Abstract

The Aircraft Movement Monitoring System at the Web-Based Ground Control Atc is a familiar thing in the LPPNI Public Corporation XYZ branch. But, the problem of irregular and manual storage in monitoring aircraft movements in Ground Control is often an obstacle that must be experienced. The Arrival and Departure data storage of both IFR and VFR using a manual system results in frequent errors. In monitoring the movement of the aircraft was still manual and inputting data Arrival and Departure reports are still using a manual system that requires a lot of accuracy and a very long process. Therefore, the Aircraft Movement Monitoring System at Web-Based Atc Ground Control will be able to solve the problem of monitoring that is still manual and inputting data and provide data reports quickly and accurately. With this research, the authors create a new system using the C ++ programming language that uses application platforms namely Dreamweaver and Sublime Text which will facilitate the process of monitoring, inputting, storing and making Arrival and Departure data reports. Thus this study was able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in monitoring aircraft movements and database processing on Arrival and departure data at the LPPNI Public Corporation XYZ branch.  Keywords: Monitoring System, Arrival and Departure, Web, Manual System

Abstract

The Lamd Transportation Assistance System is a familiar thing at XYZ  Airport. However, the problem of getting in and out of taxis performing pickups still cannot be solved. Managing land transportation support using a manual system leads to common mistakes. Manual systems that really require accuracy and a very complicated process are still used in the development of the company to enter and report data to and from PUSKOPAU taxis performing pickups. Therefore, the Lamd Transportation Assistance system can solve the data entry problem and provide data reports quickly and accurately. With this research, the authors create a new system using a coded programming language that makes it easier to enter, save, and create Lamd Transportation Assistance data reports. The new system uses the coded programming language. Abstract

PT XYZ Air Jakarta is a PT which is engaged in providing clean water services for industrial areas, business areas and residential areas. The inventory information system is a system used to enter new inventory data into the database, so that there are no errors in input, output data, and report generation based on the desired data. Based on a direct survey there is division, the Itinfrastructure is still manual. So needed web inventory is to help the admin and Svp find out the information on these items and also track them. The system to be used is the programming language Java Script and MySQL. The existence of an inventory information system is expected to be useful for the Division it infrastructure, so it can be expected to reduce errors that may occur. Through this thesis, web inventory has been made in the Division IT Infrastructure.

Abstract

We know medical device are very important for the world of health, various forms and uses. One example of and important medical device for humans is the Cath-Lab and CT-Scan, Wich are tools intended for heart sugery and various other medical uses. These tools are priced quite expensive so that not a few hospitals can have these tools. PT XYZ or it can be abbreviated as PT. XYZ is a company that sells these medical devices, because with the high cost of the tool PT. XYZ has difficulty selling it to hospitals in need because of the high coast that must be incurred by the hospital, therefore the author wants to make a solution for PT. XYZ so that hospitals can easily get Cath-Lab and CT-Scan is by renting it out to every hospital that needs it. Keywords: Rental, Waterfall, PHP, MySQL, WEB.

Abstract

Asset management and equipment maintenance are crucial aspects in supporting smooth business operations, particularly in the copper crafts industry. Merapi Karya Cipta, located in Dusun III, Tumang, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency, owns various production equipment assets that play a direct role in the work process, yet their management remains rudimentary and unplanned. This community service activity aims to increase copper craftsmen's understanding and awareness of the importance of asset management and equipment maintenance to improve operational efficiency. Qualitative methods were used through observation, interviews, and direct outreach to the craftsmen. The results of the activity demonstrated increased knowledge and a shift in participants' perspectives on business management, particularly regarding equipment maintenance and division of labor. The craftsmen began to understand that routine maintenance can be performed simply and does not always require significant costs. Therefore, this activity is expected to help maintain the continuity of the production process, reduce the risk of equipment damage, and support increased productivity and the well-being of the local community.

