Abstract

Shallots are the most potential agricultural product in Klagen Village, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency, East Java. Famous as a typical Indonesian spice, this typical Nganjuk Shallot has a different taste and texture from shallots in other regions. Unfortunately, even though this plant has potential and has many benefits for health and as a natural flavor enhancer, the people of Klagen village are not able to optimize and develop processed products from Shallots. With this service activity, the author aims to provide education to the public to increase the economic value of Shallots by processing them into Mr. Cookies. Brams. The service was carried out using the training method which was carried out with demonstrations and hands-on practice with several PKK mothers regarding how to process Mr. Cookies. Brams. In addition to processing, the training participants also gain knowledge for marketing a product. The results achieved from this service activity are the creation of processed innovations into Mr. Cookies. Brams, while adding to its economic value.

Abstract

Desa Ngguyangan merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di kecamatan Trucuk Kabupaten Bojonegoro Provinsi Jawa Timur, yang memiliki tanaman potensi berupa rebung. Rebung merupakan tanaman bamboo muda yang biasa dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat desa sekitar. Biasanya masyarakat mengolah rebung menjadi sayur lodeh. Tanaman ini banyak terdapat di pekarangan rumah warga, tumbuh dengan liar, dan memiliki nilai ekonomis yang rendah. Oleh karena itu, rebung yang kaya akan gizi dan serat ini seringkali dipandang sebelah mata. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, penulis bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis rebung dengan mengolahnya menjadi stick rebung. Pengabdian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan demonstrasi dan praktek langsung dengan beberapa perwakilan ibu rumah tangga di desa Ngguyangan terkait cara mengolah stick rebung. Selain pengolahan, para peserta pelatihan juga mendapatkan pengetahuan untuk pemasaran sebuah produk Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu terciptanya inovasi olahan rebung menjadi rebung, sekaligus menambah nilai ekonomisnya.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika seringkali mendapat pandangan negative dari peserta didik, hal ini dikarenakan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan terbatas pada penghafalan rumus-rumus. Terlebih dalam penjelasan teori dilakukan tanpa menggunakan alat bantu seperti media pembelajaran. akibatnya siswa sulit memahami materi matematika karena keterbatasan abstraksi dan minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran. Terutama materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan. Media Calculator Box diduga bisa menjadi alternatif dalam menyikapi masalah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penelitian dan pengembangan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pengembangan Media Calculator Box ini. Penelitian ini adalah Research and Development, dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Berdasarkan validasi ahli materi terhadap pengembangan media Calculator Box diperoleh skor 86% dengan kategori sangat baik menunjukkan bahwasanya materi sesuai dengan media pembelajaran, sedangkan validasi ahli media terhadap pengembangan media Calculator Box diperoleh skor sebesar 66% dengan kategori cukup baik, maka media layak digunakan. Hasil Pre-Test 25% dinyatakan tidak tuntas, kemudian dilakukan Post-Test dengan hasil 75% sehingga siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media Calculator Box yang dikembangkan dapat diterima dan dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan.

Abstract

The main and tough task in the field of education is to improve students' literacy skills and learn morality, so that it is hoped that students in Indonesia can become highly intellectual and well-behaved and moral. This research and development aims to develop literacy skills and religious moderation abilities of students at SDN Kadipaten 1. This research and development uses the ADDIE development model. With 5 stages of development and 4 types of data collection carried out namely interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests. There are 4 indicators of literacy skills used in this study, namely reading, writing, spoken language, and linguistics. Meanwhile, indicators of the ability to moderate religion use indicators of national commitment, respecting opinions, being accommodating to local culture, and being sensitive to the surroundings. The results of this study indicate that this ethnopedagogy-based inquiry development model can be used to improve religious literacy and moderation abilities with an average ability obtained of 90% and 92%. This development is carried out by adding feedback and appreciation and reflection syntax in the development of inquiry learning.

Abstract

This study seeks to reveal an initiative on the strategy of developing the quality of Islamic educational institutions at the madrasah level through the development of Human Resource Management. This research uses the literature study method, where literature searches in the form of relevant theories, including literature on human resource management in Islamic educational institutions, especially related to madrasah. Literature studies interpret data in descriptive analysis. References or literature are obtained from research results published in national or international journals, articles, books, and websites relevant to the discussion. This study seeks to answer problems about 1) The position of madrasah in the education system in Indonesia; 2) Human Resource Management in improving the quality of education in Madrasah which includes basic concepts and strategies. The results of this study show that, the strategy of developing Human Resource management in Madrasah is a cultural concept that is coherent with the vision and mission of the institution, and is aware that the culture of human resource development management as a cognitive representation is formed by the overall structure in madrasah educational institutions. A good organizational culture is characterized by norms and values that support excellence, teamwork, profitability, honesty, service orientation, integrity, and commitment to the madrasah educational organization/institution. So that madrasah has the ability to develop innovative and adaptive human resources to answer the challenges of Society 5.0.

