Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation variables, work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction in Gojek drivers. This study uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. This research method uses a quantitative method, the sample used in this study is 95 motorcycle taxi drivers in the Gunung Anyar sub-district, who have met the criteria used in the study. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out online via the Google form. The analysis in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation, work motivation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, while the work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability (ROA, ROE, ROS, and NPM) on stock prices. The population in this study are consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The retrieval method uses the Purposive Sampling method. Samples were collected from 8 consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019 - 2022. The research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests. While hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially profitability (ROA, ROE, ROS, and NPM) has a positive and significant effect on the company value of consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2020.

Abstract

This Community Service activity is a consultation and assistance activity in reviewing the development of business strategics for Sumber Bagindowati Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) in Karangrejo Village, Kediri Regency, East Java. Sumber Bagindowati is a natural tourism destination that is being renovated to increase tourist attraction. This research combines the principles of Business Model Canvas (BMC), SWOT analysis, and Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) to design innovative business models. In BMC analysis, elements such as Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Customer Relationships, Key Activities, Key Partnership, and Cost Structure are considered. The results of the SWOT analysis identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats affecting BUM Desa Sumber Bagindowati. Business model design using BOS, which involves the question of what can be created, eliminated, improved, and reduced. Innovation is found in strengthening relationships with stakeholders related to network capital, the use of technology such as the use of social media for promotion, the development of multipurpose areas, and new entertainment programs to increase tourist attraction. The business model proposed in this study integrates ideas from BMC, SWOT analysis, and BOS. This business model is expected to help BUM Desa Sumber Bagindowati face competition and increase income, utilize the potential of natural resources, and expand the reach of tourists, including foreign visitors.

Abstract

MSMEs play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, contributing to the reduction of unemployment and supporting various aspects such as exports, investment, and the formation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This study seeks to examine the impact of entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs. The research methodology involves a literature review and empirical studies from a range of previous research journals, utilizing the Garuda Ministry of Education and Culture database to select 4090 journals, with 15 chosen as references for this research. The findings indicate that entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation both have a significant influence on MSME performance, highlighting the importance of these variables in shaping business performance in MSMEs. Future research could explore the addition of moderator or mediating variables relevant to the current era.

Abstract

In a company, employees are one of the most important elements in achieving company goals. An employee's performance is certainly influenced by several factors that a manager needs to know. Managers must know the strengths and weaknesses of each manager in order to maximize potential and minimize employee deficiencies. Motivation is one of the things that influences human behavior. Motivation is also called a driver, desire, supporter or need, a need that can make someone enthusiastic and motivated to reduce. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of motivation and workload on employee performance.

Abstract

Employees are the most important asset in a company. Without employees, all of the company's operational activities would cease. Employees need motivation, a supportive work environment, and tasks that allow them to demonstrate their abilities, thereby enabling them to provide their best performance to the company. Employee motivation and performance are two interrelated factors. The more motivation an employee has—whether it is to work, earn money, or support their family—the better their performance at work. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and the work environment on company employee performance. The method used in this research is a Systematic Literature Review, where motivation and the work environment are the independent variables (x), and performance is the dependent variable (y). All articles referenced in this journal are sourced from Science Direct and Google Scholar, published in the last five years. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is an influence between motivation and the work environment on employee performance. With motivation, employees will feel more active and enthusiastic, and a positive work environment will further enhance employee performance, ultimately leading to improved company performance.

Abstract

Green economy atau ekonomi hijau bertujuan untuk menciptakan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan (Zhou, 2024). Dalam konteks pengembangan edu wisata (edukasi pariwisata), langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh green economy untuk membangun edu wisata adalah dengan menggunakan 2 aspek (i) Pengelolaan Limbah, yaitu mengimplementasikan sistem pengelolaan limbah yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan, seperti daur ulang, penggunaan produk ramah lingkungan, dan pengurangan limbah plastic, (ii) Partisipasi Masyarakat Lokal, yaitu melibatkan masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan edu wisata untuk memastikan bahwa pendekatan yang diambil sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan nilai-nilai komunitas setempat. Desa Bumirejo mempunyai potensi untuk mengambangkan wisata edukasi pertanian. Namun di sisi lain terdapat permasalahan berkaitan dengan pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga maupun limbah pertanian. Belum adanya pengelolaan limbah di Desa Bumirejo, merupakan hal yang segera untuk ditangani dan ditindaklanjuti. Sehingga perlua adanya sosialisasi tentang nilai ekonomis limbah dan peluang kerja yang ada ketika pengelolaan limbah dilakukan dengan tepat dan baik.

Abstract

This paper examines the work motivation of contract employees and the topic is limited because it only occurs in Indonesia. Then, there are not many studies that discuss work motivation for contract employees. Therefore, this literature study aims to discuss further about several studies related to work motivation in contract employees. Literature search was carried out on the Google database and specifically on a collection of University journals in Jakarta from 2019 to the present, there are 3 research journal articles that have been identified using inclusive and exclusive criteria, based on reviews that have been carried out, including the contract work system carried out according to with an agreement that has been signed together, it will improve employee performance by paying attention to and properly implementing work agreements, provisions regarding the period of service and providing employee wages in accordance with the provisions. High work motivation will have a positive impact on improving the performance of Contract employees by increasing love for the work given, cooperation, responsibility and enthusiasm for work

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta peran kepuasan kerja dalam memperkuat pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada beberapa perusahaan yang di tinjau.. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui kuesioner dan di analisis. Tujuan literature ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan bagian dari keseluruhan manajemen sumber daya yang ada dan tersedia dalam suatu organisasi atau instansi. Penggunaan tenaga kerja yang efektif dan terarah merupakan kunci kearah peningkatan kinerja karyawan sehingga dibutuhkan suatu kebijakan perusahaan untuk menggerakan karyawan agar mau bekerja lebih produktif di pengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi.

Abstract

Manajemen dan nilai pelanggan merupakan masalah empiris utama dan teoritis didalammanajemen pemasaran dan manajemen strategis. Namun, belum banyak yang diketahuibagaimana praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mendukung terciptanyapenciptaan nilai dalam membangun fondasi mikro dari perspektif kapabilitas dinamis sertabagaimana praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat mendorong kreativitas daninovasi dari sisi karyawan untuk membangun penciptaan nilai tersebut. Penelitian inimenggunakan Systematic Literature Review untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang mendalammengenai penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada bidang ini terkait dengan kapabilitas dinamis,penciptaan nilai dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkandengan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia mampu membantu perusahaan dalammendorong mengembangkan kemampuan dinamis dengan menumbuhkan kesadaran padamulti-level untuk membuat dan mengembangkan penciptaan nilai untuk memberikanmanfaat dan dampak bagi perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.
