Faculty of Computer Science UPN"Veteran" East Java in the implementation of object-based design analysis. Apifak is a solution in theform of an application for the problem of inef ectiveness in an activity of borrowing facilities andinfrastructure. In supporting the Apifak application requires several steps that must be taken, includingcompiling flowchart, GUI, domain model, use case diagram, robustness diagram, sequence diagram, andclass diagram. Currently the world of information technology is developing rapidly with the use of the internet which is increasingly global. The internet here as a transmitter of information, its existence has now become a human need. The benefits of the internet are quite large, especially in the world of business, entertainment and education. Jambu Village is one of the villages in Tebo Ulu District. Nangsri Village is a government agency engaged in community services experiencing problems in the system of introducing organizational structures, activities, locations, which are currently only known by the surrounding community. With the development of this Information Technology, it encourages the author to design a Website Profile of Jambu Village with the creation of this website, it is hoped that it will run well and can be felt the benefits, it will make it easier to introduce the potentials, activities, that exist in Jambu Village and the community can find out the developments that have occurred. occurred in Jambu Village, especially the community around Jambu Village and more broadly it can be known by all people in the world. The purpose of this service is to build a Website Profile of Jambu Village, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency. The benefit of this service is that in addition to what is listed above, it is hoped that the existence of a Website in Jambu Village can optimize in conveying information about the potential organizational structure in Jambu Village. The method of this research is data collection, data analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation. With the construction of the Jambu Village profile website, it is easier to market products in Jambu Village so that it can be known by the wider community, especially the Jambu Village community, they don't have to come directly to Jambu Village, just look through the website to find out the information in the Jambu Village.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the effectiveness of using interactive digital learning media in increasing students' understanding of mathematical concepts and learning motivation at the basic level. The research method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing six selected articles that are relevant to the use of digital media in mathematics learning. The research results show that the use of interactive digital learning media increases students' understanding of mathematical concepts and learning motivation. Online applications such as Wordwall and digital image simulations such as MyWebAR are effective in teaching spatial shapes. Tools like Google Site and Google Classroom support bold learning. Digital media reduces misconceptions and increases interest in learning. There are various free websites available to choose suitable learning media. It is important for teachers to choose the right media for students.

Abstract

Online learning has become an integral part of higher education in today's digital era, especially following the COVID-19 pandemic. Video conferencing (Vicon) technology plays a crucial role in this transition, enabling direct interaction between teachers and students without the need for physical presence in the classroom. This study aims to analyze the use of Vicon features in the context of online learning and its impact on the smoothness of the learning process. Data were collected through a questionnaire administered to students of the Faculty of Computer Science at UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method employed for calculation. The collected data were then qualitatively analyzed to determine the effectiveness of Vicon use by identifying usage patterns, obstacles faced, and student perceptions of its impact on the learning process. Analysis of the SUS scores, usage patterns, challenges, and student perceptions revealed a low average SUS value. This indicates that while Vicon facilitates direct interaction and effective material delivery, there are still significant technical obstacles and low participation rates. These findings suggest the need for improvements in the technical aspects of Vicon and strategies to increase student engagement in online learning environments.
