The context of this research is the phenomenon of a value change of murals in modern society, from a previously negative image to a positive image. Nowadays murals can even become a form of visual media that able to accommodate various sociocultural discourses. The aim of the research is to analyze how murals can be semantically as a contemporar media for various socio-cultural discourses within the visual communication design paradigm. The research uses a case study of a gardening for food security-themed, created by researchers as part of community service activities in Kelurahan Srengseng Sawah, South Jakarta in 2023. Murals as visual culture are analyzed using the design thinking method initiated by John Edward Arnold, then murals are studied as visual culture, and validate to communication psychology theory. The results show that murals has a communication and visual function as an ambient media (to build an atmosphere of activities), aesthetic value, visual text, murals as campaign media that encourages the society to actively participate in gardening activities as part of an independent food security programme led by PKK (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) in Kelurahan Srengseng Sawah. By those semantic contents, murals through of a cognitive, affective and behavioral approach, managed to build a positive image and have a positive impact to the community to do gardening activities along with awareness of the importance of independent food safety efforts.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-Government in improving the efficiency of public services in the Batu City Government, especially through the Digital Public Service Mall (MPP) "Among Warga" service. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that service digitization is able to reduce the licensing process time from 3-5 days to 1-2 days, reduce administrative costs, and increase public satisfaction from 65% to 83%. However, obstacles were found in the form of limited digital human resources, lack of integration between OPDs, and low digital literacy of the community. Abstrak: Perencanaan keuangan keluarga tidak hanya penting bagi mereka yang berpenghasilan besar saja, namun juga diperlukan oleh mereka yang berpenghasilan terbatas. Tidak semua orang dapat dengan mudah mengelola keuangan keluarga karena mengelola keuangan memerlukan ketrampilan dan disiplin yang tinggi, karena pendapatan keluarga jumlahnya relatif terbatas, sementara kebutuhan hidup manusia sangatlah banyak dan beragam. Pengelolaan keuangan keluarga lebih banyak dilakukan oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga, oleh karenanya pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) kali ini terfokus pada pemberian pelatihan kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga tentang bagaimana merencanakan keuangan keluarga secara efektif dan efisien… Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan anggota PKK dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga berbasis aplikasi “Sikapi Uangmu”. Kegiatan pelatihan cara mengelola keuangan keluarga ini diikuti oleh 20 orang ibu-ibu pengurus PKK Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang dengan memanfaatkan program aplikasi komputer yang dbuat oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) “Sikapi Uangmu”. Umpan balik yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada peserta menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dari sisi metode sebesar 69,23%, materi sebesar 75,4 dan pelaksanaan sebesar 91%. Pelatihan juga berhasil menumbuhkan motivasi dan keinginan peserta untuk memanfaatkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh selama pelatihan untuk melakukan perencanakan keuangan keluarga (79%) dengan menggunakan aplikasi “Sikapi Uangmu” (21%).Abstract: Family financial planning is very important; not just for those with high earnings; people with limited incomes also need it. Due to the relatively limited family income and the wide range of human needs, managing family money demands a high level of skill and discipline, which not everyone can readily possess. Because women handle the majority of family financial management, this time's Community Service (PKM) program concentrated on teaching housewives on how to efficiently and successfully organize their families' finances. Twenty moms who are PKK administrators from Dau District, Malang Regency, participated in this activity. They received training on how to handle family finances using the "Sikapi Uangmu" computer application program, which was developed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Survey responses revealed that participants were generally satisfied with the way PKM activities were implemented (69.23%), the material (75.4%), and the execution (91%). Additionally, the training was successful in boosting participants' willingness and desire to use the "Sikapi Uangmu" program to organize family finances (79%) using the knowledge they had learned (21%).

Gula Aren merupakan bahan pangan yang kaya akan nutrisi bagi kesehatan. Segobang, kawasan pedesaan dengan topografi perbukitan menyimpan banyak sekali pohon aren. Kurangnya pengetahuan membuat produksi gula aren Segobang hanya dilakukan secara sederhana. Selain itu, petani tidak memiliki nilai tawar karena harga dikontrol oleh tengkulak. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian antara lain: 1) Analisis potensi lokal desa; 2) Pemilihan mitra; 3) Pembentukan komunitas; 4) Pelatihan dan Pendampingan. KKN UMD Universitas Jember hadir dalam rangka membantu melakukan pendampingan melalui pembentukan komunitas serta branding produk. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani gula aren di Desa Segobang.

