Abstract

Marketing strategy is one way to win the competition in a sustainable superior manner for goods or services companies. Marketing strategy can be seen as one of the bases used in preparing company plans in the field of marketing. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires to buyers of Kimi Chilli Branded Stores. Based on the results of research testing on segmentation variables, it is known that the p value (sig) is 0.000 <0.05. Based on the test results on the target market variable, it is known that the p value (sig) is 0.927> 0.05. Based on research on the market position variable, the p value (sig) is 0.000 <0.05. 05. This shows that simultaneously market segmentation, target market & market position have a positive effect on the image of Kimi Chilli Branded Stores

Abstract

This study, titled Analysis Propaganda in the Russia-Ukraine Conflict on YouTube Tribun Timur (March-July 2024), aims to reveal propaganda patterns in digital news coverage of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The research subjects are five videos with the highest engagement on the Tribun Timur YouTube channel from March to July 2024. This study uses content analysis and literature review methods to identify the forms of messages, symbols, and visual communication techniques used in shaping public opinion. The results of the study show that the videos consistently portray the military superiority of Russia and undermine the position of Ukraine using specific propaganda techniques such as the use of negative terminology, symbolic visuals, the omission of opposing information, and dramatic narratives. In addition, a narrative pattern was found that aligns with Russia's “firehose of falsehood” propaganda model, which is massive, fast, and inconsistent with objective truth. The conclusion of this study states that YouTube Tribun Timur has become a potential channel for the spread of transnational propaganda that could threaten Indonesia's information resilience if not subject to continuous monitoring and critical analysis by the relevant authorities.

Abstract

Diabetes merupakan penyakit menahun (kronis) berupa gangguan metabolik yang ditandai dengan kadar gula yang melebihi batas normal. Komplikasi yang ditimbulkan akibat dari diabetes diantaranya adalah sistem mikrovaskuler dan makrovaskuler seperti luka diabetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perawatan luka dengan teknik balutan moist wound healing terhadap regenerasi luka pasien diabetes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimental menggunakan pra – post test dalam satu kelompok. Data diambil pada tanggal 17 Juli 2024 sampai 17 Agustus 2024 di Ruang Bedah RSUD Asembagus kepada 25 responden secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data meliputi editing, coding, scoring, dan tabulating. Kemudian dianalisis dengan uji spearman rank. Hasil analisa data didapatkan regenerasi luka pada penderita diabetes sebelum dan setelah dilakukan moist wound healing regenerasi luka pada fase inflamasi sebelum dilakukan perawatan. Fase proliferasi setelah dilakukan perawatan moist woung healing sebanyak 20 responden (80.0%). Hasil penelitian tersebut diperkuat oleh hasil uji spearman rank didapatkan p value sebesar 0.000. Nilai p value penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai p value < α (0,05) yang berarti dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh perawatan luka dengan teknik balutan moist wound healing terhadap regenerasi luka pasien diabetes. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat menerapkan perawatan luka dengan metode moist wound healing karena berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam perawatan luka yang lebih baik, terutama untuk luka kronis seperti luka ulkus diabetikum.

Abstract

Mengetahui manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitaskinerja guru di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Alternatif Kota Magelang di erapandemi covid 19 merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian inifoukus pada kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terkait upayameningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru di SD Muhammadiyah 1 AlternatifKota Magelang di era pandemi covid 19. Jenis penelitian inimerupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan datamenggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Darihasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kepala sekolah dalam upayameningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru dalam proses pelaksanaanyamenerapkan beberapa strategi yaitu mengadakan rapat koordinasirutin, membekali guru dengan kegiatan yang menunjang peningkatankualitas kinerja guru yaitu, pelatihan-pelatihan, workshop, dan kepalasekolah memberikan arahan dan bimbingan terhadap guru dalammelaksanakan tugasnya secara personal. Pemanfaatan sistemInformasi dan Teknologi dioptimalkan sebagai sarana pembalajarandengan berbagai sistem yang kreatif dan inovatif. Hambatanhambatan yang dihadapi seperti masih kurangnya kesadaran daribeberapa guru terhadap disiplin budaya kerja dan ada guru belumsiap ketika masuk kerja diperlukan pendekatan personal. Pandemicovid 19 tidak menjadi penghalang bagi seoang pendidik untuk tetapmemberikan layanan pembelajaran kepada peserta didik. Kreativitasguru dalam mengajar sudah diberikan wadah dengan adanya studiomini dan kapasitas jaringan internet yang memadai.

Abstract

The XYZ Toll Road Section Project experienced contract failure due to multiple changes in the planning contract (addendum), resulting in disruptions to the implementation process and the failure to meet the overall project completion target. The objective of this research is to analyze the potential risks that led to contract failure and propose mitigation efforts for each identified risk. The method employed is the Monte Carlo Simulation, providing a comprehensive approach through empirical data from questionnaires and simulation results to enhance the accuracy of the analysis. This study identified 9 high-level risks and 4 medium-level risks based on risk analysis and categorization on the risk map. The research also strives to implement mitigation measures for each risk based on the prioritized risk values, from highest to lowest, as a form of risk management. This approach aims to minimize the likelihood of contract failure and enhance the operational efficiency of the project.