Abstract

Handayani Bakery & Cake is a small and medium enterprise (UKM) operating in the food industry with a focus on making and selling bread and cake products. However, in daily operations, we still use a manually documented system in terms of recording sales reports, accuracy of transaction data, and stock management which is done manually, which at any time can cause errors in recording and calculations. This research aims to build a system that is integrated with computers, namely a sales point system, so that managing sales data reports can be more effective, efficient and also accurate. The Point of Sales application uses the Laravel framework PHP programming language. The application development step begins with collecting the required data from interviewing and observing the existing process flow, creating a design plan, programming (coding) and system testing. The results of the research carried out by this system run well, it can document sales report data more efficiently, effectively and accurately.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Plumpungrejo, Kecamatan Wonoasri, Kabupaten Madiun dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar di era digital. Melalui program KKN Tematik Universitas PGRI Madiun tahun 2025, tim pelaksana menyelenggarakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai konsep dasar branding, strategi digital marketing, serta teknik fotografi konten publik yang relevan untuk promosi produk. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemaparan materi, demonstrasi praktik langsung, dan pendampingan pembuatan konten sederhana menggunakan perangkat yang dimiliki peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya identitas merek, pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi, serta kemampuan menghasilkan foto produk yang lebih menarik dan layak unggah. Peserta juga mampu menerapkan pemisahan konten berdasarkan tujuan promosi dan mempraktikkan teknik pencahayaan dasar dalam fotografi produk. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk mulai menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital dan membangun citra usaha yang lebih profesional, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya saing produk lokal Desa Plumpungrejo.Top of Form

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan utama dalam Penelitian ini supaya mengetahuai seberapa besar pengaruh dari masing -masing variabel dan juga secara simultan terhadap komitmen afektif pada karyawan di KN Jaya Simo Boyolali. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 52 responden yang merupakan karyawan KN Jaya Simo Boyolali, dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didasarkan pada filsafat positivisme dan bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data numerik di lapangan, di uji menggunakan analisis data dilengkapi dengan ujianalisis regresi linier berganda, dari uji t menunjukan gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afktif sebesar 0,003, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap komtmen afektif sebesar 0,013, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif sebesar 0,058 dan hasil uji koefisien determinasi secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 47,8% berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Komitmen Afektif. ABSTRACT The main objective of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of each variable and also simultaneously on affective commitment in employees at KN Jaya Simo Boyolali. The research sample consists of 52 respondents who are employees of KN Jaya Simo Boyolali, selected using a saturation sampling technique with a quantitative approach based on positivism philosophy and aims to collect numerical data in the field, tested using data analysis equipped with multiple linear regression analysis tests, the results of the t-test show that transformational leadership style has an effect on affective commitment of 0.003, work motivation has an effect on affective commitment of 0.013, work discipline does not have an effect on affective commitment of 0.058 and results of the simultaneous coefficient of determination test show that 47.8% has an effect on affective commitment, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi, dan job stress terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Laba Indoagro Nusantara Kabupaten Boyolali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner melalui google forms yang disebarkan kepada 30 responden. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, komunikasi, dan job stresss tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara langsung terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Nilai koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 0,043 menunjukkan variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sekitar 4,3% variabilitas dalam prestasi kerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya 95,7% diduga dijelaskan oleh variabel - variabel lain .

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen, disiplin kerja, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja anggota KPPS pada PPS Desa Penggung Kecamatan Boyolali Kabupaten Boyolali PEMILU 2024. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitaif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota KPPS Desa Penggung pada PEMILU tahun 2024, diambil secara purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 63 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan budaya kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan teerhadap Kinerja anggota KPPS desa Penggung pada pemilu tahun 2024 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi (p value) < 0,05, sedangkan komitmen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota KPPS Desa Penggung pada pemilu tahun 2024 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi (p value) > 0,05. komitmen, disiplin kerja, dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 72% dan selebihnya sebesar 28% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar model penelitian ini.