Banana is one of the leading commodities in Lumajang Distric. Partners in this service are farmer groups in Burno Village, Senduro District, Lumajang. The problem faced is the attack fungal plant pathogen caused Fusarium sp. and banana leaf-rolling caterpillar Erionota thrax. Methods in community service activities are focused on initiating groups of banana farmers, as well as providing knowledge and training on basic techniques and controlling banana pests. The steps taken include initiating the introduction of banana pests, conducting socialization and training on pest management techniques. The training conducted for partners includes a number of things, namely provision of the diversity of natural enemies, training on basic techniques for controlling pests and diseases, and training on the propagation of natural enemies, especially the fungus Trichoderma sp. and the parasitoid Trichogramma sp and their release in the field. This service is expected to be able to prevent and control banana pests and increase the amount of banana production so that it can improve welfare. Community economic empowerment is an important strategy in improving welfare and economic independence at the village level. This study focuses on the implementation of economic empowerment in Parijatahwetan Village through various initiatives involving skills training, the formation of business groups, and increasing access to capital. The Majelis Solawat, as one of the main forums in the village, plays an important role in this initiative by integrating religious activities with economic development. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using interactive analysis with stages of data collection, data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Majelis Sholawat in Parijatahwetan Village plays an important role in strengthening religious identity and strengthening community faith through reading and respect for the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In addition to the spiritual aspect, the Majelis Sholawat also has great potential to support local economic empowerment. Attracting community participation and visitors from outside the region, this event creates economic opportunities through increasing local trade, developing transportation services, and accommodation

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menentukan market value pemain sepak bola profesional di Liga 1 Indonesia dan Liga 1 Thailand. Penelitian ini menggunakan 126 sampel pemain sepak bola profesional di Liga 1 Indonesia dan 218 sampel pemain di Liga 1 Thailand pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 yang diperoleh dari situs resmi www.transfermarkt.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada Liga 1 Indonesia secara parsial goal berpengaruh terhadap market value pemain sedangkan itu umur, assist, menit bermain dan starting 11 tidak berpengaruh terhadap market value pemain. Pada Liga 1 Thailand secara parsial umur dan assist berpengaruh terhadap market value pemain sedangkan itu goal, menit bermain dan starting 11 tidak berpengaruh terhadap market value pemain. Umur, goal, assist, menit bermain dan starting 11 secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap market value pemain. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen klub sepak bola dalam menentukan market value pemain sepak bola dan mendukung keputusan investasi dalam pengelolaan klub sepak bola.

Skeletonema sp. culture its growth is strongly influenced by the nutrients in the environment where it lives, therefore fertilizer is needed in the culture media to support the availability of both macro and micro nutrients. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of KNO3 administration on the growth and density of Skeletonema sp. cells. and dosage to obtain the best KNO3 fertilizer. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. KNO3 fertilizer dosage treatments included A (100 ppm), B (200 ppm), C (300 ppm), and control K (500 ppm). Parameters measured were specific growth rate and cell density of Skeletonema sp. The results of the study on density showed that the best treatment was treatment K of 269.5 ᵡ 104 cells/mL, followed by C 300 ppm (203.5 ᵡ 104 cells/mL), B 200 ppm (126.08 ᵡ 104 cells/mL), and A 100 ppm (94.75 ᵡ 104 cells/mL). The average specific growth rate produced in each treatment corresponds to the cell density pattern, namely K (0.434/day); C(0.379/day); B(0.279/day); and A (0.220/day). The application of KNO3 fertilizer with different doses had a significant effect on the growth and density of Skeletonema sp. cells. The higher the KNO3 dose, the higher the growth rate and density of Skeletonema sp cells. high too. Keywords: Fertilizer Dose; Kalium Nitrate; Phytoplankton

Standar Akuntansi Keuangan – Entitas Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) diharapkan menjadi solusi atas masalah yang kerap melanda Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Masalah yang dihadapi UMKM adalah ketidaktersediaan pembukuan yang terstruktur dan sistematis dalam laporan keuangan yang baik sesuai standar EMKM. UMKM seharusnya mampu pihak internal maupun eksternal.Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui implementasi penyusunan laporan keuangan dan perpajakan umkm berdsarkan standar akuntansi keuangan entitas mikro kecil dan menengah (SAK-EMKM) pada usaha dagang milik Bakso Bahari, serta untuk mengetahui apakah usaha Bakso Bahari sudah menerapkan SAK-EMKM dan penerapan sistem perpajakan berdasarkan peraturan pada usaha nya tersebut. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan di lokasi Gunung Putri, Bogor. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan hasil dari wawancara yang dilakukan saat di lapangan untuk menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Usaha Bakso Bahari di desa Bojong Nangka Kecamatan Gunung Putri Kabupaten Bogor belum sepenuhnya menerapkan SAK-EMKM dalam penyajian laporan keuangannya..