Abstract

The availability of road infrastructure is one of the important aspects of accelerating the national development process. With all the fiscal limitations in financing the need for large infrastructure provisions, an optimal funding strategy is needed to achieve development goals through alternative financing of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme to bridge the financing gap through investment. However, the realization of infrastructure investment is a complex matter, so a quality PPP project preparation and planning process is needed so the project visions can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This study aims to observe the application of the Project DevelopmentRoutemap Method on the Gedebage – Tasikmalaya – Cilacap Toll Road project which is a project carried out by PPP scheme. The Project Development Routemap Method assessed the complexity and strategic risk of a project and assessed the capability of key areas of responsisbility involved, as well as developed reccomendations and action plans as research outputs. Based on the result of the study, it was found that The Gedebage – Tasikmalaya – Cilacap Toll Road is a high-complexity project. The capabilities of the stakeholders including Sponsors (PJPK), Clients (BUJT), Aset Managers (Operators), and Markets (Service Providers) are currently working appropriately, but there are still some areas that need to be improved. Six areas needed improvement, and three practices that were appropriate and needed to be continued.

Abstract

Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) has an important role in empowering families with the aim of improving family welfare and the quality of life of the community. PKK can be at the forefront in overcoming various problems that occur in society by mobilizing PKK women. The aim of implementing this service is to introduce entrepreneurship, provide ideas and motivation to start entrepreneurship or independent business. The method used is material presentation, discussion and question and answer and uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The success of this activity was demonstrated by the positive response from the participants as seen by the warm discussions in order to increase the motivation or desire of the PKK women in Jelok village to start entrepreneurship. Assistance is provided until they are able to find the type of business they are interested in.

Abstract

Terorisme merupakan salah satu masalah yang sedang dihadapi oleh berbagai negara di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Dampak yang diakibatkan oleh kejahatan ini begitu besar dan signifikan. Oleh karena itu, negara memberikan perhatian lebih atas kejahatan ini. Dari berbagai dimensi kejahatan terorisme, terdapat sebuah fenomena pergerakan WNI yang pergi ke wilayah konflik lalu bergabung dengan aksi terorisme. lalu, mereka yang Kembali sebagai deportan maupun returnees menjadi suatu ancaman tersendiri bagi Indonesia. Untuk itu, Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme membentuk sebuah Satuan Tugas Penanggulangan Foreign Terrorist Fighters dengan tujuan untuk mengawasi pergerakan mereka. Untuk itu, penelitian ini akan membahas bagaimana strategi Intelijen yang dijalankan oleh Satuan Tugas Penanggulangan Foreign Terrorist Fighters dalam mengawasi deportan dan returnees. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif untuk melihat secara holistic pelaksanaan pengawasan intelijen terhadap deportan dan returnees. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa deportan dan returnees memiliki potensi ancaman yang besar bagi keamanan dan stabilitas nasional. Oleh karena itu, Satgas FTF melakukan pengawasan terhadap aktivitas deportan dan returnees di media sosial dan platform online lainnya. Satgas FTF juga bekerja sama dengan berbagai lembaga terkait, seperti lembaga intelijen, kepolisian, dan imigrasi, sebagai strategi pengawasan .terhadap deportan dan returnees.

Abstract

Along with the times, the world of banking is also required to have growth in providing services to the public. The world of banking itself has a significant contribution in daily life. However, some deficiencies that arise due to the application of the procedures used are still often encountered. This situation can be seen from the number of customer self-registration data that is still done manually. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology on Citizenship Cards can be used to get the results of accuracy and speed and get the best reading results. The purpose of this study was to use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology in reading the Identity Card (KTP). The readings from OCR can be used to compare the size of the original, medium, and small images in color and grayscale images, so that the best results can be found in the processing of personal data on Identity Cards with Optical Character Recognition (OCR). This study resulted in the accuracy of reading grayscale Identity Card (KTP) data more accurately. Where the amount of 86.32% for the accuracy of the colored Identity Card (KTP) and 88.58% for the accuracy of the grayscale Identity Card (KTP).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the direct and indirect effects of discounts, free shipping, and cash on delivery (COD) on consumer choices. Shopee users in Madiun, specifically at the Alurwah Moslemwear store, were the subjects of the study. The research sample consisted of 385 respondents. This study used SmartPLS version 4.0 for quantitative data processing. The results show that COD significantly and positively influences consumer purchasing decisions. Free shipping and discounts have an insignificant and negative effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the results indicate that these variables also have a direct effect on purchasing decisions. These promotional strategies encourage consumers to complete transactions by reducing costs and perceived risks, thus increasing purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the results indicate that only one variable has a direct effect, indicating the purchasing decision process. The other variables do not affect purchasing decisions. This study highlights the importance for online sellers, especially on e-commerce platforms like Shopee, to offer cash on delivery (COD) services to increase purchasing decisions. Despite offering attractive discounts and free shipping options, the Alurwah Muslim Clothing Store must provide more attractive strategies for customers. Sales must prioritize these factors in their marketing strategy.