Abstract

Lately, we faced with situations that we have never experienced before. Our country has been attacked by a very dangerous virus for humans, the virus called Covid-19. Covid-19 is a virus that can be transmitted from one individual to another in a relatively short time. In order to minimize the spread of COVID-19, various policies have been put in place. The existence of Covid-19, which never end, had impacts on all aspects, such as economic, social, cultural aspects, and education is no exception. In the implementation of education, all levels of educators which were initially carried out by conducting face-to-face learning must now be carried out in a different way, namely online learning. The aims of writing this article is to explain how the impact of online learning on children's cognitive abilities during the covid-19 pandemic. This study was conducted using literature studies from various journals, and scientific writings and field observations during the pandemic. In addition, it is also done by direct participation during the online learning process. The conclusion from this article is that online learning during this pandemic has both positive and negative impacts on students' cognitive abilities.

Abstract

Learning in the 21st century emphasizes student activity in the learning process. This activity is not only physically active but also mentally active, especially active for scientific thinking. One indicator of the activity is the high intensity of students in asking questions and the quality of questions asked by students. The research conducted in Class IV MI Subulussalam Pucangsimo, Bandarkedungmulyo District, Jombang Regency, aims to analyze students' questioning skills by learning PQ4R on plant parts. This research was conducted using a descriptive research method with an observation instrument that analyzed students' questions both in quantity and quality. The results showed that students' quantitative questioning skills reached 70%, namely 17 students who were actively asking questions. As for the quality, low cognitive level questions still dominate with a percentage of 88% of all questions asked. Therefore, the questioning skills with PQ4R Learning are classified as good with the achievement of the highest level of asking questions at the high cognitive question level at the analysis stage, there is a need for habituation and improvement of high-level questioning skills so that questions are more weighty to discuss and discuss, at the end students' asking skills will also improve better.

Abstract

One of the merdeka belajar (freedom of learning) concepts give teachers the freedom to make fun learning. Teachers must make plans, carry out, and evaluate their learning programs independently. Teacher becomes the determining factor for the success of the learing objectives. And to find out the success of the learningprogram we need to do an evaluation. Evaluation is an important activity, which is carried out to review the success of a program to determine a decision. Teachers must have competence to conduct evaluations. The objectives of this study include; 1) to understand the concept of evaluations. 2) to explain teacher competence in carring out evaluations. The method used in writing this journal is a literature review, where research data obtained from several literary theories are processed and analyzed and then described, so that the results are obtained that in the early stages, teachers must first understand the concept of evaluation, which emphasizes the definition, objectives , the function of the principle and type of evaluation, while the competence of teachers in evaluation activities includes competence in planning evaluation programs, designing evaluation programs, developing evaluation programs, implementing, and evaluating evaluation programs. The evaluation itself requires data processing, reporting and utilization of the evaluation results.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kevalidan dan keefektifan media video animasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada materi perpindahan kalor kelas V MI Ulul Albab Plesungan, Kapas, Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg and Gall (potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, dan uji coba pemakaian). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 3 orang ahli dan 36 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas V-A dan kelas V-B. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah wawancara, angket dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validasi, uji instrumen tes, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) menghasilkan media video animasi berbasis animaker dengan tingkat kelayakan media dari ahli materi sebesar 94%, ahli media sebesar 86,6%, ahli bahasa sebesar 92% dengan kategori sangat layak, uji coba pada kelompok kecil sebesar 81,8% dengan kategori sangat efektif, uji pemakaian pada kelompok besar sebesar 89,3% dengan kategori sangat efektif dan (2) hasil post-test siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dianalisis dengan uji mann whitney mendapatkan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.000. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media video animasi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa.

Abstract

Ease of access to information is both an advantage and a challenge for today's young generation. Students who are faced with easy access to information must be able to analyze and filter the information they receive from an early age. The development of this technology also needs to be balanced with efforts to develop Indonesian human resources. Through the independent curriculum, it is hoped that the quality of Indonesian human resources will be higher. The Merdeka Curriculum has an essential difference by combining science and social studies at the elementary school level to become science. In this research, science subjects were collaborated with a technology-based learning model using Artificial Intelligence, with the aim of describing students' abilities when taking part in the learning. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Four data collection techniques were used to describe this research, including interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this research show that science and science learning in elementary schools using Artificial Intelligence is very interesting for students with 95% indicators of learning interest. The use of Artificial Intelligence also trains students in accessing information and being more careful in sorting information. A finding that is no less interesting is that in the Artificial Intelligence learning process, there needs to be special and specific guidelines, so that students can achieve the Learning Goals efficiently.
